We told you last year how Pope Pius XII worked to enable Adolf Hitler to carry out his demonic plan to kill the entire race of Jews in Europe. Not only that, Pope Pius XII also allowed Hitler to get rid of Germany’s Roman Catholic population as well. Hey Roman Catholics, how about them apples? Still think the pope, any pope, is the ‘vicar of Christ’?

“So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. The big con that the Vatican is currently trying to pull off is admitting yes, there have been abuses in the past but that’s not happening today. They are willing to admit to a little bit of ‘ecclesiastical transgression’ but that’s all in the past, so it doesn’t really matter. Flash-forward to 2020 where you have Pope Francis lying and covering up for pedophile priests while blessing the pagan Catholics in the Amazon and rubber stamping his approval on Gaia worship. Not only that, he changed the name of the Holy See Vatican Secret Archive to make its connection with the Nazis harder to spot.

That Pope Francis is a busy little bee, and when the Vatican releases the Pope Pius XII documents on March 2, I expect he’s only going to get busier.

FROM THE JERUSALEM POST: For his critics, Pope Pius XII is a figure who repeatedly failed to take a strong stance against Hitler or in favor of the Jews. For his defenders, he was a spiritual leader who did his best to work silently to protect the Roman Catholic and to allow its representatives to operate in secret to help those in need.

The pope’s role vis-à-vis the Nazi and fascist regimes, and the extermination of Jews, have been at the center of many disputes over the years. These disputes have often transcended the borders of historical research.

Considering that some of the documents were previously made accessible, it remains to be seen whether the Vatican’s decision will help solve the controversy.

“I believe that the opening of the archive is a symbolic gesture, I doubt that it will bring significant changes to what is known,” Prof. Manuela Consonni, chair of Holocaust Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Department of Jewish History and Contemporary Jewry, told The Jerusalem Post. “I’m not saying that nothing interesting will come out of it,” she said. “I think we will find documents that will support better what we know about him.”

HOW POPE PIUS XII AND THE VATICAN HELPED ADOLF HITLER AND THE NAZIS TO NEARLY REALIZE THEIR GOAL OF A ‘FINAL SOLUTION’ FOR EUROPE’S JEWS

Consonni said part of the reason the church did not take a stronger stance against Nazism and fascism was that it felt more affinity with those regimes than with communism, which it considered a greater danger.

“I do not believe that Pius XII wanted the Jews to be annihilated,” she said. “He was silent because he was indifferent, because he was not so interested. Even if scholars were to discover that he secretly did more than what we know so far, this doesn’t change the situation: As pope, he should have raised his voice publicly. It was his moral duty.”

Iael Nidam-Orvieto, director of the International Institute for Holocaust Research at Yad Vashem, expressed satisfaction regarding the possibilities offered to researchers by the opening of the archives.

“All the research that has been carried out on Pius XII so far has been based on very limited documents, while historians did not have access to the main bulk of material,” she told the Post. “Therefore, we can say that our insight on such a controversial topic has been only partial. For this reason, I believe that this is a very important step.”

Nidam-Orvieto said it is going to take many years to reach a fuller picture. “Research is a long process,” she said. “We will have to wait and see. I also believe, like many others, that we are not going to find any revolutionary document,” she said. “I don’t think that history is made through such things, but instead through vast bulks of material that enable better understandings.”

The archives will allow historians to shed new light on issues such as the pope’s policies and strategies, Nidam-Orvieto said, and also his relationship with religious orders and emissaries in different countries and the situation in those countries.

“All of these topics are crucial, and new questions will be opened as well,” she said. “Pius XII is a controversial figure, and this is not going to disappear. But we are going to be much more knowledgeable.”

The question of how the pope acted during the Holocaust is not only important to scholars.

On October 16, 1943, the Nazis raided the Jewish neighborhood in Rome and arrested more than 1,000 people. Many hoped Pius XII might intervene in favor of the local Jews to prevent their deportation. He did not. That is why for Rome’s Jews, who still live and thrive around the same square where their parents and grandparents were rounded up, this is not only a matter of historical research, Rome Chief Rabbi Riccardo Di Segni told the Post.

“The Jews of Rome lived under the rule of the pope for centuries,” he said. “They got rid of it in 1870. But there was always a very peculiar relationship, which reached its dramatic culmination under the Nazi occupation.” Another 1,000 Jews were arrested in the months following the October 16 raid, he added.

“Over 2,000 people were deported from Rome, and, as it is well-known, the Vatican never protested,” Di Segni said. “At the same time, monasteries and convents opened their doors to Jews. The church’s behavior was ambiguous. This has caused very strong reactions among Roman Jews, leaving aside the question of what the pope did or failed to do during the Holocaust in general.”  Di Segni portrayed Pius XII as a “gray” figure.

“There are those who want to make him a saint and those who consider him a completely negative figure,” he said. “I think that his personality and story are very controversial, and gray is therefore the most suited color to describe him.”

However, Di Segni said a less discussed aspect of the pontificate of Pius XII has proven to be far more clear-cut: the pope’s attitude toward the Jewish people after the war and until his death in 1958, a period from which documents are also going to be made public by the Vatican.

“The problems around Pius XII did not end with the war,” he told the Post. “Afterwards, he acted in a way that revealed very little sympathy, if not hostility, towards the Jewish people in many circumstances. He did not allow the restitution of baptized Jewish children who had been hidden in convents, did not show any support for the foundation of the State of Israel, was not receptive to those in the church who were reconsidering the teaching of contempt against the Jews, nor to the idea of abolishing the expression ‘evil Jews’ from the liturgy.” READ MORE

The Thing That Hath Been Shall Be Again As The Hatred Of The Holocaust Rises Toward Israel’s Final Hour Of Testing For The Jews

The Nazi Holocaust of the Jews stands as one of the most horrifying events in human history, a time when Satanic hatred was organized, mechanized and carried out through a political system that marked, isolated, transported and murdered the Jewish people by the millions. The world looked upon the smoke of Auschwitz, Treblinka, Sobibor, Dachau and the other killing centers and said “never again,” but the Bible says something very different. The Bible says, “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be,” and the same hatred that rose up under Pharaoh, Haman, Herod and Hitler will rise again under Antichrist. The Holocaust was not the end of antisemitic persecution; it was a warning shot of what fallen man and Satanic government are capable of doing when God removes restraint. And it’s fixing to come again.

“For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” Matthew 24:21 (KJB)

On this episode of the Prophecy News Podcast, if the Holocaust was one of the darkest valleys of human history, then the coming great Tribulation will be the darkest valley of all time. Hitler’s Reich targeted the Jews in Europe; Antichrist’s Beast system will target the Jews on a global scale. Hitler used trains, camps, numbers, propaganda and death decrees; Antichrist will use worship, technology, economics, global government and the mark of the Beast. This is why the Bible calls that coming period “the time of Jacob’s trouble.” It is not called the time of the Church’s trouble, because the Church is not Jacob. Jacob is Israel. Jeremiah says, “Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.” Jeremiah 30:7 (KJB). That verse matches perfectly with the words of Jesus in Matthew 24. The Jewish people will once again become the target of the Devil’s final rage, and the nations of the world will once again turn against Israel. The Holocaust showed us what one demonized empire could do to the Jews; the time of Jacob’s trouble will show what a demonized world under Antichrist will do when Satan knows his time is short. The same spirit that built the death camps is the same spirit that here in 2026 chants for Israel’s destruction, funds terror, fires missiles and prepares the nations for the final satanic campaign against the Jews. The uniforms change, the slogans change, the technology changes, but the hatred remains the same. There is no new thing under the sun. The difference is that the Holocaust ended with the defeat of Nazi Germany, but the great Tribulation ends with the visible, bodily return of Jesus Christ at the Second Advent. Hitler was stopped by armies; Antichrist will be destroyed by the Lord Himself. The Holocaust left survivors to testify; the time of Jacob’s trouble will leave a purified remnant of Israel who will look upon Him whom they have pierced and finally receive their Messiah. That is why Christians should care about the Holocaust, and that is why Christians should pay attention to the war with Iran. The headlines are moving in the same direction prophecy has always pointed: Israel surrounded, the nations raging, false peace rising, and Jacob’s trouble waiting just beyond the horizon. Donald Trump’s Iran ‘Victory Lap’ Ends With Him Ironically Ditching The New Muslim-Provided Air Force One From Qatar And Returning Home On The Old One

President Donald Trump’s Middle East Theater Meets Reality As Iran Threats Send Him Back To The Old Air Force One For The Flight Home

Trump is selling strength, victory, dominance, and deterrence over Iran, yet the image coming out of this trip is not victory-lap confidence but nervous calculation. He says Iran has been beaten, decimated, obliterated, and put back in its box, but when the moment comes to fly through a dangerous threat environment, the Qatari-gifted luxury jet suddenly stays behind and the old, battle-tested Air Force One gets the call. That is political irony at 40,000 feet. The boast is “Iran is defeated,” but his actions say, “not defeated enough for me to trust this plane.” Reports say the switch raised questions precisely because Trump was also talking about Iranian threats and being at the top of their “kill list.”

Trump bragged about the lavish $400 million plane gifted by Qatar, took his first flight on it, and praised it like a symbol of prestige and power. But Qatar is a Muslim Gulf state with its own entanglements, relationships, and strategic calculations in the region, and the moment Iran re-enters the picture, that glittering “gift” starts looking less like strength and more like vulnerability. The old Air Force One may be aging, but it represents hardened American continuity; the Qatari jet represents spectacle, luxury, controversy, and foreign influence. One is built for the presidency in crisis. The other looks tailor-made for Trump’s brand.

Trump’s foreign policy is forever trapped between theater and reality. In the theater, Iran is crushed, America is feared, enemies are trembling, and Trump is the great wartime commander. In reality, Iran is still threatening, the Middle East is still burning, the ceasefire is being declared finished, and the president is making aircraft decisions that appear to reflect a genuine fear of exposure. He can call Tehran names, promise to hit them “hard,” and claim victory all day long, but if Iran is still shaping how the president travels, then Iran has not been removed from the chessboard.

So the old Air Force One becomes the perfect symbol of the moment. Trump wanted the new plane to say, “Look how powerful I am.” Instead, the switch back to the old one says, “Look how dangerous this has become.” He boasted about beating Iran, then appeared unwilling to put that boast to the test in the Muslim-provided luxury jet from Qatar. That is not just irony — that is the whole Trump Middle East doctrine in one image: loud claims of victory, foreign gifts wrapped in controversy, threats still coming from Iran, and America once again flying through the consequences of unfinished wars.
