I am happy to report that all of the NTEB Relief Convoy has reached its destination, unharmed, and is being right now unloaded on the ground in Asheville.

Just moments ago, text messages from both Charlie On The Highway and Pastor Tucker lit up my phone, excitedly telling me that the NTEB Relief Convoy had arrived safe and sound at Bible Baptist Church in Asheville, North Carolina. On the Podcast today, we took time out to pray for all the men who were doing the driving, and the nearly 100,000 pounds of materials they were carrying. I am thrilled to report to you that those prayers have been wonderfully answered. Thank you, Lord Jesus!

Packed into our 6 trucks were 44,000 pounds of bottled water, 35,000 pounds of food, personal items, food, clothing and diapers, hundreds of John/Romans scripture portions, and 1,000 Bibles in English and Spanish. What a wonderful use of the NTEB Free Bible Program, this is exactly what it was raised up to do. These supplies will join donations from other groups who are also contributing, using Bible Baptist Church as a staging area under the direction of Pastor Andrew Sluder. Truly a monumental relief effort coming from many churches spread across multiple states, and made available to the some 92,766 residents of the city of Asheville.

All day today, I have received messages from concerned people telling me about the looting going on in western North Carolina, and it is. Messages about interference from FEMA, which is absolutely happening. And messages telling me that they were praying for our convoy to arrive safely. I am happy to report that all of it has reached its destination, unharmed, and is being right now unloaded on the ground in Asheville.
