For the past 4 weeks, I have been working through having COVID, and the prayers of you all have greatly encouraged and sustained me in that battle. For most of my adult life, I have been a big proponent of natural health and healing, and that course of action got me through COVID pretty good. All during my COVID experience, I took all my usual vitamins and minerals, and I added to that a probiotic, ginger and cayenne pepper. I did not drink as much water as I should have, and that was a mistake. Always drink as much pure water as you can when fighting something off. Flash-forward to testing negative after two weeks time, and then developing what turned into a really nasty cough. With each passing day, the coughing grew more pronounced until I had to stop doing the broadcasts. On Sunday night last, my coughing grew so desperate that I contemplated driving myself to the hospital. As I lay in bed, praying to the Lord, He brought two words to my mind, ‘Manuka honey’. At first it didn’t make sense, until I remember I had purchased a jar of Manuka honey last year and never used it. I got up, coughed my way into the kitchen, and swallowed a rather large spoonful of the honey, and laid back down on the bed. Within minutes I felt that silky smooth honey coating my throat and for the first time in a week I could feel my throat relax. By the time a half hour had passed, I was sound asleep without a cough. An amazing miracle of healing thanks to the honey that God’s bees created.
