Egypt unrest stirs fears inside Israel

The Egyptian people are exchanging one tyrant for another. Look close at the 'face of freedom' in Egypt

Israel had largely avoided comment on the unrest, which has seen dozens of Egyptians killed, but with protesters showing no signs of calling off their demonstrations, officials here have started to show concern.

On Wednesday, Israel’s civil defence minister Matan Vilnai urged Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi, who heads Egypt’s ruling military council, to bring the situation under control.

“The situation is problematic, sensitive and unclear. Tantawi is trying to avoid chaos and transfer power in the mostly orderly way possible,” Vilnai told Israeli military radio.

“We hope that he will succeed… otherwise we will see general chaos and that will be very bad for Egypt.”

Vilnai said Israeli officials were in “permanent contact” with members of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF), including Tantawi.

“I know him and he has no desire to stay in power,” Vilnai added.

Egypt has been rocked in recent days by widespread protests, which come days before the first post-revolution elections, calling on the SCAF to guarantee a faster transition to civilian rule.

Protesters accuse the military of abusing its power and trying to write laws that would shield it from civilian oversight.

In Israel, the demonstrations and the elections have reawakened fears about the future of Egypt, bilateral relations and the country’s peace treaty with the Jewish state.

Israeli officials and media commentators have made no secret of their concern about the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood, expected to perform well in the elections scheduled to begin on November 28.

“It’s our main concern,” Vilnai said Wednesday. The top-selling Yediot Aharonot on Wednesday headlined its front page “Between Cairo and Tehran” in reference to the rise of Islamist forces in Egypt.

And the Maariv newspaper reported that Israel’s army chief Benny Gantz “has presented to the security cabinet a scenario involving the cancellation of the peace treaty” between Egypt and Israel. The report was denied by the military and Vilnai said it was premature to talk about the treaty being annulled.

“The cancellation of the treaty is not today — and I stress the word today — a reality,” he said. But he acknowledged Israel fears a serious degradation in ties with Cairo once a new government comes to power.

“But when Egyptian government stabilises after a long electoral process, we expect it will seriously undermine the accord,” he said. Nati Sharoni, a reserve general and president of a left-leaning Israeli think tank, sounded a more upbeat note, saying he expected the treaty to survive Egypt’s upheaval and elections.

“The treaty will hold up fine, not for love of Israel but because it is in Egypt’s fundamental interests,” he said. Danny Yatom, a former member of Israel’s intelligence service Mossad, shared Sharoni’s assessment.

“The accord is sponsored by the United States and the Egyptian army will continue to depend on American technology and subsidies after the elections,” he said. Still, Israeli officials are taking seriously the possibility of the treaty being cancelled or at least modified.

Israeli daily Haaretz reported the developments in Syria and Egypt formed the core of an annual presentation by all Israel’s intelligence agencies to the country’s security cabinet. The newspaper also said Egyptian officials, including intelligence chief Murad Muwafi, have been at pains to reassure Israel, telling their counterparts the treaty is not in danger. source -Yahoo News

The Gaza ‘Board of Peace’ concocted by Donald Trump will surround Israel with a Psalm 83 cadre of their enemies including Pope Leo XIV

What is now being branded as the Trump “Board of Peace” is shaping up to be something far more familiar to any Bible-believing Christian who actually reads the Book instead of skimming headlines. This is Psalm 83 diplomacy—a multinational alignment of Israel’s historic enemies gathering under the language of peace in order to manage, pressure, and ultimately constrain the Jewish state. The Bible told you this would happen. Not with tanks first, not with missiles first. but with crafty counsel.

“(A Song or Psalm of Asaph.) Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.” Psalm 83: 1-4 (KJB)

Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates will each appoint a representative to sit on the panel of world leaders, their foreign ministers announced in a joint statement. Not only that, but Trump has also invited Pope Leo XIV to sit on the Board of Peace as well. Pope Leo XIV is currently evaluating an invitation by U.S. President Donald Trump to join his “Board of Peace,” an international body chaired by the president to oversee the governance and reconstruction of Gaza, the Vatican secretary of state said. If that happens, sell the farm, we’re out of here.

Psalm 83 opens with urgency because God seems to be silent while man is busy organizing. There is no battle described in verses 1–4. There is plotting. There is coordination. There is agreement. There is one consent. That word ‘confederate’ matters. This is not chaos. This is not random outrage. This is structured alignment—exactly what a “Board of Peace” is by design. And notice who is being “consulted” in Psalm 83 – Israel’s immediate neighbors and long-standing adversaries. That same geographic and ideological pressure is now being repackaged as a peace initiative that places Israel in the center of a ring of nations who do not share her covenant, her God, or her destiny.

Gaza is the doorway, not the destination. Gaza is the excuse. Gaza is the emotional hook. Gaza is the justification for global involvement. But Gaza is not the endgame. That is not about ceasefires, aid corridors or rebuilding homes. This is about national erasure of the nation of Israel. In the modern world, you don’t eliminate a nation by invasion first—you eliminate it by international management. You place it under supervision. You condition its sovereignty. You surround it with “partners” who all agree that Israel is the problem that must be solved. That is exactly what a multinational peace board does.

‘Peace’ is always the sales pitch, and the Bible already warned you how this would be sold:

“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.” 1 Thessalonians 5:3 (KJB)

Peace is not the outcome—it’s the label. It’s the language used to disarm resistance, suppress discernment, and make opposition sound unreasonable. Hitler said he wanted peace in 1933, right up to the moment he wanted war in 1938.

Who could be against peace?
Who could object to cooperation?
Who could refuse international oversight?

Israel can—and that’s why Israel is always painted as the obstacle.

This Is How You Prepare The Ground For The Covenant With Many

Daniel didn’t say the final covenant would come through war. He said it would come through agreement.

“And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.” Daniel 9:27 (KJB)

“With many” means multinational.
“With many” means celebrated.
“With many” means enforced by consensus.

The Psalm 83 Ring Of Fire

When you map this out geographically, Israel is completely surrounded by the Muslim board members:

South & West: Gaza / Philistines
East: Jordan (Moab & Ammon)
South-East: Saudi Arabia (Ishmaelites)
North: Lebanon (Tyre, Gebal)
North-East: Turkey / Assur
Sinai & Egypt: Hagarenes

This is not coincidence.
This is encirclement.

You don’t get there without boards, councils, frameworks, and mechanisms already in place. Psalm 83 is the pre-war alignment. Daniel 9:27 is the formal agreement. Zechariah 12 and Armageddon are what follows. The Trump “Board of Peace” is not a fulfillment in itself—but it is a pattern match. It mirrors Psalm 83 in spirit, structure, and intent: surrounding Israel with nations who speak peace while sharing a unified objective that ends with Israel diminished, constrained, or erased.

Many European nations as well as the United States have issued an ‘urgent warning’ for their citizens to leave Iran immediately as airspace is closed tight

The world is holding its collective breath right now, waiting for a strike on the imperiled Iranian regime that nearly all outlets say could happen at any moment. The Middle East has literally closed its doors, with as many foreign nations evacuated as possible. Donald Trump has promised the US would strike if they killed their citizens, and with the death toll now over 12,000, the moment of truth has arrived. Will he or won’t he?

Everywhere around the world you look right now, nearly all of it seems to be up for grabs and in motion, and one man is there in the middle of it as perhaps the greatest change agent that exists in politics right now. Steve Bannon calls Donald Trump ‘the Disrupter’, and very few could successfully argue against that. Everywhere he goes and everything he touches becomes hyper-polarized and infused with chaos and turmoil. While the world waits to see what he will do in Iran, Europe is already planning to withstand him in Greenland. The world is indeed realigning itself right now, with the pieces being moved around to prepare for the arrival of the soon-coming 7-year kingdom, and the man who will run it.

Iran closes airspace as Western military official says signals show US attack ‘imminent’

FROM THE JERUSALEM POST: Iran has issued a NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) late on Wednesday night, closing its airspace to all flights, as Western military officials say US military action in the country is “imminent.” Flight tracker websites showed the airspace over Iran and Iraq emptying rapidly prior to the NOTAM’s issuing. The advisory is valid for a little more than two hours, Flightradar24 said.

“All the signals are that a US attack is imminent, but that is also how this administration behaves to keep everyone on their toes. Unpredictability is part of the strategy,” a Western military official told Reuters later on Wednesday.

Shortly before the NOTAM was issued, US President Trump held a press conference in which he said he was told that the killings in Iran had stopped. When asked if the US was still considering military action, Trump answered, “We’re going to watch and see what the process is.”

Both Poland and Italy have urged their citizens to leave Iran immediately. The British embassy in Tehran has been temporarily closed. Less than 24 hours before, the US had urged its own citizens to leave. The US has also withdrawn military personnel from the US military’s Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. READ MORE
