Chick-fil-A Announces That After Pressure From Gay Rights Groups They Have Abandoned Their Anti-LGBTQ+ Position, Stops Donations To Salvation Army And Other Christian Groups
Chick-fil-A announced today that beginning in 2020, they will no longer be financially supporting any groups that are anti-LGBTQ+ like the Salvation Army.

As Chick-fil-A expands globally and into more liberal parts of the U.S., the chicken chain plans to change which charities like the Salvation Army it donates to after years of bad press and protests from the LGBTQ+ community.
Since the start of the original protests of Chick-fil-A back in 2012, we have brought you story after story showing how chicken sandwich giant Chick-fil-A, a Christian-run company, has stood strong against the relentless push of the LGBTQ+ community who has insisted they stop donating money to ‘anti-LGBTQ+’ groups like the Salvation Army and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. We watched in utter amazement as Chick-fil-A sales skyrocketed as Christians all over America supported them in their fight. Now today we charged with bringing you the sad news that Chick-fil-A has given into the pressure from the LGBTQ+, and will no longer support groups that dare to speak out against the LGBTQ+P for Pedophile Movement.
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.” James 4:7,8 (KJV)
Chick-fil-A was able to have surging sales in spite of such heavy opposition because they stood with God, they stood with the Bible, and they did what was right to do. But what will happen now that Chick-fil-A has changed their position and given into pressure from the LGBTQ+ protests? I shudder to think what happens now. As the end times continue to heat up, the players are falling like flies, who will be next? I can tell you who won’t be next. NTEB. Who ever thought we would live long enough to see the Salvation Army branded as a hate group? But yet, here we are.
Chick-fil-A To Stop Donations To Charities With Anti-LGBT Views
FROM BISNOW: Beginning next year, Chick-fil-A will move away from its current philanthropic structure, Bisnow has learned. After donating to more than 300 charitable organizations this year, the Atlanta-based fast-food chain will instead focus on three initiatives with one accompanying charity each: education, homelessness and hunger.
“There’s no question we know that, as we go into new markets, we need to be clear about who we are,” Chick-fil-A President and Chief Operating Officer Tim Tassopoulos said in an interview with Bisnow. “There are lots of articles and newscasts about Chick-fil-A, and we thought we needed to be clear about our message.”
The new initiative will no longer include donating to organizations like the Salvation Army, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Paul Anderson Youth Home, Chick-fil-A says, all of which sparked criticism in the past from the LGBT community due to the organizations’ stances on homosexuality.
The move comes after several U.S. airports rejected the company from concessions deals earlier this year. More recently, the landlord of the first Chick-fil-A in the U.K. announced eight days into its lease the pop-up venue would not be welcome to extend — all because of the company’s perceived anti-LGBT stance. The company is also months from opening its first location in Boston, where the late Mayor Thomas Menino pledged to ban the company from opening within city limits after Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy voiced his opposition to gay marriage in 2012. When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. Even all the way to South Africa. We even restarted our weekly radio Bible study on Sunday nights again, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.
But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. If every one of the 13,131 people on our daily mailing list gave $4.50, we would reach our goal immediately. If every one of our 151,781 followers on Facebook gave $1.00 each, we would reach 300% of our goal. The same goes for our 14,500 followers on Twitter. But sadly, many will not give, so we need the ones who can and who will give to be generous. As generous as possible.
