OPEN LETTER CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER ALERT
TO U.S. SUPREME COURT CHIEF JUSTICE JOHN ROBERTS
EMERGENCY APPEAL TO NOT SWEAR IN BARACK OBAMA AS POTUS
Dear Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts,
I am writing this final warning letter to appeal to you, based on the fact that like Ezekiel, who was
raised up to be a watchman on the wall over the nation of Israel, you too have been raised up as a
watchman over the nation of the United States to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution against
enemies foreign and domestic. But I am also appealing to you personally, independent of the office
you hold, if you claim to be a Christian. I applaud you for hearing Dr. Orly Taitz case against Obama
and referring it to Conference. But even if the Supreme Court will not hear the cases against Obama
being a natural born U.S. Citizen, you are a Christian and soldier in Christ first and foremost, before
you are a citizen of this country. Otherwise you would have a divided allegiance and you can not serve
two masters. Therefore, you can not become a partner to the swearing in of a man who has defied and
already defiled the Constitution by presenting himself as natural born citizen. For conscience sake you
can still recuse your self from swearing him in on January 20, 2009, unless he produces a valid birth
certificate. He may still get installed anyway, but like Ezekiel, his blood would not be on your hands.
As you know, now that the Secretaries of States for all 50 States have now certified the Electoral
College vote. So this now opens the door for all of those who have already filed civil suits against
respective Secretaries of State, and all U.S. Citizens, to now file criminal charges against both
Secretaries of States as well as the Electors for dereliction of their ministerial duties requiring them to
verify Obama’s birth certificate and abetting his fraud driving his getaway car. Remember too that in
swearing in Barack Obama, he would simultaneously become an employee of the U.S. Government in
violation of the law which prohibits employers from employing illegal undocumented or fraudulently

Mr. Chief Justice John Robert, did you see this document [or equivalent form] containing Barack
Obama’s signature? Did you see the documents that corroborate his signature? Did you see the
name and signature of the employer? If everyone else must verify eligibility to be an employee,
why wouldn’t you require this of Mr. Obama before he becomes a newly-hired employee and the
highest official of the U.S. Government? Please do not become an imaginary [or worse] derelict
watchman on the wall and become an accomplice to perpetuating this greatest fraud in history.
EZEKIEL’S WATCHMAN PASSAGE:
Eze 3:18 When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning,
nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked [man]
shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
Eze 3:19 Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his
wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
As a judge you would know that there is a higher judge, who will judge you and the nations. You will
have to stand before the Judge of the whole earth to give an account, if you were to go through with
extending the Bible to Obama, to swear him in. Is Obama above the law and the Constitution?
Scripture is clear, you would share in his iniquity, as surely, as Rick Warren will for becoming a
partner in performing the Invocation for this inauguration. (see Appendix A)
If the judge of the whole earth will do right, shouldn’t a judge whom you will stand before, do
likewise?
“Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?” Genesis 8:25
But there other Scriptural warnings that should cause you to stay your hand in fear of the Lord who
detests falsehood, promotion of sodomy, and killing of the unborn which Obama promotes which you
may not be able to stop as Supreme Court Justice, but you can refuse to swear in such a man because of
your faith. Therefore, confident that you believe Scripture is your absolute authority, I pray that you
will heed the following Scriptures regarding both yourself and Barack Obama, before it is too late:

I sent out three appeals to your pastor Rev. Msgr. Peter J. Vavhi at Little Flower Parish Church in
Bethesda, Maryland, one of your overseers, to warn you about going through with swearing Obama in
on the Bible. But he has turned a deaf ear to my appeal.
TO ADOPT A CHILD YOU HAVE TO HAVE A VALID BIRTH CERTIFICATE BUT TO BE
SWORN IN AS PRESIDENT OF THE U.S., BY SUPREME COURT CHIEF JUSTICE JOHN
ROBERTS, YOU DON’T NEED ONE, IN SPITE OF THE CONSTITUTION

To adopt a child from any State, you had to have an attorney. You have to have proof with a genuine
birth certificate before the adoption judge will awarded the child, at which point the judge drops the
gavel and tells the new parents that this child is now your inheritance. You have to go through a very
elaborate process legally to obtain a name change and had to have a real birth certificate to obtain
adoption, a new social security number. So if this was all necessary to adopt a child or obtain a
Veteran’s Health Insurance Card, shouldn’t it also be required to become President of the U.S., so that
we don’t end up swearing in an undocumented illegal alien as our President who perpetrated fraud and
raised hundreds of millions of dollars under false pretense?
But for the sake of your own soul, as well the survival of our country, I appeal to you to abstain
from consummating this act of the swearing in of Barack Obama as the next President of the
United States. You have the power to enforce this, as Obama is not above the law or the
Constitution and Christians also must obey the law of the land according to Scripture. I pray
that you will!
