A birthing coach spokesperson has been ‘ostracised’ by her professional organisation after transgender activists branded as offensive a Facebook post in which she said that ‘only women can have babies’.

UK birthing coach Lynsey McCarthy-Calvert has been kicked out of her position as spokesperson for Doula UK because she made some ‘highly offensive’ statements regarding childbirth. She had the unmitigated gall to say that only women can have babies, and in 2019, that qualifies as hate speech. This is how far that we as a society have fallen. We have become godless.

To say that somehow, through a convoluted series of pills and surgeries a man can become a woman, is perhaps the stupidest statement ever uttered. Such a feat is categorically impossible. It has never been done and it never will be done. The best-looking transgender will always have the hands of a man, and no amount of surgery can fix that. But even if one day they figure that out, science will never find a way to turn a man into a woman. Only God can make a woman, anything else is the Devil’s counterfeit.

Transgender activists are on a crusade, like Rome was on a crusade, to wipe out any and all resistance to their distorted point of view. Lynsey McCarthy-Calvert is their latest victim but far from the last. As for me, I will never refer to a man as ma’am, I will never turn a blind eye and pretend. If you are a transgender I will speak to you courteously and respectfully as a fellow human being as I hand you a gospel tract, and invite you to get saved. But if you’re waiting for me to call you by your ‘preferred pronoun‘, you’re going to be waiting a long, long time.

FROM THE DAILY MAIL UK: Lynsey McCarthy-Calvert, 45, was forced to stand down as spokesperson for Doula UK and has since resigned altogether from the national organisation for birth coaches. Her exit comes after transgender rights activists triggered an investigation in which Doula UK concluded her message breached its equality and diversity guidelines.

They did not expel the mother- of-four, who has been a doula – who provide continuous support during pregnancy – for six years, but threatened to suspend her unless she deleted the post. Mrs McCarthy-Calvert did so, but resigned believing Doula UK had ‘acquiesced’ to demands from a small number of activists and failed to stand up for women’s rights.

‘I am angry and sad,’ she said last night. ‘I was effectively ostracised for saying I am a woman and so are my clients.

‘I have been very disappointed by Doula UK’s response. The leadership are paralysed by not wanting to upset transgender rights activists. They have fallen over themselves to acquiesce to their demands.’ The controversy comes after a series of recent victories for transgender activists.

Flora margarine stopped advertising on Mumsnet after the website was accused of being transphobic for hosting a wide range of views on transgender issues. And the makers of Always sanitary towels removed the female ‘Venus’ symbol from packaging after complaints from trans men.

The Doula UK row started after Cancer Research UK dropped the word ‘women’ from its smear test campaign, instead saying screening was ‘relevant for everyone aged 25-64 with a cervix’.

In response, Mrs McCarthy-Calvert posted a photograph on Facebook of a negligee-clad woman somersaulting underwater, with the wording: ‘I am not a “cervix owner” I am not a “menstruator” I am not a “feeling”. I am not defined by wearing a dress and lipstick. I am a woman: an adult human female.’

Beneath it she wrote: ‘Women birth all the people, make up half the population, but less than a third of the seats in the House of Commons are occupied by us.’

She claimed women were accused of transphobia more than men, arguing men were not ‘subjected to cries of bigotry and transphobia when they say they don’t want to have sex with a woman with a penis’. Most trans-women have not had their male genitalia removed.

A Facebook follower accused her of using ‘absolutely disgusting language’, adding: ‘Also, you seem to be forgetting that not only women birth children.’

Days later, around 20 trans activists wrote a letter of complaint claiming Mrs McCarthy-Calvert had ‘clearly’ breeched Doula UK policies stating that members ‘shouldn’t post anything that our colleagues, clients and affiliates would find offensive’.

They alleged that the post contained several ‘trans exclusionary comments’ including the description of a woman as an ‘adult human female’.

Doula UK immediately withdrew Mrs McCarthy-Calvert as spokesperson and, after a four-month investigation, its board of directors concluded in March the post ‘does breach Doula UK’s guidelines’.

Last night, Doula UK denied it had ‘acquiesced’ to activists or that Mrs McCarthy-Calvert had been ‘in some way driven out of the organisation’.

A spokesperson added: ‘We are proud to say that we seek to listen to the lived experience of marginalised groups and make changes – including changes to the language we use – if we believe it is necessary to make the Doula UK community more welcoming and supportive.’ READ MORE

‘Operation Africa’ Begins As NTEB Plants King James Bible Believing Churches In Uganda And Kenya To Preach The Gospel In The Closing Moments Of The Church Age

Now The End Begins is launching ‘Operation Africa’ as part of our much larger end-times missionary effort to preach, teach, evangelize, disciple, and plant Bible-believing works in the Gospel Ministry while there is still time. This is not missions as a slogan, this is not charity as a photo opportunity, and this is not religious activity for the sake of appearances. This is Bible believing, gospel preaching, King James Bible ministry on the mission field, carried out in the closing moments of the Church Age. Come help us!

“As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.” Acts 13:2,3 (KJB)

In Uganda, we are working right now to plant the Bible Believers Church of Kanungu with recently ordained minister Irad Biryomumesho, a man called to labor among his own people with the word of God in his hand and the gospel of the grace of God in his heart. He will be their pastor and shepherd. In Kenya, we are also working to plant the Bible Believers Church of Kisii, which will be headed up by Pastor Dancan, another faithful laborer stepping into the harvest field at a time when the need is overwhelming and the hour is late. We have been raising money for Bibles, and sending them out as new shipments arrive daily. Now we need to raise about $25,000 to erect either a permanent tent, or pole barn, under which church services can be held for both church in Uganda and Kenya. That money will also go to supply each church with everything they need to preach, teach and evangelize. Christian, this is the greatest open door that God has given us since the founding of the Bibles Behind Bars program. Our goal is to raise the money, put up the tents, and establish both churches by the time of the Camp Meeting in September. So no, this movie is not proof that aliens are among us. But yes, it is another loud signal that the world is being conditioned for something. The language of disclosure, revelation, contact, proof, and global truth is now everywhere. The world is not being prepared to meet “aliens.” It is being prepared to receive a counterfeit revelation that will draw men further away from the truth of the King James Bible and deeper into the coming kingdom of Antichrist. That makes the question this. How should the Bible Believer live in a time when all these things are going on? The answer is simple. We are to do the Lord’s work of preaching, teaching and evangelizing with the gospel until He comes to get us. Whenever that may be. After The Gideons Said No To Pastor Dancan In Kenya, God Opened The Door For NTEB To Send Hundreds Of Bibles To Glory Fellowship Church In Kisii

Last week, we told you about Pastor Dancan at the Glory Fellowship Church in Kisii, Kenya, and the incredible and sad story he told us of reaching out to The Gideons for Bibles only to be told no. How could we step in and help where the Gideons could not? Well, as it turns out, God has kicked open the door for us in Kenya, and hundreds of Bibles are flowing to Glory Fellowship, with Lord willing, hundreds more. We are halfway to our goal of sending the 823 Bibles, one for each member of the church.

“That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.” 2 Timothy 3:17 (KJB)

After he recieved the first shipment of Bibles from us, Pastor Dancan wrote and told us this – “Pastor, it was a wonderful moment. More than 700 people came seeking Bibles, and we thank God that 200 people were able to receive one. Many others were moved to tears because they also desired to have a Bible, but we encouraged them to keep praying and trusting God to provide more in the coming days. Thank you so much for this great support and help. May God richly bless you for being a blessing to this community!” He sent us a video of a man, 80 years old, holding the Bible we gave him, (below wearing brown stripes) and it was the first time he had ever held a Bible in his hands, much less owned one. Wrap your head around that! Here is what it looked like when the first shipment was unboxed and handed out – pure joy!

Right now, we have reached the halfway point, and in a week no less! So many, many thanks to all of you praying and donating to this outreach, it’s truly amazing. We still have another 423 Bibles to send out, and need your help to do it. It will take $4,500 to send the remaining Bibles, and we will be sending them out by faith in the next few days. God has kicked open wide the door to Kenya, and have given us liberty and favor to send these Bibles out. Come help us, we need you!!
