Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats responded by saying emerging technology like deepfakes pose “a major threat to the United States and it’s something the intelligence community needs to be restructured to address.”

For many of you reading this article, you are probably not familiar with the term ‘deepfake’, but from the sound of it, you can most likely figure it out. A deepfake is the combining of real images of people with real voices, then processing it through very powerful AI, with the end result being a video of a real person in their own voice saying and doing things they have never said or done. If that doesn’t terrify you, it’s only because you haven’t stopped to consider the possibility of you being the star of a deepfake production.

This sin-cursed world is heading at breakneck speed to its date with destiny where the armies of Antichrist will meet to do battle with the King of Kings and His redeemed army on white horses in the Battle of Armageddon at the Second Coming, after the born again Church is removed in the Pretribulation Rapture. But along the way, you can absolutely expect to see things you never thought possible.

Our love affair with technology is a funny thing. We speak into a box we hold in our hands, and never give it a second thought how on earth it is possible to look into that box to see and hear the person on the other end. AI is almost at a point now where the 2D imagery is getting ready to step out of the box and become 3D.  And as we hurtle headlong into this scary and uncertain future, it’s time to get out of the box and back into The Book.

‘Deepfake’ videos that can make anyone say anything worry U.S. intelligence agencies like DARPA

FROM FOX 5 NY: A video of a seemingly real news anchor, reading a patently false script saying things like the “subways always run on time” and “New York City pizza is definitely not as good as Chicago” gives a whole new meaning to the term fake news.

But that fake news anchor is a real example of a fascinating new technology with frightening potential uses. I was stunned watching the Frankenstein mix of Steve Lacy’s voice coming out of what looks like my mouth.

The video is what is known as a deepfake: a computer-generated clip using an algorithm that learned my face so well that is can recreate it with remarkable accuracy.

My generated face can be swapped onto someone else’s head (like that original video with Steve) or it can be used to make me look like I’m saying things I’ve never said. For this piece, I worked with Lyu and his team at the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University at Albany.

For many people, seeing is believing. “I would say it’s not 100% true anymore,” Lyu said.

Their deepfake research is funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA, which acts as the research and development wing of the U.S. Defense Department. They’re working to develop a set of tools the government and public can use to detect and combat the rise of deep fakes.

“What we’re doing here is providing a kind of detection method to authenticate these videos,” Lyu said.

What’s more, deepfakes technically aren’t that hard to make. All it takes is a few seconds of video of someone, a powerful computer, and some code, which Lyu and his team don’t release publicly.

“The real danger, I believe, is the fact that the line between what is real and what is fake is blurred because of the existence of this kind of technology,” Lyu said.

But it is about more than just a news anchor face-swap experiment. The power to make a video of anybody saying anything is alarming.

Even the former president is raising red flags. The funny thing is (as you see in the video) that is not Barack Obama. The video is a deep fake. Actor Jordan Peele is impersonating Obama’s voice. The algorithm is doing the rest. It’s meant to be a PSA about the dangers of deep fakes.

“Moving forward we need to be more vigilant with what we trust from the internet,” fake Obama warns.

Imagining how a deepfake video could quickly create a very scary real-world scenario is not hard.

Say, for instance, a video of a world leader, such as Vladimir Putin, pops up on the internet declaring war on another country, or, maybe, the head of a major company announcing his or her abrupt resignation, putting the markets in a tailspin.

Videos like that can spread like wildfire before fact checkers, journalists, and governments even have the chance to authenticate it. And the U.S. government is paying attention. Deep fakes were a topic at the recent worldwide threats hearing in front of the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Making a deepfake video is a lot like translating between languages. Services like Google Translate use machine learning – computer analysis of tens of thousands of texts in multiple languages – to detect word-use patterns that they use to create the translation. source

“Are we organized in a way where we could possibly respond fast enough to a catastrophic deep fakes attack?” Sen. Ben Sasse, a Nebraska Republican, asked a panel of the heads of the nation’s intelligence agencies.

Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats responded by saying emerging technology like deep fakes pose “a major threat to the United States and it’s something the intelligence community needs to be restructured to address.”

House Intelligence Committee member Sean Patrick Maloney told Fox 5 News, “You ain’t seen nothing yet.”

“Because when you start to get a look at these deep fake videos, which are compelling but false, it’s an order of magnitude more serious than anything we’ve seen to date,” Maloney added. “That’s why it’s important we get there first, deter the bad guys, and ask the private sector to step up.”

That’s where Lyu’s research comes in. His main focus is actually detecting and preventing deep fakes.

“It’s a cat-and-mouse kind of game. Each side wants to get a little bit of an edge over the other,” he said. “And this actually, for the good part, gives us motivation and incentive to grow this research field.”

But as the research grows, so will the quality of the deep fake videos being produced, which will make differentiating between what’s real and what isn’t increasingly difficult. That is why they’re working to develop this set of tools right now to be deployed down the road.

“Our challenge is: how do you build the algorithm to identify the anomaly?” Lt. Gen. Robert Ashley, the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, offered at that recent Senate threats hearing. “Because every deep fake has a flaw. At least now they do.” READ MORE

Today I want to add another little nugget to your knowledge base, because very soon you will be hearing this everywhere. Agentic AI. It’s AI that doesn’t just respond to your commands, it gives them to you. Scary stuff, to say the least. The Antichrist kingdom will not be run on typewriters, filing cabinets and fax machines. It will be run on autonomous agentic AI, global networks, biometric systems, and militarized enforcement technologies. Gemini Agentic AI is not used the way you use WordPress or Excel, this is not your father’s Oldsmobile, as the old marketing campaign goes. This is a whole new day.

Agentic AI is being trained to:

  • Predict outcomes

  • Adapt over time
  • This is “agentic AI.”
  • An AI that acts.

When that happens, you have crossed the line into autonomous warfare — and there will be no going back. You might want to think about that for a year or two.

While Google provides the thinking engine, Palantir provides the eyes, ears, and nervous system to feed it. Together, they form a structure almost tailor-made for the end-times surveillance and enforcement systems foreseen in the King James Bible. President Trump has launched The Genesis Mission to create an AI super-creature that sounds and looks like a digital Tower of Babel in advance of the Mark of the Beast

When President Donald J. Trump stood behind the Resolute Desk and signed the executive order launching what his administration calls The Genesis Mission, the world watched a seemingly routine announcement about science, technology, and competitiveness. But those paying attention — those who “have ears to hear” — saw something far more profound. Something prophetic. Something that looks less like an economic stimulus package and more like the blueprint for a digital Tower of Babel in the closing moments before the catching away of the Church.

A system capable of compressing scientific discovery — what once took years — into mere hours. A system whose goals sound eerily similar to the global technological regime prophesied to rise in the time of Jacob’s trouble.

The mission’s stated purpose is to accelerate discovery across biology, nuclear fusion, quantum systems, climate modeling, materials science, and more. In other words — to take the raw building blocks of God’s creation and place them under the predictive authority of artificially intelligent systems capable of designing, simulating, and executing scientific experiments without human oversight.

If that doesn’t sound like man attempting to rewrite the rules of creation, nothing does.

This is not merely research. This is re-creation — man attempting to simulate, automate, and accelerate the mechanisms of life and nature. It is scientific ambition dressed up as innovation, but it is spiritually identical to the rebellion that first appeared in Eden and climaxed at Babel.

The Abraham Accords, the Genesis Mission, is anyone else seeing the same pattern that we’re seeing?

The Genesis Mission Is A Digital Nervous System For Federal Power

For the first time in history, the U.S. government is attempting to unify:

  • all federal scientific datasets
  • all national laboratory supercomputers
  • all major AI models
  • all simulation environments
  • all robotic experiment platforms…into one coordinated AI-driven infrastructure.

This creature will be a living system with:

  • nerves (data pipelines),
  • organs (labs and supercomputers),

The Bible tells us that before the Day of the Lord:

  • deception and signs will multiply (2 Thess. 2:9)
  • a global system of control will emerge (Rev. 13)

How do you generate the technological scaffolding for such a system? You build something like the Genesis Mission. Of course, it will take all the ‘usual suspects’ like Palantir, Blackrock, DARPA, Bill Gates, Oracle, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk and all the rest of the tech titans to make this a reality. But isn’t that the whole point and purpose behind Stargate?

  • Faster discovery.
  • Centralized systems.
  • Integrated data.
  • Autonomous decision-making.
  • National mobilization.
  • Global potential.

An Outage On Amazon Web Services Literally Took Half The Internet Down Today Showing You How Open To Attack Our One World Online System Really Is

Amazon Web Services, a cloud computing service that powers much of the infrastructure behind millions of websites went down today, and here’s why that should really bother you

By now you know that today’s Prophecy News Podcast did not happen because of the massive outage this morning from Amazon Web Services, a cloud computing company that controls about half of the world’s internet traffic. They are still trying to determine if it was a cyberattack or a system-wide failure, but either way it shows one, big, fat and scary fact. If you want to control the world, all you need to do is to control the internet, and you’ll have it. That’s the memo.

We use Amazon Web Services as the core of our web traffic, and we count on it to deliver the millions of hits we get every month in a timely and efficient manner. But we are ‘small potatoes’ compared to large commercial sites, and government sites. Sites that control our national defense and homeland security. Let me give you something to consider that’ll keep you up at night.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has become a major power player inside the U.S. federal government, embedding its cloud infrastructure deep within the operations of key departments and defense agencies. Through massive contracts such as the Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) program—valued at up to $9 billion across multiple vendors—and a newly forged $1 billion “OneGov” agreement with the General Services Administration (GSA), AWS now fuels the digital backbone of federal data, artificial intelligence, and military operations. Its dedicated GovCloud regions, designed to meet strict FedRAMP and DoD SRG security standards, serve agencies ranging from the Department of Defense to the U.S. Army and a host of civilian federal offices. What began as a commercial cloud venture has evolved into a strategic infrastructure partner for Washington, giving AWS unprecedented reach into the very systems that manage national defense, intelligence, and the day-to-day machinery of the American government.

Today millions like us at NTEB are inconvenienced with not being able to bring our regular content because of the outage at AWS, but Lord willing we’ll all be back up soon. But imagine what will happen when the internet is taken over and taken down because bad actors are staging a coup against the government, seizing control of the military and defense sites. Imagine what life will be like in that moment. It’s coming.

‘Half the internet’ goes down after Amazon cloud outage leaving millions

FROM THE DAILY MAIL UK: The outage has also affected popular Amazon services, including Amazon.com, Amazon Alexa, Ring and Amazon Prime Video. The issues began shortly after 8am BST (3am ET), according to DownDetector, with more than 6,000 reports from affected US customers.

Another 1,600 users and counting are affected in the UK, according to DownDetector, a site that monitors internet outages.

Jake Moore, tech expert and security advisor at ESET, thinks the huge outage is likely due to an ‘internal error’ at Amazon, but said we can’t rule out a cyberattack at this stage.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, he said: ‘While a cyberattack can’t be ruled out until AWS releases its full post-incident report, there’s no current evidence of hacking, data breaches or coordinated attacks.’

DownDetector gets network status updates from social media platforms, reports submitted to its website and other sources around the web. It ‘only reports an incident when the number of problem reports is significantly higher than the typical volume for that time of day’.

According to the site, the issue stems from problems at Amazon’s massive data center site in Northern Virginia (us-east-1), a critical hub for the global internet. In all, 75 per cent of the reported problems are coming from us-east-1, while the remainder are coming from two other US sites. READ MORE

Amazon Web Services has now issued a further update, stating in a post at 10:29 a.m. ET that it is once again experiencing network connectivity issues in the US.
