Gio Benitez, an openly gay ABC News anchor  has joined the Roman Catholic Church and reaffirmed his faith alongside his ‘husband’ Tommy DiDario

The ‘church that never changes’ is going through something that can only be called a schism, one that threatens to blow the 1,700-year old Roman Catholic corporation to smithereens. Of course, the seeds of this brewing battle were planted by Pope Francis in his relentless pursuit to bring the entire LGBQ including the ‘T’ Movement into the Roman harlot. He did a pretty good job, too.

“And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.” Revelation 13:6 (KJB)

Benitez said “Divine love was in me all along, always whispering guidance, gently reaching out with arms wide open, and like Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam, patiently waiting for me to reach back out and embrace the greatest mystery”. Is that true? Not according to the Bible, it’s not. Divine love is found in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ on the third day according to the scripture. Anything else is a cheap counterfeit, including your feelings. Did Jesus shed His blood on the cross to save Gio Benitez? Sure He did. But Jesus would never confirm someone in their sins. Schism be damned, the Roman Catholic Church will fully accept the LGBTQ Movement, and you can quote me on that.

FROM YAHOO! NEWS: The video taken at the Church of St. Paul the Apostle in New York City captured Benitez’s confirmation mass while a hymn was sung. Benitez shared his religious journey in the caption, stating how Pope Francis’ death in April 2025 led him to this moment. The 40-year-old explained, “Six months ago, the death of a humble pope unexpectedly took me on a journey that was a lifetime in the making.”

“Father James Martin was on GMA speaking about Pope Francis’ legacy of inclusivity,” he continued. “His words struck me. It was the first time I had seen a Catholic priest speaking in such a beautiful way about LGBTQ people.” Benitez is specifically referring to Martin’s words that claimed Pope Francis told him to “continue his ministry in peace” in regards to Catholics who are also a part of the LGBTQ+ community. Martin also referenced Pope Francis’ famous quote, “Who am I to judge?” when the late pope was asked about gay priests.

Martin’s message impacted Benitez as he recalled Christianity’s role in his life: “I had received my Christian baptism with my mom 25 years ago when I was 15. In secret, that nagging question persisted: if God created me, how could he not love me?” The question followed him into his young adulthood as he “went on to study religion in college, searching for proof of God. But maybe I was just searching for proof of God’s love.”

The news personality then shared how he found God’s love at St. Paul’s, saying that during his first visit in May, Pastor Eric Andrews “preached on three simple words spoken by Christ: Love. One. Another. ‘When we’re able to love and love freely and openly — and love ourselves as well — we are a long ways down the road to fulfilling the Kingdom of God.'”

The Montana Supreme Court on Wednesday voted to affirm the chemical and surgical castration of transgender children

We recoil in horror when we read about the ‘angel of death’ Dr. Josef Mengele who performed those mind-numbingly terrible and obscene experiments of all those Jewish children at Auschwitz. We hold him up as the ultimate in demonic doctoring, and rightly so. But wait just a minute, now, there are things being done to children here in America in 2024 that goes far beyond anything ever conceived by Mengele and the Nazis. The Montana Supreme Court wants the country to know they are dedicated to castrating the children of Montana through both chemical and surgical means. America great again? Nope, not while this mess is going on.

Montana Supreme Court allows transgender care for minors to continue

FROM NBC NEWS: The suit, which was filed by two transgender teens and their families, as well as two providers of transition-related care, will now go to trial before Missoula County District Court Judge Jason Marks, who initially blocked the law in September 2023.

 The American Civil Liberties Union and Lambda Legal, an LGBTQ legal advocacy group, which are representing the teens and providers, said the decision was a victory for the state’s trans youths.

“Fortunately, the Montana Supreme Court understands the danger of the state interfering with critical healthcare,” Kell Olson, an attorney for Lambda Legal, said in a statement. “Because Montana’s constitutional protections are even stronger than their federal counterparts, transgender youth in Montana can sleep easier tonight knowing that they can continue to thrive for now, without this looming threat hanging over their heads.”

Chase Scheuer, press secretary for Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, said the office looks forward to “defending the case on its merits, which will include recent scientific developments ignored by this court.”

“The Supreme Court has abandoned Montanans once again to rule in favor of their out-of-state political allies,” Scheuer said in an emailed statement. “In upholding the district court’s flawed decision to temporarily block a duly enacted law, the Supreme Court put the wellbeing of children — who have yet to reach puberty — at risk by allowing experimental treatments that could leave them to deal with serious and irreversible consequences for the rest of their lives to continue.”

Doctors treat gender dysphoria — the distress that results when a person’s gender identity is in conflict with their gender assigned at birth — on a case-by-case basis, but minors who do pursue medical transition begin puberty blockers, which temporarily stop puberty, at its onset.

Montana’s Republican-controlled Legislature passed a law in April 2023 prohibiting health care providers from using puberty blockers, hormone therapy and surgery to treat minors with dysphoria. The law also prohibits Medicaid from covering such treatments for trans minors.

When Marks issued a preliminary injunction against the law last year, he wrote that it was likely unconstitutional and that “barring access to gender-affirming care would negatively impact gender dysphoric minors’ mental and physical health.” READ MORE
