Today, we entrust our beloved Pope emeritus Benedict XVI to our Most Holy Mother Mary, that she may accompany him in his passage from this world to God, said Pope Francis.

People get mad when I say that the Roman Catholic Church is not a Christian Church, and that it does not teach Bible doctrine. But guess what? It’s not, and they don’t. The stunning proof of that occurred this weekend at the Vatican, and it was committed by the man they call the ‘Vicar of Christ’, who is considered to be ‘infallible’ when speaking on matters of the Roman Catholic Church. What did Francis do? He committed the soul of Pope Benedict XVI to the care of the ‘Virgin Mary’ to bring him home to Heaven. Oopsie, wrong answer, enjoy eternity.

“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.” 1 Timothy 2:3-6 (KJB)

The Mary in the Bible who gave birth to Jesus was a wonderful, Godly woman who is perhaps the greatest role model for women in the found anywhere in the Bible. But you will not find, anywhere in the Bible, a single person who prayed to Mary, who asked her advice, or who sought her intercession on any matter great or small. In fact, the Bible says that she needed a Saviour like all of us do, so that means she was a sinner who needed to be saved. When she died, Mary’s soul went home to be with the Lord, no doubt about it. But since her homegoing she hasn’t heard or answered a single prayer for anyone, living or dead, on the face of the earth. Mary is not part of the Godhead, and because she’s not, she does not assist in any way in the ‘journey to Heaven’ of anyone. That’s something only God can do.

“And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.” Luke 1:46,47 (KJB)

But how does a soul get to Heaven when they die? According to the Bible, that happens when a person trusts the Lord Jesus Christ, and nothing else, and by trusting in His death, burial and resurrection on the third day according to the scriptures, they become born again. Jesus says in John 3:1-5 that the only way to enter into the Kingdom of God is to be born again. This is not ‘secret knowledge’ or some deep and hidden truth known only to handful on initiates, it’s the gospel of Jesus Christ, and it is the only way to Heaven. So what on earth is Pope Francis doing ‘entrusting the soul’ of Benedict to the ‘most high Virgin Mary’? He’s committing blasphemy while teaching a false gospel at the same time. If you are trusting the ‘Virgin Mary’ to take you home to Heaven, you will be quite surprised at where you actually wind up. And it’ll be hot, very, very hot.

Pope Francis will consecrate Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary next Friday, the Vatican said. The consecration will take place during the Celebration of Penance in St. Peter’s Basilica.

The biblical Mary is an amazing woman, and a beautiful picture of submission to the will of the Lord Jesus Christ who created her. Yes, that’s right, I said Jesus Christ created Mary, John 1:3 (KJB), before placing Himself in her womb to be born as a man. The biblical Mary was a sinner who need the Saviour just like you and I do, Luke 1:47 (KJB), her heart was ‘desperately wicked” just like your heart and my heart was before we got saved. Mary in her lifetime performed no miracles, John 2:5 (KJB), never presided over anything in the book of the Acts of the Apostles, and never answered anyone’s prayers. In fact, the biblical Mary had 6 other children as we read in Mark 6:3 (KJB). Now let’s meet the “other Mary”, that Pope Francis is consecrating Russia and Ukraine to on Friday, March 25th..

“The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger.” Jeremiah 7:18 (KJB)

The Bible calls the “other Mary” the queen of heaven, and she is a queen just like Jezebel in Revelation 17 is a queen. The queen of heaven is someone who usurps the authority of Jesus Christ by setting herself up as the ‘gateway to salvation’. This other Mary is the one who is worshipped by the Roman Catholic Church, the one whom the Vatican declared to be sinless in 1854. On Friday, Pope Francis will pray to his god and ask that Ukraine and Russia be placed under the spell of the queen of heaven, and the way things are going, I am thinking that the Devil will answer that prayer.

For the first 30 years of my life, I was a baby-baptized, scapular-wearing and confirmed Roman Catholic, trained for a dozen years in the finest Jesuit and Franciscan schools in New Jersey. Then I got amazingly saved by hearing, believing and receiving the gospel of the grace of God by reading John 3:16 in an old black-backed, red-edged, King James Bible from the Gideons. Pope Francis to consecrate Russia, Ukraine to Immaculate Heart of Mary

FROM THE JERUSALEM POST: “The same act, on the same day, will be performed in Fatima by Cardinal Konrad Krajewski, papal almoner,” the director of the Holy See Press Office, Matteo Bruni, said in a statement. Krajewski is being sent there by the pope. He was in Ukraine last week at the request of the pope to show concern for its citizens. The papal almoner performs works of mercy on behalf of the pope. A nation that is consecrated is set aside for a holy reason. The word “entrustment” will often be used synonymously with the word consecration.

Consecration to Mary is defined by the Vatican’s Congregation for Divine Worship as recognizing the “singular role of Mary in the Mystery of Christ and of the Church, of the universal and exemplary importance of her witness to the Gospel, or trust in her intercession and of the efficacy of her patronage.” The bishops of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine had asked the pope to consecrate Ukraine and Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary last month in a letter.

 “In these hours of immeasurable pain and terrible ordeal for our people, we, the bishops of the Episcopal Conference of Ukraine, are spokesmen for the unceasing and heartfelt prayer, supported by our priests and consecrated persons, which comes to us from all Christian people to dedicate Your Holiness our Motherland and Russia,” the letter reads.

“Responding to this prayer, we humbly ask Your Holiness to publicly perform the act of consecration to the Sacred Immaculate Heart of Mary of Ukraine and Russia, as requested by the Blessed Virgin in Fatima.”

 A press release on the Vatican website explained that in 1917 in the central Portuguese town of Fatima, “Our Lady [the Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus] had asked for the consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart, stating that if this request were not granted, Russia would spread ‘its errors throughout the world, promoting wars and persecution of the Church.’”

 The Fatima apparitions of 1917 are some of the most famous Marian apparitions of the Catholic Church. Three secrets were revealed by Mary through the appearances. The second secret was that World War I would end, but that another world war would begin during Pius XI’s reign if people continued to offend God and Russia wasn’t consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Presiding over Mass on the Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God, Pope Francis encourages us to place ourselves under her maternal protection.

The biblical Mary was many things, she was brave, she was obedient to the Lord, she was by all accounts a very special person among women, and she was the handpicked human vessel by which God came into this world in human form. Mary however was not divine, she was not sinless (Luke 1:47), she did not remain a virgin (Mark 6:3), and she was not the ‘mother of God’. Mary was a humble handmaid (Luke 1:38)who obeyed God, and did as she was told to do. The word ‘handmaid’ means ‘female slave’. (G1399) She one time gave one word of instruction one time in her life, telling people to do whatever Jesus says.

“Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come. His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.” John 2:4,5 (KJB)

If you are trusting in Mary, or any other human being for that matter, you will wind up disappointed 9 out of 10 times, such is human nature. But nowhere in the Bible is anyone commanded to look to Mary, trust in Mary, flee to Mary, or any other such nonsense. The so-called ‘Hail Mary’ prayer is not scripture but a perversion of scripture to make Mary into someone she absolutely is not. Mary is never called ‘holy’, and she is never called the ‘mother of God’, in fact, Jesus Himself never calls her His mother one time, referring to her only as ‘woman’. If you are a woman and are looking for a good biblical role model, Mary is such a person. But if you think she can hear and answer your prayers, or is deserving of your worship that belongs to God alone, you have been deceived into committing idolatry.

Pope at Mass: May Mary help us to keep and ponder all things

FROM VATICAN NEWS: Pope Francis presided over morning Mass on New Year’s Day in Saint Peter’s Basilica with a smaller congregation present in accordance with pandemic health guidelines.

In his homily for this Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God – also marked as the World Day of Peace – the Pope recalled the joy experienced by the shepherds at Bethlehem upon visiting the baby Jesus lying in the manger, proof of God’s closeness to them and to all who are poor or marginalized. Jesus being born in “littleness and poverty” fills our hearts “with love, not fear.”

As we begin the New Year, we place ourselves under the protection of the #MotherOfGod, who is also our mother. May she help us to keep and ponder all things, unafraid of trials, in the joyful certainty that the Lord is faithful and knows how to change crosses into resurrections.

As this New Year begins under the sign of Mary, our Mother, whose gaze is “the path to rebirth and growth,” the Pope encouraged everyone to make greater efforts to safeguard mothers and protect women, lamenting the terrible problem of violence again women today. “To hurt a woman is to insult God, who took on our humanity from a woman.” The Pope prayed that, through Mary’s maternal protection, she might help us all “to keep and ponder all things, unafraid of trials and with the joyful certainty that the Lord is faithful and can transform every cross into a resurrection.”

He encouraged everyone to call upon her as did the People of God at Ephesus, repeating three times her title: “Holy Mother of God, Holy Mother of God, Holy Mother of God!” READ MORE
