Now we find out that mere days before the Ukraine whistleblower complaint was declassified, the rules for whistleblowing were changed from the complainant having to have witnessed it first hand, to now only having had to have ‘heard it’ from a second or third hand party source. The newly-revised ‘Disclosure of Urgent Concern‘ form was uploaded on September 24, 2019 at 4:25 PM, and with the revisions, the Ukraine whistleblower could now file a complaint based on having zero first hand evidence of any kind. If you grew up watching Martin Scorsese movies about the Mafia, then you know what happened here. It’s called a setup, just like what King David did to Uriah to cover his tracks with Bathsheba.

Intel Community Secretly Gutted Requirement Of First-Hand Whistleblower Knowledge
FROM THE FEDERALIST: Between May 2018 and August 2019, the intelligence community secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings. This raises questions about the intelligence community’s behavior regarding the August submission of a whistleblower complaint against President Donald Trump. The new complaint document no longer requires potential whistleblowers who wish to have their concerns expedited to Congress to have direct, first-hand knowledge of the alleged wrongdoing that they are reporting.
The brand new version of the whistleblower complaint form, which was not made public until after the transcript of Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky and the complaint addressed to Congress were made public, eliminates the first-hand knowledge requirement and allows employees to file whistleblower complaints even if they have zero direct knowledge of underlying evidence and only “heard about [wrongdoing] from others.”
The internal properties of the newly revised “Disclosure of Urgent Concern” form, which the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG) requires to be submitted under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA), show that the document was uploaded on September 24, 2019, at 4:25 p.m., just days before the anti-Trump complaint was declassified and released to the public. The markings on the document state that it was revised in August 2019, but no specific date of revision is disclosed.

The complaint alleges that President Donald Trump broke the law during a phone call with the Ukrainian president. In his complaint, which was dated August 12, 2019, the complainant acknowledged he was “not a direct witness” to the wrongdoing he claims Trump committed.
A previous version of the whistleblower complaint document, which the ICIG and DNI until recently provided to potential whistleblowers, declared that any complaint must contain only first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoing and that complaints that provide only hearsay, rumor, or gossip would be rejected.
“The Intelligence Community Inspector General cannot transmit information via the ICPWA based on an employee’s second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing,” the previous form stated under the bolded heading “FIRST-HAND INFORMATION REQUIRED.” “This includes information received from another person, such as when an employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing.”
If you think that wrongdoing took place, but can provide nothing more than second-hand or unsubstantiated assertions, the Intelligence Community Inspector General will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA,” the form concluded.

The Ukraine call complaint against Trump is riddled not with evidence directly witnessed by the complainant, but with repeated references to what anonymous officials allegedly told the complainant: “I have received information from multiple U.S. Government officials,” “officials have informed me,” “officials with direct knowledge of the call informed me,” “the White House officials who told me this information,” “I was told by White House officials,” “the officials I spoke with,” “I was told that a State Department official,” “I learned from multiple U.S. officials,” “One White House official described this act,” “Based on multiple readouts of these meetings recounted to me,” “I also learned from multiple U.S. officials,” “The U.S. officials characterized this meeting,” “multiple U.S. officials told me,” “I learned from U.S. officials,” “I also learned from a U.S. official,” “several U.S. officials told me,” “I heard from multiple U.S. officials,” and “multiple U.S. officials told me.”
The repeated references to information the so-called whistleblower never witnessed clearly run afoul of the original ICIG requirements for “urgent concern” submissions. The change to the “urgent concern” submission form was first highlighted on Twitter by researcher Stephen McIntyre.
The complainant also cites publicly available news articles as proof of many of the allegations.
“I was not a direct witness to most of the events” characterized in the document, the complainant confessed on the first page of his August 12 letter, which was addressed to Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), the respective chairmen of the House and Senate intelligence committees. Hearsay is generally inadmissible as evidence in U.S. federal and state courts since it violates the constitutional requirement that the accused be given the opportunity to question his accusers.
The anti-Trump complaint also made several false claims that have been directly refuted and debunked. While the complaint alleged that Trump demanded that Ukraine physically return multiple servers potentially related to ongoing investigations of foreign interference in the 2016 elections, the transcript of the call between Trump and Zelensky shows that such a request was never made.
The complainant also falsely alleged that Trump told Zelensky that he should keep the current prosecutor general at the time, Yuriy Lutsenko, in his current position in the country. The transcript showed that exchange also did not happen. READ MORE

FROM RETAIL INFO SYSTEMS: Convenience retailer Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. said it will deploy more than 10,000 Mashgin Touchless Checkout Systems branded as “Smart Checkout,” to over 7,000 of its Circle K and Couche-Tard stores during the next three years. The AI-powered self-checkout system will improve customer checkout times as much as 400%, driving customer experience forward while allowing store staff to focus their time on helping customers.
The agreement with Mashgin launches the global deployment of the pioneering system, and represents one of the largest scale expansions of computer vision-powered checkout technology to date, the company said. It builds upon the successful deployment of Mashgin across nearly 500 Circle K locations in the U.S. and Sweden since 2020, as well as at Couche-Tard’s retail innovation lab store on the campus of McGill University in Montreal.
Referred to as ‘Smart Checkout’ in Circle K and Couche-Tard stores, the compact countertop device fits into the existing store layout. It uses computer vision to recognize items presented from virtually any angle and instantly ring them up in a single transaction. Customers place their items on the checkout system, which uses cameras to ring up everything in under a second. Shoppers don’t need to download an app or find and scan barcodes; they simply put items down, pay as they normally would, and are on their way in as little as 10 seconds – eight times faster than traditional self-checkout.

Kim writes and says “I was so blessed to be there when they brought Dallas into the Victory Life Ministry home last week. He said he will cherish this bible because he so desperately needed it. He treated it like the rare and precious gift that it is and is so thankful to have it. He told me he was starting to read the Gospels, and that God is renewing his mind and heart through the reading and studying of his bible. He asked me to please tell you thank you. Chaplain B.J Crenshaw wrote to us today and said “You were very kind to send two cases of Bibles to East Alabama Medical Center (now East Alabama Health). The Chaplain Director is the only chaplain with full access to the Psychiatric Ward at both hospitals EAMC owns. Recently the Psych. Ward Director asked the Chaplain Director if she had any Bibles. Thousands Of Roman Catholics Flock To Worship At The Dead Body Of ‘Miracle Nun’ Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster Whose Body Did Not Decay
The ‘miracle nun’ Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster whose exhumed body showed nearly no signs of decomposition four years after she died is drawing thousands of Roman Catholics hoping to worship her corpse
The Roman Catholic Church loves their idols, especially dead bodies either whole or in part, to gather around them in worship. NTEB has done many articles about the necromancy habits of the Vatican, like this one. Please don’t look at that article while you’re eating, you’ll understand why when you see it. Meet Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster, the ‘miracle nun’ who died 4 years ago. They just dug her up and found her corpse to be ‘remarkably preserved’. Miracle? It might be, but not from God.

There are many things wrong with trying to make a miracle from the case of Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster, but we will try and stick with the biblical objections to it. First of all, none of the disciples in the New Testament prayed to dead saints. Secondly, when Jesus was speaking with the man in Luke 9:58-60 whose father had just died and the man had to delay following Jesus to bury him, he told him this. “Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.” The Roman Catholic Church calls it ‘venerating relics’ when they worship the dead body parts of their Catholic ‘saint’, something forbidden under the Law of Moses. You will not find the slightest trace of biblical support for what Catholics are doing now with the dead body of Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster, but none is needed. Why? Because Catholics are not Christians and they don’t have the Bible as their authority, that’s why. So they’re free to just make stuff up, which is what they have done for the past 1,700 years.
Thousands of Roman Catholics flock to see ‘miracle’ Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster, whose body shows no decay 4 years after death
FROM THE NY POST: The visitors are coming from all over the country to see and touch the body of Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster, who died at age 95 in 2019 and was exhumed in April with her body and clothing still intact.
Between 10,000 and 15,000 worshippers were expected to visit the chapel of the Benedictines of Mary, Queen of Apostles, in Gower, a small town 40 miles north of Kansas City, each day over Memorial Day weekend, Clinton County Sheriff Larry Fish said in a Facebook video.
The nun’s body was coated in a protective wax and displayed inside the chapel as travelers touched her face and prayed over her. Her remains — which were initially exhumed to be put in a new shrine — will be placed in a glass case on Monday.
Local officials said they expect visitors to continue making the pilgrimage from as far as Canada and Mexico for several months. Fish said the rural area’s gravel roads weren’t designed to serve that level of traffic.
“We are going to put a very large pressure on our infrastructure that is not designed for it,” he said.
Local police created a mobile command center to deal with the size of the crowds in the town of just 1,800 people, and additional land was cleared for more parking spaces near the monastery, according to FOX4 Kansas City. Samuel Dawson came with his son from Kansas City to see Lancaster’s body last week.
Many Catholics believe that Lancaster’s lack of decay is a miracle and that she could be a modern-day saint.
“It just felt like the presence of God was there as soon as I went into the monastery. It’s a true miracle. I really think that,” Rita Cospelich, a visitor from Blue Springs, Missouri, told FOX4. “God works in strange ways with miracles.” READ MORE

“When the Benedictine Sisters of Mary, Queen of the Apostles exhumed the body of their foundress Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster, OSB, on May 18, they found the unexpected: Four years after her death and burial in a simple wooden coffin, her body appeared remarkably well preserved.” Catholic News Agency reported in May 0f 2023. Thousands of people have descended on the abbey to pray by Sister Wilhelmina’s incorrupt body.
