UPDATE 11/09/2020: Giving to this effort to send King James Bibles to missionaries planting churches in foreign countries has reached 16 rolls, which will produce 8,000 King James Bibles printed and shipped to the people who need them. UPDATE 07/27/2021: I am happy to report that staring in August 2021, we will be sending out from BL&MF – on a monthly basis – 1,000 King James Bibles in English worldwide along with Tagalog New Testaments specifically to pastors in the Philippines!

Greeting from the beautiful state of Tennessee, y’all! The Lord has led me safely here to Shelbyville, thanks to all of you who prayed for traveling mercies, I sure do covet your prayers. I have to tell you, I am not merely excited to be here for the 52nd Annual B&LMF Scripture Conference, after a tour of their King James Bible printing facilities, I am bouncing off the walls. Let me tell you why.

“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!” Isaiah 52:7 (KJB)

Tomorrow I will be filming a video walk-thru of the magnificent facilities where the Bible & Literature Missionary Foundation prints their King James Bibles, which they then ship by the container load around the world where people don’t have any bible. So you can expect a full-blown report detailing who they are, and what they do, which is an incredible story of faith that will inspire you to get something done for the Lord. But today, I got a ‘sneak peek’ into their operations, and the Lord just dumped a very unexpected blessing on me, and as you will see, He dumped it on all of you, too.

MY VIEW PULLING INTO THE ‘BIBLE BARN’ AT B&LMF THIS AFTERNOON

As I was being shown around the printing plant, I came to the assembly line where I took the photo that’s at the top of the article, the one that tells you that a giant, 1,000 pound roll of paper will print 500 full King James Bibles, or 2,000 New Testaments, or 10,000 bible portions like the gospel of John or the book of Romans. The sign also tells you that one giant, thousand pound roll of paper costs $800 dollars. It was at that precise moment when the Lord touched me.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8,9 (KJB)

I stood there for a long moment, looking at that sign, and I thought how great that would be to be able to purchase one of those giant rolls of paper, and make it possible for B&LMF to send out 500 King James Bibles to somewhere like India, Indonesia, Bali, Sri Lanka or any one of the many countries they send bibles to. As I continued my walk through the printing plant, the desire to be used of the Lord to do that burning within me, and I said “yes, let’s send 500 King James Bible to people who have no bible!”

I love getting in where God is working, don’t you? But the Lord was aiming a tad higher than that, as I would soon find out.

ONE SMALL SECTION OF THE MASSIVE PRINTING FACILITIES FOR KING JAMES BIBLES AT THE BIBLE & LITERATURE MISSIONARY FOUNDATION IN SHELBYVILLE, TENNESSEE

A few moments later, while getting a cup of coffee in their kitchen, the Lord touched me again and said “make it 1,ooo bibles”. A thousand bibles, wow, that really hit me hard. 1,000 full King James Bibles takes 2 thousand-pound rolls of paper, which cost $800 each. Now $1,600 is a fairly big chunk of change, but guess what? Because of all of you who donate to NTEB, who pray for us, who share our links and support this ministry, I had the money in the bank to do just that. And because of your faithful giving and praying, you have a part in every one of those 1,000 King James Bibles that will soon be going across America where needed and overseas also. I am also coming back with a couple of cases of the King James Bible in Spanish, which we will use for the NTEB Free Bible and Tract Program to get the word out to our Spanish NTEB’ers who need the bible in their own language. God is good!

“Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.” 2 Corinthians 5:9,10 (KJB)

The Judgment Seat of Christ will be a place where rewards for service done for the Lord will be handed out, and sending out 1,000 bibles to unsaved people who walk in darkness who will now have the opportunity to hear the gospel and get saved is exactly how you earn some of those crowns. If you have money to give, give it. If you have no money but you can pray, pray with all your might. Everyone reading this article can do something, and the Lord who sees in secret will reward you openly when we get up there. God doesn’t need your money, it’s your heart He’s looking for, so give it to Him and the rest will follow as He decides how best to use you.

“Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.” Job 23:12 (KJB)

One of the reasons why I wanted to come to this Scripture Conference was so the Lord could recharge me, and give me a fresh vision for the ministry. I came in full anticipation of hearing some great preaching, but the Lord decided to recharge me from the moment I stepped into the building! That’s just like Him, giving me more than I asked and sooner than I expected. The Lord is funny that way, oftentimes the greatest blessings He gives us is the opportunity to be a blessing to someone else. It’s not about you, it’s about Him.

Please continue to pray for me while I am here, I greatly miss not being able to do the radio programs, but I feel quite confident the next time I’m behind the mic, I will have some fresh “meat of the word” to share with all of you. In fact, my cup will likely be running over. Till then, remember that the “war is real, the battle hot and the time is short…to the FIGHT!”

From A Troubled Past To A True Gospel Ministry Opportunity, Allegheny County Jail Requests King James Bibles For Inmates Hungry For Hope And Truth

The Allegheny County Jail in Pittsburgh has been through a lot. Over the past few years, it has made headlines for all the wrong reasons — deaths in custody, allegations of poor medical care, staffing shortages, lockdowns, and conditions that have brought intense public scrutiny. But in 2025, new leadership came in with a mandate to change the atmosphere, improve conditions, and begin turning the page on a troubled past. Part of that change would seem to be the bringing in of King James Bibles for as many of their 2,000 inmates as we can handle.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJB)

This request from Chaplain Marmo at the Allegheny County Jail is a tremendous opportunity, think about it. They contacted us and asked for the Book. That means they are opening the prison doors for the word of God to go behind the walls, past the checkpoints, through the locked doors, and into the hands of inmates behind the bars who desperately need light in a dark place. We may never stand inside that jail and preach to those inmates face to face, but we can absolutely put a King James Bible in their hands. Allegheny County Jail is trying to move forward from a troubled past under new leadership. But what those inmates really need most is not merely a better institution around them — they need new life in Christ within them. Help us answer this request. Help us send the King James Bible into Allegheny County Jail in Pittsburgh. Help us put the Book in the hands of people who may be locked up physically, but who can still be made gloriously free in Jesus Christ. Former Prisoner Phillip Smith Got Saved In Jail Through The Gospel Truth Jail Ministry On A King James Bible Provided Through Bibles Behind Bars

He Was Broken, Hopeless And Behind Bars, Until A King James Bible From Bibles Behind Bars Showed Him The Saving Grace Of Jesus Christ And The Lord Changed His Life Forever

The Gospel Truth Jail Ministry in north Georgia is a collective of 10 different Baptist churches we supply Bibles to who all labour together in the half-dozen jails and prisons that populate the area, minstering to the thousands of inmates who are behind bars for a variety of reasons. I want to introduce you to a recently released prisoner by the name of Phillip Smith who has an amazing testimony of new life in Jesus Christ after sitting under faithful preaching and being given one of our King James Bibles.

“Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.” 2 Timothy 2:9 (KJB)

Phillip recently wrote a letter of his testimony which was given to us, and this will warm your heart like little else will. Phillip writes: “Found myself in a mess and behind bars Aug 6, 2025. For 2 weeks I struggled being away from my friends and family. Thinking of the disappointment I’m sure they all felt in me, I contemplated ways to end my troubles. Lost everything I had worked my whole life praying for just to lose it all over a bad habit. I felt no desire to start all over, I thank God for Pastor Shane coming each Thursday night and preaching hope into my heart. Aug 15, 2025 I turned my life over to the Lord and spent the next 2 1/2 months with my eyes and hands full of this bible. I successfully read it from cover to cover. I’m currently working on my second time through. After getting out of jail at the end of Oct. Brother Shane baptized me on Nov 2, 2025, in Holly Creek. If you’re in Holly Creek Nov 2 you better love Jesus, cause its cold. I’ve been attending Anchor Holds Baptist Church since my release, never had a church make me feel so welcome. Love my sermons with Brother David. Love my whole church family and I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” There it is, another soul finding a seat on Flight #777, praise the Lord!

Christian, Bibles Behind Bars is the link in the supply chain for groups like the Gospel Truth Jail Ministry who desperately need ministries like us to keep them supplied with King James Bibles. The man in the top photo is holding the actual Bible we provided for him, the “scripture of truth” that led him to the Lord Jesus. Gospel Truth Jail Ministry has now used up all the Bibles we sent them last year, giving them to inmates like Phillip, and have just reached out asking if we can supply them with 500 more. We sure can, but it will cost $2,207.20 to do it, and that’s where we need your help. Come help us!!

NTEB’s Operation Africa! Sends Another 200 Bibles To Glory Fellowship Church In Kenya As Pastor Dancan Is Trained In Paul’s Doctrine For The Gospel Ministry

Operation Africa continues to grow as Now The End Begins prepares to send another 200 Bibles tomorrow to the Glory Fellowship Church in Kisii, Kenya, bringing the total number of Bibles sent there to over 1,000. But this work is about more than just sending boxes of Bibles. We are also discipling Pastor Dancan weekly in Paul’s doctrine for the Church Age, with the end goal of seeing him officially ordained into the Gospel Ministry. Every Tuesday at 11:00 AM, I get on a video chat with Pastor Dancan (you can see me with Dancan in the middle section of the top photo) and we do rightly divided King James Bible Study. Believe me when I tell you how excited he is for these studies, Dancan says this has been his dream ever since he was a small child. Bibles put directly into the hands of the people, sound doctrine poured into the heart of the pastor, and a local church being strengthened for the work of the gospel ministry, that’s what Operation Africa! is all about.

“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2 (KJB)

It is not about building an empire, exporting ‘American religion’, or creating dependency. What we are doing is planting Bible believing, rightly divided, gospel-preaching local church ministry in Africa with men who can stand on their own two feet with an open Bible in their hands. This is how the Bible says real missions work ought to be done. Operation Africa is Bibles, doctrine, discipleship, and ordination. It is the word of God going out, saints being strengthened, pastors being trained, and local churches being established in sound doctrine. In Kisii, Kenya, at Glory Fellowship Church, the Lord has opened a door that no man can shut. We are also working to plant a church with Pastor Irad in Kanungu, Uganda, and we will have more on that soon, Lord willing.

Operation Africa is off to an amazing start and we need your help to keep it alive.
