Former Vice President Joe Biden has used Barack Obama’s beloved status among Democratic voters to insulate him from criticism from the massive field of candidates jockeying to be the next president.

During the 8 years of the Barack Obama presidency, we reported on him and his anti-America activities over 1,300 times. He was without a doubt the worst president since the Jimmy Carter disaster back in the 1970’s. I always said that that the only reason why he got elected was because he was black, and that he contributed nothing of any value to this country. Now it seems that the hardcore Progressive Left might be actually be agreeing with me as one by one they all start to turn on Obama in order to try and stop Creepy Joe Biden from getting the Democratic nomination for president in 2020.

Our story today comes from the ultra-Far Left communism-loving folks over at The Daily Beast, and when you absorb what they’re saying it’s really quite astonishing. While Barack Obama occupied the Oval Office, the Left treated him like the anointed messiah, he could do no wrong of any kind in their eyes. He declared June to be Pride Month, he got the Supreme Court to force acceptance of same-sex marriage in all 50 states, he promoted and defended Islam, and so much more. He was a Liberal’s political fantasy come to life. And yet, just 3 short years later, Democrats are trashing his legacy, dubious as it was, and throwing him under the proverbial bus because they need to stop Creepy Joe from advancing.

Democrats should be worried about the hair-sniffing, child touching ‘Creepy Joe’ Biden because he was no chance of any kind of beating Donald Trump in 2020, but guess what? None of the other Democrats do either, and that’s the sad state of affairs for the Democratic Party. But I am loving watching them tear down the man they once worshipped, it’s almost as satisfying as watching Dr. Pimple Popper cleaning out a cyst.

2020 Democrats Are Starting to Turn Obama’s Legacy Against Biden

FROM THE DAILY BEAST: But in recent weeks, the Democratic frontrunner has had that legacy used against him, with his competitors pointing the to shortcomings of the last Democratic administration as evidence that Biden’s not up to the task of leading the next one.

“Barack Obama, personally, is incredibly popular among Democratic primary voters,” Karthik Ganapathy, a progressive consultant now running his own firm, told The Daily Beast. “And also at the same time, there’s a growing recognition that income and wealth inequality got worse under his eight years, the climate crisis got worse during his eight years, deportations went up during his time in office, and so on.”

The idea that the Obama legacy would be anything other than a massive positive for Biden as he navigates the 2020 Democratic party has been treated as indisputable within Democratic circles. And for good reason. A CNN poll taken in early 2018 found that he had a 97 percent favorable rating among Democrats.

For a while, fellow Democrats running for the White House seemed content to simply avoid challenging the former VP as he repeatedly referenced his time in the Obama administration when touting his work on health care and beating back attacks over his record on race relations.

But that hesitancy has softened in recent weeks. On issues stemming from immigration to health care and foreign policy, the 2020 candidates have been increasingly critical in their public assessments of the Obama administration. And they’ve used opportunities from the debate stage to candidate forums to try and turn Biden’s ties to the former president from an overwhelming asset into something more complicated.

Senator Bernie Sanders’ (I-VT) campaign has used Obama’s own words to challenge Biden’s notion that Obamacare simply needs to be built upon. Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) challenged Biden over the Obama administration’s deportation policies. Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.) backed off support for the Obama administration’s 2015 Iran nuclear deal as originally written. And Governor Jay Inslee (D-WA) has attacked Biden for a naivete about dealing with Republicans—in what has been interpreted as an implicit rebuke of Obama’s own failure to fully grasp GOP recalcitrance.

The subtle targeting of Biden has come as Democratic activists and progressives have continued to grapple with the Obama legacy as well. In particular, the Trump administration’s family separation policy and inhumane conditions in detention facilities has sparked a broader conversation among Democratic voters about whether the Obama administration’s own deportation policies laid the groundwork for the current controversies.

At least two times in the last month, protesters have faced down Biden to demand an apology for the three million deportations that occurred during the Obama administration. Activists with Movimiento Cosecha, an immigrants rights organization, held a protest at Biden’s Philadelphia campaign headquarters over a week ago and subsequently confronted him at a New Hampshire campaign stop. Through their “Dignity 2020” plan, they called on Biden and his other competitors in the field to pledge to end detention and deportation, immediately legalize the estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants in the United States and reunite families separated during the current and past administration.

“We wanted the general public to understand that just defeating Trump in 2020 is only part of the solution,” Carlos Rojas Rodriguez, an organizer with the group, told The Daily Beast. “And there’s a lot of people that think that if Trump was no longer in the White House that the immigration crisis would go away and that’s just not true.”

Rodriguez, who is now a citizen but lived undocumented for 10 years, said they’re closely tracking how other candidates have been responding to questions about Obama’s immigration record and are tentatively planning to have a presence in Detroit leading up to the next Democratic presidential debate.

Already, they’ve seen some candidates take a harder look at the legacy. During the first Democratic debate in Miami in late June, Sen. Harris made a point of voicing dissent with President Obama’s use of the Secure Communities program, which allowed for local authorities to share fingerprints of those in jail with federal authorities. Obama ended the practice in 2014 but Trump restored it in 2017.

“On this issue, I disagreed with my president, because the policy was to allow deportation of people who by ICE’s own definition were non-criminals,” Harris said, though the degree to which she did is somewhat questionable.

More recently, Julián Castro who served as the secretary of housing and urban development under Obama, said that he believed the administration had been too harsh when it came to immigration, a shift from prior stances. “I have learned the lessons of the past. It seems like Vice President Biden hasn’t,” he was quoted as saying at the League of United Latin American Citizens convention last week.

But the criticism has extended beyond the issue of immigration. In the first debate, Booker said that the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, a landmark foreign policy achievement in Obama’s second term, could have been better. Many, including Biden, have also introduced sweeping climate change plans with hallmarks of the Green New Deal and taken a No Fossil Fuel Money pledge, which activists have seen as a necessary corrective to the Obama administration’s lack of action on the drastic threat of climate change.

“We would love to see candidates pressure Biden on that legacy, specifically looking at the increase in oil and gas drilling on public lands, in the U.S. in general,” Garrett Blad, a spokesperson for the climate action group Sunrise Movement, said, noting that a climate-only debate could foster these kinds of discussions. “And question him on those things. We’re glad to see that Biden has taken the No Fossil Fuel money pledge and has done what Obama didn’t do in denying that influence of the oil and gas executives and lobbyists on his campaign.” READ MORE

The Big Difference Between WWII And Today Is Simple, America Once Demanded Surrender, But Trump And The Department Of War Now Specialize In Empty Deadlines

What made America strong in World War II was not endless messaging, phony leverage, or recycled ultimatums. It was simple: the enemy was told to surrender unconditionally, and that was the end of the discussion. When Himmler came sniffing around for a negotiated exit, he was rejected. No games. No moving deadlines. No “last chance” followed by another last chance. No pretending that evil men could be talked into behaving honorably after drowning the world in blood. Negotatiate with terrorists? Not with the “greatest generation”. But that was then and this is now, and no one in Washington seems to have the foggiest notion of what to do next.

By contrast, what people are seeing from President Trump and the Department of War in the current Iran crisis looks, to many critics, like a theater of shifting ultimatums: self-imposed deadlines, last-minute extensions, threats of overwhelming force, then more time for talks, then fresh threats again. The Council on Foreign Relations described Trump announcing a two-week ceasefire just 88 minutes before his own deadline, and CBS reported this week that he extended that ceasefire after saying he would not move the deadline. That is exactly how “red lines” become punch lines. When a leader repeatedly announces a deadline and then stretches it, the deadline stops being a warning and starts becoming a bargaining ritual. The enemy learns that time itself is a weapon. Every delay becomes leverage. Every extension signals hesitation. Every reversal teaches hostile actors that Washington’s fiercest language may only be the opening act in another round of process.

UK Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain right before the start of WWII flew to Nazi Germany, for peace talks, and came back waving a piece of paper signed by Adolf Hitler, and he proclaimed he have achieved “peace in our time”. Shortly after that, WWII began, with Hitler mocking Chamberlain for his naive weakness, literally laughing at him. By contrast, when his replacement Winston Churchhill was given the opportunity to negotiate “peace talks” with Hitler, Churchill refused and said they would fight to the last man and die before that happened. Winston Churchill knew that “peace talks” are for losers who cannot win militarily. President Trump and Pete Hegseth over at the Department of War talk like Churchill, but they act like Chamberlain. What’s that you say, ‘peace in our time’? That’ll never happen if the Bible is right. But who believes the prophets and the Bible anymore? We do.

Trump Extends Iran War Ceasefire In Operation Epic Fury

FROM THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS: Trump announced an extension to the U.S.-Iran truce yesterday to allow Iranian leaders to reach a “unified proposal” in talks. The eleventh-hour move came as the truce was in its final stretch and marked an abrupt shift for the president, who earlier yesterday had reiterated opposition to an extension. While it staves off resuming large-scale hostilities in Iran and the Persian Gulf, both Washington and Tehran are maintaining their restrictions on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz while condemning each other’s actions. The United States boarded a tanker carrying Iranian oil in the Indian Ocean yesterday, while Iran’s semi-official Tasnim news agency said today that Iranian forces seized two ships in the strait.Meanwhile, attacks in Lebanon and northern Israel tested the ceasefire there.

U.S.-Iran diplomacy. Trump’s truce extension came after fears of a return to fighting rippled through oil markets, sending the price of Brent crude temporarily back up to around $100 per barrel. Unnamed U.S. officials told multiple news outlets that the extension reflected divisions in opinion among Iran’s leadership as well as trouble communicating with injured Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei. An advisor to one member of Iran’s negotiating team called the extension meaningless, though the team did not immediately give a unified response. Right now, there are a handful of things happening at the same time that, in and of themselves, aren’t overly spectacular, but when taken as a whole hit all the buttons. Look on social media, especially on places like X and Instragram, and you will see a lot of posts about the extra-biblical book of Enoch. Then we have President Trump threatening, or teasing, to reveal what the federal government knows about UFOs. Finally, in just a few weeks, Steven Speilberg’s much-anticipated movie ‘Disclosure Day’ is opening on June 12th. There seems to be a coordininated effort between social media, the White House and Hollywood to get us ready for something. But for what? That’s the question before us today.

On this episode of the Prophecy News Podcast, What we are watching right now is not random. Anna Paulina Luna is pushing renewed interest in the Book of Enoch, the Trump administration is teasing that alien secrets may soon be revealed, and Hollywood is rolling out Spielberg’s June 12, 2026 release Disclosure Day just as public fascination with UFO disclosure is surging. Now add in the fresh federal probe into the deaths and disappearances of 10 to 11 scientists and staff tied to sensitive nuclear and space-related work, and the atmosphere gets even darker. The danger is not just government files or UFO chatter by itself, it is the framework being built around it. The Book of Enoch is not a Bible book, yet it is increasingly treated as though it contains hidden keys to fallen beings, ancient corruption, and modern “non-human intelligence.” That is how deception works. Once people stop trusting Scripture alone, they become vulnerable to forbidden knowledge, secret revelations, and counterfeit spiritual explanations dressed up as discovery. And when mysterious missing scientists, rumored classified programs, and talk of disclosure all get folded into the same story, the public becomes even easier to condition. Washington provides the platform, Enoch provides the spiritual counterfeit, Hollywood provides the emotional packaging, and the missing scientists story provides the atmosphere of urgency and menace. Together they prepare the public to receive a supernatural explanation that bypasses biblical truth and feeds end-times delusion. We don’t need secret files, extra-biblical texts, or cinematic propaganda to understand the times. We already have a more sure word of prophecy, and we’ll give it all to you today.
