STRIKE ONE: White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt Gives Highly Unsatisfactory Answer To The Question Of All The Drones Swarming Over New Jersey

The White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Tuesday that the mysterious drones that were spotted in skies around New Jersey and the east coast at the end of last year were “authorized to be flown by the FAA”. What a relief to know that.

Here we are, at the cusp of America’s new ‘golden age’, and in the White House we have President Donald Trump who is going to reveal the secrets and defuse the wild conspiracy theories that swirl night and day over our nation. Brand new White House press secretary was sent to the batter’s box to knock a softball pitch out of the park. Easy-peasey. All she had to do was look into the camera, and tell the nation what President Trump has uncovered about the New Jersey drones. “Strike 1!” Uh-oh, that didn’t go well. Seems telling the truth is a little more complicated than it might appear.

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32 (KJB)

Karoline Leavitt quoted Trump directly when she said that “after much study and research, the drones flying over New Jersey in large numbers were authorized to be flown by the FAA for research and various other reasons.” Ohhh, ok, is that all there is to it? We can stop asking questions now? So let’s see if I have it right. The FAA authorized those thousands of drones flights, over 5,000 in one month, for “research”, research of what exactly? The phrase “authorized by the FAA” means very little when you understand that HAARP is also “authorized by the FAA”. And in addition to unspecified ‘research’ they were also authorized to fly for “various other reasons”? You could say that spying on American citizens could be filed under research, the Patriot Act allows for that type of research to take place. You could say that “various other reasons” might include any and every type of nefarious activity that drones flying under the cover of darkness might wish to engage in. Especially the ones flying far above the 400ft limit. Her answer was garbage, saying absolutely nothing while allowing for the possibility for the worst of conspiracy theories to be true. And if you’re waiting for the ‘secret files’ to be opened on JFK, RFK and MLK, don’t hold your breath, nothing will be revealed outside of the standard partly line you already know. Tell the truth, President Trump, this was nonsense. That’s the memo.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt says New Jersey drones ‘authorized to be flown by FAA’

FROM THE GUARDIAN UK: In the first press briefing of Donald Trump’s second administration, Leavitt said that she had “news directly from the president of the United States that was just shared with me in the Oval Office”.

“After research and study, the drones that were flying over New Jersey in large numbers were authorized to be flown by the FAA for research and various other reasons,” she said, adding that “many of these drones were also hobbyists, recreational and private individuals that enjoy flying drones”.

“In time, it got worse due to curiosity,” she said. “This was not the enemy.”

People started reporting the drones in the skies over northern New Jersey just before Thanksgiving, noting the aerial objects appeared to be hovering in formation and returned night after night. A flurry of drone sightings occurred in December, including some seen above residential homes, military installations and critical infrastructure such as energy facilities, railway stations and reservoirs. Federal agencies deployed advanced detection technology to the regions where the drones were spotted as well as trained visual observers.

The FBI said it received more than 5,000 reports of drone sightings in a matter of weeks, but only about 100 required further investigation.

As more and more drone sightings were being reported, no one seemed to know for certain where the flying objects were from or who was behind them. Lawmakers in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and other states on the east coast demanded answers on behalf of the American public, raised concerns about the drones and criticized what they saw as the lack of urgency and transparency on the drone sightings.

One state lawmaker even called for the state of New Jersey to issue a limited state of emergency.

Drone and national security experts continued to tell the public that there was nothing to worry about, and in mid-December, a group of federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the FAA and the Department of Defense, issued a statement saying that they had examined the tips from concerned citizens and assessed that the sightings were a mix of lawful drones, airplanes, helicopters and stars.

Then the FAA issued a month-long drone ban in parts of New Jersey and New York. At the time, Trump, who was then the president-elect, questioned why government officials had not been more forthcoming and said that the “government knows what is happening”.

“Look, our military knows where they took off from – if it’s a garage, they can go right into that garage,” Trump said.

Former president Joe Biden said at the time that the drones were “nothing nefarious” and told the public that his administration was following the issue closely but that there was “no sense of danger”. READ MORE

Washington has always been draped in Rome. It has exported Roman-style law, military order, global dominance, civic religion, political symbolism, mass entertainment, and imperial power under the banner of freedom and democracy. America calls itself a republic, but it increasingly behaves like an empire. That was Rome’s path as well. First the republic, then the strong men, then the spectacle, then the empire. And finally, the inevitable collapse of all of it. The White House lawn has become the arena, and that old Roman spirit is speaking once again. Here at our 250th anniversary, our republic is fading, the spectacle is rising, the Beast system is forming. And the final empire of Antichrist is preparing for its last act before the King of kings returns to break it in pieces and set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed. Day 100 Of World War Trump Arrives With Iran Still Burning, Israel Still Bracing And America Still Pretending That Endless War Is The Pathway To Peace

Day 100 of World War Trump in Iran has now arrived, and with it comes the bitter reminder that when powerful men tell you a war is “over” on the first day, what they usually mean is that the truth has only just begun to bleed. Donald Trump said it was over. Pete Hegseth said it was controlled. The press briefings were polished, the victory language was prepackaged, and the machinery of empire assured the American people that this would be another clean, decisive, made-for-television strike. One day. One blow. One triumph. Then back to business. But here we are on Day 100. Trump says that “he’s calling the shots”, but he clearly is not driving the wartime narrative. Iran is.

He is learning what every polished wartime spokesman eventually learns: wars don’t obey press releases, and missiles do not care about slogans. Iran does not vanish because someone on television says that America is in control. The Strait of Hormuz does not calm down and reopen because a cabinet official issues forth with boastful braggadocio from behind a microphone. ‘America First’ Fractures As House Congressional Republicans Join Democrats To Rebuke Trump Over His Unauthorized Iran War

The House vote to rebuke Trump over the Iran war is not merely a “symbolic” slap on the wrist — it is a warning flare from deep inside his own political camp. When Republican leadership has to argue that Congress exercising its constitutional war powers would “weaken the president’s hand,” what they are really admitting is that Trump’s hand is already weak. A strong president does not need Congress to surrender its authority in order to look strong at the negotiating table. The facade is slipping.

“Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.” Jeremiah 17:5 (KJB)

The resolution passed 215–208, with four Republicans joining Democrats to demand that Trump seek congressional authorization or withdraw from military action in Iran. That does not mean the entire Republican Party has abandoned him, but it absolutely means the old automatic loyalty is cracking. The vote came after earlier failed attempts, making this one politically significant because enough Republicans finally broke away to put it over the top. What makes this so damaging is the contradiction at the heart of Trump’s political brand. He ran as the man who would end endless wars, drain the swamp, confront the foreign policy establishment, and put America First. Yet here he is, presiding over another Middle East war, with Congress now having to drag the White House back toward the Constitution. That is not strength. That is the very Washington war machine Trump once promised to defeat.

These GOP defectors are not simply siding with Democrats. They are exposing a fault line inside the MAGA movement itself. Is “America First” a real doctrine, or just campaign-stage decoration that gets tossed aside the moment the drums of war start beating? If Trump can wage war with Iran without clear congressional authorization, then the constitutional conservative argument collapses into personality worship. Republican leaders claim this vote weakens Trump in negotiations with Iran. No — the war weakened him. The rising costs weakened him. The lack of a clean exit weakened him. The failure to secure a durable settlement weakened him. Congress did not create the weakness; Congress exposed it.

The House resolution was opposed by Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., and most Republicans, who complained that it undermines Trump and his top negotiators when they are trying to secure a nuclear deal with Iran. Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Brian Mast, R-Fla., called Wednesday’s action “just a total BS vote.” source

The House vote is a public rebuke of a president whose own party is beginning to realize that bravado is not strategy, escalation is not victory, and loyalty to Trump is not the same thing as loyalty to the US Constitution. For years, Republicans warned about unchecked executive power — until that power belonged to their man. Now, with American forces entangled in Iran and the War Powers clock already blown past, a few Republicans are finally remembering that Congress, not the president, has the authority to declare war. This is even bigger than a Capitol Hill fight. America is being pulled deeper into the Middle East firestorm while its leaders pretend they are in control. They are not. Iran, Israel, the Gulf, oil prices, military escalation, congressional rebellion — all of it points to a superpower strained, divided, and spiritually blind while the voice of the prophets grows louder by the day.
