London Olympics Opening Ceremony Disgraces Memory Of Slain 1972 Israeli Olympians
Talk about a slap in the face
In the worst decision of the Opening Ceremony, the International Olympic Committee allowed one moment of silence to be held – just not the one that it should have permitted for the past 40 years.
After saying there would be no moment of silence to honor the 11 Israeli athletes and coaches who were killed at the 1972 Munich Olympics, the IOC permitted a video tribute to the 52 people who were killed in the suicide bombings in the London transit system the day after the city won the Games in 2005.
That was kind, and fitting, but it only served to highlight the extraordinarily bad judgment the IOC has shown in the matter of the Israelis, who were killed simply because they were Olympians living in the Olympic village. As has been the case for 40 years, the IOC recently refused repeated requests from world leaders and families to honor the Israelis, including President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and leaders of Canada, Australia, Israel and Germany, among others.
They all knew last week that there would once again be no tribute in the Opening Ceremony. But then came this other moment of silence. Talk about a slap in the face. The IOC has steadfastly tried to forget the horror of Munich, and here was another example of their reprehensible oversight by honoring some, but not all.
It’s almost unheard of for a nation to change Olympic Opening Ceremony protocol, and the IOC often uses that as one of its excuses to deny a moment of silence for the Israelis. But then it changed protocol for others, ensuring the tragedy of the Munich victims continues to this day within the Olympic world. source – USA Today

Blessed are those that bless God’s people and cursed are those who curse God’s people

Should we then really be even a bit surprised by what was allowed to happen then? Check out how those in Israel and those in Palestine are ‘listed’, and you’ll see that none of this is shocking for folks who probably don’t really care. Eventually, God Himself WILL avenge for the wrongs done to His people.

It makes no since at all why Isreal is hated by the entire world. Unlike other nations that are communist, socialist, dictatorship, tyrrany, shariah law murder to all non-muslems, she doesn’t force her culture or history or religuon on anyone. Israel simply is on the defense against the entire world. For what?

Actually, it has all been foretold. God’s people will always be a problem to this world. Remember, we are not of this world but from a far much better place… God bless US, always…

Israel doesn’t Go around forcing the mosaic law on the entire world. Islam and shariah law are obviously the evil in the world. They go around murdering people in every nation in the name of Allah. Why be tallarent to tyranny? Why not make a stand against those who are against liberty for all? Why does the world condone wicked behavior and supress those who disagree? I think we all know the answere to these.

It does make sense! The Jews are God’s chosen people. It’s the devil that hates the Jewish nation and its people. If he can wipe out the Jewish nation, there would be no reason for Jesus to return. The tribulation period is for the salvation of the Jewish nation and when Jesus returns at the end of the tribulation it will be for the Jews. Those of us who are saved before the tribulation begins, will return with him, having been raptured before the tribulation begins. When seen in this light, all this hatred for the Jews makes sense. But remember, God blesses those who bless His people and curses those who curse His people, so it’s important NOW where we choose to stand with regard to the Jewish people.

This IOC determination, may well seal the fate of the Olympics, and what little of it we see, will be the last Olympic, we see.
Prophecy says, Israel will suffer from those who ‘curse’ them, but the Israeli remnant survives, ‘Smelling like a Rose.’ ALL, those who ‘curse’ Israel, are not mentioned, to say nothing about the lingering ‘smell,’ that takes seven months (much longer than a minute of silence) to remove. (end of rant)
Shame on IOC, and any who, also, curse Israel. AMEN

The Jew today is the purest blooded and proudest descended people in all the world. … The temple went up in smoke in 70AD. … But the Jew is still today what he was then, he is still the woman. His language, his literature, his customs are much the same. He has been persistently hated and hunted by the Gentiles. …He tried to find asylum in one nation only to be driven out. To try to find asylum in another nation only to be driven out. … to be tromped upon, to be stoned, to be burned in ovens. Canute banished them from all England a thousand years ago. Edward I drove every last one of them from England’s shores. In France and Germany they were blamed for the Black Plague and they were terribly treated. That same year that Columbus discovered America, Spain drove all the Jews from the kingdom. Then came the Spanish inquisition that wreaked their cruelties upon them, GET THIS, in the name of Christ. … Nations have hounded and persecuted and hated the woman. But God loves her. … God loves her. Oh yes, she has become a prostitute. The book of Hosea reveals that the nation of Israel prostituted itself to idolatry. But just like Hosea brought back his wife Gomer, and loved her in spite of her harlotry, God loves the nation of Israel today. And God will bring them through victorious. They will rule and they will reign with Christ as a national entity (The Valley Church, emphasis added).
