The Murray County Jail in Georgia is one of 6 area jails that Bibles Behind Bars supplies with King James Bible, scripture portions, and Christian literature. The other day, Pastor Rick Spence sent us the photo you see at the top of this article, with the exciting news that their ministry team preached in 7 cells, recording 9 professions of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We have sent thousands of Bibles to the various jails and prisons in Georgia, and Lord willing, will continue to do so while the Lord gives us this open door. The Gospel Truth Jail Ministry is a coalition of pastors, active and retired chaplains and men and women volunteers who have a burden to reach the lost behind bars. What we do is keep the supply lines open – Bibles, books and tracts – so that these gospel workers can get something done for the Lord. I don’t have crypto, a 401K, IRAs, precious metals or any other such like because I am investing everything I have in getting the gospel out to see souls saved, and saved people set on fire for God. Over in Kerrville, Texas, Pastor Cody and his team are preparing for their Big Day on August 9th with a community outreach for the victims of that mindboggling flood that did such damage to their area. We have already sent them 1,000 Bibles, along with enough school supplies to fill 400 kid’s backpacks, and in each pack a beautiful kid’s and teens Bible. This is big, really big, and it’s costing us right around $12,500 to do all that. We need your help with all of it. NTEB to supply Victory Baptist Church in Kerrville, Texas, with resources needed for 400 back-to-school backpacks filled with King James Bibles and supplies

The floodwaters that roared through Kerrville, Texas, took the nation by storm as we watched incredible devastation especially at Camp Mystic Christian girls camp where 27 campers and counsellors perished. We were contacted by Pastor Ed from Ranchero Drive Baptist Church with an urgent request for Bibles and we sent out an opening order of 1,000 KJVs. Yesterday we learned about a local community outreach for the children of flood victims that Pastor Cody from Victory Baptist Church wants to conduct, and we offered to help him to bring it to fruition.

“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19 (KJB)

Victory Baptist Church wants to hold a community day where they will feed anyone and everyone who comes out, as well as handing out 400 back-to-school backpacks filled with school supplies and, of course, a beautiful new King James Bible. But in order to make that happen, they need a little help, and that’s where NTEB’ers come in. After exchanging dozens of messages back and forth with Pastor Cody, NTEB has offered to provide all the school supplies needed in each backpack as well as the Bibles, 400 in all. These are children and teen Bibles, separate from and in addition to the 1,000 adult Bibles we have already sent out. Total cost for all of this is right around $12,500.00, and the resources mentioned here have already been sent, by faith, to supply the need in Kerrville in time for their event on August 9th. This is where you come in, we need your help to cover the cost for all this.

When we started Now The End Begins 16 years ago, never in my wildest imaginings did I ever see a Free Bible Program, much less a Bibles Behind Bars program, and certainly not one where we would be supplying aid, relief and Bibles to assist disaster victims on such a large scale. But this is what the Lord has seen fit to use NTEB to accomplish, and it is so exciting to be “in the game” on this level. Please pray for the Kerrville outreach we are helping Victory Baptist with, pray for Pastor Cody, and pray for healing for all the people who will come on that day for food and much-needed school supplies for their children. Bibles Behind Bars here in our third year is operating at a national level supplying King James Bibles and books to every jail and prison that asks us for help

As you know, the LORD has opened up a ‘great door and effectual’ for Bibles Behind Bars in north and central Georgia partnering with the Gospel Truth Jail Ministry. We have putting putting King James Bibles into the Heard County Jail, the Gordon County Jail, the Murray County Jail, the Catoosa County Jail, and at the Whitfield County Jail where 10 men last night heard the gospel, believed it, got saved and each received a Bible from Bibles Behind Bars. Praise the Lord!! Please pray that these men will grow in their salvation and sanctification.

“Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name: the righteous shall compass me about; for thou shalt deal bountifully with me.” Psalm 142:7 (KJB)

As revival continues in Georgia, requests for Bibles and books continue to pour in. The Hardin County Detention Center in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, the Joe Corley Processing Center in Conroe, Texas, and Leake County Correctional in Carthage, Missouri have all sent in requests for Bibles and books. Over in Kerrville, Texas, we are working with Victory Baptist Church for something very exciting to help families impacted by the floods, and I will write about it as we get closer to the event to take place in Kerrville on August 9th. But it’s really big and you’ll love it. In the meantime, we need your help to keep the supply lines open. We have never turned down any request from any jail or prison in the last 3 years.
