Perhaps you have heard the expression ‘Molon Labe‘, and wondered what it meant, and wondered even more why you see a lot of American patriots using that expression. Molon Labe comes from the Greek and it means literally ‘come and take it’, and is a classic expression of defiance. Tens of thousands of American patriots are in Virginia right now to defend the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution against a democratic governor who is looking to take it away for the residents of that state.

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Second Amendment to the United States Constitution

In 2020, we live in a nation where one side of the aisle, the Democrats, are wishing to impose a Socialist form of government, and as in all Socialist regimes the first step is always disarming the population. The fact that tens of thousands are rallying in Virginia right now is a good sign, but this needs to happen in the other 49 states as well. 2020 will be the pivotal year for the future of America, with dividing lines not drawn this sharply since the first Civil War. Stand up for our Constitution rights or the Democrats will take them away, it’s really that simple.

So far the rally has been quite peaceful as tens of thousands of law-abiding gun owners protesting without violence, but don’t expect that to last. You know the Democrats are going to send in ANTIFA and others to try and provoke an incident. They always do. Or maybe ANTIFA has already scanned the massive crowd, trembled in fear and ran back to the safety of their mom’s basements, we shall see.

Virginia pro-gun rally draws crowds amid fears of violence

FROM YAHOO NEWS: Several thousand gun rights supporters began massing near the Virginia state capitol Monday for a rally under heavy surveillance and a state of emergency declared by authorities fearing violence by far-right groups.

Dressed in hunting jackets and caps, rally-goers were checked for weapons as they passed through tight security before entering a fenced off area of Richmond’s Capitol Square for the so-called “Lobby Day” event.

Many more gathered in the streets surrounding the Capitol building, some bearing sidearms or long guns, which is permitted outside the designated rally area. They carried US and Virginia state flags and a huge banner emblazoned with the image of an assault rifle and the legend: “Come and Take It.”

Brooks, a 24-year-old Richmond resident who would not give his full name, came with a group of friends, including one with an AR-15 assault rifle, “to support the Second Amendment.”

“It’s our constitutional God-given right to arm ourselves. Having a gun is for peace of mind. It’s a protection thing,” he told AFP.

The rally has been organized by the Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL), which opposes gun control laws proposed by state Democrats, who control the Virginia government.

The VCDL has condemned what it considers a breach of the Second Amendment of the US Constitution, which states that “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” The amendment has proved controversial over the years and has been subject to many different interpretations. The Supreme Court has ruled that individuals have the right to keep firearms in their households, but left it to states to determine how the weapons could be transported.

President Donald Trump, a major ally of the pro-gun lobby, expressed his support for the protesters on Twitter Friday.

“Your 2nd Amendment is under very serious attack in the Great Commonwealth of Virginia,” he wrote. “That’s what happens when you vote for Democrats, they will take your guns away. Republicans will win Virginia in 2020. Thank you Dems!”

Many of those massing near Capitol Square wore “Trump 2020” or “Make America Great Again” hats in support of the conservative president. Some chanted “four more years” or “USA, USA.” Richmond was a capital of the pro-slavery Confederacy, and Virginia has traditionally leaned conservative.

But the state, which borders the capital Washington, flipped in November and passed into Democratic hands. State Democrats promised to tackle what they considered the laxity surrounding firearms carrying laws, particularly after a May 2019 shooting in Virginia Beach that left 12 dead.

The new laws under consideration would prohibit magazines with more than 10 rounds, the purchase of more than one weapon per month, and permit judges to seize weapons from individuals deemed dangerous. A draft ban on the sale of semi-automatic rifles, however, has been abandoned.

A backlash to the restrictions has spread throughout the state, and more than 100 counties and localities have declared themselves Second Amendment sanctuaries, threatening not to apply the new laws. Security around the Capitol square has been increased, and authorities have arranged for extra police reinforcements to prevent any misconduct, as several far-right and paramilitary groups have said they would attend.

At the end of last week, the FBI arrested seven alleged members of the white extremist group “The Base” suspected of trying to create trouble at the rally.

Democratic Governor Ralph Northam on Wednesday declared a state of emergency for the rally site, which has been in effect since Friday and will continue through Tuesday evening. Carrying firearms, normally allowed in the streets, is prohibited, as are dangerous objects such as baseball bats and chains.

“The VCDL (organizers) have intended this to be a peaceful event, but they have unleashed something much larger that they might not be able to control,” Northam said.

The governor said they have seen “credible and serious threats” of “violence, armed confrontation and assault on our Capitol (from) groups with action plans.” The groups include out-of-state militias and hate groups, he said.

“No one wants to see an incident like the one we saw in Charlottesville,” Northam said, referring to another Virginia city where clashes between white supremacists and anti-racist demonstrators in August 2017 resulted in one dead and dozens wounded.

Hunter Mitchell, a 24-year-old computer engineering student in Richmond, dismissed the governor’s comments.

“Governor Northam and Virginia Democrats don’t care about us. They already consider us domestic terrorists and we consider them tyrants.” For now, he added, “It’s peaceful. Let’s hope it stays that way.” READ MORE

United States Supreme Court Issues Major New Ruling Expanding 2nd Amendment Gun Rights As Justices Appointed By Trump Now Paying Dividends

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

In a major expansion of gun rights, the Supreme Court said Thursday that Americans have a right to carry firearms in public for self-defense.

Democrats are howling right now over the stunning decision by the Supreme Court to expand gun rights in New York, striking down a previous gun law that prohibited legal gun carry. But their faux outrage is nothing compared to what’s going to take place when the Supreme Court reverses Roe v. Wade, then you’ll see some good old fashioned Democratic domestic terrorism like you did in the summer of 2020.

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 (KJB)

The idea that because of school shootings, however horrific they are, we need to get rid of guns is not only stupid, it’s disingenuous as well. Why do I say that? Because look here, every day in America around 32 people are killed in car crashes involving alcohol. That’s 11,680 people every year, man! Do lawmakers place  a ban on cars? No. Do lawmakers place a ban on alcohol? No. What are they doing to stop the wholesale slaughter of 11,680 Americans killed by alcohol? Nothing. Why is there no outrage over this? Because no one cares when a problem doesn’t serve to advance a political agenda, that’s why. Abolishing the 2nd Amendment is the fever dream of every Liberal, because Democrats long for the day when they will rule over a disarmed and helpless populace. One really good thing that Trump did while president was the focusing on appointing judges and justices on every level of the US court system. That was really, really smart, and it paying big dividends now for all freedom loving Americans.

Supreme Court expands gun rights, striking New York limits

FROM THE ASSOCIATED PRESS: The decision follows recent mass shootings and is expected to ultimately allow more people to legally carry guns on the streets of the nation’s largest cities — including New York, Los Angeles and Boston — and elsewhere. About a quarter of the U.S. population live in states expected to be affected by the ruling, which struck down a New York gun law. The decision, the high court’s first major gun decision in more than a decade, was 6-3 with the court’s conservatives in the majority and liberals in dissent.

The ruling comes as Congress is working toward passage of gun legislation following mass shootings in Texas,New York and California. On Thursday, senators were expected to clear the way for that measure, modest in scope but still the most far-reaching in decades.

President Joe Biden said in a statement he was “deeply disappointed” by the Supreme Court ruling, which he said “contradicts both common sense and the Constitution, and should deeply trouble us all.”

He urged states to pass new laws and said, “I call on Americans across the country to make their voices heard on gun safety. Lives are on the line.”

In the opinion itself, Justice Clarence Thomas wrote for the majority that the Constitution protects “an individual’s right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home.”

The decision struck down a New York law requiring people to demonstrate a particular need for carrying a gun in order to get a license to carry one in public. The justices said that requirement violates the Second Amendment right to “keep and bear arms.”

California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Rhode Island all have similar laws. The Biden administration had urged the justices to uphold New York’s law. New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said the ruling comes at a particularly painful time, when New York is still mourning the deaths of 10 people in a mass shooting at a supermarket in Buffalo. “This decision isn’t just reckless. It’s reprehensible. It’s not what New Yorkers want,” she said.

But Tom King, president of the plaintiff New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, said he was relieved.

“The lawful and legal gun owner of New York State is no longer going to be persecuted by laws that have nothing to do with the safety of the people and will do nothing to make the people safer,” he said. “And maybe now we’ll start going after criminals and the perpetrator of these heinous acts.”

In a court dissent joined by his liberal colleagues, Justice Stephen Breyer focused on the toll taken by gun violence. “Since the start of this year alone (2022), there have already been 277 reported mass shootings—an average of more than one per day,“ Breyer wrote. Backers of New York’s law had argued that striking it down would lead to more guns on the streets and higher rates of violent crime. Gun violence, which was already on the rise during the coronavirus pandemic has spiked anew.

In most of the country gun owners have little difficulty legally carrying their weapons in public. But that had been harder to do in New York and the handful of states with similar laws. New York’s law, which has been in place since 1913, says that to carry a concealed handgun in public, a person applying for a license has to show “proper cause,” a specific need to carry the weapon. The state issues unrestricted licenses where a person can carry their gun anywhere and restricted licenses that allow a person to carry the weapon but just for specific purposes such as hunting and target shooting or to and from their place of business.

The Supreme Court last issued a major gun decision in 2010. In that decision and a ruling from 2008 the justices established a nationwide right to keep a gun at home for self-defense. The question for the court this time was about carrying one outside the home. READ MORE

Amid Battling Stories About His Uncontrolled Anger And Mental Lapses, A Struggling Joe Biden Explodes On Auto Worker In Detroit Confusing First And Second Amendment

An angry Joe Biden explodes on auto worker in argument in which he confused the First and Second Amendment, called him a ‘piece of s***’ in viral video.

Detroit workers will tell you that auto factory floors are tough, but Joe Biden wasn’t backing down when a worker came at him on a factory tour Tuesday morning.

The always feckless Democrats are working overtime today to spin yet another story regarding Joe Biden and his uncontrollable anger and ever-increasing memory lapses. While campaigning at an auto factory under construction in Detroit, Joe Biden got into a shouting match with a worker who asked Biden why he wanted to take away his Second Amendment rights to own a gun.

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Second Amendment to the United States Constitution

Confused, Joe Biden answered by saying “The Second Amendment right now if you yell ‘fire,’ that’s not free speech,” which baffled everyone that heard it. It is our First Amendment which pertains to free speech in a public arena, not the Second Amendment. Things only got worse from there as  you will see in the video below. Biden exploded in rage, told the man that he was “full of s***!”, and then made proceeded to push past him forcefully. This is the man whom the Democrats think is their “best shot” at defeating Donald Trump in November.

In truth, Joe Biden has not said that he will take away our Second Amendment right to own some kind of a gun, but he has said repeatedly that he plans on gutting it so much it will be rendered moot. You can hear him say that in the videos below as well. Reducing the Second Amendment to “shotguns and hunting rights” is to deny what the Second Amendment actually is there for. Joe Biden is no friend of the Second Amendment, not at all, not even close.

Angry Joe Biden Tells Detroit Worker ‘You’re Full Of Sh**’ [VIDEO]

FROM WWJ NEWSRADIO 950: Courting votes in Michigan’s very important primary — which some believe could be the final stand-off between Biden and Democratic rival Bernie Sanders — Biden wasn’t exactly jolly.

“You’re gonna take away our guns,” the worker tells Biden as he walks by in close quarters, surrounded by workers and the media.

Biden misses no beat before responding, “You’re full of sh**.”

“Shush-shush!” Biden says to a woman who tries to interject “I support the Second Amendment.”

“The Second Amendment right now if you yell ‘fire,’ that’s not free speech,” Biden said. “From the very beginning, I have a shotgun, a twin gauge, a 12-gauge, my sons hunt. Guess what? I’m not taking your gun away at all. Do you need 100 rounds?”

The worker in a hardhat mumbles something and Biden responds, “I DID NOT SAY THAT!”

“(It was in) a viral video? Just like the other ones they’re putting out. They’re lies … Take your AR14s…” Biden shouts at him.

At one point, Biden points his finger in the man’s face and he complains, “You’re pushing up on me.” A pal puts his arm around the worker, calming the situation while he and Biden continue to argue heatedly.

Eventually, Biden’s people and other workers push him through to shake more hands.

The near-altercation happened while Biden and Sanders pushed for last-minute support. The latest poll from Monmouth University has Biden at 51% support with Michigan Democrats, compared to Sanders’ 36%.

Losing would be a blow: Sanders won the state by a narrow margin in 2016. Of all the primary elections happening Tuesday, Michigan has the most delegates up for grabs at 125. Some are calling it Super Tuesday 2.0. READ MORE

President Trump Announces His Call For A National ‘Red Flag’ Gun Law That Will Allow The Government To Begin Confiscating Guns From US Citizens

President Trump addressed the nation on Monday called for a national ‘Red Flag’ Gun Law allowing the federal government to seize guns from citizens.

Sen. Lindsey Graham announces bipartisan deal on 'red-flag' gun laws
SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

Sen. Lindsey Graham said Monday he’s struck a bipartisan deal to write legislation that would encourage states to adopt “red flag” laws allowing guns to be taken from potentially dangerous individuals, and he vowed action in the wake of this weekend’s shootings.

An estimated 88,000 people die every year from alcohol, and yet alcohol is legal in all 50 states. Over 324,000 babies are killed in abortion each year, and yet abortions are legal in all 50 states. Over 40,000 people each year die in car crashes, the majority of which are linked to alcohol, and yet automobiles are legal in all 50 states.  In 2018, less than 15,000 people died from gun violence in America. Yet somehow, guns are the real problem, go figure.

“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” Second Amendment to the US Constitution, ratified December 1791

The newly-proposed National Red Flag Gun Law is absolutely an infringement on the rights of the American people to “keep and bear arms”, it is nothing less than gun confiscation. And it is the Republican Party that is allowing this proposed bill to proceed towards being enshrined in law. If passed, the so-called Red Flag Gun Law is the beginning of the end of not only the Second Amendment, but of all the other amendments as well. Remember, if they can take just one away from you, they can take all of them away from you.

And just so you know, President Trump, who promised the millions of patriots who voted for him he would protect our gun rights, is not only in favor of it he’s also the one pushing for it, as you will see in the video below.

Sen. Lindsey Graham announces bipartisan deal on ‘red-flag’ gun laws

FROM THE WASHINGTON TIMES: The South Carolina Republican said his legislation, which he has worked on with Sen. Richard Blumenthal, Connecticut Democrat, would offer grants to law enforcement to hire professionals to try to decide cases where guns should be taken from troubled individuals.

Mr. Graham said he talked to President Trump about the idea earlier Monday, and the president “seems very supportive.”

“Many of these shootings involved individuals who showed signs of violent behavior that are either ignored or not followed up. State Red Flag laws will provide the tools for law enforcement to do something about many of these situations before it’s too late,” said Mr. Graham, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Congressional Republicans, under pressure to respond to this weekend’s massacres, appear to be coalescing around legislation to help law enforcement to take guns from those who pose an imminent danger — a measure that, if signed into law, would be the most significant gun safety legislation enacted in 20 years. source

Red flag laws have been pioneered in some states such as Florida, scene of the 2018 Valentine’s Day school shooting in Parkland.

Under a red flag law, potentially dangerous individuals can be reported by family or others, and local officials then determine whether there is cause to temporarily remove firearms the person may have. Cases where weapons were removed in Florida involved both risks to others or potential suicide cases.

Mr. Graham said he and Mr. Blumenthal will introduce national red flag grant legislation “in the very near future.” Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, said there’s no need to wait.

She’s already written and introduced her own version, the Extreme Risk Protection Order Act,” that would create a grant program to encourage states to come up with red flag laws. She said Mr. Graham could put her bill on the committee’s agenda.

“The Senate could vote on that bill today,” she said.

She said that while 15 states and the District of Columbia have red flag laws on the books, neither Texas nor Ohio — scenes of the weekend’s shootings — have one. But she said the Senate needs to go further than that. She called for Congress to renew the Assault Weapons Ban, a now-expired 1994 law that restricted the sale of some military-style semiautomatic rifles.

“It took the Dayton shooter less than 30 seconds to shoot 35 people, nine of whom died. This validates the theory that these weapons are designed to kill as many people as possible, as quickly as possible,” she said. READ MORE

President Trump Calls For National ‘Red Flag’ Gun Control Law

Donald Trump addressed the nation on Monday in the wake of two deadly mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio over the weekend. He blamed violent video games and mental health for the shooting and called for “red flag laws” as a measure of gun control.
