Temple Mount Tensions Ready To Explode Over Israel’s Use Of Metal Detectors To Stop Islamic Terrorists

Israeli officials have said they will not remove metal detectors from outside a Jerusalem mosque, despite rapidly escalating tensions with the Palestinians.

Israeli officials have said they will not remove metal detectors from outside a Jerusalem mosque, despite their installation triggering rapidly escalating confrontations with Palestinians.

“Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.” Zechariah 12:2 (KJV)

Amid a mounting toll of deaths and injuries in the crisis, Israelis and Palestinians are braced for weeks of confrontation, as both sides appeared to dig in to their positions.

In addition to the metal detectors, Israel has also began installing sophisticated security cameras at one of the entrances to the compound housing the al-Aqsa mosque, known to Muslims as the Haram al-Sharif and revered by Jews as the Temple Mount.

Security officials told Israeli media the cameras were intended to complement the metal detectors, not replace them.

Passions Inflamed Over Jerusalem’s Temple Mount:

Despite the remarks – and with Israeli generals warning the violence may spiral – other officials appeared to offer a contradictory message, saying the Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, was considering alternatives to the walk-through sensors placed at entrances to the al-Aqsa mosque compound after two policemen were shot dead there on 14 July.

The mixed signals emerging from the Israeli side have contributed to the sense of confusion driving the crisis, during which Israeli ministers have reportedly overruled warnings from senior security officials about the risk of stoking a widening confrontation with the installation of the devices.

But as Israel’s cabinet met on Sunday with the issue on top of the agenda, Tzachi Hanegbi, the minister for regional development and a senior member of the ruling Likud party, told Army Radio: “They (metal detectors) will remain. The murderers will never tell us how to search the murderers. If they (Palestinians) do not want to enter the mosque, then let them not enter the mosque.”

As other ministers warned of the risk of ‘large scale volatility’, Israel deployed thousands of extra troops to the West Bank.

Pope Francis steps in and calls for deescalation

The UN security council will also hold closed-door talks on Monday about the spiraling violence after Egypt, France and Sweden sought a meeting to “urgently discuss how calls for de-escalation in Jerusalem can be supported”. In his Sunday sermon in St Peter’s Square in Rome, Pope Francis told worshippers he was following “with trepidation the grave tensions and violence” at the holy site as he appealed for ‘moderation and dialogue’.

In a further indication of the hardening of positions, the Muslim authorities that oversee al-Aqsa said they would continue to oppose any new Israeli-imposed measures.

“We stress our absolute rejection of the electronic gates, and of all measures by the Occupation (Israel) that would change the historical and religious status in Jerusalem and its sacred sites, foremost the blessed Aqsa mosque,” the Palestinian grand mufti, the acting Palestinian chief justice and the Jordanian-sponsored Waqf religious trust said in a joint statement.

The issue exploded into more serious violence on Friday, after days of night-time clashes after the metal detectors, installation, which followed the attack on 14 July that killed two Israeli policemen at the entrance to the site by three Israeli Arabs who Israel says smuggled weapons into the compound.

In clashes that have grown in intensity since mass protests on Friday, four Palestinians have been killed in confrontations with Israeli security forces, while a family of three Israeli settlers was stabbed to death by a Palestinian who entered their home in the West Bank citing the issues around the al-Aqsa mosque as his motive

The sheer scale of the risks involved was made clear on Sunday morning when the Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas – who has long threatened to end security cooperation with Israel – cancelled a planned security meeting after announcing he was cutting all contacts.

At the centre of the issue has been two competing impetuses. The first has been the politics of Israel’s right/far-right coalition, led by Netanyahu, which, say critics, led his cabinet to ignore warnings from senior security officials when deciding to install the metal detectors.

The second is centered on the profound Palestinian religious, national and cultural sensitivities around the compound.

And at the centre of the violence has been a deadly miscalculation by the Netanyahu government that bridged both issues in which police recommended the installation of the metal detectors in the immediate aftermath of the 14 July attack.

Persuaded by the idea it would play well with rightwing politicians and voters who had had called for Israel to impose further sovereignty over the site, Netanyahu ignored reported warnings from other security officials, including the Shin Bet domestic intelligence agency, that it could spark bloodshed.

Compounding the error, say critics, Israel also failed to discuss the issue with officials of the waqf – the Jordanian religious institution that administers the compound. On the Palestinian side the issue is visceral.

Captured by Israel in 1967, the site – regarded by most of the international community as “occupied” although claimed by Israel – is seen as a centre of Palestinian national identity that exists above both factional politics and disagreements over strategy.

A unifying idea, its significance as a national symbol is embraced by secular and religious, making it one of the conflict’s most dangerous flashpoints. The location – as commentators on both sides have been quick to point out – triggered the Second Intifada in 2000 after a similar Israeli political misjudgment when then opposition leader Ariel Sharon visited the site.

Justifying their suspicions about Israel’s motives, Palestinian religious officials and worshippers have pointed to their past experience over the Ibrahimi mosque-Tomb of the Patriarchs site in northern West Bank city of Hebron where they claim similar measures were used by Israel to control access.

All of which has led to the increasingly stark warnings. “Violence is likely to worsen absent a major policy shift,” said Ofer Zalzberg, a senior analyst at the International Crisis Group. “Netanyahu’s mistake was installing the metal detectors without a Muslim interlocutor. It is the coercive character more than the security measure itself that made this unacceptable for Palestinians.” source

For A Man Who Lives His Life In The Headlines, The Sudden Disappearance Of Benjamin Netanyahu Has Sparked Crazy Rumors And Legitimate Concern

Where Is Benjamin Netanyahu? When A Jewish Wartime Leader Suddenly Vanishes From The Headlines Of Every News Site In Israel, Bible Believers Should Start Paying Attention

Something is wrong. Benjamin Netanyahu is not the kind of political figure who quietly disappears. For decades he has been one of the most recognizable leaders on the world stage, a man whose name normally appears in headlines almost daily. Whether speaking at the United Nations, addressing the Knesset, or responding to war in the Middle East, Netanyahu is usually front and center. And yet suddenly, he isn’t. For the past 4 days, there has not been a single headline on any Jewish news site, or any news site for that matter, relaying to you some new thing from Netanyahu. In a wartime environment where Israel is fighting on two fronts at the same time, that is astounding, and it’s something I’ve never seen in 17 years of covering wars in the Middle East.

“Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.” Isaiah 28:14 (KJB)

Since March 12, the Israeli prime minister has largely vanished from the front pages of major Israeli outlets like The Jerusalem Post and Times of Israel. Click on those links and go see for yourself that he’s not there when he has always been there, and in the middle of a regional war, no less. No new press conferences. No dominating headlines. Just silence where normally there would be a constant drumbeat of statements and appearances. Now before the internet rumor mill spins completely out of control, let’s say something plainly – There are no confirmed report that Netanyahu is dead. If that had happened, the entire world would likely know within minutes, or maybe not. But why is someone posting very sketchy AI-looking videos to attempt to prove he’s still alive?

History is filled with moments when powerful leaders suddenly disappeared from public view just before major geopolitical shifts. When governments enter crisis mode, the public narrative often goes quiet while enormous decisions are made behind closed doors.

And make no mistake, the Middle East right now is sitting on a powder keg. Iran. Hezbollah. Gaza. Syria. Global pressure mounting against Israel. The entire region is vibrating with tension, and Jerusalem once again stands at the center of it all. For the Bible believer, that should make the hair stand up on the back of your neck. Because the Bible tells us that Jerusalem would become the focal point of the last days.

Zechariah 12:3 (KJB) says:

“And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.”

Look at the world today. That verse reads like tomorrow morning’s headline. Every major power on earth has an opinion about Israel. Every international body wants to dictate the future of Jerusalem. Every regional conflict somehow finds its way back to the Jewish state. The pressure is building, and the Bible said it would.

So when the prime minister of Israel suddenly fades into the background during a time like this, it is worth asking why.

  • Is he locked inside underground command bunkers directing war operations?
  • Is the Israeli war cabinet making decisions so sensitive they cannot yet be revealed?
  • Is there a major military move coming that requires absolute secrecy?
  • Was he killed in an Iranian airstrike? (it’s certainly possible)

We live in the age of memetic warfare. Governments control narratives. Intelligence agencies shape public perception. Social media explodes with rumors while the real story often sits buried beneath layers of silence. But the bigger picture is not so much about Benjamin Netanyahu, it’s about the direction the world is heading.

The Bible tells us that the last days will revolve around Israel, global conflict, and the rise of a coming world leader who will eventually step onto the stage promising peace in the Middle East.

Daniel 9:27 (KJB) says:

“And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease…”

That covenant has not yet been signed. The man of sin has not yet been revealed. But the stage is being assembled piece by piece, crisis by crisis, war by war. Every new conflict around Israel tightens the prophetic vise just a little more.

So whether Netanyahu simply stepped out of the spotlight for wartime strategy, or whether something larger and more sinister is unfolding behind closed doors, the real takeaway remains the same. The world’s attention is once again locked onto Israel, Jerusalem is once again at the center of global tension, and the Bible said thousands of years ago that this is exactly how the final chapter of human history would begin to unfold.

Bible believers should not be panicking, but we absolutely should be watching. Because when the leaders of Israel go quiet during wartime, it often means the next move on the prophetic chessboard is already being prepared.

THE PROPHECY NEWS PODCAST: As We Inch Our Way Closer And Closer To World War III, Is The Biblical Man Of Sin About To Step Up To Be Revealed?

Published

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

Jared Kushner, Peter Thiel and Emmanuel Macron are leading the way into the end times as the world awaits the revealing of the biblical Man of Sin

Think about this. US tech billionaire and MAGA donor Peter Thiel started a series of closed-door lectures about the antichrist in Rome on Sunday, putting him on collision course with Pope Leo XIV, the Catholic Church’s first American pontiff. Over in France, Emmanuel Macron said the other day “The unchecked escalation we are witnessing is plunging the entire Middle East into chaos, with major consequences today and for the years to come.” In Gaza, Jared Kushner has been named as the ‘Special Peace Envoy’ on the Board of Peace that operates under no authority other than Donald Trump. There are so many devils you almost don’t know where to look. Today, we’ll look to the King James Bible to help us figure this thing out.

“Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.” 1 John 2:18 (KJB)

On this episode of the Prophecy News Podcast, it’s one of the most unusual times in modern history as the entire world seems to be growing ever more obsessed with the coming Antichrist. Streaming outlets like Hulu, Netflix and Prime all feature programming that grows darker and more demonic by the minute, telling you about the coming UFO and alien invasion, Lucifer, Satan, the coming Antichrist, and the rise of the New World Order. On that last point, the GOP Convention showed you that as well back in 2024. The Middle East is doing exactly what the prophets said they would be doing in the last days, Habakkuk being so very spot on when he said said we would see it but not believe it. Christian, it’s staring you in the face right now, how’s your end times eyesight doing? Jared Kushner, Peter Thiel and Emmanuel Macron are leading us rapidly forward on a variety of different levels, but where does that journey end? If you’re saved, you’re waiting for Jesus Christ to come pull us up and into the clouds to be with Him at the Pretrib Rapture of the Church. If you’re lost, you’re getting ready to take the Mark of the Beast under Antichrist. Dispensations are about to collide, and today we open the Scripture of Truth to see how it all will unfold. Fun Fact: today is Day 2,191 of 15 Days To Flatten The Curve, 6 years to the day that started on March 16th of 2020.

THE BIBLE BELIEVERS SUNDAY SERVICE: For God So Loved The World

Published

on

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

John 3:16 in your King James Bible gives you Paul’s gospel in a single verse and can save your soul in the time it takes to read it, and believe it!

One of the most amazing things about John 3:16, the verse that I got saved on 35 years ago, is that it makes the connection between John’s gospel and Paul’s gospel. John 3:16 shows us how to get saved in perfect harmony with 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. Paul tells you what the gospel is, and John shows you how to apply it. Earlier in John 3, Jesus gives us the qualification for salvation in the Kingdom of God – Ye MUST be born again! In Acts 28, Luke tells us that our apostle Paul preached the gospel of the Kingdom of God.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 (KJB)

For whatever reason, and it honestly escapes me, many Bible believers fail or refuse to make this very important scriptural connection between Paul’s gospel and John’s gospel. Today we will make that connection so wonderfully clear and so gloriously plain that you’d have to work to miss it.

SUNDAY SERVICE STUDY NOTES: For God So Loved The World

For God So Loved The World

I. The Source Of Salvation: The Love Of God

John 3:16 (KJB)
“For God so loved the world…”

Key Points:

  • Salvation begins with God, not man.
  • The motive behind redemption is love, not human merit.
  • God’s love extends to the world, meaning all mankind.

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 (KJB)

“Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” 1 John 4:10 (KJB)

II. The Gift Of Salvation: God Gave His Son

John 3:16 (KJB)
“…that he gave his only begotten Son…”

Key Points:

  • Salvation is a gift, not something earned.
  • The price of redemption was the Son of God.
  • Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son, unique and divine.

“Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.” 2 Corinthians 9:15 (KJB)

“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;” Ephesians 1:7 (KJB)

III. The Simplicity Of Salvation: Believe

John 3:16 (KJB)
“…that whosoever believeth in him…”

Key Points:

  • Salvation is offered to whosoever.
  • The condition is belief, not works.
  • Faith must be placed in Him—Jesus Christ.

“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” Acts 16:31 (KJB)

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8–9 (KJB)

IV. The Escape From Judgment: Should Not Perish

John 3:16 (KJB)
“…should not perish…”

Key Points:

  • Without Christ, man is already condemned.
  • Hell is the eternal destination for the lost.
  • Jesus Christ is the only escape from perishing.

“He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already…” John 3:18 (KJB)

“And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.” Revelation 20:14 (KJB)

V. The Promise Of Salvation: Everlasting Life

John 3:16 (KJB)
“…but have everlasting life.”

Key Points:

  • Eternal life is present possession for the believer.
  • Salvation is everlasting, not temporary.
  • This life is found only in Jesus Christ.

“And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.” 1 John 5:11 (KJB)

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” John 6:47 (KJB)

Conclusion: The Greatest Invitation Ever Given

John 3:16 reveals five great truths:

  • God’s Love — The motive of salvation
  • God’s Gift — The Son given for sinners
  • God’s Condition — Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ
  • God’s Warning — Perish without Christ
  • God’s Promise — Everlasting life

“Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” 1 John 4:10 (KJB)

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 (KJB)

“Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.” Romans 3:24-26 (KJB)

“For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” Titus 3:3-7 (KJB)

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 (KJB)

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20 (KJB)
