‘State Of Palestine’ Now The Official Name Of Israel’s Neighbor

With U.N. recognition of a Palestinian state in his pocket, President Mahmoud Abbas wants official documents to carry a new emblem: “State of Palestine.”

RAMALLAH, West Bank (AP) — With U.N. recognition of a Palestinian state in his pocket, President Mahmoud Abbas wants official documents to carry a new emblem: “State of Palestine.”

But scrapping the old “Palestinian Authority” logo is as far as Abbas is willing to go in provoking Israel. He is not rushing to change passports and ID cards Palestinians need to pass through Israeli crossings.

The very modesty of Abbas’ move to change official stationery underscores his limited options so long as Israel remains in charge of territories the world says should one day make up that state.

“At the end of the day, the Palestinian Authority won’t cause trouble for its people,” Nour Odeh, a spokeswoman for Abbas’ self-rule government, said of the need for caution.

Abbas won overwhelming U.N. General Assembly recognition for a state of Palestine in the West Bank, Gaza and east Jerusalem in late November, a rare diplomatic victory over a sidelined Israel. The U.N. nod was important to the Palestinians because it affirmed the borders of their future state in lands Israel captured in 1967.

Recognition, however, has not transformed the day-to-day lives of Palestinians, and some argue that it made things worse. In apparent retaliation for the U.N. bid, Israel in December withheld its monthly $100 million transfer of tax rebates it collects on behalf of the Palestinian Authority, further deepening the Abbas government’s financial crisis.

Since the U.N. recognition, Abbas has maneuvered between avoiding confrontation with Israel and finding small ways to change the situation on the ground.

Last week, his government press office urged journalists to refer to a state of Palestine, instead of the Palestinian Authority, the autonomy government set up two decades ago as part of interim peace deals with Israel.

Palestinian diplomatic missions around the world have been told to use the new names, including those in countries that did not vote “yes” at the General Assembly, said Omar Awadallah, a Palestinian Foreign Ministry official.

Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev dismissed the name change as pointless but declined comment on whether Israel would retaliate in any way. “Instead of looking for gimmicks, Palestinians should negotiate with Israel to bring about the end of the conflict,” he said. “That will lead to a situation of two states for two peoples.”

Israel objected to Abbas’ U.N. bid, accusing him of trying to bypass negotiations with Israel on the terms of statehood. Such talks have been frozen for more than four years because Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu disagree on their parameters. Netanyahu says he is willing to cede land to a Palestinian state but will not withdraw to the 1967 lines or give up any part of east Jerusalem, the Palestinians’ desired capital.

Abbas has said negotiations remain his preferred choice, and that U.N. recognition was meant to improve his leverage with a far more powerful Israel once talks resume. Since the U.N. vote, Abbas has shied away from measures that could close the door to talks by upsetting Israel or the U.S., which also objected to his U.N. bid.

Abbas has not taken practical steps toward seeking membership for Palestine in U.N. agencies, something made possible by the November vote, and his security forces continue to coordinate with Israeli troops in tracking Islamic militants in the West Bank.

In Washington, State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland expressed U.S. opposition to using the term “State of Palestine.”

“You can’t create a state by rhetoric and with labels and names,” she told reporters. “You can only create a state, in this context, through bilateral negotiations.” Nuland called Abbas’ decision “provocative, without changing the condition for the Palestinian people.”

She said the U.S. peace envoy for the Mideast, David Hale, was headed to the region and would meet the Palestinian leader on Tuesday.

Some countries, such as Brazil, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Honduras, have adopted the new name. Others, like Norway, Sweden and Spain, stick to the Palestinian Authority term even though they supported U.N. recognition.

Analysts said Abbas holds out hope that President Barack Obama will get more involved in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in his second term and — freed from the restraints of seeking re-election — take a tougher stance toward Israel.

“He still hopes to resume peace talks in line with U.S. efforts,” Palestinian analyst Hani al-Masri said of Abbas.

“Therefore, he is making these slight changes because people expect him to make changes after the U.N. recognition.” Still, the gap between the symbolic U.N. nod and the reality on the ground remains wide.

The Palestinian Authority administers some 38 percent of the West Bank, but Israel maintains overall control over the territory. Abbas has no say in east Jerusalem, annexed by Israel in 1967, or in Gaza, seized by his political rival, the Islamic militant group Hamas, in 2007.

The documents and stationery with the new emblem will be ready within two months, said Hassan Alawi, a deputy interior minister in the Palestinian Authority.

Israeli officials declined comment Monday on whether Israel would refuse to deal with documents bearing the “State of Palestine” logo. However, Alawi said his office was informed by Israeli officials after Abbas’ decree that “they will not deal with any new form of passport or ID.”

Saeb Erekat, a senior Abbas aide, said the new emblem will be used in correspondence with countries that have recognized a state of Palestine. He suggested that there would be no change in passports or other documents Palestinians need for movement through Israeli crossings.

“As far as the Israelis are concerned, we are not going to overload the wagon of our people by putting state of Palestine on passports,” he said. “They (Israelis) will not allow them to travel.”

Palestinians must pass through Israeli-run crossings to leave the West Bank and also carry an ID card at all times or risk arrest if stopped at an Israeli military checkpoint inside the territory.

The name change has even less meaning for Palestinians in Hamas-ruled Gaza. Israel withdrew from the coastal strip in 2005 but continues to control access by air, sea and land, with the exception of one Gaza border crossing with Egypt. “For me, it’s just ink on paper,” said Sharif Hamda, a 44-year-old pharmacist in Gaza City. “I wished they would save the money they will spend on this and use it for helping needy families.” source – Yahoo News

Why Did Gov. Tim Walz Approve A New Minnesota State Flag That Shows A Chilling Alliance With Flags Representing The Islamic Federal Republic of Somalia?

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

The new state flag of Minnesota approved by Tim Walz bears a stunning resemblance to the flags of the Islamic Federal Republic of Somalia

While Donald Trump and the Secretary of War Pete Hegseth distract us with meaningless ‘lethal kinetic strikes’ on drug boats in Venezuela, a much more serious and pressing problem is brewing right here at home in Minnesota. Not only are government actors within that state operating a crime ring in the high hundreds of millions of dollars, it would seem that Minnesota is rapidly becoming an Islamic state.

“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.” Proverbs 29:2 (KJB)

As we have said many times, the greatest threat to the sovereignty and security of the United States of America, hands down and bar none, has always been and will always be Islam. This was something we recognized clearly under the multiyear reign of Barack Hussein Obama, but something we have conveniently forgotten here in the second term of Donald Trump who is courting Muslim favor like no other president before him. Today I want to show you the battleground state of Minnesota, and how it looks for all the world like a coup is underway. View the evidence and decide for yourself.

1). Radical Leftist governor Tim Walz approves a Somalia-themed new Minnesota state flag

As you can see in the graphic at the top of this article, the “new” state flag of Minnesota bears an undeniable and overwhelming resemblance to the flags found in the Federal Republic of Somalia, a region of the globe that is nearly 100% comprised of Sunni Muslims. Less than 1% of the territories are Christian and Shia Muslim. I am sure it’s just a crazy coincidence, but the Somali-born congresswoman Ilhan Omar has stated multiple times that she serves the interests of the Somalian people in Minnesota above that of the interests of the government in which she presides.

2). The Minnesota Somali Fraud Network

Federal authorities have uncovered several major fraud schemes in Minnesota, primarily related to the misuse of over $1 billion in federal and state social service funds during the COVID-19 pandemic. Of the 87 individuals charged in these cases, the majority are of Somali descent.

Key cases include:

Feeding Our Future: This was the largest single scheme, where a non-profit organization and its partners allegedly stole approximately $250 million from a federal child nutrition program by submitting fraudulent receipts and invoices for meals that were never provided. The founder of the organization was found guilty in this case.

Housing Assistance and Autism Services: Other separate but similar schemes involved fraud in programs providing housing assistance and therapy for children with autism. In one autism fraud case, an individual allegedly stole $14 million by billing Medicaid for fake sessions using unqualified staff.

State auditors and federal officials noted that the Minnesota Department of Education missed numerous red flags and failed to adequately address complaints, which critics argue allowed the fraud to balloon. Federal investigators have stated there is no evidence that any of the stolen money was funneled to the terror group al Shabaab, a claim that was investigated after political allegations were raised.

3). Minnesota as the new ‘Little Somalia’

Minnesota is home to a significant Muslim population, with Arab Americans nearly quadrupling from 2000-2022, and a substantial Somali community settling in the Twin Cities. The state has elected prominent Muslim officials, including the first Muslim Congressman (Keith Ellison, now AG) and Somali-American Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, alongside growing numbers in local government. A robust network of mosques, Islamic schools, and cultural organizations with terror ties like CAIR-MN are the predominate influences. In April of 2023, Minneapolis made history when it became the first major city in the US to allow mosques to broadcast the call to prayer using loudspeakers at any time. Before the change to a city noise ordinance, it had only been permitted to be put out between 7am to 10pm. The majority of Muslims in Minnesota remain unassimilated to American culture and way of life.

Bit by bit, and bite by bite, Minnesota is becoming an Islamic state with a state, led by elected Islamic representatives who are only too happy to encourage this transition. Governor Tim Walz is very proud of his new state flag, a flag that bears obvious allegiance to and solidarity with the Islamic Federal Republic of Somalia. America is under siege from within, and our ‘America First’ president isn’t doing anything of note to solve this problem other than just talking about it.

Harakat al-Shabaab al-Mujahideen, simply known as Al-Shabaab, is receiving funds from the Minnesota taxpayer, while Somali congresswoman Ilhan Omar simply shrugs her shoulders.

Shock at 1600: President Trump Hosts Former Al-Qaeda Commander Abu Mohammad al-Jolani At The White House In Stunning Display of End Times Politics

Published

on

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

Abu Mohammad al-Jolani receives a hero’s welcome at White House as the red carpet is rolled out for the former Al-Qaeda commander as sanctions on Syria lifted

In one of the most prophetically charged moments in modern geopolitics, Donald Trump has opened the doors of the White House to Syrian strongman Abu Mohammad al-Jolani, the onetime head of Al-Qaeda’s Syrian branch. The same man who once had a $10 million bounty on his head has now been greeted as a world leader by America’s Commander-in-Chief. Sanctions totaling over $120 billion have been rescinded, and Syria finds itself back in the money again. What will they do with it? That’s the memo.

“I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the LORD.” Amos 1:5 (KJB)

As Bible believers, we recognize exactly what’s happening here. The nations of the world are being reshaped before our very eyes to fit the prophetic pattern foretold in Scripture. The Word of God says plainly, “For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.” (1 Thessalonians 5:3 KJB). What the world calls diplomacy, Heaven calls delusion. President Trump, a man who has long styled himself as a deal-maker, is now attempting to make peace with one who has the blood of Christians and innocents on his hands — and yet the global elites hail it as progress. That, Christian, is how the end times begin to look in real time.

Just a few short years ago, the name Abu Mohammad al-Jolani was synonymous with terror, jihad, and Al-Qaeda’s campaign to establish a caliphate in Syria. Washington listed him among the most wanted terrorists on earth. Now, he’s walking the marbled halls of the White House, shaking hands with an American president.

How did we get here? The Department of State quietly lobbied the United Nations to lift sanctions against him. The Department of War has reportedly been exploring “security cooperation.” And the media, ever eager to rewrite the narrative, now calls him a “stabilizing influence.”

The last time Donald Trump was in office, he shocked the world by moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem and brokering the Abraham Accords — deals that aligned Israel with Muslim nations like the UAE, Bahrain, and Morocco. Bible believers cheered those moves as prophetic milestones. But now, Trump’s second act is different. In trying to “make peace” with a man whose past is drenched in blood, he’s venturing into dangerous spiritual territory. Remember what the Lord said about the last-days confederation of nations:

“Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.”  Zechariah 12:2 (KJB)

The modern Middle East isn’t moving toward peace; it’s being maneuvered toward the final confrontation described in Revelation 16. Every handshake, every summit, every “peace pact” is another step toward that fateful day.

In a historic and controversial moment, Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa — once known as Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, the feared al-Qaeda commander — walked into the White House to meet US President Donald Trump on Monday. Once hunted by Washington with a $10 million bounty, al-Sharaa is now being welcomed as a partner, marking a stunning shift in Middle East diplomacy. The meeting aims to secure a political win for Trump, counter Russian influence in Syria, and support a fragile regional peace framework after the Israel–Hamas truce. Yet the visit raises global questions about morality, power, and realpolitik in Washington’s new Middle East strategy.

Houthi Drones And Missiles Supplied By Iran Causing Massive Disruption That The Combined Might Of The United States And Israel Seem Unable To Stop

Published

on

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

When a $20,000 missile fired by Yemen’s Houthi rebels can bring down a US Reaper drone worth over $30 million, the cost of war takes on a new, troubling shape.

The is a perplexing problem in the Middle East, and no one seems willing or able to solve it. The problem? Houthi drones supplied to the rebels from Iran continue to cause major damage, as recently as yesterday, Houthi drones targeted and hit the Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. Netanyahu is fuming because Trump won’t allow Israel to attack Iran, and the United States also does not appear to have an appetite to do that, either. In the meantime, Iran has free reign to wreak havoc, through the Houthi drones, on targets in Israel and on US and international shipping interests in the Red Sea.

“And Moses said unto the children of Gad and to the children of Reuben, Shall your brethren go to war, and shall ye sit here? Numbers 32:6 (KJB)

The Houthi missile that hit the Ben Gurion Airport this weekend was somehow able to make its way through Iron Dome and US THAAD interceptors, that’s a bad sign. The missiles and drones used by the Houthis are supplied to them from Iran who continues to wage war by proxy against Israel and the United States with seeming impunity. I am beyond disappointed with the results of the first 100 days of the new Trump administration, it’s been nothing but a self-aggrandizing, flaming, chaotic mess. Somebody needs to step up and start showing some leadership and put Iran in their place before it’s too late.

Houthi drones drain billions from West as Red Sea chaos escalates, experts say

FROM THE JERUSALEM POST: That imbalance is now defining the crisis in the Red Sea, where sustained attacks from Iranian-backed terrorists are draining Western defense budgets and disrupting the arteries of global commerce.

Over 800 strikes have been carried out by the United States against Houthi positions since March 15, yet the barrage of drones and missiles has not ceased. As Houthi forces target American, British, and Israeli-linked ships across one of the world’s most vital maritime corridors, military and economic pressure is intensifying on the US and its allies, with no end in sight.

According to British Colonel (ret.) Richard Kemp, who commanded forces in Afghanistan and has advised on Middle East security, said Iran’s fingerprints are all over the conflict. “This is Iran flexing its muscles,” Kemp said in an exclusive interview with The Media Line. “It’s not only about attacking Israel—it’s about showing that Tehran can hurt the West, especially economically, without ever firing a shot directly.” Kemp described the Houthis as one arm of what he called the “Iranian octopus,” used to deter Western attacks on Iran by threatening both military and commercial targets.

“It’s a way of saying: if you hit us, we’ll unleash chaos through our proxies,” he said. “And the Red Sea is one of the best places to do that.”

The economic disparity between offensive and defensive action in this conflict is staggering. While the Houthis fire relatively cheap projectiles—often made with imported components from Iran—intercepting them requires millions of dollars in sophisticated Western systems.

Janatan Sayeh, a research analyst at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, explained that this isn’t accidental—it’s strategic. “This is asymmetric warfare by design,” Sayeh told The Media Line. “You don’t need to inflict mass casualties. You just need to make your adversary bleed money.” Sayeh detailed how the Houthis now assemble most of their weaponry inside Yemen. “Iran no longer sends complete missiles,” he said. “They send parts—drones, guidance systems, warheads—and the Houthis put them together locally, based on instructions. This modular system makes interception harder and enables a continuous supply chain.”

As long as the Houthis receive weapons, training, and political backing from Tehran, none of the experts interviewed believe the threat will disappear. “So long as the weapons are coming from Tehran,” said Sayeh, “this issue is going to persist.” Kemp echoed the same warning: “Unless we start thinking of this as a global strategy by Iran, we’ll keep losing this battle—one overpriced missile at a time.” READ MORE

American THAAD And Israeli Arrow Systems Failed To Stop Houthi Missile From Hitting Ben Gurion

A Houthi ballistic missile struck near Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport, exposing a stunning failure of both Israel’s Arrow and America’s THAAD air defense systems. Flights were halted, air raid sirens blared, and at least six people were injured as the missile penetrated all layers of defense. The attack, claimed by Yemen’s Houthis, left both Israel and the U.S. embarrassed and scrambling for answers.
