All through their video, InfoWars peppers their narrative with words like “demonize”, “terrorize”, “fanatical”and “extremist” in connection with – not Islamic terrorism – but with Christian street preachers respectfully sharing the gospel on the street.
“And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.” Luke 14:23 (KJV)
At the Republican National Convention there are just about every type of people group you can imagine. Conservatives, Liberals, and everything in between have converged in Cleveland to let their views be known. But the folks over at InfoWars.com seem to take issue with one group in particluar that they feel are “making us look bad”, and that’s Christian street preachers sharing the gospel as the Bible commands us to do.
Hey Alex, I thought you were supposed to be a Christian? Hmm…
InfoWars Asks ‘Are Street Preachers Used To Demonize Christian Conservatives?’:
All through their video published just a few moments ago, they pepper their narrative with words like “demonize”, “terrorize”, “fanatical”and “extremist” in connection with – not Islamic terrorism – but with Christian street preachers respectfully sharing the gospel on the street.
The NTEB Street Preaching Team has been preaching on the streets of Saint Augustine, Florida, hundreds of times over the past 4 and a half years without incident. We have handed out over 250,000 gospel tracts, preached in the hearing of over a million people, and have seen 17 souls pray to receive Jesus Christ as their Saviour. We have never once been arrested, and never once have we been asked to stop by the authorities. But during this time people, we have had lots of people tell us what we are doing is “highly offensive” to them, and that we are “bringing shame” to the “cause of Christ”.
Care to take a wild guess which people group have said this to us?
Before you answer, let me just tell you that it has never been the gays, the Muslims, the atheists, the New Age, the Mormons or the Jehovah’s Witness. The only people group that have ever said we were “offensive” have been other Christians.
Let that thought sink in for a moment.
“So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.” Revelation 3:16 (KJV)
Alex Jones and InfoWars will spend thousands of hours every year railing against the New World Order, George Soros and Illuminati, and rightly so. NTEB works to expose the dark works perpetrated by them as well. The only thing is, there is no eternal value attached to exposing the New World Order. God gives you no rewards for doing that. But the Bible says that rewards and crowns will be given for the work done for Jesus Christ in telling lost people how to avoid Hell and get saved. This is called the Judgment Seat of Christ.
“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.” 2 Corinthians 5:10 (KJV)
Why do we preach on the streets? Because people are in danger of dying and going to Hell because they have no Saviour, that’s why. Because there are prodigal sons and daughters who need to be reminded that the Father still waits on the front porch to receive them back into fellowship if they would just come home, that’s why. And because there are lukewarm, Laodicean Christians who are ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and cringe when they hear it preached on the streets. We praise God that faithful Christians made the trip to Ohio to preach the gospel at the RNC Convention. They are doing what Christians were saved to do.
If you are saved and born again, don’t be one of those lukewarm people. In these closing moments of time before the Pretribulation Rapture of the Church, you still have an opportunity to get something done for Jesus. Click on the image above and order a box of our street-tested, street preacher approved NTEB Gospel Tracts, and go out into the “highways and byways” and tell people about Jesus!
InfoWars says that you are “fanatical” if you preach on the streets. Jesus says you are faithful. Be that guy.
