Ever since I was a teenager suffering from eczema, debilitating panic attacks and the leftover effects of having Perthes Disease as a small wheelchair-bound child, I have looked to natural means to find the answers I needed. For example, my dermatologist kept me on creams and steroids for 15 years to try and manage my eczema, and it only got worse. But when I discovered vegetable juicing and colonic irrigations, that problem vanished in a little under 8 weeks. Wow, right? Needless to say, once I discovered natural cures I never looked back.

Before I go any further, those of you that know me are well aware that I am committed to a sober life and lifestyle. I would never take anything or advocate for anything that altered my sobriety in any way, shape or form. I don’t smoke anything, I don’t drink alcohol in any form, and I don’t ingest any product that could get me high. I do not use any CBD oil that contains THC, the active ingredient in marijuana that gets you high.

That said, let’s take a look at one of the hottest health supplements on the market today, non-intoxicating CBD oil from the hemp plant.

Here are seven health benefits of CBD oil that are backed by scientific evidence:

PAIN RELIEF: The human body contains a specialized system called the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which is involved in regulating a variety of functions including sleep, appetite, pain and immune system response.The body produces endocannabinoids, which are neurotransmitters that bind to cannabinoid receptors in your nervous system. Studies have shown that CBD may help reduce chronic pain by impacting endocannabinoid receptor activity, reducing inflammation and interacting with neurotransmitters (4).
ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION: CBD oil has shown promise as a treatment for both depression and anxiety, leading many who live with these disorders to become interested in this natural approach. In one study, 24 people with social anxiety disorder received either 600 mg of CBD or a placebo before a public speaking test. The group that received the CBD oil had significantly less anxiety, cognitive impairment and discomfort in their speech performance, compared to the placebo group. CBD oil has even been used to safely treat insomnia and anxiety in children with post-traumatic stress disorder (10).
CANCER-RELATED SYMPTOMS: CBD may help reduce symptoms related to cancer and side effects related to cancer treatment, like nausea, vomiting and pain.CBD oil may also help reduce chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, which are among the most common chemotherapy-related side effects for those with cancer (17).
ACNE: Based on recent scientific studies, CBD oil may help treat acne due to its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to reduce sebum production. One test-tube study found that CBD oil prevented sebaceous gland cells from secreting excessive sebum, exerted anti-inflammatory actions and prevented the activation of “pro-acne” agents like inflammatory cytokines (24).
NEUROPROTECTIVE PROPERTIES: Researchers believe that CBD’s ability to act on the endocannabinoid system and other brain signaling systems may provide benefits for those with neurological disorders. In fact, one of the most studied uses for CBD is in treating neurological disorders like epilepsy and multiple sclerosis. Though research in this area is still relatively new, several studies have shown promising results (26).
HEART HEALTH: Recent research has linked CBD with several benefits for the heart and circulatory system, including the ability to lower high blood pressure. High blood pressure is linked to higher risks of a number of health conditions, including stroke, heart attack and metabolic syndrome. Studies indicate that CBD may be a natural and effective treatment for high blood pressure. One recent study treated 10 healthy men with one dose of 600 mg of CBD oil and found it reduced resting blood pressure, compared to a placebo (34).
OTHER POTENTIAL BENEFITS: Though more studies are needed, CBD is thought to provide the following health benefits:
- Antipsychotic effects: Studies suggest that CBD may help people with schizophrenia and other mental disorders by reducing psychotic symptoms (36).
- Substance abuse treatment: CBD has been shown to modify circuits in the brain related to drug addiction. In rats, CBD has been shown to reduce morphine dependence and heroin-seeking behavior (37).
- Anti-tumor effects: In test-tube and animal studies, CBD has demonstrated anti-tumor effects. In animals, it has been shown to prevent the spread of breast, prostate, brain, colon and lung cancer (38).
- Diabetes prevention: In diabetic mice, treatment with CBD reduced the incidence of diabetes by 56% and significantly reduced inflammation (39). READ MORE

I was first introduced to CBD oil last year, and have spent a fair amount of time praying about it, and on a variety of levels. As I began to do my research, I was shocked to find out how many friends and family members of mine were already using it! Seems I have been behind the curve is this regard. One of my best friends, Dan, the person with whom I started my very first Bible study ever with back in 1993, told me it is the only thing that helps his anxiety. He swears by it.

The World Is The Closest It’s Ever Been To World War III As 20 Nations Across Europe And Middle East Are Now Pulled Into The US War With Iran

There are moments in history when the gears of prophecy seem to audibly grind as they move into position, and we may very well be watching one of those moments right now. The rapidly expanding war centered on Iran is no longer a regional flare-up, it is a geopolitical wildfire drawing in nation after nation until the entire Middle East looks like a powder keg waiting for a single spark to set it off.

“He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers’ fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time.” Daniel 11:24 (KJB)

What began as a direct confrontation between Israel, the United States, and Iran has now metastasized into something far larger. Missiles are flying across borders, drones are swarming the skies, naval forces are positioning in strategic waterways, and at least 20 nations are now either directly involved or caught in the blast radius of the conflict. Bases are being struck, alliances are activating, and the global chessboard is rapidly rearranging itself.

If you have even a passing familiarity with Bible prophecy, you should feel the hair on the back of your neck standing up right now. The Bible does not predict a peaceful road leading to the appearance of Antichrist. What we are watching unfold in the Middle East fits perfectly into that prophetic framework. This is not the end yet, but it is exactly the kind of destabilizing global conflict that moves the world closer to the moment when a false messiah will step forward promising peace. And that peace will be a lie. Trump’s Board of Peace in Gaza is doomed to failure before it ever even gets off the ground in you believe the prophets. “Believest thou the prophets?”

Emmanuel Macron orders armada to the Mediterranean

France is deploying about a dozen naval vessels, including its aircraft ‌carrier strike group, to the Mediterranean, Red Sea and potentially the Strait of Hormuz as part of defensive support to allies threatened by the conflict in the Middle East. Speaking in Cyprus before visiting the Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier, which arrived this weekend in the eastern Mediterranean, President Emmanuel Macron sought to reassure his Cypriot counterpart after drones were intercepted heading towards the island last week. The prophet Daniel tells us that Antichrist will come to power through diplomacy and deception, presenting himself as the man who can solve the world’s impossible problems.

Think about that for a moment. What kind of world would be desperate enough to accept a global political savior? A world exhausted by war, a world terrified by instability, a world watching alliances collapse and nations burn. In other words, a world that looks exactly like the one we are watching develop right now.

The Middle East has always been the prophetic epicenter of end-times events, and Iran sits right in the middle of several key prophetic trajectories. Whether you look at Ezekiel 38, the alignment of nations around Israel, or the constant drumbeat of conflict surrounding Jerusalem, the pattern is unmistakable. The stage is being set.

“For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.” Revelation 17:17 (KJB)

Now, does this current war mean that World War III has officially begun? No. But it absolutely demonstrates how quickly the entire planet could be dragged into one. The last century proved how regional wars can explode into global ones. World War I began with a single assassination. World War II began with a territorial invasion. Once alliances begin activating and major powers begin maneuvering, events can spiral out of control faster than anyone expects. And right now, the dominoes are standing closer together than they have in decades.

Make no mistake about it, America is in the midst of an undeclared war with Iran that is costing the American taxpayer $891 million per day. The Pentagon says it will need another $50 billion to keep the war going for the next month. To date, we’ve taken out the Ayatollah and about 40 of his cabinet. That’s pretty good. But Trump’s war with Iran has also taken out a girl’s schoolhouse killing dozens of young girls and up to 175 other civilians. That’s pretty bad, a war crime actually, but it gets worse. The US Central Command posted today that the 7th American soldier has now given their life for regime change in Iran. Did you have “Dying to support Trump’s war” on your 2026 bingo card? I didn’t vote for this.

When you open your Bible, read it, and believe what you read in the context where you find it, you come to some rock-solid conclusions almost immediately. First, you begin to understand that a hundred Hitlers could not wipe the Jews from off the face of the Earth, and that Israel as an ethnically-identifiable nation will exist past the end of the Church Age. The second thing you realize is that Iran, also called Persia and Elam, is fully-functioning as an enemy of Israel during this time as a Muslim Caliphate. Intel report warns large-scale war ‘unlikely’ to oust Iran’s regime

FROM THE WASHINGTON POST: A classified report by the National Intelligence Council found that even a large-scale assault on Iran launched by the United States would be unlikely to oust the Islamic republic’s entrenched military and clerical establishment, a sobering assessment as the Trump administration raises the specter of an extended military campaign that officials say has “only just begun.” The findings, confirmed to The Washington Post by three people familiar with the report’s contents, raise doubts about President Donald Trump’s declared plan to “clean out” Iran’s leadership structure and install a ruler of his choosing.

The report, completed about a week before the United States and Israel initiated the war on Feb. 28, outlined succession scenarios stemming from either a narrowly tailored campaign against Iran’s leaders or a broader assault against its leadership and government institutions, the people familiar with its findings said. In both cases, the intelligence concluded that Iran’s clerical and military establishment would respond to the killing of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei by following protocols designed to preserve continuity of power, these people said.

The prospect of Iran’s fragmented opposition taking control of the country was described as “unlikely,” said the people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a classified report. The National Intelligence Council, or NIC, is composed of veteran analysts who produce classified assessments meant to represent the collective wisdom of Washington’s 18 intelligence agencies. The CIA referred questions to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which declined to comment. The White House did not say if the president was briefed on this assessment before approving the military operation, which has quickly expanded east to include submarine warfare in the Indian Ocean and west to counter-missile showdowns near NATO member Turkey.

“President Trump and the administration have clearly outlined their goals with regard to Operation Epic Fury: destroy Iran’s ballistic missiles and production capacity, demolish their navy, end their ability to arm proxies, and prevent them from ever obtaining a nuclear weapon,” White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly said in a statement. “The Iranian regime is being absolutely crushed.”

As the war enters its second week, Trump continues to demand Iran’s “UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER,” as he put it in a Truth Social post, and has suggested he should have a role in picking the country’s next leader.

Trump told journalists that the younger Khamenei is “incompetent” and a “lightweight,” and that he doesn’t want Iranian leaders who will simply “rebuild” the country’s nuclear and ballistic missile infrastructure.

“We want them to have a good leader. We have some people who I think would do a good job,” he told NBC News.

Iran’s Parliament speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, rejected the notion that Trump will play any role in appointing Iran’s next leader. “The fate of dear Iran, which is more precious than life, will be determined solely by the proud Iranian nation, not by Jeffrey Epstein’s gang,” Ghalibaf said on X, referring to the late sex offender who was close friends with Trump for several years before they had a falling out.

Current and former U.S. officials say they see little sign, at least so far, of a mass popular uprising in Iran or of significant fissures within the government or security forces that will result in a new regime. Iran’s security forces killed thousands of protesters during demonstrations in January fueled by the country’s abysmal economy. The guidance from Trump to the Iranian people has been to shelter in place until the U.S.-Israeli bombing campaign concludes.

With Iran’s clerical and military establishment still in control, experts say Trump’s ability to dictate political outcomes is limited.

“Bending the knee to Trump would go against everything they stand for,” said Holly Dagres, a senior fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. “The upper echelons of the clerical establishment are ideological, and so their modus operandi is to resist American imperialism.”

Trump could play kingmaker if the regime were to crumble, but the NIC report does not view the establishment’s hold on power as brittle. “There’s no other force within Iran that can confront the remaining power that the regime has,” said Maloney, of the Brookings Institution. “Even if they’re not able to project that power very effectively against their neighbors, they can certainly dominate inside the country.” READ MORE
