A human rights group that attracted millions of views on YouTube to testimonies from people who say their families have disappeared in China’s Xinjiang region is moving its videos to little-known service Odysee after some were taken down by the Google-owned streaming giant, two sources told Reuters.

A funny thing is underfoot in America, where people with differing opinions are publicly shamed every day by the rich and powerful over such things as race relations and gender issues. Those very same rich and powerful entities are not only enabling historic human rights abuses at the hand of Communist China, but they are profiting while they are protecting them. Billion dollar megacorps like Disney, Nike and the NBA rake in the money that is generated on the backs of Muslims held at gunpoint in Chinese concentration camps. Shame on you, lying Liberals.

“Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.” Proverbs 23:23 (KJB)

Nike Chief executive John Donahoe said that “Nike is a brand that is of China and for China”, ignoring the fact that China is the world’s most-oppressive human rights violators, and that for years Nike profited from work done by one million Muslim Uyghurs locked in camps. Now today comes the story that Google-owned YouTube is blocking videos that expose human rights violations in Communist China. Ironically and predictably, these are the very same people promoting racial division here in America.

YouTube takes down Xinjiang videos, forces rights group to seek alternative

FROM THOMSON REUTERS: The group, credited by international organizations like Human Rights Watch for drawing attention to human rights violations in Xinjiang, has come under fire from Kazakh authorities since its founding in 2017. Serikzhan Bilash, a Xinjiang-born Kazakh activist who co-founded the channel and has been arrested multiple times for his activism, said government advisors told him five years ago to stop using the word “genocide” to describe the situation in Xinjiang – an order he assumed came from pressure from China’s government on Kazakhstan.

“They’re just facts,” Bilash said to Reuters in a phone interview, referring to the content of Atajurt’s videos. “The people giving the testimonies are talking about their loved ones.”

Atajurt Kazakh Human Rights’ channel has published nearly 11,000 videos on YouTube totaling over 120 million views since 2017, thousands of which feature people speaking to camera about relatives they say have disappeared without a trace in China’s Xinjiang region, where UN experts and rights groups estimate over a million people have been detained in recent years.

On June 15, the channel was blocked for violating YouTube’s guidelines, according to a screenshot seen by Reuters, after twelve of its videos had been reported for breaching its ‘cyberbullying and harassment’ policy. The channel’s administrators had appealed the blocking of all twelve videos between April and June, with some reinstated – but YouTube did not provide an explanation as to why others were kept out of public view, the administrators told Reuters. Following inquiries from Reuters as to why the channel was removed, YouTube restored it, explaining that it had received multiple so-called ‘strikes’ for videos which contained people holding up ID cards to prove they were related to the missing, violating a YouTube policy which prohibits personally identifiable information from appearing in its content. They reinstated the channel on June 18 but asked Atajurt to blur the IDs.

Atajurt is hesitant to comply, the channel’s administrator said, concerned that doing so would jeopardize the trustworthiness of the videos. Fearing further blocking by YouTube, they decided to back up content to Odysee, a website built on a blockchain protocol called LBRY, designed to give creators more control. About 975 videos https://odysee.com/@ATAJURT:8 have been moved so far. Even as administrators were moving content, they received another series of automated messages from YouTube stating that the videos in question had been removed from public view, this time because of concerns that they may promote violent criminal organizations.

“There is another excuse every day. I never trusted YouTube,” Serikzhan Bilash, one of Atajurt’s founders, told Reuters in a phone interview. “But we’re not afraid anymore, because we are backing ourselves up with LBRY. The most important thing is our material’s safety.”

Bilash, who fled to Istanbul last year after suffering repeated threats and intimidation from Kazakh authorities when he refused to stop working with Atajurt, said his equipment including hard disks and mobile phones had been confiscated multiple times in Kazakhstan – making YouTube the only place where their entire video collection was stored.

YouTube said the messages relating to promoting violent criminal organisations were automated and not related to the creator’s content, but the videos were being kept private to allow administrators to make edits.

‘I FELT I’D LOST EVERYTHING’

U.N. experts and rights groups estimate over a million people, mainly Uighurs and other Muslim minorities, have been detained in a vast system of camps in Xinjiang. Many former inmates have said they were subject to ideological training and abuse in the camps. China denies all accusations of abuse. YouTube in recent years has restricted more content amid increasing scrutiny on online cyberbullying, misinformation and hate speech. The policies have ensnared many channels, including those of far-right commentators, forcing them to seek haven on social media services such as Parler that tout more openness.

But Atajurt representatives fear pro-China groups who deny that human rights abuses exist in Xinjiang are using YouTube’s reporting features to remove their content by reporting it en masse, triggering an automatic block. Representatives shared videos on WhatsApp and Telegram with Reuters which they said described how to report Atajurt’s YouTube videos. They also pointed to multiple YouTube channels containing videos of Serikzhan Bilash’s face superimposed onto animals like monkeys and pigs which they said were denigrating Bilash’s character and work.

YouTube said channels are always welcome to move to alternatives. Its policies bar directing abusive attention by posting non-public personal information, such as names and addresses. The service makes exceptions to some rules for videos that are educational, documentary or scientific – but Atajurt’s videos did not meet these requirements to a sufficient level, according to YouTube.

“We welcome responsible efforts to document important human rights cases around the world,” the company said. “We recognize that the intention of these videos was not to maliciously reveal PII … and are working with Atajurt Kazakh to explain our policies.”

Odysee told Reuters that it welcomes and supports Atajurt, and plans to keep uploading to YouTube as long as it can.

“We will never delete it,” Bilash said, citing the importance of the service’s big audience. “The day YouTube deactivated our channel, I felt I’d lost everything in the world… the new channel does not have so many subscribers,” he said, “but it is safe.” READ MORE

The Chinese Military Deploys Forces To Surround The Island Of Taiwan For What Looks Like A ‘Dress Rehearsal’ For Upcoming Actual Invasion

On Monday, the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) announced its Eastern Theater Command organized maritime, aerial, conventional missile and other forces around Taiwan and carried out drills around the island from Friday to Sunday.

The military in China deployed forces all around the island of Taiwan over the weekend in a set of large-scale military drills that one Chinese military analyst called a ‘dress rehearsal’ of possible real action.

While here in America, as the folks in Washington DC are bracing themselves for the upcoming ‘Red Wave’ of the Midterms elections, an actual Red wave has surrounded the island of Taiwan in what analysts are calling a ‘dress rehearsal’ for China to launch an actual invasion. If China is ever going to do it, doing it while pretend president Joe Biden is in office is the key to successfully attacking Taiwan. Why do you think Russia waited until Biden was in to attack Ukraine? Remember Afghanistan? But I digress.

“And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.” Revelation 16:12 (KJB)

We stopped counting at day 777, but if we were still counting, today is Day 786 of 15 Days to Flatten the Curve, and end times events are proceeding apace exactly as they should be. China invading Taiwan is not a matter of ‘if’, only a matter a ‘when’, and as the long, hot and upcoming ‘Summer of Blood’ begins to assemble itself to distract Americans here at home, Russia and gas prices are doing a great job of providing distraction on a global scale. Speaking of Ukraine, when’s the last time you heard of a ‘war zone’ hosting s rock concert? It’s all theater, kiddies, but with a deadly finale.

China surrounds Taiwan for massive invasion ‘rehearsal’ drills

FROM AMERICAN MILOTARY NEWS: On Monday, the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) announced its Eastern Theater Command organized maritime, aerial, conventional missile and other forces around Taiwan and carried out drills around the island from Friday to Sunday. The Eastern Theater Command said the drills were intended “to test and improve the joint operations capability of multiple services and arms.”

While Taiwan governs itself as an independent nation, China considers the island a part of its territory and Chinese officials have repeatedly discussed “reunification” with the island, including by means of military force.

“In preparation of and a possible real action of military conflict in the Taiwan Straits, all PLA forces will play their roles, as they will surround the entire island, seal it off and launch effective strikes,” Song said according to Global Times.

The Chinese state-run Global Times publication reported maritime, aerial, conventional missile and “other forces” participated in the drills around Taiwan. During the drills, China’s Liaoning aircraft carrier deployed east of the island while a large number of Chinese aircraft and warships carried out drills to the island’s west.

The Ministry of National Defence for the Republic of China (the formal name of the Taiwanese government) documented several instances of Chinese military aircraft entering its air defense identification zone (ADIZ) over the course of the three-day exercise. 12 Chinese fighter jets, two bombers and four other Chinese aircraft entered Taiwan’s ADIZ on Friday. Two bombers and three other aircraft entered Taiwan’s ADIZ on Saturday. Two more aircraft entered the ADIZ on Sunday. China flies military aircraft into Taiwan’s ADIZ on a near-daily basis.

Song Zhongping, a Chinese mainland military analyst told the Chinese state publication that the PLA’s drills were “like a rehearsal of  possible real action.” Song noted the participation of air and naval forces, but noted the seeming lack of amphibious landings and actions by ground forces during the drills. Italy Becomes Latest Nation To Experiment With The Social Credit System From Communist China To Force Behavior Modification On Its Citizens

“These practices, if poorly developed or used, can lead to serious limitations on, and violations of, citizens’ rights and freedoms, as well as discriminatory practices, which are also achieved through technological means, such as ‘social credit’ systems (or social scoring),” reads a Privacy Network online statement. Others have noted that social credit apps, “if poorly developed or used, can lead to serious limitations on, and violations of, citizens’ rights and freedoms, as well as discriminatory practices.” Nowhere have the dangers of this practice been more evident than in China, where social credit scores affect citizens’ ability to travel, education, employment, and even welfare support.

The city of Bologna, Italy, has announced a Social Credit pilot program to reward “virtuous” citizens for recycling, taking public transportation, and curbing energy usage.

It’s a funny thing about Communist China, every one is always talking about the “evils of Communism” on one hand, and on the other promoting and supporting it. Take Disney for example, they have no problem filming a live-action ‘Mulan’ movie less than a mile away from Chinese concentration camps that hold the Uyghur Muslims. Same goes for Nike that uses Chinese slave labor to make their overpriced plastic sneakers. The NBA agrees to stay silent on the atrocities because they makes in revenue from games and merch, and on and on it goes.

“And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.” Revelation 16:12 (KJB)

But one of the nastiest things to come out of China in relationship to end times prophecy, is their draconian Social Credit System that rewards or punishes you based on how “friendly” you are to the regime. You would think that this being a byproduct of Communist China that it would be easy to shoot down and discredit. So why are so many nations, including America, working to implement a social credit system in their respective nations? That dirty old Mark of the Beast is surely coming.

Italy to Pilot Social Credit System for ‘Climate-Friendly’ Behavior

FROM BREITBART NEWS: The program, which has been likened to China’s social credit system, is slated to go into effect in September, 2022, using a “smart citizen wallet” app for cell phones.

“In September, we will start with a pilot project for the city: at the center is the virtuous citizen, the one who, for example, separates waste well or does not waste energy, or uses public transport and does not receive fines, or actively uses the Bologna Welcome Card,” announced Massimo Bugani, councilor for the city’s digital agenda and civic use of data, at a press conference late last month.

“The municipality will assign such citizens a score as part of a reward system with economic benefits to individual users,” Bugani explained.

Citizens will have access to their rating, which can be improved by earning points that they may then “spend” on prizes such as rebates and cultural activities as a reward for their “virtuous behavior.”

Bugani stated that the app was part of a broader initiative by the city of Bologna to engage in digital innovation. “What we call a new ‘water system’ for the city is being built,” he said, adding that in coming years “many services will go digital in Italy; we have an ambitious project here that is built on solid foundations.”

Although Bugani has insisted that participation in the program will be voluntary, he has expressed his confidence that many will enroll.

Critics of the program, such as the Italian tech firm Privacy Network, which specialized in digital privacy, have warned of the legal, ethical, and societal implications of such apps.

“These practices, if poorly developed or used, can lead to serious limitations on, and violations of, citizens’ rights and freedoms, as well as discriminatory practices, which are also achieved through technological means, such as ‘social credit’ systems (or social scoring),” reads a Privacy Network online statement.

China’s Social Credit System

In the past, the Social Credit System existed only in the world of science fiction. In the present, it’s happening in China. In the near future, it might become a reality right here in the West — unless we take a stand against it. Here’s what you need to know about the global Social Credit System.

KINGS OF THE EAST: China Now Has 3 Fully Militarized Artificial Islands In The Philippines In Largest Military Buildup To Take Place Since WWII

The three artificial islands were built on Mischief Reef, Subi Reef, and Fiery Cross Reef, territories belonging to the Spratly Islands, an archipelago legally under the territory of the Philippines. China’s presence on the islands is illegal regardless of the nature of its construction there. “I think over the past 20 years we’ve witnessed the largest military buildup since World War II by the PRC,” Aquilino said, noting that China appeared to have “advanced all their capabilities and that buildup of weaponization is destabilizing to the region.”

U.S. Indo-Pacific commander Adm. John C. Aquilino told the Associated Press in an interview published on Sunday that China had fully militarized three artificial islands built in the territory of the Philippines as part of ‘the largest military buildup since World War II.’

While Russia may be grabbing all the headlines recently, do not think for a moment that Iran and China are not ramping up for some serious military action. Just last month, Two Iranian drones shot down over Iraq by American fighter jets were set to explode in Israeli territory. China, for their part, is slowly but surely preparing to seize Taiwan just as Russia has been attempting to take control of Ukraine.

The very first story we published on January 1, 2020, was about the historic joint war games that were held between Russia, Iran and China in the Indian Ocean and the Gulf of Oman—dubbed “Marine Security Belt”, and was a signal to U.S. forces operating in the region. Here on Day 736 of 15 Days To Flatten the Curve, it’s no surprise that we are still talking about Russia, China and Iran, and not only that, the very real possibility of WWIII.

U.S. Admiral: Beijing Armed South China Sea Islands in ‘Largest Military Buildup Since WWII’

FROM BREITBART NEWS: The three artificial islands were built on Mischief Reef, Subi Reef, and Fiery Cross Reef, territories belonging to the Spratly Islands, an archipelago legally under the territory of the Philippines. China’s presence on the islands is illegal regardless of the nature of its construction there. China claims nearly the entirety of the South China Sea, including territory belonging to the Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Brunei, as well as waters off the coast of Indonesia. In 2016, the Philippines won a lawsuit against China at the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Hague in which the court ruled that China had no legal right to be present in the disputed territories, including the three reefs Aquilino discussed this weekend.

Chinese officials called the ruling a “farce” and ignored it; the government of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has repeatedly refused to seek enforcement of the ruling.

The Chinese government seized the three reefs – as well as several others in another chain, the Paracel Islands, disputed by the Philippines and Vietnam – and built artificial islands that Beijing claims are necessary for weather research and surveillance. Chinese dictator Xi Jinping asserted in 2015 that China would not “pursue militarization” in the Spratly Islands.

Extensive evidence since the completion of the artificial islands, including statements from the Chinese government, has suggested that Xi did not adhere to his promise. According to the Associated Press, Aquilino described the three artificial islands as equipped with completed “missile arsenals, aircraft hangars, radar systems and other military facilities.”

“The function of those islands is to expand the offensive capability of the PRC [China] beyond their continental shores,” the outlet quoted the admiral as saying. “They can fly fighters, bombers plus all those offensive capabilities of missile systems.”

The facilities, he warned, “threaten all nations who operate in the vicinity and all the international sea and airspace.”

“I think over the past 20 years we’ve witnessed the largest military buildup since World War II by the PRC,” Aquilino said, noting that China appeared to have “advanced all their capabilities and that buildup of weaponization is destabilizing to the region.”

Multiple American presidential administrations have warned since at least 2015 that the Chinese Communist Party was seeking to build illegal military facilities in the South China Sea. The Chinese government has enthusiastically denied any plans to militarize the region for years. Xi Jinping himself denied such a plan in 2015 while visiting the White House.

“Relevant construction activities that China are undertaking in the Nansha [Spratly] Islands do not target or impact any country, and China does not intend to pursue militarization,” Xi said.

Shortly before Xi’s visit in September of that year, the People’s Daily, the official newspaper of the Communist Party, more specifically claimed that the construction in the region was necessary for civilian purposes.

“The construction of infrastructure for observation and communication is the first step towards enhancing and improving marine meteorological monitoring, warning, forecasting, prediction and scientific research,” Chinese Academy of Engineering representative Ding Yihui told the People’s Daily at the time.

Satellite images of the Spratly Islands indicated as early as 2017 that China was reinforcing its illegal claims in the region with military assets. That year, images of the three reefs Aquilino identified as fully militarized this week showed the presence of what appeared to be surface-to-air missile launch sites. The next year, as construction of the islands concluded, China began admitting to military activity in the region. The PLA announced in June of that year that it had engaged in military drills involving “target drones” in the South China Sea, without specifying where. The exercises followed formal military activities in the general area of the South China Sea in March. READ MORE

Artificial Islands Made By China Are Being Used By Beijing As Strategic Bases In The South China Sea

Places where no landmass was visible until a few years ago, there now stands a man-made island. Satellite images and reports reveal that Beijing has been quietly developing concrete structures on these islands. Experts say China has been developing these islands as a part of its strategy to control the international waters. Since 2014, China has been secretly, building artificial islands in the South China sea. The islands are being used to bolster China’s military capability in the Pacific Ocean.
