All of the ‘turmoil’ that Chuck Baldwin says proves regathered Israel is a fraud is actual proof that God’s Hand is doing it. Why? Because that is how the Bible says it will be in the last days.

Jesus Himself tells us in Revelation 3 that the last church age before the Pretribulation Rapture of the Church takes place will be the lukewarm, good-for-very-little Laodicean church age. Paul further amplifies this when he writes to Timothy warning about false teachers who tickle the ears. So what are we seeing now? So-called Christians who are now warning the rest of us to turn our backs on Israel and the Jewish people, some even going to far as demanding we repent of supporting Israel. They say that it is now a sin to be a Christian who supports Zionism! These people are heretics who need to be, not debated with, but shunned.

“Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.” Psalm 129:5-8 (KJV)

What is Christian Zionism? It is nothing more or less than a born again Christian who agrees that regathered Israel, since May 14th 1948, is the fulfillment of Bible prophecy, and that all the land of Israel still belongs, by eternal decree, to the Jewish people. That is all that Christian Zionism is. It has nothing to do with the Illuminati, the Rothschilds, the Bilderberger group or that satanically-inspired piece of trash, ‘The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion‘.

“For the LORD hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.” Psalm 135:4 (KJV)

Some of you may be shocked to see Chuck Baldwin’s name mentioned here, and rightly so. I thought he was a bible believer, guess I never looked all that closely at what he believes and teaches. He says that because modern-day Israel was ‘formed in turmoil’, that it cannot be the Israel of the Bible.

Here is his official statement from his own website regarding the regathered nation of Israel and the modern-day Jewish people:

After MUCH prayer, deliberation and personal study, however, I came to realize that everything I had been taught and had myself taught on the subject was patently FALSE. With that statement he has placed himself in the same category as other anti-semitic false teachers like Steven Anderson. Looks like you’ve been inducted to the Laodicean Hall of Shame, and it only gets worse from here.

  • CHUCK BALDWIN IS ALSO AGAINST THE RAPTURE: These Christian Zionists who openly promote all of this death and destruction knowingly and consciously do so with the understanding that what they are doing also helps pave the way for a superhuman “antichrist” to rise to power in Israel, a Satan-possessed man who is destined to inflict even MORE death and destruction upon the world—especially upon the people of Israel. Yes! Christian Zionists are doing everything they can to “fulfill prophecy” and assist the rise of the antichrist, who will inflict “Great Tribulation” upon ISRAEL. (There will be no tribulation for the Christian Zionists, however, because they believe they will be “raptured” to Heaven first.) Guess what, Chuck? Guess you don’t know as much bible as you think you do, because if you did, you would clearly see that Israel would be regathered in the last days in turmoil. So much turmoil in fact that it leads directly to the time of Jacob’s trouble. The bible clearly shows us that when Israel is regathered it is in unbelief and turmoil, have you not read any of these scriptures? Read it and weep, Chuck, weep over your apostasy and repent of it.

GOD PROMISES TO REGATHER ISRAEL IN THE LAST DAYS:

  • “And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.” Jeremiah 29:14 (KJV)
  • “Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even gather you from the people, and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.” Ezekiel 11:17 (KJV)
  • “At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.” Zephaniah 3:20 (KJV)

GOD ALSO PROMISES THAT REGATHERED ISRAEL GETS DISCIPLINED FOR UNBELIEF:

  • “Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.” Jeremiah 30:7-9 (KJV)
  • “Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept his commandments, and their lies caused them to err, after the which their fathers have walked: But I will send a fire upon Judah, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem.” Amos 2:4,5 (KJV)
  • “O Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation. I will send him against an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath will I give him a charge, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.” Isaiah 10:5,6 (KJV)

So what do we make of all this? It’s quite simple, actually. The Bible shows us that Israel would be dispersed, and that happened in 70 AD. The Jews were driven out of the land and sent literally to the 4 corners of the world. Then in 1933, a perfect type of Antichrist shows up, Adolf Hitler, and tried to pathologically wipe out the entire race of Jews. Hitler achieved 50% of his stated goal. This led to Israel being regathered officially on May 14th, 1948. But it was a physical regathering only, not a spiritual one. So because of that, the bible tells us in both Testaments that Israel will go through the time of Jacob’s trouble, otherwise known as the Great Tribulation, because of their unbelief. And that time period will end with the Jews finally recognizing Jesus Christ as Saviour.

“Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.” Zechariah 12:2,3 (KJV)

All of the ‘turmoil’ that Chuck Baldwin says proves regathered Israel ‘is a fraud’ is actual proof that God’s Hand is doing it.

Why? Because that is how the Bible says it will be in the last days. Now, Chuck Baldwin seems unable to grasp these simple teachings of scripture, and as such, he now come after not only the Jews and Israel, but against Christians who believe the bible and support God’s chosen people the Jews and the Holy Land of Israel.

“But I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there; and have chosen David to be over my people Israel.” 2 Chronicles 6:6 (KJV)

I do not love the Jews because they are ‘lovable people’, they can be quite difficult at times and yes, most of them do not like Christians. But that is neither here nor there because my Bible tells me they are God’s chosen people, and that even though He is going to discipline them, He still loves them. Good enough for me, so I love them , too. I do not support Israel for any other reason than that the Bible tells me that it is God’s Land, first and foremost, and that He has placed His own Name in Jerusalem. Not only that, the Bible also tells me that when Jesus Christ returns with us on horseback, He will set up His 1,000 Kingdom literally, visibly and actually in Israel. Again, good enough for me, and if you’re born again, so reasons should be good enough for you, too.

WHO’S OCCUPYING WHO? LET’S LOOK AT GOD’S ORIGINAL LAND GRANT OF THE NATION OF ISRAEL TO ABRAHAM

Hey Chuck, when you read this article and I know you will, why don’t you repent of your anti-semitic new-found philosophy, and go back to praying for and loving the Jews, and for the nation of Israel that the Bible declares is God’s own holy land. The Jews that you hate so much are getting ready to go through the greatest time of tribulation this world has ever seen, show some compassion. You are right now on the losing side, you should really think about that. Now we have given you a dozen verses showing you the uniqueness of the Jews and Israel in the eyes of God, but there are dozens more in the rest of the Bible. God’s word, rightly divided, still declares there to be a blessing for those who bless the Jews and Israel, and a curse for those who don’t. And yes, we are talking about modern-day Israel and modern-day Jews, nothing has changed since these verses were first written.

“And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Genesis 12:3 (KJV)

Being God’s chosen people is not a blank check by any stretch, the Jews and Israel today are very far from the will of God. That’s the whole point behind the coming time of Jacob’s trouble. The Perfection Of Beauty: Why Zion Is The Place God Chose For His Habitation, His Glory, His Word, And His Future Kingdom Reign Out Of Israel

In your King James Bible, the word “Zion” appears 152 times in 152 verses, with all of them anchored in the Old Testament. And in the overwhelming majority of places, Zion is a literal, visible and physical geographic location firmly connected to King David, and to the coming King Jesus at the Second Advent. Zion will be the place where King Jesus will sit on David’s throne, and rule the world during the Millennium. God will rule the world from a Zionist Kingdom on this Earth, believe it or not.

“The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined. Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.“ Psalm 50:1-3 (KJB)

SUNDAY SERVICE STUDY NOTES: The Zion of God

The Zion of God

1. Zion Begins As A Real Place: The Strong Hold Of The Jebusites

The first major biblical identification of Zion is in David’s conquest of Jerusalem:

“Nevertheless David took the strong hold of Zion: the same is the city of David.” 2 Samuel 5:7 (KJB)

So, historically, Zion begins as a fortified stronghold in Jerusalem, captured by David and then called “the city of David.” It is not first presented as an abstract spiritual idea. It is a literal place tied to David, Jerusalem, kingship, and conquest.

2. Zion Becomes The Seat Of Davidic Rule

Once David takes Zion, it becomes connected with the royal authority of Israel’s king. This matters because God’s covenant with David makes Jerusalem and Zion central to the kingdom promises. Zion is not merely a city name; it becomes the earthly seat from which God’s chosen king rules.

That is why the Psalms can speak of Zion with such majesty. Zion is the city of the King, the place associated with God’s government on the earth.

3. Zion Becomes The Place Of God’s Chosen Habitation

Psalm 132 makes the doctrine unmistakable:

“For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.” Psalm 132:13 (KJB)

This is where Zion rises above mere geography. The Bible says the LORD chose Zion. That choice makes Zion the appointed earthly center of divine presence, worship, glory, and future kingdom administration.

Psalm 50:2 fits perfectly here:

“Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.” Psalm 50:2 (KJB)

Zion is called “the perfection of beauty” not because of architecture, scenery, or human achievement, but because God’s presence, God’s glory, God’s word, and God’s King are associated with it.

4. Zion Becomes The Prophetic Center Of The Coming Kingdom

The prophets take Zion forward into the future reign of the LORD. Isaiah says:

“And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.” Isaiah 2:3 (KJB)

That is a kingdom passage. Zion becomes the center from which divine law and instruction go forth to the nations. In a rightly divided framework, this points forward to the earthly, visible, Davidic kingdom reign of the Lord Jesus Christ, when Jerusalem is not replaced or spiritualized away, but exalted according to prophecy.

5. Zion Is Connected With Israel’s National Restoration

Paul quotes the prophets in Romans 11:

“And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:” Romans 11:26 (KJB)

Notice the spelling “Sion” in the New Testament KJB. It is the same biblical idea carried forward. In Romans 11, Zion/Sion is connected with Israel’s future deliverance, not the erasing of Israel’s promises. The Deliverer comes in connection with Jacob, Israel, covenant mercy, and national restoration.

6. Zion Also Has A Heavenly Association

Hebrews gives another layer:

“But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,” Hebrews 12:22 (KJB)

Here, “mount Sion” is connected with the heavenly Jerusalem. That does not cancel the earthly promises to Jerusalem and Israel; it shows that Zion has both an earthly prophetic importance and a heavenly glory associated with God’s eternal purposes.

The Word “Zion” In One Sentence

Zion begins as David’s conquered stronghold in Jerusalem, becomes the city of God’s chosen habitation and royal glory, expands into the prophetic center of Messiah’s earthly kingdom, and is finally seen in connection with the heavenly Jerusalem and the eternal purposes of God.

Psalm 50:2 is therefore a magnificent statement: God shines out of the place He chose, the place of His King, His covenant, His worship, His glory, and His coming kingdom.

A Prison Captain In A South Dakota Women’s Prison Reaches Out To Us With One Of The Most Moving Requests For Bibles We’ve Ever Received

Coils of barbed wire crown the tall chain-link fences, while heavy metal-and-glass entrance doors, guarded cell blocks, and camera-monitored entry points all testify to the intense security surrounding the South Dakota Women’s Prison in Pierre.This is a no-nonsense, maximum security prison for female offenders buried deep in the foothills of South Dakota. Captain Samantha Uhrig reached out to us this week with one of the most heartfelt requests for Bibles I think we’ve ever recieved. It will bless you.

“Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name: the righteous shall compass me about; for thou shalt deal bountifully with me.” Psalm 142:7 (KJB)

Her starting email to us was polished, professional and a very straight-forward request for Bibles. It read, in part, “SDWP is currently the intake and maximum-security level facility for women incarcerated in the state of South Dakota. Our state currently incarcerates women at one of the highest rates in the world, we also have the challenge of being located in an area that has limited resources and volunteers due to the length of travel. Currently we house approximately 500 female offenders in our facility. I have been looking for some time to replace our stock of religious materials for our incarcerated population…” That’s about the the type of email request we usually get, so I immediately responded and told her Bibles Behind Bars could absolutely help her. She wrote back and said “Thank you! My stores are completely depleted at this time. If you could send me 250 copies that would help bolster my supply significantly.” I said we would be happy to do that, and that we could also send her one of our Book Boxes, packed with great Christian literature. (see below). It was at this point that the captain got a little emotional.

She went on to tell me that the person who was in charge of the chaplaincy vacated their position and, it was later discovered, left the prison library and Bible program utterly bereft. No books, no library, and worst of all, no Bibles. When it dawned on her that Bibles Behind Bars was able to rebuild her library, with quality books, as well as supplying her with hundreds of Bibles, at no charge, her gratitude was plainly evident. I told her that we would be praying for her, and that Lord would give her “fruit in that day”. Captain Uhrig replied “Thank you!!! I am at a loss for words. Truly from the bottom of my heart thank you both. This big hard world needs more people like you who care.” Amen, Cap, that’s what we’re here for. Christian, this is what you are praying for when you pray for this outreach. We minister to the inmates, absolutely, but we also minister to the chaplains, captains, sheriffs, pastors, preachers and volunteers who go into the jails and prisons every day and do the hard work. Attacks On Christians And Catholics Are Rising In Israel As Catholic Nun Is Kicked To The Ground On The Streets Of Jerusalem

To this lost world, there is little to no distinction made between biblically born again Christians and members of cult and fringe groups like the Roman Catholics, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witness and Seventh Day Adventists. To them, it’s all the same, it’s all Christianity. So for the sake of our discussion today, we will label all of it as “professing Christianity”. That said, there is a verifiable rise on Christians in Israel at the hands of radical Orthodox Jews, and it grows worse by the day. In our story today, we see a Roman Catholic nun kicked to the ground by Orthodox Jews, and this is just the tip of the end times iceberg.

On this episode of the Prophecy News Podcast, the attacker was not some nameless shadow from a vague “troubled region.” Israeli police arrested a 36-year-old Jewish suspect, and AP reported that the assailant seen in the video was wearing tzitzit, the fringes worn by observant Jewish men. AP also noted that Christian leaders and organizations have been warning of a growing trend of violence and harassment against Christian clergy and pilgrims, often by ultra-Orthodox Jewish youth. There it is. Not rumor, not propaganda, not replacement theology hysteria. A documented pattern. The Rossing Center’s reporting on attacks against Christians in Israel and East Jerusalem says that in known 2024 cases, the perpetrators were Jewish individuals, “primarily young men from ultra-Orthodox and national-religious circles,” driven by a mix of nationalist fervor and religious extremism, especially among ultra-Orthodox nationalist groups. The 2024 report documented 111 incidents, including physical attacks, attacks on church properties, harassment, and defacement, while coverage of the report noted that most victims were clergy or people wearing visible Christian symbols. The Rossing Center’s 2025 report says the harassment and violence are continuing to escalate across Israel and East Jerusalem.
