Chancellor Angela Merkel is setting aside €90m (£76m) in taxpayers’ money to create a fund which will pay migrants to withdraw their asylum applications and leave Germany voluntarily.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Angela Merkel thought it was a great idea to throw their borders wide open, and let a million, unvetted Muslim migrants come in. Then the attacks on the street started, then the rapes started, and the streets filled with piles of garbage 30 feet high. The Germany people are revolting, as the prospect of her re-election grows dimmer by the hour. Observe her very desperate attempt to solve the problem by throwing money at it. Will it work? Only if the German people are as stupid as she seems to believe they are, but they’re not.

The handouts will form part of a 16-point plan to speed up the removal of rejected asylum seekers, after Tunisian migrant Anis Amri murdered a Polish lorry driver, hijacked his vehicle and drove it into a Christmas market in Berlin while awaiting deportation.

U.S. president Donald Trump told The Times that Merkel made a “catastrophic mistake” when she opened the doors to an unlimited number of migrants in 2015. Her vice-chancellor, Sigmar Gabriel, later admitted that his superior had underestimated how difficult it would be to integrate migrants on such a grand scale, and that Germany had been plunged into a kulturkampf, or “cultural war”, as a result.

Germany rejected 170,000 asylum claims in 2016 but, according to the Mail, just 26,000 were repatriated. 55,000 more decided to leave voluntarily – apparently leaving 81,000 bogus applicants unaccounted for.

“We rely heavily on voluntary departures,” admitted Chancellor Merkel, who was announcing the package after falling behind the Social Democrats in polls for Germany’s upcoming elections.

Martin Schulz, the former President of the European Parliament who has been nominated as the Social Democrat challenger to Merkel, said he backed the proposals to speed up deportations.

Schulz has previously insisted that “the people who are arriving [in Europe] are refugees who have been threatened [and] we should welcome them” – a statement which is at odds with the Vice-President of the European Commission’s admission that at least 60 per cent are economic migrants.

As a leading figure in the European Union, Schulz was a strong supporter of the compulsory migrant quotas. These were forced through by the bloc despite strong opposition from central and eastern European member-states, which did not agree with Germany’s unilateral decision to throw open the borders.

Schulz hit out strongly at these countries in 2015, accusing them of “national egotism in its purest form”. Polish interior minister Mariusz Blaszczak described at Schulz’s words as “an example of German arrogance”. source

THIRD TIME THE CHARM? After Starting Both World Wars I and II, Germany Now Calls For The Creation Of A Massive European Army

Angela Merkel called for the creation of a ‘real, true’ European army during a speech to EU ministers on Tuesday in a rebuke to President Trump.

Angela Merkel called for the creation of a ‘real, true’ European army during a speech to EU ministers on Tuesday in a rebuke to President Trump. The German Chancellor also called for a European Security Council that would be responsible for coordinating defence policy across the continent.

If history is any guide to future events, Germany will indeed be the driving force behind the start of WWIII whenever that finally begins. There is just something about the mindset of the German people in Europe that leads them towards dreams of world domination. They came pretty close in WWI, they came frighteningly close in WWII, and one might well imagine the third time just may be the charm.

“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” George Santayana20th century thinker

In 2018, Germany is the de facto leader of the European Union, they have the strongest economy, and now they want to lead an effort to create an European Army to defend themselves from ‘Russia, China and the US’.

Hmm…does anyone else find that interesting?

Merkel calls for creation of a ‘real, true’ European army in rebuke to Trump

FROM THE DAILY MAIL UK: In her speech, which was about the future of the EU, Merkel said: ‘What is really important, if we look at the developments of the past year, is that we have to work on a vision of one day creating a real, true European army.

She said the new army would work in conjunction with NATO, but added that ‘only a stronger Europe is going to defend Europe.’

‘Europe must take our fate into our own hands if we want to protect our community,’ she said.

The remark drew widespread applause and a smattering of boos from watching lawmakers.

Macron made the same suggestion last week in an interview with TV station Europe 1 when he spoke about Russian aggression and Trump’s decision to withdraw from a key Cold War missile pact.

He said: ‘I believe in the project of a sovereign Europe. We won’t protect Europe if we don’t decide to have a true European army.

‘We have to have a Europe that can defend itself alone – and without only relying on the United States in a more sovereign manner.

‘We should protect ourselves when it comes to China, Russia and even the United States of America.’

That last remark angered Trump, who met with Macron on Friday last week and tweeted before the meeting: ‘President Macron of France has just suggested that Europe build its own military in order to protect itself from the US, China and Russia.

‘Very insulting, but perhaps Europe should first pay its fair share of NATO, which the US subsidizes greatly!’

The French government insists that Macron meant Europe needs to protect itself from decisions the US makes – such as withdrawing from the missile treaty – and not from an invasion, though Trump seems to have interpreted it differently. READ MORE

Adolf Hitler And Nazi Germany

The first reprint of Adolf Hitler’s ‘Mein Kampf’ in Germany since World War II has proved a surprise bestseller, heading for its sixth print run, its publisher said Tuesday.

The Institute of Contemporary History of Munich (IfZ) said around 85,000 copies of the new annotated version of the Nazi leader’s anti-Semitic manifesto had flown off the shelves since its release last January.

It had initially planned to print only 4,000 copies but boosted production immediately based on intense demand. The sixth print run will hit bookstores in late January. The two-volume work had figured on the non-fiction bestseller list in weekly magazine Der Spiegel over much of the last year, and even topped the list for two weeks in April.

All this comes as Germany, after letting in over a million unvetted Muslim migrants, has been under constant terror attacks both large and small

Muslim migrants in Germany kicked a one-year-old baby on a bus then attacked paramedics with belts as they tried to treat the infant. The shocking attack happened at approximately 9pm on Sunday night in Augsburg, one of Germany’s oldest cities.

Residents were being evacuated following the discovery of a bomb from the Second World War and some had boarded a replacement night bus when a fight broke out. Several Syrian migrants erupted with anger because of a pram taking up space on the bus.

Migrants hurled abuse at other passengers before a fight broke out, with four of the Syrian men using the handles on the bus to hoist themselves up and attack women and old people to try and drag them into the fighting, according to an eyewitness.

The migrants paid no attention to anyone in their way, at one point kicking a one-year-old in the face.

ACHTUNG: Germany Creates ‘Fake News’ Prosecution Board To Try And Keep Merkel In Power

The German government trying to hold Merkel in power is seeking to create a center of defense against disinformation to try and stop fake news.

The German government is seeking to create a center of defense against disinformation ahead of next year’s elections, in the wake of ongoing ‘fake news’ and ‘Russian hackers’ hysteria generated during the election cycle in the United States.

EDITOR’S NOTE: In case you haven’t noticed, ‘fake news’ has become the new magic weapon of the liberal Left not just in America but across the globe. Is your popularity falling in the polls? It’s because of fake news. Are your liberal Muslim migrant immigration policies angering your citizenry? It’s because of fake news. But on thing you can’t blame on fake news is when some of those Muslim migrants slaughter your people in a Christmas truck attack. So to try and stem off an overwhelming political defeat in their elections next year, Angela Merkel is firing up the ‘defense against disinformation’ to stop the flow of ‘fake news’. But it’s the real news they are desperately trying to stop people from reading.

The Federal Press Office in the Chancellery, which has a staff of over 500 professionals, will take the leading role in establishing the fake news defense center, Der Spiegel reported quoting a note from an anonymous Interior Ministry staff member.

According to the Interior Ministry plan, the center will focus on offering “intensification of political education work” with groups susceptible to “fake news” – namely “Russian-Germans” as well as “Turkish-speaking people.”

The creation of the center “should be negotiated very quickly,” the magazine said quoting the note, which also urged that political parties establish ground rules for the 2017 election campaigns. According to report, the Interior Ministry also urged politicians not to use social bots and disinformation techniques during the election cycle.

Earlier, German lawmakers called on new laws and tougher new measures against social media platforms which disseminate fake news. Justice Minister Heiko Maas called on the government to set “legal consequences” for internet giants.

“We expect clear improvements in Facebook’s removal practice. The standard must be German law,” Maas told Suddeutsche Zeitung.

Social Democratic Party parliamentary chairman Thomas Oppermann called for social media outlets to be prosecuted for their role in validating fake news.

“If, after the relevant checks, Facebook does not immediately, within 24 hours, delete the offending post then [it] must reckon with severe penalties of up to 500,000 euros,” Oppermann told Der Spiegel.

Others like Patrick Sensburg (Christian Democrat), in an interview with Deutsche Welle on Tuesday, argued that the government should be “ratcheting up the statutory offenses” against fake news producers and “take action against the people who run these websites.”

Besides being worried about the potential spread of fake news ahead of elections, Berlin, for a number of months, has also voiced concern about the potential involvement of “Russian hackers” in the electoral process.

Anti-Russian hysteria erupted last summer when US Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton alleged that Moscow had engaged in hacking to damage her bid for the White House. While offering no proof, the Democrats accused the Kremlin of hacking into their computer networks and publishing sensitive information via WikiLeaks in order to swing the vote in favor of Clinton’s GOP rival Donald Trump.

Russia, in turn, has repeatedly denied the accusations, stressing that it has no interest in influencing the US election or any other country’s political choices. Trump and WikiLeaks have also denied the accusations.

Following the US election race, Berlin went on to accuse Russia of being involved in a number of hacking attacks, including on Deutsche Telecom and parliament. In the latest set of accusations, which saw the files of over 900,000 Deutsche Telecom customers compromised in late November, Merkel suggested that “such cyberattacks, or hybrid conflicts as they are known in Russian doctrine, are now part of daily life and we must learn to cope with them.” source
