The Joe Biden administration is withdrawing its Covid-19 vaccination and testing regulation aimed at large businesses, following the Supreme Court’s decision to block the rule earlier this month.

Joe Biden and his draconian COVID-19 vaccination mandate have been rejected at the highest levels, and rightly so, after freedom-loving Americans took to the streets by the hundreds of thousands in places like New York, Washington DC, and California. Today we celebrate a much-needed win, but this is the end times and the enemy is only retreating to regroup. Celebrate this win, but prepare yourselves for something worse to take its place.

The people that control Joe Biden, the New World Order folks that placed him in office, have just about used up all the ‘available mileage’ they’re going to get from him as his mental condition continues to deteroriate. What comes next we can only speculate on, but now that they have proved the concept that people will allow themselves to be locked down for the ‘greater good’, they are not about to give up that power anytime soon.

FROM CNN POLITICS: The US Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Tuesday it will be withdrawing the vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard for businesses with 100 or more employees, according to a statement on the agency’s website.

“Although OSHA is withdrawing the vaccination and testing ETS as an enforceable emergency temporary standard, the agency is not withdrawing the ETS as a proposed rule. The agency is prioritizing its resources to focus on finalizing a permanent COVID-19 Healthcare Standard,” the statement read.

The withdrawal of the emergency temporary standard “does not affect the ETS’s continuing status as a proposed rule,” a US Department of Labor spokesperson told CNN in a statement.

“OSHA is evaluating the record and the evolving course of the pandemic. OSHA has made no determinations at this time about when or if it will finalize a Vaccination and Testing rule. The agency intends to work expeditiously to issue a final standard that will protect healthcare workers from COVID-19 hazards,” the spokesperson added.

FUN FACT: More than one-third of U.S. employers still plan to implement a vaccine mandate despite the Supreme Court’s rejection of a federal rule that would have required workers to get shots or periodic tests. Thirty-five percent of companies polled by Gartner Inc. last week said the court’s Jan. 13 ruling won’t derail their plans to require vaccinations, compared with just 4% that said they’re now dropping their mandate. A further 29% haven’t made a decision yet, while 12% said they’re now less likely to impose a requirement. SOURCE

The decision comes less than two weeks after the Supreme Court blocked the rule, dealing a major blow to President Joe Biden’s attempts to use the power of the federal government to combat the Covid-19 pandemic. OSHA’s regulation required businesses with 100 or more employees to ensure their workers are fully vaccinated or undergo regular testing and wear face coverings at work.

“After evaluating the Court’s decision, OSHA is withdrawing the Vaccination and Testing ETS as an enforceable emergency temporary standard,” OSHA wrote in a document set to be published in the Federal Register. “OSHA strongly encourages vaccination of workers against the continuing dangers posed by COVID-19 in the workplace,” the agency also noted in its statement Tuesday.

The withdrawal will be effective Wednesday, according to OSHA’s statement.

The President has emphasized the necessity of getting vaccinated against the virus for months and eventually decided to use the mandate on large employers as his main vehicle for convincing hesitant Americans to get their shots.

In freezing a lower court opinion that allowed the regulation to go into effect nationwide, the Supreme Court majority sent a clear message that OSHA, charged with protecting workplace safety, had overstepped its authority. In contrast, the justices said that a separate agency could issue a rule to protect the health and safety of Medicare and Medicaid patients. The rule would have affected some 80 million individuals. There would have been exceptions for those with religious objections.

The court allowed the vaccine policy rolled out in November by the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to take effect. It sought to require the Covid-19 vaccine for certain health care workers at hospitals, nursing homes and other facilities that participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs. READ MORE

When I first watched the video of Sammy “The Bull” Gravano getting baptized, it brought tears to my eyes and the look on his face absolutely genuine and right in line with what you’d expect to see in a brand-new baby Christian who just got saved. Then I went back to listen to the entire story, and my heart sank a little as I heard Gravano talking about his testimony which, the longer I listened to it, the shakier it got. Then, at 13:02 minutes into the video, paydirt, Sammy said he needed forgiveness and redemption (that’s it!) for the deeds done in his life, and that he acknowledged that Jesus Christ (That’s it again!) was the only place to get it. Praise the Lord, Sammy The Bull got saved! This is one of the reasons why Bibles Behind Bars is so very important in these last days.

“And I persecuted this way unto the death, binding and delivering into prisons both men and women.” Acts 22:4 (KJB)

Sammy Gravano was in and out of prison long before Bibles Behind Bars was raised up by the Lord, but hardened criminal inmates just like Gravano are behind bars right now, and if Sammy The Bull can get saved, they can too. To date, we have record of nearly 700 inmates who have gotten saved by believing the gospel and given a Bible from Bibles Behind Bars. 700! And many of them are men just as wicked and as vile as Gravano, just as wicked and vile as you and I were when we came to the Lord to get saved. Right now, the Carson City Correctional Center in Michigan is surrounded by double fences with razor-ribbon wire and two gun towers. Electronic detection systems and patrol vehicles are also utilized to maintain perimeter security. And guess what? Chaplain Lonny there has reached out and asked us for Bibles to give to as many of their 2,300 inmates as we are able to provide. The total for that many Bibles is $8,257.00 if you were wondering. Christian, if we’re not working to see people get saved, then why are we here?
