New York Times Writes That Liberals Are Turning Against The First Amendment Because Free Speech Shouldn’t Apply To Conservatives

The New York Times finally admits that Liberals are the enemy of free speech, honest discussion and open debate. Liberalism is truly a mental disorder.

Law professor Catherine A. MacKinnon writes that “Once a defense of the powerless, the First Amendment over the last hundred years has mainly become a weapon of the powerful.” Oh really?

Someone once said that ‘Liberalism is a mental disorder’, and the longer I live in America and watch the actions of the Far Left, the more I come to see this as a very true assessment of the Liberal viewpoint. Indeed, the American Journal of Political Science published a paper showing how Liberal political beliefs are linked to psychotic behaviour.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” First Amendment to the United States Constitution. 

In their article entitled ‘How Conservatives Weaponized The First Amendment‘, the New York Times had this to say about our American right to free speech in an article published two days ago: “Liberals who once championed expansive First Amendment rights are now uneasy about them. ‘The left was once not just on board but leading in supporting the broadest First Amendment protections,’ said Floyd Abrams, a prominent First Amendment lawyer and a supporter of broad free-speech rights. “Now the progressive community is at least skeptical and sometimes distraught at the level of First Amendment protection which is being afforded in cases brought by litigants on the right.” Many on the left have traded an absolutist commitment to free speech for one sensitive to the harms it can inflict.” read more

Watch and listen to the latest 2018 Midterms election ad from the GOP. It is nothing but the Left in their own words. It will send chills down your spine. 

So why this turn away from supporting free speech? Well, because Liberalism in 2018 is dogmatically against views that are in opposition to their own. The Left is incensed that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Christian baker in Colorado who was brought to court for refusing to bake a cake for a homosexual wedding. That wasn’t supposed to happen. The Left fully expected the court to force the baker into doing something that not only violated his freedom of religion, but his own conscience as well.

A law professor at the University of Michigan, Catherine A. MacKinnon, writes that ‘free speech reinforces and amplifies injustice‘. Oh really? She went on to say that “Once a defense of the powerless, the First Amendment over the last hundred years has mainly become a weapon of the powerful.” Obviously the esteemed law professor is ignorant of the concept of free speech in the first place.

For the past 45 years, legalized baby killing as seen in Roe v. Wade has been the law of the land. One reason for this has been the fact that Liberals have largely dominated the Supreme Court. But in the Trump MAGA era, all bets are off. President Trump is not walking in lockstep with his party or any other party. He is supporting and defending the Constitution, and appointing Conservative judges at every level and most important, on the Supreme Court. Could we be looking at the end of legalized abortion in America? We sure could be.

At this point, expect Liberals to go into full apoplectic meltdown mode. Liberals are not for free speech in our day, and indeed have not been for over a generation. They see any ideology or belief system that is in conflict with their own as wrong, and as evil. There is no real diversity of thought, and no real freedoms anywhere in their platform. Liberals believe in a one party system, they are the originators of  the ‘everyone I disagree with is Hitler‘ mentality.

So let’s give credit to the NY Times for one thing, at least. When they write that Liberals are turning against our First Amendment right to Free Speech because it applies to Conservatives as well, they are (finally) doing some honest reporting instead of their usual fake news. They finally admit, by default, that Liberals are the enemy of free speech, honest discussion and open debate. Kudos to you, NYT, for finally telling the truth.

This is not a golden age. This is an age of deception, where the man at the podium tells you everything is wonderful while your wallet, your bank account, your pantry, and your bills testify against him.

America is being asked to applaud its own collapse and call it revival. The people are being told to cheer while the cost of living rises, the surveillance state expands, the debt explodes, and the world watches a once-great nation stagger under the weight of its own corruption. Zohran Mamdani As The Socialist Kingmaker Is Turning New York Into A Political Machine As The Democratic Party’s Left Wing Gains Real Power

You talk about irony, man, this is one for the record books. As America is already knee-deep in celebrations of our 250th year of our founding as a Constitutional Republic, the recently-elected Socialist mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani has launched a coup. House Democrats were left stunned on Tuesday night after two of their colleagues — including the chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus — lost primaries to left-wing, Mamdani-backed Socialist challengers. Like it or not, we’ve now come face to face with National Democratic Socialism under the leadership of a fiery, Jew-hating, charismatic leader. Hmm, what does that remind you of? Achtung!, America, the wolf is at the door, and he’s hungry.

On this episode of the Prophecy News Podcast, Trump’s declaration that “America the Beautiful will NEVER be a Communist Country!!!” may sound like a bold defense of the Republic, but it collapses under the weight of his own actions. You cannot publicly warn America about communism while publically lending credibility to the most prominent Socialist mayor in the country. That is not conviction, that is contradiction. Mamdani does not need Trump to endorse his ideology; he only needs Trump to normalize his presence, elevate his status, and treat him as a legitimate governing partner. And Trump has done exactly that. Once that happened, the Socialist left has already gained something far more valuable than applause: respectability. This is how radical movements advance in America. They do not usually arrive wearing the uniform of revolution; they arrive through elections, headlines, photo-ops, federal meetings, political compromise, and carefully managed public relations. A man can be denounced as dangerous on Monday and then treated as a respectable stakeholder on Tuesday, and suddenly the line between opposition and accommodation disappears. Trump may think he is controlling the narrative by calling Mamdani a communist, but the more he centers him, meets with him, and speaks of him as someone he can work with, the more Mamdani becomes a national figure instead of merely a New York City Democratic Socialist. The real danger is not only Zohran Mamdani’s socialism, but the broader collapse of moral clarity in the American political class. At 250 years old, America is not being threatened merely because radicals are running for office; she is being threatened because too many leaders who claim to oppose radicalism are helping make it respectable. Today we visit the Democratic Socialist Revolution underway in America, and show you just what that might mean for our immediate, short-term future.
