The people behind the shooting of Charlie Kirk turned him into an American martyr, and what comes next will shock even the most hardened conspiracy theorists

One of the things I said during that podcast was that Charlie Kirk, like polar opposite George Floyd before him, was going to be turned into an American martyr. That statement turned out to have a prophetic tinge to it as today we see efforts underway to create nationwide murals for him as well as for Ukrainian subway stabbing victim Iryna Zarutska. Every movement needs an icon, and now we have two of them.

Investigators found ammunition engraved with expressions of transgender and antifascist ideology inside the rifle that authorities believe was used in the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk

Investigators into the assassination of Charlie Kirk say they found ammo in the woods engraved with ‘expressions of transgender and antifascist ideology’ presumably left behind by the sniper. If that turns out to be true, then the shooter would join the ranks of other trans killers like Audrey Hale, Alec McKinney, Anderson Lee Aldrich and Robin Westman. So let’s see if I have this right…the FBI is seeking an LGBTQ+ assassin who supports ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter, who also turns out to be an excellent marksman who executed a pinpoint accurate single bullet to the jugular vein of Charlie Kirk from 232 feet away. Hmm, do we believe that? Well, do we? I sure don’t, and that’s the memo.

Authorities Examine Rifle and Ammo as Manhunt for Kirk Shooter Stretches On

FROM THE WALL STREET JOURNAL: The older-model .30 caliber hunting rifle was discovered in the woods near the scene of Wednesday’s shooting at Utah Valley University, wrapped in a towel with a spent cartridge still in the chamber, the sources said. There were also three unspent rounds in the magazine, all with wording on them.

Justice Department officials cautioned that the investigation was still in its preliminary stages, and that investigators were still examining the ammunition.
Kirk, 31 years old, was onstage going back and forth with a student about mass shootings involving transgender people when he was targeted, according to videos of the attack. The student hasn’t been publicly identified.

Kirk, 31 years old, was one of the most influential figures on the right and founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, a powerful conservative youth organization. The shooter is still at large. Witnesses reportedly said political activist Charlie Kirk was answering a question about transgender shooters when he was fatally shot during an event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday. “A kid came up and asked a question about how many transgender shooters there were,” Emma Pitts and Eva Terry, who are reporters for Deseret News, said as they described the scene, per CNN. “And Charlie gave him another comment and then he asked one more question, and so the question was about shooters and before Charlie Kirk could pick up the mic again, that’s when the shot happened,” they said.

Former mobster Michael Franzese once jailed in Jeffrey Epstein’s cell says suicide inside would be ‘impossible’

FROM THE NY POST: Michael Franzese — a former Colombo crime family capo — told NewsNation that he spent seven months incarcerated in the cell where Epstein died and that the very architecture and layout of the rooms would not allow somebody to kill themselves like Epstein.

“There’s just no way you are able to commit suicide. There’s just no way,” Franzese said. “There’s no way to hang yourself, there’s nothing from the ceiling, there’s nothing from the bed.”

“You’d have to be a midget, and work really hard to try to hang yourself and I don’t think you could accomplish it,” he added, explaining that there are no fixtures on the ceiling and that beds are generally low to the ground. “You just couldn’t physically do it. It would be almost impossible to do it.”

Despite Franzese’s claims about the cell’s layout, photos from Epstein’s cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center after he died showed a bunk ladder and gridded bars on the window that reached the ceiling. Epstein, 66, hanged himself in his cell in August 2019 as he was being held without bail pending trial on child sex-trafficking charges.

The twisted financier had been placed on suicide watch after an apparent attempt to take his own life behind bars just days earlier. He was moved to a more heavily monitored unit after that, where guards were supposed to regularly check on him. But the guards fell asleep on duty the night Epstein died and later doctored their logbooks to hide it. At the same time, the cameras watching the cellblock apparently malfunctioned and turned off.

Franzese doesn’t buy those stories

“As far as the cameras being off, I haven’t experienced that – I did eight years in prison and I haven’t experienced cameras being broken and a perfect storm of correctional officers not walking those cells,” he told NewsNation.

“I just can’t buy it. I cannot buy it, I’m sorry. And I have no horse in this race other than my experience and the fact that I just couldn’t see it happening,” Franzese continued.
