This is so awesome. He’s so hot and I’m glad that he’s converted now. People are just so much sexier when they’re born again. Nothing gets me going like a christian who didn’t used to be a christian but is now, again or for the first time. This will really up the sex appeal of Christianity, cause we all know it’s lacking (with the exception of the hot shirtless dude on the cross). Pacquiao is a genuine christian. even before he became famous he started seeking God and he read the bible. I’m glad that even with his success fame and fortune he attributed everything to God and did not abandon his faith. Instead, he grew more and became a mature christian. He is an inspiration to us.

from sin and brings spiritual transformation and renewal.This doesn’t mean physical birth, nor is it likely that it refers to baptism.

What happened during the fight night was part of Manny’s purgation, a process of constant dying in oneself. Anyone who wants to follow Christ must willingly submit himself to the same. PACMAN’s defeat is clearly God’s message. It is the greatest manifestation of Divine Intervention. This defeat is God’s simple way of showing you cannot disrespect your faith. As God warned in Ezekiel 17, everything God promised to those rise in His name but switches allegiance. He was slaughtered right at the place where he rose to fame and power. And all his armies slain as in all Filipino fighters with himlost. If Pacquiao is or was the people’s champ,Marquez is God’sWarrior. That impossible punch would not have been enough toknock down pacman. It was like that small pebble in David’s sling- made lethal by God’s anger.

Prayers for Manny, since now he is facing spiritual opponents! Jesus said “you will know My disciples by their love” (paraphrase), a simple test. We must be careful in either 1/ spouting Bible verses to support viewpoints 2/ drawing out the “God card” in arguments. The Congressman has put it simply: we must study God’s word, and apply it. When It transforms one to the image of Christ, then it is evident one is truly born again, and not following a worldly religion but the One Himself, directly. You don’t have to go thru intermediaries but go direct to Jesus. Is this an arument, or is this clearly stated in God’s Word? Read the Bible, folks. That’s the starting point. Are you encouraged to study it? That’s is a test whether you are in a real fellowship of Christians.
