Obama Diverting Billions In Military Funding To Pay For His Green Agenda
So why are Obama and his Pentagon continuing to spend billions of dollars to fight “climate change” when it is impossible to prevent our ever-changing climate from changing? It is because of his Socialist agenda of weakening the military and gutting the economy.

President Barack Obama has gutted the United States Military and Defense budget like a fish, making over one trillion dollars in spending cuts since taking office. At the same time, he has diverted billions of dollars to support his Green Agenda which is based on climate studies that have been proven to be 100% false in terms of a practical reality that has failed to materialize.
Operating on a climate study that has proved to be completely false, Obama has ordered his Pentagon to divert billions of dollars needed for national defense to fight imaginary global warming.
The climate study called “An Abrupt Climate Change Scenario and Its Implications for United States National Security” was commissioned in 2003, and painted a dark and foreboding future where the polar ice caps all melted, and global temperatures would rise half a degree per year. Yet, here in 2014, we are actually experiencing lower average temperatures and frigidly cold winters that have seen an increase in the thickness of polar ice. Our earth is absolutely not getting warmer.
The Washington Times reports that Sen. James M. Inhofe of Oklahoma, the top Republican on the Senate Committee on Armed Services, has been the chief congressional critic of the Pentagon’s financial commitment to climate change. He said biofuel projects should be left to the Energy Department.
“The president’s misguided priorities with our national security can be seen in the $1 trillion defense cuts he has put into motion since taking office and then using the limited defense budget to support his green agenda,” Mr. Inhofe said in a statement to The Washington Times. “His green spending in the defense budget is based on the belief that climate change is the ‘new weapon of mass destruction.’ In the meantime the president has loosened sanctions on Iran, [which] has maintained their resources to develop and launch a nuclear weapon — the real weapon of mass destruction.”
So why are Obama and his Pentagon continuing to spend billions of dollars to fight “climate change” when it is impossible to prevent our ever-changing climate from changing? It is because of his Socialist agenda of weakening the military and gutting the economy. When Mr. Obama took office, average gas prices were $1.82. Within months of him becoming president they skyrocketed to well over $3.00 per gallon and have stayed there. May 20 marks the 1,245th straight day that the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline costs more than $3 a gallon, according to AAA data. That’s nearly three-and-a-half years above $3 a gallon.
Obama has been siphoning untold billions of dollars out of the Federal treasury between his Green Agenda, and the nearly one billion price tag for his Obamacare website. Why is he not held to account for this money? Why is there no outcry in the media calling for an investigation into the missing funds? Obama has us fighting the mythical enemy of climate change while our real enemies – Russia and Iran – are ignored. Obama is hyper-focused on global warming while he seems blissfully unconcerned that Iran now has nuclear weapons capability. Why do we, as American patriots, continue to allow this Marxist occupier of the the White House to pillage and plunder our resources and destroy our military? Maybe one day we will care enough to actually answer these questions. Then again, maybe not.
