Jesus Christ Did Not Begin In Bethlehem: New Billboards Deny His Pre-Existence, His Deity And The Unmistakable Testimony Of Scripture

A new billboard campaign has appeared declaring, “JESUS IS NOT GOD,” followed by the equally blasphemous claim that Jesus Christ did not pre-exist in Heaven. That is not merely bad theology, it is a direct attack on the identity of the Lord Jesus Christ. The billboard says “Scripture says,” but Scripture says the exact opposite. The King James Bible declares, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Jesus did not begin in Bethlehem. Bethlehem was the place where the eternal Word was made flesh and stepped into the world He created. Jesus Christ is God the Father in a human body, take it or leave it, like it or lump it.

“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.” 1 Timothy 3:16 (KJB)

Jesus Christ Himself said, “I came down from heaven.” He prayed concerning the glory He possessed with the Father “before the world was.” He declared, “Before Abraham was, I am.” Paul tells us that all things in Heaven and Earth were created by Him and for Him, and that He is before all things. A man who began his existence in Mary’s womb could not have created the universe, shared glory with the Father before creation, walked with Israel in the wilderness or come down from Heaven. The billboard cannot be reconciled with the words of Christ because its message is built upon denying them.

This is how religious deception operates. It keeps the name Jesus, quotes selected verses, speaks reverently about God and then quietly replaces the biblical Christ with a counterfeit. A Jesus who is not God, did not pre-exist, did not create all things and did not come down from Heaven is the “another Jesus” that Paul warns us about. He may wear the name, but he is not the eternal Word of John chapter one, the great I AM of John chapter eight, the Creator of Colossians chapter one or God manifest in the flesh of First Timothy chapter three. Satan has always desired a Jesus without deity, a cross without saving blood and a gospel without the power to save.

“And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.” John 17:5 (KJB)

The truth remains unshaken: Mary did not create Jesus Christ; she gave birth to the human body prepared for Him. The One lying in the manger was the One who made the stars shining above it. The infant wrapped in swaddling clothes was the eternal Creator entering His own creation. The Man nailed to the cross was the Lord of glory shedding His precious blood for sinners. The One who rose from the dead was not merely a prophet vindicated by God—He was God manifest in the flesh, victorious over death, Hell and the grave.

So let the billboards shout their lies from the roadside. The King James Bible answers with thunder: “The Word was God.” Jesus Christ existed before Abraham, before Mary, before Adam, before the angels and before the foundation of the world. He is the eternal Son of God, the Creator of all things, the great I AM, the crucified and risen Saviour, and the coming King. The billboard says Jesus is not God. Thomas looked upon the risen Christ and gave the only answer the Bible allows: “My Lord and my God.” That’s exactly who Jesus Christ is.

The closest-ever images taken of the sun have revealed mini solar flares called “campfires” dotted across its surface.

Genesis tells us that on the fourth day of creation, God spoke into existence the greater light of the sun, and the lesser light of the moon. All through the bible, in both Testaments, the sun is shown to us as a type or metaphor of Jesus Christ. Indeed, the blazing, all-consuming sun is an excellent picture of the white-hot holiness that is God, and a terrifying picture of His wrath and judgment. The last book of our Old Testament, Malachi, shows us this type picture of the sun as Jesus Christ in stunning technicolor.

“For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.” Malachi 4:1-3 (KJB)

To call Jesus Christ the ‘Sun of righteousness’ is about a clear a picture of the power of our Saviour as you’re going to get. When Saul met the risen Jesus on the Damascus road, he was allowed to view Him unfiltered, which caused Saul to immediately lose his sight and go blind for a season. In our physical world, there is nothing more powerful than the sun, created by the only begotten Son of God, who stands without equal in all eternity. I wonder if NASA ever thinks about these things while snapping photos of the sun?

“And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” Revelation 14:9-11 (KJB)

Of course, the endless, burning fiery majesty of the sun is also an excellent picture of the nature of Hell, which burns with fire unquenchable. Whether you spend eternity burning in the Lake of Fire, or eternity with Jesus Christ in Heaven, you will find yourself in the midst of the power of God forever and ever. But I highly recommend you choose to be with Jesus in Heaven, over the endless, raging fires of Hell. You won’t like Hell one tiny, little bit.

Closest pictures of sun ever taken reveal mysterious ‘campfires’

FROM YAHOO NEWS: The images were captured last month by the Solar Orbiter, a European Space Agency (ESA) probe designed and built in the UK. Scientists say the pictures could shed light on the mysterious process that means the outer layer of the star is so much hotter than the layers below. The spacecraft came within 47 million miles of the sun’s surface and passed between the orbits of Venus and Mercury.

David Berghmans from the Royal Observatory of Belgium said: “When the first images came the first thought was this is not possible, they cannot be that good, it was really much better than what we dared to hope for.”

Solar flares are sudden flashes of high-energy radiation from the sun’s surface, which can cause radio and magnetic disturbances on the Earth.

Dr Caroline Harper, head of space science at the UK Space Agency, said that scientists were excited by the presence of campfires that are “millions of times smaller than the solar flares”.

She said: “We do not really know what they (the campfires) are doing but there is speculation that they might play a role in coronal heating, a mysterious process whereby the outer layer of the sun, known as the corona, is much hotter (around 300 times) than the layers below.

“These campfires may be contributing to that in a way we do not know yet.” The mystery of why the Sun’s corona is so hot has been a mystery for years.

ESA’s Solar Orbiter project scientist Daniel Müller: “The Sun’s corona is a little counter-intuitive because you would think if you had a body that was relatively cool at the centre it would be even cooler the further you go away but on the contrary, we have a hot core, a relatively cool surface of just about 5,500 degrees surrounded by a super hot atmosphere of more than a million degrees.”

“In mid-June, Solar Orbiter made its first close pass of the Sun following its Feb 9 launch, turning on all 10 of its instruments together for the first time,” NASA said in a statement on its website. READ MORE

Don Lemon said, “Here’s the thing: Jesus Christ — if that’s who you believe in, Jesus Christ — admittedly was not perfect when he was here on this earth.”

Liberals hate God in general, and they despise Jesus Christ in particular. The other day on CNN, gay Liberal host Don Lemon wasted no time trashing Jesus Christ in a broadside shot at the Founding Fathers. You could say he was trying to take out the King James Bible and the Declaration of Independence with the same shot. Interestingly, well-known Roman Catholic and fellow host on the Communist News Network had no rebuttal when Don Lemon starting talking about him imperfect Jesus Christ was when He walked this earth.

“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. This just shows you that, in order to achieve their stated goals and remain faithful to their Progressive agenda, Liberals like Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo will say anything and do anything, even if it means as in Cuomo’s case remaining silent while the Person you claim to worship is being openly trashed and lied about. Ironically, as Don Lemon was trashing Jesus, the bible shows us clearly that this same Jesus went to the cross for Don Lemon, and paid the penalty for all his sins on the cross at Calvary. As of this writing, Lemon has refused that free gift, choosing instead to pay for his own sins himself in the burning fires of Hell. Pray that both these mockers, Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo, will get saved before it is everlasting too late.

CNN Don Lemon: Jesus Christ ‘Admittedly Was Not Perfect When He Was Here’

Don Lemon claimed Jesus Christ “admittedly was not perfect” when he was on earth, prompting ridicule from some who accused the CNN host of being ignorant of the basic tenets of Christianity.

During a discussion about the shortcomings of the Founding Fathers on Wednesday night with fellow CNN host Chris Cuomo, Lemon said, “Here’s the thing: Jesus Christ — if that’s who you believe in, Jesus Christ — admittedly was not perfect when he was here on this earth.”

As Cuomo nodded approvingly, Lemon continued, “So why are we deifying the founders of this country, many of whom owned slaves, and in the Constitution — the original one — they didn’t want, they put slavery in there, that slavery should be abolished because it was the way the king wanted. And then the Congress said, ‘No way!’”

The moral perfection of Jesus is a doctrine extending to the earliest days of Christianity and the New Testament, which asserts in passages such as 2 Corinthians 5:21 and Hebrews 7:26 that Christ “knew no sin” and was “holy, innocent, unstained, separated from sinners.” In the Gospels, Jesus said of himself in John 7:18 that “the one who seeks the glory of him who sent him is true, and in him there is no falsehood.”

Lemon’s gaffe came the same night that Fox News host Tucker Carlson delivered a monologue in which he implied CNN deliberately hires hosts who are “dumb.” Criticizing Lemon for his recent comments about Black Lives Matter, Carlson said:
