United States Formally Accuses Russian Military Of Committing War Crimes In Ukraine As Possible Prelude To American Intervention

Biden has vowed not to engage in direct conflict with Russia but has pledged the United States will defend all NATO territory. He has ordered more US troops to NATO’s eastern flank to reassure those edgy allies. During his visit to Poland, Biden will visit US troops and meet with experts involved in the humanitarian response to helping hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians who have fled their country and those who remain there. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken clarified the US position on Russia’s actions against Ukraine on Wednesday: “The US government assesses that members of Russia’s forces have committed war crimes in Ukraine.”

As pretend president Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken formally accuse the Russian military of war crimes in Ukraine, US troops continue to pour into eastern Europe. The powder keg is rapidly filling up to the top, all it’s going to take is one, little spark for blow the whole thing sky high, exactly what Putin is hoping for.

“Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war.” Isaiah 3:25 (KJB)

Ukraine president Zelensky is begging NATO to get involved, Russian president Putin is begging NATO to get involved, and American president Biden is dutifully following the breadcrumbs right into the trap.

Russia is committing war crimes – US Secretary of State Blinken

FROM THE JERUSALEM POST: Last week, US President Joe Biden called Russian President Vladimir Putin a “war criminal” for his invasion of Ukraine. Blinken echoed the statements then.

“As with any alleged crime, a court of law with jurisdiction over the crime is ultimately responsible for determining criminal guilt in specific cases,” Blinken said, adding that the assessment is based on carefully collected data and documentation of Russian forces throughout the last month.

There have been multiple incidents since the invasion where Russian forces allegedly targeted Ukrainian sites that were clearly marked as occupied by civilians and not military targets — a direct violation of international law — including a theater and a school, both of which were serving as shelters. Russian climate envoy and personal advisor to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Anatoly Chubais, has resigned and left the country on Wednesday, citing his opposition to President Vladimir Putin’s war in Ukraine. Chubais is the highest-level official to break off from Moscow over the invasion.

Known as the architect of Russia’s 1990s privatizations, Chubais gave Putin his first Kremlin job in the mid-1990s and initially welcomed his rise to power at the end of that decade. Chubais, 66, is one of the few 1990s-era economic reformers who’d remained in Putin’s government and had maintained close ties with Western officials. Russia told Washington on Wednesday it would throw out a number of American diplomats in response to a US move to expel Russian staff from the permanent UN mission, Interfax news agency said. The agency also cited the foreign ministry as telling the United States any hostile actions against Russia would provoke a decisive response.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz warned Putin in direct talks not to use biological or chemical weapons in Ukraine, a government spokesperson said on Wednesday. German government spokesperson Steffen Hebestreit confirmed the remarks, earlier reported by Die Zeit weekly, at a regular government news conference. President Joe Biden departs for Brussels on Wednesday for talks with European leaders about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, carrying with him plans for more sanctions on Moscow that sources said include members of the Russian parliament.

Biden leaves the White House at 8:40 a.m. EDT on a trip that will include talks in Brussels with NATO and European leaders and a visit to Warsaw for consultations with Polish President Andrzej Duda. Two sources familiar with the situation said Biden and his team were developing plans to impose sanctions on members of the Russian parliament, the Duma, in retaliation for Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The sanctions are expected to be announced on Thursday.

The Wall Street Journal said 300 members of the Duma could face sanctions. A White House spokesperson said, “no final decisions have been made about who we will sanction and how many we will sanction.”

“We will have additional sanctions measures to announce that will be rolled out in conjunction with our allies on Thursday when the president has the opportunity to speak with them,” the official said.

White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan told reporters on Tuesday that Biden on Thursday will attend an emergency NATO summit, meet with G7 leaders and address the 27 leaders of the European Union at a session of the European Council. Biden will coordinate on the next phase of military assistance to Ukraine, said Sullivan. In addition to imposing fresh sanctions on Russia, Biden will work with US allies to tighten existing sanctions to “crackdown on evasion and to ensure robust enforcement,” Sullivan said.

Biden has vowed not to engage in direct conflict with Russia but has pledged the United States will defend all NATO territory. He has ordered more US troops to NATO’s eastern flank to reassure those edgy allies. In An Amazing Coincidence, Emmanuel Macron’s Main Rival For Power, Marine Le Pen, Is Now Under Investigation For ‘Illegal Campaign Financing’

The Paris prosecutor’s office said on Tuesday it had launched a preliminary probe into allegations of illegal financing of far right National Rally (RN) leader Marine Le Pen’s campaign for the 2022 presidential race, which she lost to Emmanuel Macron.

Here in America, we have been watching for some time now the lawfare waged against Donald Trump by the Biden administration, and it is a very effective and powerful tool. But lawfare exists in many other nations like, say, France for example. In an amazing display of coincidence and irony, Emmanuel Macron’s main rival, Marine Le Pen, a woman who has vexed him time and again, is now under investigation for ‘illicit campaign financing’. If convicted, she could serve jail time. C’est magnifique, Mr. President Macron, I am sure you had nothing to do with that.

“And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.” Daniel 11:36 (KJB)

As we’ve been telling you, long before these amazing events transpiring before us now, Emmanuel Macron is not going anywhere. He will make whatever deal, with whomever, that he needs to make, and every time you think you’ve cornered him, he only comes out stronger with more power. If this was a roulette table, and Emmanuel Macron was number 13, I would take all my ‘prophecy chips’, put them on him, and let it ride on the supposition that he is the biblical man of sin. Still just our opinion, but man, oh man, he sure seems to be doing it.

Paris prosecutor opens probe into Marine Le Pen’s 2022 campaign financing

FROM REUTERS: The investigation, which was opened on July 2, follows a 2023 report by the National Commission on Campaign Accounts and Political Financing (CNCCFP), which scrutinizes candidates’ election expenses and funding, the prosecutor’s office said.

It will look into allegations of embezzlement, forgery, fraud, and that a candidate on an electoral campaign accepted a loan.

Le Pen and her party have previously denied wrongdoing in connection with campaign financing. The National Rally could not be immediately reached for comment. Separately Le Pen is to stand trial later this year alongside 27 others over alleged misuse of European Union funds, charges that Le Pen’s party has said it contested.

That investigation, opened in 2016, aimed to ascertain whether the then National Front had used money destined for EU parliamentary assistants to pay staff who were working for the party.
At the head of RN until 2021, Marine Le Pen ran against Emmanuel Macron in the 2017 and 2022 presidential elections, and could again run in 2027. READ MORE

As Riots Set Paris On Fire Yet Again, The French Far Right Battles The Far Left As President Emmanuel Macron Regroups To Plot His Next Move

The streets of Paris became a war zone overnight Sunday as tens of thousands of left-wing rioters took to the streets in fiery opposition to the historic election victory by the country’s right-wing National Rally (NR).

Since 2020, NTEB has been telling you, warning you, that WWIII will rise up once again from Europe, and that there will be a resurgence in the fascists factions just like what happened in the late 1920’s in Germany and other places. Up until Russia invaded Ukraine, those things were kept in abeyance, but since that war began, it has been nothing but a mad rush to fascism and Far Right and Far Left extremism. So what about our ‘friend’ Emmanuel Macron who seems to be stuck in the middle? That’s the proverbial $64,000 question now isn’t it?

“And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him.” Matthew 26:50 (KJB)

Since he came on the scene in 2017, Emmanuel Macron has been a veritable end times wonder, at least he has to us, and at every previous bump in the road where his imminent demise was forecast, he snatched victory from the jaws of defeat. I am not a betting man, but if I were, I would take my pile of francs, place it all on lucky number 13, and let it ride. That’s how sure I feel that Macron will come out of this even more powerful than he is right now. His term does not end for another 3 years, his best days are ahead of him. He’s not going anywhere.

Paris is burning: Rioting leftists besiege French capital after populist National Rally party victory

FROM THE NY POST: Rioters smashed storefront windows, vandalized monuments and set massive bonfires in public squares after the election results revealed the party, headed by nationalist Marine Le Pen, took 33% of the vote in the decisive first round of France’s legislative elections. Stunning video spread widely online showed mass groups of demonstrators clashing with cops, launching fireworks that at times bathed city streets in an eerie blood-red glow.

Plumes of tear gas smoke wafted throughout the crowds as they battled it out in the streets with riot-gear clad police officers, the wild melee punctuated by the sounds of coughing and shattering glass. A united bloc of left-leaning parties called the New Popular Front coalition nabbed 28% of the vote for a second-place finish, while incumbent President Emmanuel Macron’s centrist party scraped together just 20% of the vote.

The dead-last finish marked a stinging defeat for Macron, who called for the snap runoff election the day after his party was defeated by NR in June’s parliamentary elections as a Hail Mary attempt to thwart the NR’s continued rise.

But the ascent of right-of-center party in a free and fair election proved too much for many Paris youths to bear, who directed their anger toward vandalizing their own city’s landmarks and businesses. Much like the US, France has been beset by an overwhelming influx of migrants in recent years. Le Pen’s promise to crack down on illegal immigration as a major campaign platform has clearly resonated with a wide swath of the nation’s electorate.

French voters will return to the polls on July 7 for the second round, and if NR secures a majority in the country’s National Assembly, Macron will have to appoint a prime minister from the party, according to AP. Should Le Pen and NR prevail, it would be France’s first right-wing government since World War II. READ MORE

FRANCE’S far-right party could be on the brink of power after winning the first round of a snap parliamentary election. Hundreds of left-wing protesters flooded the streets and clashed with cops in Paris as they set off fireworks and flares. Incumbent president Emmanuel Macron’s party and their allies have been left dragging behind in the polls as Marine Le Pen’s National Rally scooped the first round of legislative elections on Sunday. Le Pen crowed that Macron’s alliance was “almost wiped out” during the first of two rounds.

MAN OF DESTINY: A Defiant Emmanuel Macron Says He Will Not Resign ‘Whatever The Result’ Of The New Upcoming French Parliamentary Elections He’s Called

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday said he would not resign ‘whatever the result’ of the upcoming French parliamentary elections.

That Emmanuel Macron is a ‘man of destiny’ is readily apparent, even if his political career would end today. He has defied expectations from the moment he came on the scene in 2017, adamantly declaring he would one day rule as the god Jupiter. At the rate he is going, he just might do that, and maybe a whole lot more than that. Emmanuel Macron is ready for a fight.

“And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.” Daniel 11:22 (KJB)

Adolf Hitler was another ruler who enjoyed defying expectations, repeatedly doing things that no one saw coming, and astounding people with the results. It was his constantly going for broke at every turn, and holding the winning hand at the end that led to the German people viewing him as a messianic figure worthy of their worship. Hitler did not deceive with words alone, it was his actions that ‘sealed the deal’. Is Emmanuel Macron cut from that same cloth? That is the question we’ve been asking for the past 7 years, one that he continues to answer in the affirmative. Whatever the result of the election, Macron will be the winner one way or the other. He’s not going anywhere, he’s a man of destiny.

Macron rules out resigning, ‘whatever the result’ of French snap election will be

FROM POLITICO: Emmanuel Macron called the election on Sunday night, in response to a big win by the far-right National Rally in the European election, which has piled pressure on his administration.

“It’s not the National Rally that writes the Constitution nor the spirit of it,” he said in an interview with Le Figaro Magazine. “The institutions are clear, and so is the place of the president, whatever the result.”

Macron was answering a question on whether he would be ready to resign if the National Rally wins the parliamentary election and urges him to leave. It also intersected with swirling rumors which began circulating on Tuesday that he was considering resigning, triggering a denial from the Elysée.

Instead, Macron said that he would take part directly in the electoral campaign and warned against assuming that the National Rally’s result at the European election would be replicated in the parliamentary election, which has a different voting system.

France will go to the polls for the parliamentary election first round on June 30, with a second round to follow on July 7.

“Politics is dynamic. I’ve never believed in polls. The decision I have taken opens a new era. A new campaign begins, and we should look at the scores for each constituency in the light of those for the European elections,” Macron added.

Macron will start campaigning with a press conference in a Parisian hotel on Wednesday, an event initially planned for Tuesday. But not everyone is happy to see the French president campaigning directly. In private, several MPs from Macron’s camp see his direct involvement in the campaign as a bad news, rather than a boost, POLITICO’S Playbook Paris reported Tuesday.

France’s simmering political crisis, the rise of the far right and the decision to call the snap vote have also sparked fears on the markets, with credit agencies and experts warning that political instability and a possible National Rally victory will undermine French efforts to cut public debt, which is at a worrying level.
