Evangelical pastor Rick Wiles claims the Wuhan coronavirus is God’s ‘death angel’ and says parents ‘transgendering little children’ and ‘the filth on our TVs and our movies’ are to blame for the outbreak.
Laodicean pastor Rick Wiles likes to make truth-challenged inflammatory statements, so much so that he has landed on our end times radar this morning. For those of you who may not have heard of him, let’s get you up to speed. First off, Rick Wiles is a hardcore anti-semite and anti-zionist preacher who has claimed that the current attacks against President Trump are the result of a ‘Jew coup‘ to take him down. I find it ironic that his website is called TruNews because you won’t find much truth in what comes out of Rick Wiles mouth.
“Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.” Psalm 129:5 (KJB)
Rick Wiles also has a lot to say about the current Wuhan coronavirus that is spreading and sickening thousands at the moment. Wiles calls it a ‘judgment from God’ that he then connects with the rise of the LGBTQ+ Movement. That is a crazy leap to make, and one I fully reject. Wiles then goes on to say that if you a ‘believer in Jesus’ then the coronavirus won’t hurt you. Nonsense, it certainly could. Reminds me of the time in 2018 when Gloria Copeland, wife of Laodicean false teacher and Prosperity Gospel phony Kenneth Copeland, said that “Christians are immune to the flu” which was not only a stupid statement to make, but also a dangerous one. Christians have the power of prayer to ask God to keep us safe and healthy, but it is no guarantee that we won’t get sick anyway. Sometimes God allows us to go through an illness to give Him glory.
“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?” Matthew 7:15,16 (KJB)
So congrats to you, Rick Wiles, on your induction into the NTEB Laodicean Church All-Stars, we will be following your false teachings closely so we can warn the Body of Christ about the end times wolves in our midst like you. Ironically, end times false teachers like Rick Wiles are more of an end time judgment from God than the Wuhan coronavirus, which was probably made in a lab and released intentionally, is.
Wiles believes that Christians who are ‘devoted to Jesus’ are immune to the virus
FROM DAILY MAIL UK: Christian Pastor Rick Wiles, who is the creator of the TruNews streaming channel, described China as having a ‘godless communist government,’ in an attempt to explain why the country had been hit so badly by the virus. He noted, ‘plagues are one of the last steps of judgment’ and warned Americans to ‘get right with God.’
The deadly coronavirus has left 131 people dead, with confirmed infections at around 5,568 across the world. The virus has spread across China and to at least 16 countries globally. Five people have been confirmed to have the virus in the United States. All of those infected had all recently returned from Wuhan.
The new coronavirus is thought to have emerged from illegally traded wildlife at a seafood market in Wuhan. On Tuesday, China agreed for WHO to send international experts to the country as soon as possible to help understand the virus and guide global response efforts.
Wiles addressed the deadly outbreak in his evening broadcast on Monday, saying: ‘Look at the spiritual rebellion that is in this country, the hatred of God, the hatred of the Bible, the hatred of righteousness.
‘Just vile, disgusting people in this country now, transgendering little children, perverting them. Look at the rapes, and the sexual immorality, and the filth on our TVs and our movies. Folks, the Death Angel may be moving right now across the planet. This is the time to get right with God.’
In comments that were first noted by Right Wing Watch, Wiles said that his ‘spirit bears witness that this is a genuine plague that is coming upon the Earth, and God is about to purge a lot of sin off this planet.’ The Pastor has previously called President Barack Obama a ‘demon from Hell’ and warned ‘there’s gonna be violence’ if President Donald Trump is removed from office. In comments that have been described as anti-Semitic, he recently described President Trump’s impeachment as ‘a Jew coup’ planned by ‘a Jewish cabal’.
TruNews was founded by Wiles as an online radio program in 1999 called America’s Hope. Wiles has a history of spreading conspiracy theories and warning of an imminent apocalypse. READ MORE

When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. Even all the way to South Africa. We even restarted our weekly radio Bible study on Sunday nights again, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.
But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. If every one of the 13,131 people on our daily mailing list gave $4.50, we would reach our goal immediately. If every one of our 151,781 followers on Facebook gave $1.00 each, we would reach 300% of our goal. The same goes for our 14,500 followers on Twitter. But sadly, many will not give, so we need the ones who can and who will give to be generous. As generous as possible.
