Today we received an email from Chaplain Mark at the North Dakota State Penitentiary, and he had this to say: “As the chaplain I am responsible to protect the rights of every resident to practice their religion and I provide what they need to do that.  But with that being said – the most requested item is still the Bible. So I pass out many of them. I get requests for different versions of the Bible and really need a source for some KJVs. Many of the men specifically request a KJV Bible. We have organic Bible studies that have sprung up in almost every pod. We have baptized almost 200 men since I got here. Instead of going out to recreation they are getting together and having Bible studies. Your help would really be a blessing to the men here.”

In addition to that, over at the Dunklin County Jail in Kennett, MO, we received this report. “Three years ago, our church started a jail ministry for the ladies that were incarcerated in our local Dunklin County Jail and two years ago we added a team for the men as well. We started with the understanding that we could not just go in a few months and quit, but it had to become a ministry of longevity. After three years, we can say that our Jail Ministry team has absolutely made an impact for those that have been incarcerated. This year, our teams have baptized 58 men and women inside the jail and we are seeing a few get released and bring their families to church. The heart of our teams is to provide Bibles to each individual that is incarcerated and we were just looking for a place that we could get Bibles, and we came across your information. If you could provide 50-100 that would be amazing.”

Christian, the LORD has kicked open wide the door for all of us who desire fruit at the Judgment Seat of Christ by allowing us to provide Bibles and books to jails and prisons likes these all across the country. The harvest is great, the labourers are few, come and help us to complete the mission. We need you!

The government’s plan for the Gaza Strip, backed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, is set to be presented to the security cabinet on Thursday and is expected to include plans to occupy new portions of the area

The prophets in your King James Bible have a 100% track record for accuracy in dozens of prophecies related to the Jews and Israel in the end times. The Jews have been back in the land for the past 77 years, but that holy land is getting ready to vomit them out once again, and for the last time. God brought them back officially in 1948, but that was for the purpose of having them in place so that all the prophecies related to the time of Jacob’s trouble could be fulfilled. That’s the memo.

Israel, according to the prophets, is ruled by ‘scornful men’ who are working feverishly to drive the whole thing right into the ground. Only they don’t know that’s what they’re doing, because they don’t believe their own prophets. Sending in 5 IDF divisions for a 5 month period into Gaza? Good luck with that, and you can say goodbye to the remaining hostages which, as of this writing, are set at 50 souls. You can’t get away from 5 in the Bible.

‘Five IDF Divisions, five months’: Netanyahu’s Gaza occupation plan to defeat Hamas

FROM THE JERUSALEM POST: The plan is expected to involve around five IDF divisions and last approximately five months. It will also involve relocating approximately one million Gaza City residents and will likely be approved on Thursday, cabinet ministers told the Post, adding that “the real question is what version of the plan will ultimately be approved.”

IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Eyal Zamir is expected to remain in his position and not resign despite his opposition to the plan. “The operation is a mistake and will endanger the hostages,” Zamir said during a discussion on Tuesday.

Any plan presented by the Trump administration will directly influence the course of Israel’s military operations in the enclave and the plans that the security cabinet will discuss on Thursday, two sources told the Post. Meanwhile, members of the administration are continuing internal discussions regarding the humanitarian situation in Gaza.

“The administration intends to significantly ramp up the amount of humanitarian aid being distributed,” a source familiar with the talks told the Post.

“We’re working to try to feed the people in Gaza. Israel is supposed to help us with the distribution, both financially and logistically, as are Arab states,” US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday.

Israeli media: Netanyahu to urge ‘full conquest’ of Gaza

Negotiations on a hostage and ceasefire deal in Gaza appear to be at an impasse, with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu leaning towards expanded military operations and Hamas demanding the humanitarian situation be addressed before it returns to talks. Netanyahu will urge a meeting of the security cabinet on Tuesday to support the full “conquest of the Strip” according to reports in Israeli media that were described as accurate by a source familiar with the matter.

President Trump is calling for a Federal takeover of Washington DC as second FEMA camp in central Florida now being prepared

Quietly and not so quietly, America seems to be undergoing a resurgence of open authoritarianism that previous president Barack Obama was reviled for. Barely 6 months into his second term, President Trump and those associated with him, are ramping up the rhetoric made famous in dystopian literature like George Orwell’s ‘1984’. In Washington, Trump is calling for a Federal takeover of DC streets, while Florida governor Ron DeSantis is planning a second FEMA internment facility at Camp Blanding in Clay County, Florida, not far from where our Bookstore is located.

All of this, we are told, is for our good and to make America a safer place to be, and that is partially true. Certainly something should be done about the perpetually-high crime rate in Washington, DC, and something should be done about the out-of-control illegal immigration problems we face. But is more authoritarianism the answer? History shows us that when something gets ‘federalized’, it gets progressively worse. Back in the 1980’s, the DoD was purchasing $500 hammers and $600 toilet seats amid the billions in waste that was uncovered. A government takeover of Washington DC would be a resounding failure, as will this second FEMA Camp being built in Florida. This is not what I voted for.

President Trump threatens federal takeover of Washington DC after attack on former DOGE worker

FROM FOX NEWS: Two 15-year-olds have been arrested in Washington in connection with the attempted carjacking and beating of one of the most prominent members of the Department of Government Efficiency, renewing calls from President Donald Trump for the federal government to seize control of the nation’s capital. In a social media post and remarks at the White House on Tuesday, the president described crime in Washington as “out of control.”

“If D.C. doesn’t get its act together, and quickly, we will have no choice but to take Federal control of the City, and run this City how it should be run, and put criminals on notice that they’re not going to get away with it anymore,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social.

The District of Columbia has long served as a symbolic battleground in debates over crime and governance, and its lack of statehood has made it uniquely vulnerable to federal intervention. Republican leaders have frequently seized on episodes of violence to portray the city as a case study of violence in cities run by Democratic mayors, even as city officials note that violent crime overall is down more than 25% from the same period last year.

Still, local officials have acknowledged in recent years that youth crime, particularly carjackings, remains a serious concern. Just last year, a 14-year-old was charged with killing a Lyft driver in a botched carjacking, and a significant portion of carjacking arrests in Washington involve juveniles.

Camp Blanding ICE detention site construction could begin as early as Monday

Construction is expected to begin soon on a new ICE detention center in Clay County. The site at Camp Blanding near the Clay County-Bradford County line is being developed to hold about 2,000 people awaiting immigration hearings or deportation, Gov. Ron DeSantis said.
