How You And I Are Helping Facebook ‘DeepFace’ Facial Recognition Create The Global Surveillance System

“Facebook tries to explain their practices in ways that make Facebook look like the good guy, that they are somehow protecting your privacy,” said Jennifer Lynch, a senior staff attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a digital rights group. “But it doesn’t get at the fact that they are scanning every photo.”

Facebook is how you get from social medial to societal dominance. This is how go from a Harvard kid hacking college databases to rate female students as ‘hot or not’, to installing real-time Facial Recognition tracking systems on a global scale.

Imagine a world where cameras watch as you shop at your favorite store, but they’re not security cameras, they’re Facebook cameras. As of the first quarter of 2018, Facebook had 2.19 billion monthly active users, that’s approaching almost half of the population of the entire planet. Facebook has applied for 2 patents that will capture and recognize the faces of every one of those people as they go about their daily business. Your face has made Facebook wealthy beyond Mark Zuckerberg’s wildest dreams, and now he plans to put your face under permanent lock and key.

“Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.Revelation 13:18 (KJV)

Under the guise of protecting people’s freedoms, Facebook rolled out facial recognition technology all across Europe, with the premise being that facial recognition will keep people safe.

FROM WRAL: Facebook’s push to spread facial recognition also puts the company at the center of a broader and intensifying debate about how the powerful technology should be handled. The technology can be used to remotely identify people by name without their knowledge or consent. While proponents view it as a high-tech tool to catch criminals, civil liberties experts warn it could enable a mass surveillance system. Facial recognition works by scanning faces of unnamed people in photos or videos and then matching codes of their facial patterns to those in a database of named people. Facebook has said that users are in charge of that process, telling them: “You control face recognition.” But critics said people cannot actually control the technology — because Facebook scans their faces in photos even when their facial recognition setting is turned off. “Facebook tries to explain their practices in ways that make Facebook look like the good guy, that they are somehow protecting your privacy,” said Jennifer Lynch, a senior staff attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a digital rights group. “But it doesn’t get at the fact that they are scanning every photo.” READ MORE

Yes, Facebook is stealing your Face

Facebook is the largest social media platform in the world, and its 2.2 billion profiles are the modern-day equivalent of the super-scary ‘FBI files‘ created on Americans ‘of interest’ from the J. Edgar Hoover days. In 2018, everyone is a person ‘of interest’, both in America and in every other country as well.

Facebook isn’t free, and it never was. You pay for it with each and every photo you upload, and with each and every time you ‘check in’ somewhere the Facebook noose grows tighter and tighter as their revenues reach stratospheric heights. But even that is not enough for Zuckerberg and company. They want more, much more.

Facebook has registered 2 patents for installing facial recognition systems that watch you while you shop, follow your face to the cash register, connect with your Facebook page, pay for your purchase with the card you have connected to your Facebook account, and send you a receipt via Messenger. Who will want this? Every major retailer in the world, for starters.

FROM THE US PATENT & TRADEMARK OFFICE: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and devices for facial recognition identification for in-store payment transactions. In particular, a payment system allows a user to engage in a payment transaction with a merchant to purchase goods or services at an in-store checkout location. For example, one or more implementations involve receiving a payment request to initiate an in-store payment transaction between a user and a merchant, the payment request including an image of the user. One or more embodiments identify a payment account for the user based on the image and send a payment confirmation request to a client device of the user. Additionally, one or more embodiments process the in-store payment transaction based on a confirmation response received from the client device. READ MORE

Think this is all some futuristic pipedream? Think again. Facebook Facial Recognition with Augmented Reality coming in time for 2018 holiday shopping season.

FROM BUZZFEED NEWS: At its F8 developer conference in May, Facebook announced that it was developing AR ad products in Messenger and Instagram, and adding new capabilities to AR Studio. But now — ahead of the 2018 holiday shopping season — it’s bringing that technology to retail ads. Michael Kors will be the the first brand to test AR ads in News Feed, which will let users try on sunglasses and make a purchase within the ad. “We see augmented reality as an emerging and important part of our customer-centric mobile strategy,” Michael Kors said in a statement to BuzzFeed News. “We know our customer is highly visual, and we are always looking for ways to deliver experiences that are not only unexpected but relevant, personalized and useful to her in her shopping journey.” Sephora, Nyx Professional Makeup, Bobbi Brown, Pottery Barn, and Wayfair will begin testing the technology later this summer. Facebook users will be able to tap on an ad and use their camera to try on sunglasses or makeup, or see how a piece of furniture looks in a room when these companies roll out their ads.

Facebook users will begin to play with these AR apps, having such fun trying on virtual sunglasses and summer dresses while their brains and cognitive reasoning skills are being rewired with each swipe of their screens. This is how you get from social medial to societal dominance. This is how go from a Harvard kid hacking college databases to rate female students on the ‘hot or not’ Facemash, to installing real-time Facebook Facial Recognition tracking systems on a global scale.

What does this remind you of, the One World System? The Mark of the Beast? Mark, of the Beast. Mark. Beast. Mark Zuckerberg. One is nearly impossible to separate from the other.

Facebook isn’t free and isn’t giving you anything, Facebook is taking your face, and they have no intention of giving it back.

EPILOGUE: After publishing this story, I went to post it on Facebook. This was their response. How do you violate Facebook’s famed ‘Community Standards’? By telling the truth, that’s how.

HOW TO DONATE: Click here to view our GoFundMe page

When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the building of the recording studio, but it also goes to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. Even all the way to South Africa. We even restarted our weekly radio Bible study on Sunday nights again, thanks to your generous donations.

But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. If every one of the 12,621 people on our daily mailing list gave $4.50, we would reach our goal immediately. If every one of our 151,781 followers on Facebook gave $1.00 each, we would reach 300% of our goal. The same goes for our 13,600 followers on Twitter. But sadly, many will not give, so we need the ones who can and who will give to be generous. As generous as possible.
