Ted Cruz Believes He Is An ‘Anointed King’ To Bring About The “End Times Wealth Transfer”

Rafael Cruz indicated that his son was among the evangelical Christians who are anointed as "kings" to take control of all sectors of society, an agenda commonly referred to as the "Seven Mountains" mandate, and "bring the spoils of war to the priests", thus helping to bring about a prophesied "great transfer of wealth", from the "wicked" to righteous gentile believers.

Ted Cruz “Anointed” To “Bring the Spoils of War to the Priests”

“I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;” 2 Timothy 4:1 (KJV)

Ted Cruz press people will tell you endlessly that he is a born-again Christian, and he may well be. But Ted Cruz is also a member of a strict fundamentalist branch of the Southern Baptist Church but also has deep roots in the Dominionist theology and Charismatic Pentecostalism of his father. His father Rafael Cruz is is a noted Dominionist preacher. One of the doctrines he preaches is the Charismatic prosperity heresy of something called “end times transfer of wealth“. This is not found anywhere in the Bible, and in fact is a ploy by the Charismatic movement to get their people to “tithe” at a higher level. This is the type of “Christianity” that is found in the Cruz household.

Rafael Cruz teaching the heresy of the “end times transfer of wealth” and Dominion Theology:

Dominion theology is also known as Christian reconstructionism and theonomy. Dominion theology states that biblical Christianity will rule all areas of society, personal and corporate. Christian reconstructionism reasons that society will be reconstructed by the Law of God as preached in the gospel and the Great Commission. Theonomy is a post-millennial view believing that all of the moral laws contained in the Old Testament are yet binding today.

The misguided Dominionists believe that they have been “anointed and chosen” to “bring in the Kingdom” of the Lord Jesus Christ. This heresy is not found in the Bible. The Bible says in Revelation that the Kingdom will only come when the King, Jesus Christ, returns at the Second Coming. And it will not happen one moment before the return of Jesus Christ.

Rafael Cruz indicated that his son Ted is among the evangelical Christians who are anointed as “kings” to take control of all sectors of society, an agenda commonly referred to as the “Seven Mountains” mandate, and “bring the spoils of war to the priests”, thus helping to bring about a prophesied “great transfer of wealth”, from the “wicked” to righteous gentile believers. They believe that they are working to “bring in the Kingdom” right here and now instead of waiting for it as the Bible says with Jesus Christ.

They have seized upon this verses in an attempt to prove their end times transfer of wealth heresy:

“A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.” Proverbs 13:22 (KJV)

Now where, in your wildest imagination, do you see God saying that there will be an “end times transfer of wealth” in that verse? Well, if you are a typical, lying Prosperity Gospel preaching Christian swindler, you see it rather clear. But this is one of the core teachings of Ted Cruz’s brand of Christianity.

This is what Seven Mountains Dominionism is:

Seven Mountains Dominionism, something that is preached and believed by the Cruz family, is a rank heresy to be avoided at all costs. In fact, this is so bad I think we can just about declare it to be a cult.

Ted Cruz must believe everything his dad is saying because there is no evidence that he ever refuted it. In fact, as this video shows you, these heretical preachers prayed over him and “anointed” him as an “end times king”. An anointing that Ted has fully and gratefully accepted.

Just thought you would like to know exactly what type of Christian Ted Cruz is. Now I don’t know about you, but as for me I do not want a president who thinks he’s an “end times king”. I want a president who thinks he’s a president ruling over an earthly nation, America, and not trying to “bring in the kingdom” that only Jesus Christ can, and will, bring in .

This world is not my home, and I am not “working for the kingdom” as these cultists teach. But I am looking for the Blessed Hope…

“Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;” Titus 2:13 (KJV)

  • Gregory

Amen the more I read from GEOFFREY GRINDER the more I love the guy

    • Thank you, but please spell my last name correctly 🙂

      • Gregory

Sorry Geoffrey Grinder overlook me I’m an old man

        • If you are young enough to post you are young enough to spell people’s names correctly.

          • Barry

Wow, where is the humbleness of a man that just called himself a Christian? Gregory apologized for spelling you name wrong and you still jump down his throat. Get off your high horse.

          • Bart

            @Barry

And Gregory intentionally spelled his name wrong again, making it pretty obvious that it’s intentional. There was also a reason why Gregory put his name is caps in the first place. Gregory should be embarrassed to be behave like a child when he’s an old man. Barry you should open your eyes more before you place judgment.

          • hiway280z

Is it that big of a deal ? I mean really you sound like your really into your self. So he mis spelled your name.No big deal.

          • He has been misspelling my name for months, and yes I find it aggravating. But for someone like you, who doesn’t have the courage to even give your name, I can see where that wouldn’t bother you.

          • Sylvia croft

Just turn the other cheek, Geoffrey. If it is a personal attack, isn’t that what we’re called to do? And if it’s an accident because he’s old why make such a big deal. You seem to be very defensive about yourself lately. Let the Lord Jesus handle it.

          • It just gets frustrating when people make comments when they obviously haven’t read the whole story or watched the videos. People like to respond emotionally to headlines.

          • Dan

Clearly the guy is doing it on purpose given he again misspells Grider in his apology post.

        • Terri

He did not misspell the on purpose. Looks like spellcheck. Misspelled n’s re th he least of our worries but if it happens alot it coulddc b a sore topic. My first has been spelled teri, terrie, terry and I will not even mention my last name (not horn) but now it does not matter with with the knowledge that the time is getting closer to meeting Jesus in the clouds

          • Dwr3333333333

So in your pea-brain I guess it would be okay to spell Jesus’s name wrong too right! Where do you liberal hot bags of air come from anyways!

      • MaryMoody1976

The Seven Mountains also stands for the 7 continents. It is the New World Order. After they take America, they plan to take the world. Dominionism scares me.

I am not a Christian. I’m a Pagan and, men and women like Cruz, will vilify me and then burn me alive. The bible says “Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.” I would die for my beliefs. Then they will burn my young sons who are innocent. I have not doctrinated them into any belief as I feel they should have the right to choose for themselves. Trump maybe an arse but he’s all bark and no bite. In no way am I voting for either of these men (I’m also a Liberal Democrat so will vote Democrar) but, if I had to choose one or the other, I’d choose Trump because he doesn’t pretend to be anything other than what he is (an @&&hole). Ted Cruz, however, wears masks to hide his true self and intentions. Whenever I hear that mans voice, warning bells go off inside me and fear penetrates my heart as those of pure darkness do. I know that we have all met people that give us the heebie jeebies. Something within tells us that something isn’t right about them and, if you don’t listen to that inner “radar ” consequences usually follow. I always listen to my inner voice and it is screaming at me that Ted Cruz is evil!

          • KY

            Geoffrey,
And you should be concerned that an admitted pagan would prefer Trump over Cruze.

Luk 4:33 And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,
Luk 4:34 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God.

You need to get off your judgemental horse.

Very nice troll indeed! You were able to get a rise where I failed. Keep it up!

        • Patricia

I think you are on to something. When I heard this about 10 Kings, what came to mind was 10 Kings given power from the antichrist to rule one hour or something like that in one of the prophesies of the Bible. It screams one world order. Also, Jesus said he loves you.

          • MRH

@ Patricia: You might find this of some interest 🙂

The seven kings represent the seven world empires (Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medio-Persia, Greece, Rome, and the NWO), which span from the time of Moses, unto now. The fallen (or past) kingdoms, and present one were from Johns perspective at his writing (five are fallen, and one is). The future kingdom is of our time (and the other is not yet come), and it is called the New World Order by political call, which is ruled by the Antichrist and False Prophet in succession and in alliance in the end. Satanic Occult Symbols In Washington D.C. & 8 Kings Of Revelation (articles)

The seven continents are (from largest in size to smallest); Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe, and Australia. A continent is defined as a large, continuous area of land on Earth. All continents together constitute less than one-third of the earth’s surface, which means more than two-thirds of the earth’s surface is covered with water.

The seven continents are also now being divided into ten globalized regions (kingdoms), by the UN (Club Of Rome); ASEAN, APEC, AU, UNASUR, EU, SICA, CSTO, CCASG, SAARC, NAU. Which I believe are represented by the ten horns of the beast (And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings). Globalization biblically defined: (These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast).

Nero, a pagan used to burn christian s on crosses to light his garden parties. Infanticide was widely practiced among pagans. That was then, this is now. No Christians are going to burn you or your son’s.

    • Kmajohn316

May I interject so humbly.. 🙂 I agree with Bart. I’m not even here that often in comments, and I have seen this man comment. It was intentional. Hence the “n” added.. Come on brothers and sisters.. 🙂 There is a difference between someone who is misspelling a lot of their words and someone who is just misspelling only one’s name who they have been following for months. It then is disrespectful. We ARE called to respect each other be kind to each other. Again I am not here all the time and I know that this man can spell. So do not let a comment of “old man” fool you… I have read this man’s comment who has no problem getting out spelling out his words correctly when he wants to speak down, or disagree with someone.. Purposely be kind be respectful.. More importantly be wise.. 🙂

  • Walter mintz

It seems that all candidates seem to “find” God on the campaign trail, doesn’t it? While some may be genuine, I’ve seen everything from John Kerry’s “I used to be an altar boy” to Trump quoting a verse from Two Corinthians (Two Corinthians?). Considering the length of time they spend campaigning, we’re liable to see many act like a reed swayed by the political winds.

    • Counselor16

Walter, actually, if one is writing in Turabian writing style (A Manual for Writers, by Kate L. Turabian), which is what is used in my seminary for all papers (research papers, dissertations, theses) we submit, the books of the Bible are written as “1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians,” etc. Of course, one would read it as “Second Corinthians,” etc. Trump, not knowing this, more than likely, may have made an honest mistake in citing a book of the Bible in his talk. However, you are right about the majority of candidates finding God in order to say what they think evangelicals want to hear. My prayer is that Donald Trump will actually find the One True God, whether or not he is the GOP candidate.

      • KY

Counselor16, I think we should give people the benefit of doubt. In The Donald’s case however, there is overwhelming evidence he probably does not know if it is even in the Old or New Testament. He is a Presbyterian and says he only attends on the “important” days, like Christmas and Easter. Let’s face it, that is when the show ponies usually attend. He says he has many Bibles and it is his favorite book, but when asked what his favorite scripture is he could not name it…

      • Child of god

In humbleness and love you can’t find God he calls you and chooses you.

Further fear mongering. We as true Christians should have the mind set of forward thinking victors. We live in a fallen world and it falls further all the time. Christ has won the battle and will return soon. It is true no political saviour is coming. The beast system is already here fully intact. So what. Focus on Christ and his promises. Everything else is just meaningless garbage.

    • You cannot have the Beast System without the Beast….

      • Skywatcher

Geoffrey, you’re absolutely correct, however, in 1988, when I was taking a banking and financing course, our lesbian teacher told us that the “Beast System” was already to be implemented in Belgium, 20 years prior to 1988! I would imagine they’ve had to do a lot of upgrades to that system since then, but that definitely tells us that we are that much closer to our Lord’s coming for us! Yippee! 🙂

        • KY

I read a book that described exactly what she mentioned and it was in Belgium. I think Hal Lindsey wrote it.

        • Gregory

Skywatcher, You don’t even know what the Beast System is

        • Well, the whole thing is the “beast” system because the Bible says that Satan is in charge of this present world at the moment.

          • Mark Kuntz

Usually, I won’t reply to these because people are just plain mean and without true biblical knowledge but I just can’t keep my mouth shut. Geoffrey, you clearly do not understand the bible nor know the power of God. I think you are sincere and only want to help people but you my friend are sincerely wrong. I am not going to get into all the biblical reasons you are wrong because people only want to argue about their petty doctrines.
The devil is NOT in charge of this world. He has NEVER been in charge and he never will. The bible clearly states that “he is the god of this world”. The glory of the Lord fills the whole earth and Jesus Christ has all dominion and authority over this world, not satan. As the god of this world his power is limited. God’s power is unlimited. What do you think it means when Jesus told us to pray, “thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”?
Jesus utterly defeated the enemy, the devil and clearly said so. All authority and power has been given to Me. (Jesus). Jesus came to destroy ALL the works of the devil and then called His true followers to do the same. We as true Christians are supposed to overcome every area of life on behalf of His, God’s kingdom. To say we are not is saying that we will just let the devil have his way and do nothing to stop him which is totally anti-biblical and exactly what the anit-Christ would have us to do. Satan would love for us to just do nothing instead of using the weapons of our warfare the God clearly gave us, to actually stand up and defeat Him. So what I am saying is against the ignorant theology that is being represented in this blog. I could care less who is running for office.
Yes, there is a beast system and if you know your bible correctly, we as Christians are suppose to fight against it and overcome it, not just lay down and do nothing. We are suppose to go out and “save souls”, heal the sick, raise the dead and cleanse the lepers. We are supposed to use the power of the Holy Spirit in us to defeat the enemy wherever we find he has kept people in bondage to the truth.
All I can say to those who do not believe what I am saying, you don’t know the bible, you don’t know God and you don’t truly know Jesus Christ. Read your bibles, not with your intellect, that us useless. Read it, asking Holy Spirit, the giver of all truth, to show what it means and he will reveal Jesus to you through the scriptures. Jesus did not fail. He overcame the enemy, and sin, and sickness and death on the cross. It is totally and utterly ignorant to say the devil is in charge of this world.

Geoffrey, please stop defeating others’ doctrines and demanding that we accept yours. Pray for Ted, and pray for yoursef so that can see where you are not biblical either. Americans christians alway reaping each other apart, just look at YouTube.

    • I don’t “demand” that you accept anything. Just publishing news stories that relate to Bible prophecy in the end times. Eat the chicken and spit out the bones, but make sure you watch the video first.

Revelation 1:5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Maybe this is what Cruz’s father was referring to when he says that Ted is a chosen King for these last days. It appears Jesus made His people kings and priests unto God and His Father….

    • Pat

      Lori,
Stating what someone’s beliefs are isn’t ripping them apart. It’s just saying what’s true. No need to be afraid of the truth, dear!

      • KY

Geoffrey has no clue what Ted Cruz believes but he speaks as though the sins of his father automatically belong to his son. This is Geoffrey smearing Ted Cruz via Ted’s father for the sole benefit of Geoffrey’s preferred candidate, Trump. You know Trump, Mason and Illuminati. All the things Geoffrey accuses Cruz of with the added punch of a foul mouth, needs no forgiveness, brags about how many married women he has bedded, strip club owner, Liberal before he was a Conservative, was for abortion, homosexuality and gay marriage before he was against it, intentional bankruptcies for profit.

2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2Ti 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2Ti 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
        2Ti 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

The list goes on and on. What Geoffrey is doing is called YELLOW JOURNALISM. Here is Wikipedia’s definition: A type of journalism that presents little or no legitimate well-researched news and instead uses eye-catching headlines to sell more newspapers.[1] Techniques may include exaggerations of news events, scandal-mongering, or sensationalism.[1] By extension, the term yellow journalism is used today as a pejorative to decry any journalism that treats news in an unprofessional or unethical fashion.

Geoffrey has lost his way, pray for him, don’t encourage him.

        • Lol, funny. No, what I am doing is warning you about the heretical cult of Dominionism, something you should know about it.

          • KY

“… warning you about the heretical cult of Dominionism, something you should know about it.

If it was not spliced with the attempt to denigrate Ted Cruz over the sins of his father, it would be a noble undertaking, instead it is just ‘Politickin’ As Usual’.

        • Grace

Cruz blantly showed his masonic hand signals, can’t deny that, go look it up. Ichabod is doing well in Cruz’s life, I could care less that he claims to be a believer, his actions speak louder than his words. Many will say to the Lord in that day that they did many things in His name and Jesus will tell them that He never knew them meaning they didn’t have a personal relationship with Christ. Many politicians will say they are believers in order to get the believers vote, we need to ask God for discernment in voting and realize that this world is not our eternal home, we are passing through and should be about the Father’s business, not this worlds.

          • KY

Grace, Ted may be a Mason but Donald Trump definitely is. Trump’s family’s name was changed from Drumpf to Trump sometime around 1900. There is evidence he is a Mason with PICTURES, just like what upsets you with Cruz. I can only ask you if in your heart of hearts you would rather take a chance on a Mason who professes Christ, (Much like many of our founders) or would you rather support a confirmed unbelieving Mason who cusses like a sailor, brags about all the married women he beds, runs strip clubs and casinos but is rich, obnoxious and was a liberal but now says he’s a Conservative, was for abortion, gay marriage and homosexuality but now MAY may have changed his mind. For the Complete history of The Donald’s family, with him flashing those Masonic hand signals you are concerned about, go here:

          KY,
If what you say is true then you must think what Geoffrey said here is not. “Ted Cruz must believe everything his dad is saying because there is no evidence that he ever refuted it. In fact, as this video shows you, these heretical preachers prayed over him and “anointed” him as an “end times king”. An anointing that Ted has fully and gratefully accepted.”

Wouldn’t you refute something like this if you were Cruz? Would you allow anyone to anoint you ‘end times king’?

          • KY

Edwitness, Personally I would tell Dad to knock it off, so I understand where Geoffrey is coming from but I explained myself more fully at the bottom of the comments. When somebody forgets to put a check in the box for new posts, you have to reply wherever you can so I replied at the bottom.

    This is ridiculous!!!
My father whom I respect very much said some things I don’t agree with but didn’t in deference refute!
However he was so much right 90+% of the time I’m glad not to have refuted him on thin tgs he may not have right.
While he was alive, I learned great truths that are necessary to have with me now.

“Honor thy mother and father” – Ted has done that.
Only he can answer as to what he believes ~!

  • Julie a

    Give me a break…
So Cruz isn’t Christian enough for you, then which candidate is? Nobody… Thought so. This website has tarred and feathered so many good Americans, it’s really laughable.

    • We are simply reporting what our candidates believe. And honestly, I don’t care one way or another for a “christian” politician. Washington is a wicked, wicked place that has not been changed for the better after DECADES of Christians working there. We are electing a PRESIDENT not a pastor. Jimmy Carter was a born again Christian, and he ranks as our second worst president of all time!

      • Rich

        So was Reagan…

      • erin W

        EXACTLY!!!

      • Rich

Geoffrey I first want to say I love your website. I read it daily and I love prophecy. I do have to say though that you have become a complete shill for Donald Trump. I am a Ted Cruz guy but I will certainly vote for The Donald if he is our candidate. I just don’t get the rationalizing I see in the “discerning” Christian community for someone who admittingly does not accept God’s forgiveness. Cruz is uniting Christians all over this country and all you can do is imply that maybe in his household he thinks he is an anointed king because possibly he agrees with everything his father believes. Sounds like liberal talk and so does all the theocracy rambling. I read it on the huffington post all the time. Look he isn’t perfect and I don’t want him to be but as bible believing Christians shouldn’t we want to take a chance with someone who has more of a biblical worldview than someone who has a secular worldview (Trump is incapable of seeing the problems we have in America are spiritual not economical….you know this). Yes Washington is evil but so was Ninevah and one Godly man helped them escape judgement for a while longer. All of you posters on here God bless and Geoffrey keep up the good work (except the Trump praising:)). Christ is coming back and it’s as close as ever!

        • The story we did on Trump was very fair and honest, just like this story on Ted Cruz. I think it is important to know if someone holds to heretical beliefs or not. Dominion Theology as well as the “end times transfer of wealth” taught by the Prosperity fakers is a heresy and needs to be told about. That’s all we have done here.

Thanks for being a regular reader of NTEB!

        • Bonnie

          Well said Rich!

      • <>

It usually drives me nuts to hear people say that, but this time not so much. So, why are you worried about his theology then? Why not focus on his policies and whether he would make a good President or not.

        • Franc

This is just an article reporting on Ted Cruz’s theological background, and is suitable for the purpose of this web site. However, focusing on his policies and whether he would make a good president or not, is outside the scope and purpose of this site.

          • KY

No Franc, Greggory is engaged in a thinly disguised attempt to smear Ted Because of his father’s actions to benefit Trump. People who have taken their blinders off will see that. He is playing DIRTY politics.

      • dean

Was Jimmy Carter a born again Christian? Didn’t he criticize Christians for witnessing to Mormons? Didn’t he leave the Southern Baptist Convention because they rejected women in leadership, say that homosexual lifestyles are a civil rights issue and that America is ready for its first gay president? The fruit he is producing is rotten to the core.

        • You are exactly right. Jimmy Carter SAYS he is a born again Christian, just like Ted Cruz SAYS he is one as well.

          • KY

Geoffrey, I believe you say you are a born again Christian also, yet you publish these smarmy stories about Ted Cruz’s father to transfer his sin to his son to help elect Trump. Guilt by association much?

Luk_6:42 Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother’s eye.

          • Well look, if MY dad was spouting heresy like that I would ABSOLUTELY refute what he was saying, and I would do it publicly so no one would associate that with me. The fact that Ted knows his father’s heretical position, has his dad campaign for him, and has his dad and his dad’s pastor pray over him tells me that Ted AGREES with his dad’s scriptural positions.

        • Edwitness

That is exactly right Dean. Jimmy Carter was Zibignew Brezinsky’s boy. And Jimmy Carter believes in a social gospel and worse.

And it’s because we have forgotten this that we are in the trouble we’re in today.

No you are reporting what Ted Cruz’s Dad believes and using your disagreement with it to smear him. There’s a difference.

        • KY

          Tamar, You are exactly right!

      • Sylvia croft

I am sad to read you “don’t care one way or another for a “christian politician”. Remember this: “When the godly rule the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule the people mourn.”? It seems like you have separated your life into separate areas concerning your faith. When you are a true Christian, every area of your life is under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, including political.

        • KY

          Amen Sylvia!

Mat_11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.

Mat_21:16 And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?

Luk_10:21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.

      • Grace

        Exactly right Geoffrey

      • I’m wondering Geoffrey, how it is that you know what Ted Cruz believes…have you talked to him personally, I’d also like to ask you have you forgot the parable of the talents where the Lord admonished the servants to occupy til He comes back with His Kingdom… and did you also forget that we are all called Kings and priests… Have you ever really sat under 7 mountain teaching and know what it’s all about or are you just judging it by some stupid report of video you found on you tube… Give me a break!

        • 7 Mountain is a HERESY, Dominionism is a HERESY. I do not need to sit under it to know it is false. I have never set foot in a Mormon church but I could teach a Masterclass on what a cult it is. Christians were never told to “bring in the Kingdom”, show me ONE verse where Paul teaches that please. The only Kingdom this world will see is the 1,000 Year Reign of Jesus.

          • jeff bollbach

Start with a master class on your own cult.

          • Doug

Geoffrey: You are showing a basic lack in understanding of what “heresy” really is. As Justin Martyr said so many years ago, the “pre-millennial” position was taught by some, but it basically wasn’t something believers were to divide over. A-Mil, Post-Mil, Pre-Mil come under the heading of “Secondary” theology, and in the end God will do what he will do, and he doesn’t need anyone’s eschatological timelines to do it! If anyone really study the three basic positions, they will be able to find positive arguments as well as basic underlying problems as well; so in the end I personally will remain a “Pan-Millennialist” since it’s all going to “pan out” in the end, and those who are Christ’s at his coming win.

          • Betty B

I haven’t yet taken time to read about Dominionism and the other things you have brought up, but I do know that you are mistaken about when the kingdom will come. In Mark 1:15, Jesus said that the kingdom of God is near (meaning it would come soon or be established soon). Jesus also told Peter (in Matthew 16:19 that He would give him the keys of the kingdom of heaven.” Then in Mark 9:1, He says that “some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God come with power.” Unless we have some pretty old people around, the kingdom has already come. And it did come with power, on the Day of Pentecost, as described in the second chapter of Acts. So far as Jesus coming back to the earth to establish a kingdom, the Bible does not say he is coming back TO THE EARTH. If you read about his Second Coming in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, you will see that we will meet the Lord in the air and so be with him forever. No where does the Bible say He is coming back and setting foot on the earth again, nor coming back to establish a kingdom on the earth. That is a misunderstanding of the Book of Revelation which has a lot of figurative language and a lot of the prophesy has already been fulfilled.

Nobody said you even have to vote. A broken system will not be fixed by holding your nose and voting. You can “write in” whoever you desire. Until the ‘church’ repents, NOTHING will change. God puts up kings and takes them down. It is christian repentance that moves God to take down the evil and lift up the good. Remember that in the Bible??? It seems nobody wants to do what the Bible says. Bickering about squirrely candidates, who will lie to get in office, then stab you in the back is simply outrageous; why not resign your ‘position’ in the ‘church’ and let a praying, repenting leader take the church to do the same? Get the church out of the IRS 501c3 government bed! The church has sold out for $$$, and commits fornication with Obama and his LGBT task force. REPENT!

      • BONNIE

Oh Carrieweave I love what u said. You are so right. I have felt for years that the church should give up their non-profit status so they are not indebted to the government, thus watering down their message to keep their non-profit status.

There are a few subjects that I do not agree with you on, and I often keep quiet about them. When it comes to your ministry, however, you are consistent. When I double check your main points with Chuck Smith’s sermons at Blue Letter Bible, I often find the main points match.

So we have a choice of Ted Cruz who maybe born again, but has bad theology or Donald Trump someone has no reason to repent or doesn’t need to be forgiven for anything. Teaching something that is not in the Bible, I wonder who else is guilty of that. Watch where you throw those stones.

I am dismayed at how easily people can be duped.

I don’t think our Lord Jesus needs us to prepare the earth for Him to come back:

    Jesus is waiting for us…seriously?

Jesus Christ has now done all He can do, and He waits at the right hand of His Father, until you and I as sons of god, become manifest and make this world His footstool. He is waiting for us to say, “Jesus, we have made the kingdoms of this world the Kingdom of our God, and we are ruling and reigning in Your world. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.”

  • Sylvia croft

Mr. Grider, Do you really think you believe everything exactly right? Ted Cruz loves Jesus Christ and has repented of his sins. His great desire is to serve God and his country. Nothing you have accused him of has anything to do with his salvation or his love for the Lord. I have a feeling many of us who see things darkly thru a glass now will be surprised when we get to heaven how far off we’ve been about many things. Except who Jesus is and what He did to effect so great a salvation for many of us. If anyone is acting arrogant I believe it could be you.

    • I never said Ted Cruz or his dad were not saved, in my article I do call them Christians. But they are Christians who have been snared in a heresy that teaches lies. There is no “end time transfer of wealth” coming except from gullible Christians who give their “tithes” to their heretical pastors.

      • Fretfire

I can’t honestly say that I back Trump or any candidate in this unfortunate upcoming election – I did just vote in the primary, but I don’t want to say for whom. I did so reluctantly, I feel that it’s truly become the “illusion of choice” and that no matter who is in office the NWO will continue in the late stages of their “Plan” unhindered. I did it really only to technically “do my duty”, and will vote in the general election for the same reason.

But at any rate, I feel that I have to support Geoffrey on this Cruz post – I do believe that anything resembling Dominionist theology is very dangerous; in fact this is one of the things I find most alarming about the Catholic/Ecumenical movement: the idea that we are going to “change the world” for the better, or to help bring about God’s Kingdom. Don’t get me wrong, I fully believe that much good can be done, feeding the poor, visiting the sick, etc, and ESPECIALLY showing and discussing our faith with others so that souls are saved, or at least a seed is planted. Those things and other good works “make the world a better place” for the people who are affected and promote goodwill in general, etc. But Jesus said the world as a whole would get worse & worse until the end comes, and in His statements about the time of the end at NO time did He say Christians would “make the world a better place” or that things would get better on a global scale. Only His coming will save the planet from total destruction, and only then will the Kingdom be inaugurated.

The Catholic Hierarchy and their Ecumenical movement will only succeed in bringing about the New World Religion, and I don’t know what the Dominionists will do, but since the goal is not in line with what Jesus said I’m very sure that the end of it won’t be good. Again – I don’t know about the whole Trump thing, or any aspect of politics in these strange times, but when I look at the totality of all you’re doing, I say: Keep up the good work, Geoffrey – God bless you, brother!

    • Jackie Bourg

You could ask YHWH for the Gift of Discernment.
      Then will you see clearly.
Mr Cruz’s religion does not line up with the Bible honey.
      Remember

YESHUA said: NOT ONE JOT, NOT ONE TITTLE IS TO BE CHANGED.
Cruz’s religion is an addition to HIS Holy Word.

I have been spreading this word all over the internet, with links to other articles to enlighten the hard core misguided cruz supporters of the error of their ways. Now, thanks to this wonderful, comprehensive journalistic analysis by this ‘thank you God” author, Geoffrey Grider, I have the armor with which to fight against the wrong, and dangerous, people who would be (king)President. We don’t need a “savior” we meed a President smart enugh to know that if the christian vote put him into the Oval Office, it will be the christians that he wil supports in return – and we all know how badly we need this. Such a man must have the independence, strength, vision and a love of America so great that he is willing to do whatever it takes to bring us back to our roots. Fortunately, there is such a man, and only one. To know who he is is to discard the phonies, liars, cheats, puppets, and apostates and see who’s left standing. I know who that man is and I support him with all my true biblical christian heart and mind. And I believe God has heard our prayers. Sure, the end of the age is upon us, but “fear not, for I am with you” He said.

Please stop reporting things that don’t edify. I know Ted Cruz. He didn’t say all the things you’re saying. Atleast we all agree that Jesus is the only savior and Lord. And to this Ted agrees, let’s focus on things that unite us as Christian. Unbeliever are sometimes wiser than some so called Christians. A house divided against itself will not stand. Please let’s be wise.

    • Well ok, then by your thinking we should have no problem with Mitt Romney either, right? He says he’s a Christian too, he talks about Jesus…

“It is not he who gets the most votes that wins, it is he who COUNTS the votes that wins”.

It is clear from the last election that voting is all but a sharade and a sham. Obama in some precincts got 100% of the popular. The odds of that EVER happening cannot be tallied because it just did NOT happen; it was rigged. So, with that being said, have fun everyone, someone else has already decided who will “win” the election. The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ has given ALL judgment unto the SON. Jesus, has already settled who will win. His “vote cast” will decide the election, but He votes by the repentance of His people. The ‘church’ has not repented–they now must marry queers, allow them into “membership” (nowhere in the Bible) When the ‘church’ breaks it’s bond with the government (501c3 IRS exemption) and asks God to forgive them for kicking Jesus out as “head” of the ‘church’, then MAYBE The Lord Jesus will give us a president of moral character, and godliness. All you 501c3 churches have destroyed this country; Your unequal yoke with Obama will now be your ruin, “For the love of money is the root of all evil.” 1Tim.6:10

Guilt by association. That’s how the pharisees justified condemning Christ because he associated with sinners. How pathetic to use a mans father to smear the man. You have to be desperate to go to this length to defend your announcement that you will vote for Trump. You point to Ted Cruz’s father and say, “Ted Cruz must believe everything his dad is saying because there is no evidence that he ever refuted it.” You have no clue what Ted believes, but just like the publisher of The National Enquirer you put out eye catching headlines to pedal lies about a man you know nothing at all about. Where did you get your degree in “Yellow Journalism”? Did it ever occur to you that Ted’s father is an old man and he prefers to humor him rather than hurt his feelings? You may be able to dismiss your father but not everyone believes it is the right thing to do. Ted Cruz attends 1st Baptist Church Houston, a typical Southern Baptist Church with sound theology. This is a statement of their beliefs including a link to The Baptist Faith and Message that it is based on.
    http://media.houstonsfirst.org.s3.amazonaws.com/uploaded/o/0e1870269_ourbeliefs.pdf
There’s a God. Only one God, in fact, and he is the Creator of everything. We’re made in His image, which means we’re like him in many ways, except that he’s God and we’re not. He’s loving and just and desires a relationship with us. As individuals with free will, we have the freedom to respond to the relationship God’s initiated with us, or not.

We’re free to choose to live outside the realm of the life God has for us as it’s explained in the Bible. Put another way, many choices we make either move us closer to God or further away from him. Making even seemingly small decisions that separate us from God is called sin. We all do it, and we’ll continue to do so. And, even then, God will love us and passionately pursue us.

God loves us so much, in fact, that he sent his only son, Jesus, to die so the rest of us could live. The cost of sin was separation from God—spiritual death—until Jesus came and his death paid everyone’s debt. That’s serious love. Because of that serious, perfect love, this gift from God is waiting for anyone who wants to receive it. This is called Grace. God gives grace freely and abundantly.

As for us, we need only to decide whether or not to believe and receive these truths. If we decide to believe it, we have available to us a new, full life that can start now and never stop. And it’s OK to have a lot of questions along the way. Although God reveals things to us (including what he’s revealed about himself in the Bible), he remains mysterious and wonderful.

Houston’s First Baptist Church’s beliefs are the same as those contained in the Baptist Faith and Message, the confession of faith of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). On June 14th, 2000, the SBC adopted a revised summary of our faith. The committee’s report says in part:

“Baptists cherish and defend religious liberty, and deny the right of any secular or religious authority to impose a confession of faith upon a church or body of churches. We honor the principles of soul competency and the priesthood of believers, affirming together both our liberty in Christ and our accountability to each other under the Word of God.

“Baptist churches, associations, and general bodies have adopted confessions of faith as a witness to the world, and as instruments of doctrinal accountability. We are not embarrassed to state before the world that these are doctrines we hold precious and as essential to the Baptist tradition of faith and practice.

“As a committee, we have been charged to address the ‘certain needs’ of our own generation. In an age increasingly hostile to Christian truth, our challenge is to express the truth as revealed in Scripture, and to bear witness to Jesus Christ, who is ‘the Way, the Truth, and the Life.’

“The 1963 committee rightly sought to identify and affirm ‘certain definite doctrines that Baptists believe, cherish, and with which they have been and are now closely identified.’ Our living faith is established upon eternal truths. ‘Thus this generation of Southern Baptists is in historic succession of intent and purpose as it endeavors to state for its time and theological climate those articles of the Christian faith which are most surely held among us.’

“It is the purpose of this statement of faith and message to set forth certain teachings which we believe.”

He is a serious Christian and could attend any church he wants. He chose this church, NOT HIS FATHER’S CHURCH.

I believe this should sum up our choices for President these days.

1 Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:

2 Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.

3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.

6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

    12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage.

    17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:

23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

You have abandoned the Word of God and you have decided to persecute your own brethren for the sake of manufacturing a following on your website. We are to be compassionate and loving of all who claim the name of Jesus, and Ted Cruz has been a supporter and a proactive member of the Body of Christ since he was born again at a church camp in his early years. I will be voting for him not because I believe in everything he believes in. Quite the opposite actually. His power and popularity lie in the fact that he claims no such power for himself, but anxiously waits to take office and give that power back to the people. Cruz loves this nation and the Christian principles it was founded on. I agree, it is time for the Church to take back this country which was founded by God for the freedom and liberty of all those who would seek it. NTEB has become a joke. Sure, their following has increased, but their principles and commitment to the truth has been shaken and it is now time to find a new source of the truth. Good luck NTEB, because luck is all you can cling to when you have so eroded the Word of God for your own selfish ambitions.

      Amen!

    • Taylor

Thank you Bobby, finally somebody said it. Our words are to lift up our brothers and sisters in Christ. Not tear them down. This site is the reason so many people have begun to hate Christianity because of the way “Christians” treat each other. We should love each other and love the non-believers even more. Show them the same love Jesus has shown us. Leave the judgement to the King himself. I pray all the best for you Geoffry.

    • Rafael Cruz is teaching rank heresy and you say there is “little to refute”?? I guess it’s time for an article on the Dominion Cult Movement with its FALSE “wealth transfer” nonsense.

      • Robert

Guilt by association… where is your proof that Ted believes the false doctrine that evidently his father is into…

        • Because he never corrects his dad when he opens his mouth, that’s how. Look at it this way…imagine that you and I were speaking at the same meeting, and you got up and said some really wacky things. After you were done speaking, I got up and started talking about what a great person you are, it would lead people to believe that I support all the wacky things you just said. Same way with Cruz and his dad. His father spouts all this HERESY, and then Ted stands up and talks about what a “great Christian” the guy is. That is an ENDORSEMENT of his dad’s teachings.

        • Honestly, how many times do I need to answer the SAME question? Please read through the comments where I have already answered it multiple times, thanks!

  • Rita

I am a born again Christian and so is the Cruz family. I don’t understand why you are degrading them. What is wrong with this site. The more I read from this site , the more I believe this is THE CULT

  • Kct

Mr. Grider, I have been a follower of NTEB for a while now and even passed out about a hundred tracts from your site. I’m very grateful that God led me to your site, very important information you have exposed and you got me through a rough time when I was even questioning the rapture. We sure don’t agree this time when it comes to Trump, and that’s ok! Maybe God is revealing something to you that other True Christians don’t see at this point. Something other than this seems to be off with you lately. You seem, cold, snippy, and just plain grouchy and mad all the time. I am praying for you sir, hope whatever you are battling is overcome by the power of Jesus. God Bless you and your hard work with NTEB.

    • Amen, anytime another Christian says they will pray for me that’s a good thing! Thanks so much for being a longtime reader of NTEB. Much appreciated 🙂

  • Kct

That’s what being a Christian is all about. There have been too many nasty comments coming from your followers mouths. And like I said, at this time I am definitely a Ted Cruz supporter but geez, why are so many people getting their panties in a bunch. We need to lift one another up in prayer and constantly ask God to grant us wisdom and discernment.

  • Edwitness

    Geoffrey,
I have listened to Pat Robertson say some things that sounded like he was saying pretty much the same thing you wrote about Cruz. Is Pat a dominionist too? Just curious.
I think it is important to know what those people believe who would represent us. I don’t understand why some Christians don’t seem to care about that. Thank you for your diligence.

    Blessings:-}

    • DC

Edwitness, after years of watching the 700 club, I had to stop for the very reason you say. Even though they profess the Word around the world, reach out to those recovering from disaster, and have amazing testimonies of people, I couldn’t get past the things that bugged me. He has said there is no pre-trib rapture, that sometimes people are born in the wrong bodies, and promote the tithe to gain money over and over. I know that Christians will not agree on everything, and it may be a case of throwing out the baby with the bathwater, but it bothered me in my spirit too much. Sad because there are so few good Christian programs on tv.

      • Edwitness

Thanks DC. I noticed those things too. But, it was especially difficult when I would hear him say the things that were much like Geoffrey has pointed out about Cruz’s family and their beliefs. I can watch the news part of his program, but I turn it when it ends because the theology is such a mess. I haven’t watched it for quite some time though.
        Blessings:-}

    • Pat Robertson is a theological mess, I never listen to what he has to say.

      • Sylvia

I don’t think it’s probable that you listen to much of what anybody has to say. Except of course from your self. Truly Geoffrey, you have the sound of the classic cultist. Tell me, which evangelical teachers of the Word do you listen to?

  • Isn’t it standard journalistic practice to interview in person or by phone the subject of an article, at least when the article goes beyond a person’s actions and words and purports to know what a person BELIEVES? I call “wild pitch.”

Although Nancy Reagan was involved with astrology, most people did not condemn President Reagan for the actions of a close family member. And he did not publicly rebuke her error, but left it to the public to hopefully make just judgments about them both.

Ted Cruz attends First Baptist Church in Houston, over 200 miles from his father’s Dallas church.

I don’t think it’s wrong to either speak to an audience or get prayed over by people of a different Christian church or conference, especially if you have to circulate in society like candidates for office must. In the first video from 0:45 to 1:15, the pastors prayed for Ted, quite normally in my opinion. Elsewhere in the video, it is apparent that in the conference speaker’s belief, faithful wealthy powerful Christians are regarded as “kings,” which is certainly not the dictionary definition. It is not even clear whether only the featured speaker or the bulk of the conference attendees were dominionists. Those who don’t watch the whole first video will likely get the FALSE impression from the article that Ted Cruz wants to be THE KING of the United States and let himself be anointed for such. The devout Constitutional adherent Ted Cruz would have objected as strenuously as George Washington did when he was offered the monarchy.

The Left has long engaged in its own type of dominionism – “elite” know-it-all central planners seizing money from earners and transferring it to dependent constituents, a.k.a. socialism. This is both theft and slavery, and anathema to freedom-loving Americans.

Donald Trump, a Donny-Come-Lately to conservatism, is the candidate with a record of personal dominionism – he seized property for his business by eminent domain, which is truly dirty and sleazy. And this article draws much wilder conclusions than the “Carson leaving the campaign” rumor (which was actually REPORTED BY CNN and merely tweeted by a staffer who was NOT even directed to do so by Cruz.) Maybe this article was just hurriedly written, and is hopefully not a deliberately misleading and unverified story intended as revenge against Ted Cruz and placed on NTEB by a pro-Trump hacker who put Geoffrey’s name on it.

    • KY

      Zhang Hong,
It is standard journalistic practice to interview in person or by phone the subject of an article before publishing, unless you have an ulterior motive. It is one thing to print known fact and quite another to suggest guilt by association, which seems to be Geoffrey’s chosen journalistic style. He cares not about the truth, it is more about his agenda to elect Trump. Thank you for your thoughtfully worded post. It expresses what I feel far better than I could. Bless you for your insight.

      • KY, Did you know that there’s an amusement park in Virginia called Kings Dominion? ( See https://www.kingsdominion.com/ ) I went there once as a youngster. If it was founded or run by Dominionists, then I might be guilty by association, and you also by conversing with me. Ha ha. It’s good to pause the political brawl for a joke sometimes.

In our associations, I guess we don’t want to walk “in the counsel of the ungodly” (Psalm 1:1), yet we are in (but not of) the world, and Jesus ate with tax collectors and sinners (and surely did not yield ground to them, but loved and ministered to them). I respect the zeal of Geoffrey and others who seem very determined not to step doctrinally either to the left or to the right (Isaiah 30:21)and to keep “unspotted from the world.” (James 1:27.) I pray for wisdom when I must decide what to do in situations.

Regarding Donald Trump, he did the country a great service by breaking the media’s headlock on the candidate selection process, and brought political courage back into style by saying many things that the political class has long been too chicken to say, and has not backed down. Bravo! I like many of his positions, and believe that he could successfully build the wall, deport the illegals, keep the jihadis out, and streamline our bloated intrusive hapless $1-trillion-deficit-per-year government and get it running in the black again. Even though these things are paramount, Trump is my second choice. I fear that he might be somewhat “malleable” (as former President Carter noted optimistically), especially considering his different views in the fairly recent past and the casinos and other things which you detailed well in your other post. Cruz is anchored solidly to the Constitution, not willing to surrender an iota of our liberty to the relentless gnawing of the Democrats, and he has the record to prove it. Cruz has the courage and brilliance to successfully advance the restoration of our Constitutional liberties.

Recall what you get with a Republican president with a slipshod knowledge / appreciation / devotion to the Constitution: George W Bush reportedly called the Constitution “just a Gxx-dxxxxx piece of paper”, and he signed the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance “Reform” Law in violation of our Constitutional freedoms of speech, press and assembly.

For too long our liberties have eroded either quickly under the Democrats or slightly less quickly under the RINO Republicans. We need a president who will lead the charge to restore our Constitutional liberties!

        • KY

          Zhang Hong,

Spiritually and politically speaking, you just may be my “brother from another mother”! I think you mirror my thoughts and perspective as close as is possible. Your explanation is as clear as it could have been said, unfortunately it is not possible to get in someones head and make them visualize the issue from our view. All we have are words! As I see it, the abuse of the Constitution and the downward spiritual path the nation is on is precisely the issue we face today. A Christian that will fiercely uphold the Constitution and roll back the damage would fix many problems in this country as a side effect of his world view and leadership style. I believe Ted Cruz is that man. A strong leader, good or bad, is what determines the direction any nation takes. We have never had two candidates, (that I can remember in my life time) that have so divided the Republican party. If we elect a man that puts God first, just like our finances, everything else will fall into place. In my view, mans choice is Donald Trump. God’s choice is Ted Cruz. God is giving us one last chance to chose God or mammon.

          • Yes, may God be exalted in America again. We need far more than just Republican control, which under RINO leadership from 2001-2006 was a failure, adding $5 trillion to the debt. We need to pray for national revival!

Here is a great freedom anthem by Damn Yankees, “Don’t Tread On Me”, which all of our elected officials should have to watch while seated between two big speakers to make sure they get the message:

    • kimmie

      Well said!!!!

      • Kimmie

@ Zhang Hong…Just to clarify, it was you who I was “replying to” when I said, “Well said!!!!” 🙂

        • Hi Kimmie, You’re reminding me of when someone behind you says, “Hey you — yeah, you!” — You hope for the best, and not a security guard who thinks you’re the bad guy!

    • jean

      and he doesn’t tithe

  • pm

Isn’t that what Bernie Sanders wants – minus the religious aspect?

  • MG

Did Ted Crusty really say that??? Well, only in his mind. However, he did not get to where he is because the “people” paid for him to get there. The elites may just let him have a hand, albeit behind the scenes working with “money.” But, a “king” ??? That would be funny if he probably didn’t really believe he was. There are no more kings in the earth, just people and other commoners saying there is. There are no more dignitaries in the world, only a beast system. And those that would argue that there are, even to the point of saying there are “Christians” in the political realm must be crazy!!! Saying someone is a Christian, and the heart and actions of such really making a public statement assessing to that fact are totally different. Ya know, there’s a saying out there- “If you were accused of being a Christians, would there be any evidence to convict you?” And lastly, Ted Cruz,….well; he’ll be here today and gone tomorrow. And most importantly, there is only ONe King I recognize, Jesus Christ!

  • Laura L

I have a qustion about the Seven Mountains Dominionism: could there be a connection between it and Revelation 17:9? The beast that Mystery Babylon rides has seven heads, which represent seven hills. They also represent seven kings. Mystery Babylon is thought by some to represent the Catholic church, but some also think that it’s the Catholic church along with others churches(daughters, as Mystery Babylon is called a ‘mother’). This could include the Seven Mountains Dominionism.

    • The Seven Mountains from Revelation 17 refers to the Roman-Vatican system, also known as Mystery Babylon.

    • MRH

@ Laura L: Revelation 17 concerns several elements. False; government (beast), religion (woman). The 7 mountains represent the 7 continents (global span). The 7 kings represent the 7 world empires (past, present, future). The 10 horns represent the 10 future kingdoms (global regions). Basically the NWO, which is comprised of; government, economy, religion. Anyway, I’d suggest reading the chapter very carefully, and ignore popular theories. Likewise with chapter 18 😉

Below is a recent study of mine on the complex vision 🙂

@Me: please read my comment under Gregory.. We all have to be careful reading with emotion.. Maybe there is emotion coming from the writer or maybe the emotion is on your end.. It is all to easy to get “in someone’s face/site” and tell them they need to get a grip. It is truly unfair and not warranted.. We as believers can’t claim His Holy Word and then use the same disregard towards another.. Even if Brother Grider was upset over something he could just let go.. (This is not the case, please read my comment) You just did the same thing.. You disrespectfully came at him. I truly wonder what you or anyone of us would do when some relentlessly come at you, against you. Just like me just like all of us. We don’t have to read these articles visit this site you so strongly disagree with this man.. We all are responsible for our own reactions and the words that proceed out of our mouths.. This writer, you, me, all.. So before you correct him please consider your answer first… May God our beloved Creator give us eyes to see ears to hear! May we all head his voice! In Jesus name! Amen! 🙂

  • Bottom line – God would rather see the USA prosper and abide by His eternal commandments (yes, homosexuality, abortion, and other hot topics in the gamut of morality are going to be against God’s law forever) than see the USA decline to sickening new lows of morality. Cruz seems to think that if he’s elected president, he will be able to allow his faith to affect the way he thinks and leads. That’s no different from any liberal who uses their faith (or lack of more often than not) to lead. There’s plenty of stuff to call Cruz out on. Let’s not attack his faith, people. He is responsible to his Maker in the end for what he believes. Let him be in that respect.

  • @ Geoffrey Grider. You want a really strong leader for America? Not a “pastor in chief” as you put it, then you probably would have liked Hitler. You pick apart Cruz because of his father not being a good enough Christian, and yet you are supporting an angry version of Hugh Heffner. Why do you care about people using their real name, are you a stalker or something? Proverbs 29:2 “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.”

    • kimmie

I have thought this very thing, Nathan Daniel. Donald Trump’s cult-like following, especially by professing Christians, is very disturbing. The fact that he can do no wrong is deeply troubling.

I, too, am wondering why Geoffrey is obsessed with “real” names… weird.

      • KY

Nathan daniel and kimmie, A big thumbs up!

I have often thought of changing my name from KY to Rumpelstiltskin because I like the way it rolls off the tongue 🙂

  • AndrewA

Ted Cruz lack of refuting his father dominionism concerns me. Some have said don’t blame the son for what his father is doing. Well if the son Ted Cruz is a true Born Again then he should know to speak up and say what his father said about him is wrong and correct the current public record. It is a fault on Ted Cruz who as a proclaimed Born Again should know to not let people think he is a king anointed by God to bring about the kingdom of Heaven on earth their is only one King who can do that and it is not Ted Cruz.

In Acts Paul and Barnabas are mistaken for gods they did not let the people live in ignorance but instead told the truth likewise Ted Cruz should do the same as their is only one true anointed king and his name is Jesus the Christ.

    Acts ch 14 11-22 (kjv)
11 And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men.

12 And they called Barnabas, Jupiter; and Paul, Mercurius, because he was the chief speaker.

13 Then the priest of Jupiter, which was before their city, brought oxen and garlands unto the gates, and would have done sacrifice with the people.

14 Which when the apostles, Barnabas and Paul, heard of, they rent their clothes, and ran in among the people, crying out,

15 And saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein:

16 Who in times past suffered all nations to walk in their own ways.

17 Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.

18 And with these sayings scarce restrained they the people, that they had not done sacrifice unto them.

19 And there came thither certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium, who persuaded the people, and, having stoned Paul, drew him out of the city, supposing he had been dead.

20 Howbeit, as the disciples stood round about him, he rose up, and came into the city: and the next day he departed with Barnabas to Derbe.

21 And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch,

22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

  • KY

    Geoffrey,
You say, “Well look, if MY dad was spouting heresy like that I would ABSOLUTELY refute what he was saying, and I would do it publicly so no one would associate that with me. The fact that Ted knows his father’s heretical position, has his dad campaign for him, and has his dad and his dad’s pastor pray over him tells me that Ted AGREES with his dad’s scriptural positions.”

You are making a giant ASSUMPTION HERE. No one KNOWS beyond the shadow of a doubt whats in another mans head except God himself!

    1) Ted is a Christian but he may not have as deep of a theological background as you or I. Maybe he has not done the research and come to the conclusion that some who call themselves Christian are in error.
    2) Ted comes from a Latino family and many Latinos are very religious and very respectful of their parents and elders, even to a fault.
    3) Ted may very well be humoring his father and giving him deference because he loves his father, even with all his warts.
    4) The videos are in no way conclusive that Ted believes as his father does. Ted attends a Southern Baptist Church. You don’t get a lot LESS CHARISMATIC than a Southern Baptist Church and their theology is sound. If he believed as his father does, I can’t see him attending that church.

    • I was NOT “making assumptions” I was stating facts. And your reason #3, seriously?? If your dad was preaching rank HERESY you would “humor him” and go along with it??? Hmmm, maybe you just revealed a HUGE clue as to the type of president Cruz would be. He would wink, laugh and go along with the Democrats for political and financial gain. At least that is where your “logic” leads us…

And the Southern Baptist Church system? It’s becoming very liberal by the minute…

      • KY

Geoffrey, I hope you just misunderstood and were not trying to put words in my mouth. By humoring him, I meant that he would not humiliate him publicly as you suggested earlier. You can also ignore what he says and not provide verbal support for his position. Not being privy to whatever private conversations they have, we really don’t know what they have discussed privately. From what I have seen, Raphael is every bit as strong willed as Ted. Sometimes you just have to cut your losses and walk away from a disagreement, or in this case, maybe become estranged to a father you love and care about. Something tells me that Ted does not think his father will have that much of a negative impact on his campaign. Let’s face it, the vast majority don’t do this kind of background research. The masses respond to sound bites and for many more it is a beauty contest. I have heard old women remark how handsome Rubio is. Seriously, everything is not necessarily a sinister conspiracy.

  • Miriam

Geoffrey Grider Thank You for the work you do here and on Sundays. Read most of these comments and what you have to go through everyday with people I cannot even imagine. Stay true and strong and there is certainly a Crown in heaven for you. Will be praying for you. 🙂

  • Chris Moyler

I for one am deeply tired of Christians ripping one another to pieces!! Jesus said we would be known by the world, for our love for one another!!

Anyone can love someone they agree with. It’s when we don’t agree, that our love for one another really shines.

Two Cruz believes in a victorious and powerful end-time church. So do I. That doesn’t mean a fake prosperity Gospel. It means that the people of God will have the resources they need to bring forth the Kingdom.

That does NOT mean the Church will be completely victorious by Christ’s return, that it will completely overcome the darkness, which is false teaching, but it will be an army of overcomers.
Jesus said both crops will mature, in his parable of the Wheat and Weeds. This means that as the Antichrist spirit rises in the earth, resulting in the appearance of Antichrist himself, so too the Sons of the Kingdom will emerge in power.

If that is what Ted Cruz believes, then I for one believe he is quite correct.

If you happen to be among those who do not believe in a victorious end-time church, then you are perfectly entitled to hold that view.

What Christ does not allow you to do, is to set yourself up as your brother’s judge!

    Thank you. C

    • MRH

3 problems. 1) The bible doesn’t call us to better the world. 2) None can predict the second coming. 3) There is no so called ‘end time’ church. The purpose of the church is to save souls. We are to be separate from the world.

1Jo 2:15-17 KJV – Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Mar 13:32-33 KJV – But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

1Th 5:1-2 KJV – But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

Geoffrey: Matthew 5:17 AND Romans 3:31 come to mind quickly in response to your latest email blast. I wonder, do you also know the suspected sins of Donald Trump’s father? Surely you must also suspect that Mr. Trump believes he is an “Anointed King. Colossians 3:8 comes to mind here. Delusion is a serious condition for anyone touched by it. Nope, Mr. Trump is not for me. I will take my chances with a man who has shown me he has the character to stand in the face of adversity and speak truth to lies (even in Spanish). May God Continue to Bless Ted Cruz.

      You are right Texas Grandma.
Trump’s family’s name was changed from Drumpf to Trump sometime around 1900. There is evidence he is a Mason with PICTURES.
So the question is, would Geoffrey in his heart of hearts, rather take a chance on a Mason who professes Christ, (Much like many of our founders) or would you rather support a confirmed unbelieving Mason who cusses like a sailor, brags about all the married women he beds, runs strip clubs and casinos but is rich, obnoxious and was a liberal but now says he’s a Conservative, was for abortion, gay marriage and homosexuality but now MAY may have changed his mind. For the Complete history of The Donald’s family, with him flashing those Masonic hand signals go here:

  • Tracy

    @People,
If you have such a problem with Geoffrey’s opinion within his articles, why not just bypass and go about your business. You folks really show your true colors. We’re certainly not all going to agree on everything, but leave it be. How do you know that you’re right???? You don’t!!! Vote however you want to. Move on…..

The last time I looked this site belonged to Geoffrey Grider.

    • KY

      Tracy,
Geoffrey did not create this site as a place to have praise heaped on himself. If he wanted to, he could turn comments off in a heartbeat. He’s a big boy, (Have you seen his picture?) he can take it. Freedom of speech and freedom of the press are both part of the 1st amendment. Cool your jets. He doesn’t know if he is right either.

  • Bonnie Widder

Seriously Geoffrey???? I always agree with you but on the Ted Cruz thing…….. And so who do you propose we vote for in the primaries????? I really want to know. And not voting is still voting. Voting is a Christians responsibility. So again I ask you sincerely….who do you think should be the candidate a conservative Christian such as myself should vote for??

    • MRH

“And not voting is still voting. Voting is a Christians responsibility”

@ Bonnie Widder: Not really, as the ballot game is always rigged. The evil elite always control things backstage. The voting game is purely for their political entertainment. And they always sway things their way whichever such may be. So whom we vote for is irrelevant, and we might as well put Jesus Christ on our ‘misc choice’ ballot entry. 😉

Anyway, sometime after Obama prevailed (I fought hard against him), I decidedly dropped out of ballot game. Why waste my time and energy chasing rainbows? Better time spent exposing the demons and their agendas unto the lost sheeple? 🙂

And did you not notice how Sandy swayed votes unto Obama. Romney didn’t stand a chance, nor was he suppose to have. And who knows, Obama could well declare martial law, which would kill the 2016 election? So much for hope for America? But then you know next to nothing being a blind sheeple caught in the ‘elite’ pen, with billions of other blind sheeple 🙁

      http://aeroventure.com/Wonderland/Wonderland.htm

    • I don’t propose that you vote for anyone, that’s not why NTEB exists. We bring you news stories related to our nation and articles related to the Bible and Bible prophecy. I am not rallying support for any candidate. Vote as the Lord convicts you to vote.

  • Bonnie

MRH :……I was (and still am) wanting Geoffrey’s response to my question. I don’t need your snarky comment and lecture. And I will keep the rest of my comments to myself so as not to reduce myself to your level.

    • MRH

Bonnie, enjoy the pen with the other sheeple 👿

      • Bonnie

Well MRH….I feel sorry for you. I have a lot of God-given discernment that I use daily. I am not one of the sheeple. I know me….you don’t! God said that even though we are in the world , we are not to be “of the world. He also instructs us to have an impact on the world. If I just throw my hands in the air and not vote because I think the elections are rigged, then evil will prevail. Evil prevails when good people do nothing. And that is just one of the reasons America is in the state it is in. Not voting IS voting! Have it your way!

        • MRH

“I am not one of the sheeple”

@ Bonnie: On the contrary sister 😉

Sheeple (a portmanteau of “sheep” and “people”) is a derogatory term that highlights the passive herd behavior of people easily controlled by a governing power which likens them to sheep, a herd animal that is easily led about. The term is used to describe those who voluntarily acquiesce to a suggestion without critical analysis or research in large part because the majority of others possess a similar mindset.

P.S. If you really believe in our political leaders as being honorable entities, then you remain in the dark 🙁

        • MRH

@ Bonnie: What church are you of, and what bible do you read? If you don’t mind my inquiry? 🙂

“He also instructs us to have an impact on the world” No, we are rather instructed to witness; expose (dark), reveal (light). We are not instructed to change the world.

“Evil prevails when good people do nothing” No, evil prevails because Satan and his demons rule the world.

“And that is just one of the reasons America is in the state it is in” No, the reason is because of prophecy. We are living in the end times still. The nations belong to Satan as from the beginning.

“Not voting IS voting!” No, as they decide things, not the populace. It’s all for show anyway.

          • Bonnie

MRH….. Actually I am a born-again evangelical Christian and I read THE God-breathed word of God. And I am on the same page as you knowing that evil prevails because of Satan. I also believe we are in or close to the end times. I know a president will not save America. Only a God-orchestrated revival if that is His choosing. God is still on His throne and He is still in control. My prayers are for revival or rapture, whichever God chooses.

    • MRH

@ Bonnie: Likewise Christian, though also a student of prophecy and conspiracy. FYI the ‘end times (last days)’ began on Pentecost as scripture declares, but the ‘end’ looms ahead.

As for salvation, it’s not for the world, only for individuals. The world is doomed according to scripture, reserved unto fire and destruction in the end. In fact not only the world, but the entire universe vanishes away, to be replaced by a new perfect creation. And I could give you many scriptures on topic, but would take time to compile, plus you likely already know them 😉

P.S. Sorry for my prior ‘snarky’ remarks, but I just get frustrated over how many people fail to see the NWO game 🙁

I would take Ted Cruz over any demoncrat out there. This article is absolutely silly. think about what you are doing!!! this article is a piece of refuse. Straining at a gnat and swallowing a camel like the Lord said.

I totally agree Karrie! I was a bit surprised by the article and his attitude. I’m questioning if I want to continue with NTEB. A bit of a red flag with the article and the attitude.

Geoffrey….You ARE promoting. Positive comments about Trump and negative comments about Cruz IS promoting. If you don’t care either way then don’t mention anything about any of them. I was really disappointed in you when I read the “Headlines” about Cruz. ” Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth.” Does it glorify or destroy?

More information on Ted Cruz to help you decide. Personally I think Rafael Cruz has gone off the deep end without his floaters.

IS TED CRUZ THE ‘NORTH AMERICAN UNION’ CANDIDATE?

    By Marilyn MacGruder Barnewall

    NewsWithViews.com

The word “TrusTED” decorates the campaign bus in which Senator Ted Cruz travels America to spread the message of why he should be President of the United States. It’s clever.

It’s okay to trust someone provided you know what is in the package that comes with him and approve of both… the candidate and the baggage on the bus.

        • KY

Elaine, I knew of the 501c3 “Response trained pulpit pastor” along time ago and I would not follow them either. I have seen the other information years ago but there is nothing anyone can do about it. Given the choice between two candidates, I will always vote for the lesser of two evils. Ultimately one of them is going to run the country and influence my life until Jesus gets here. If they are both bad guys, I would rather have a Conservative bad guy than a left leaning bad guy. Left leaning bad guys lean toward killing people, Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Pol pot, etc. On the political scale the Left represents total dictatorship and the right represent total anarchy. The left is total slavery and the right is total freedom. Somewhere right of center is about right. We need just enough laws to keep the predators from preying on the sheep but we don’t need every area of our life dictated to us. There will be string pullers in the background but that will be true of either one. Trump is a lying liberal. I’m going to be stuck with one of them and I prefer to chose my poison, as opposed to letting the other guy choose for me. And yes I would have to vote for a Mormon over a Muslim. MUSLIMS KILL PEOPLE! We have a far left Muslim now. How is that working out for you?

Gal_2:4 And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:
Gal_5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

        • David Kaus

Yes, Elaine, they have already selected the next occupier of the White House, just like they did the fraud/Muslim Hussein Obama, the community dead beat.

Just look at who we have running today. Trump a new world order elitist who has made his money through corruption and fraud, a 911 insider, an entertainer “your fired,” and a product of Norman Vincent Peale’s The Power of Positive (Corruption) Thinking. Let’s make a deal with the Donald. You can be sure he’ll keep his word,…… ask him.

Then there is the Hildabeast………need we say more ? And let’s not forget Bernie “Bird” Sanders,… maybe he’ll fly away !!! And Ted, “Trump is Neutral on Israel,” Cruz the ‘NORTH AMERICAN UNION’ CANDIDATE of the CFR (Council on Foreign (very foreign) Relations.

          Please pick your delusion.

  • Tracy

    Thank you, Elaine.
I read the newswithviews site too.

  • David Kaus

Does anyone really believe that any candidate that is filtered through the present two party system has an agenda that is not going to further the new world order ? and is not controlled by the “elite” behind the scenes ???

You are being entertained with a farce of an electoral process, it’s another soap opera. Voter fraud is rampant. Your electronic vote is changed without you even knowing it.

Thinking that you have a choice with a two party system is just another delusion. They already know who is going to win.

What ever promises your candidate is making now will mean absolutely nothing once the entertainment is over and the White House is occupied once again by a controlled agent of the new world order.

If any one believes that a projected presidential winner of a state can be announced by one of the major liberal news networks with only one percent of the vote in, which is done in about every state, you need a reality check.

Every time you see a candidate running that is not a citizen of the U.S. it’s a blatant attack on the Constitution in order to try to destroy it by making it seem obsolete, and ineffective.

The game of Thesis….Antithesis…..Synthesis ….The Hegelian Dialectic….. is being played to rock people to sleep, and bring forth a predetermined compromise that advances a new world order.

The public is being played like a fiddle, and all the squabbling back and forth about this candidate or that one only further blinds any perception of what is really going on.

    • MRH

@ David Kaus: Well the world Satan’s playground, and his demons love to play evil games with us? 😉

P.S. Since learning the sinister truth unto the voting scandal, I’ve decidedly canceled my ballot 🙁

  • KY

    David Kaus,

    “The game of Thesis….Antithesis…..Synthesis ….The Hegelian Dialectic…..”
Maybe and maybe not. If it is true, we will allow the other side to win by default if you don’t play the game. We are fortunate enough to be able to vote for our leaders and I will assume the best instead of the worst. I intend to vote.

“Providence has given our people the choice of their rulers,
and it is the duty, as well as privilege and interest,
of a Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.” ~ John Jay
(1745-1829) first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, First President of the United States – preceding George Washington, one of three men most responsible for the US Constitution
Source: Oct. 12, 1816, in a statement, The Correspondence and Public Papers of John Jay, Henry Johnston, America’s God and Country, William Federer, p.318

    • David Kaus

      KY

We really don’t have to assume anything the track record of the presidents of just the past 50 years speaks for itself. The action Congress has taken during that same period, and the Supreme Court also speaks for itself. The government has rejected God, and given itself over to every thing God condemns, and that is very evident. Candidate after candidate, once elected, has systematically taken America down the path to socialism, and a new world order agenda after promising the public to clean up the mess America is in during their campaign. These are facts not assumptions. And if you have to make assumptions to the contrary I would have to ask you what in the world can you present in any manner or shape, or form that would make any sound mind think other wise ? You are simply spilling out nice sounding words, and quotations that do not translate to into any thing meaningful, nor of tangible substance.

Your “fortunate enough” to vote mentality totally disregards the fact that no vote today is meaningful because the system is set up to have you believe your vote counts and is meaningful while the reality is that every thing, and person presented to the public for a political office has to have to stamp of a political party that will never allow any one to come to power that is not in line with their new world order agenda. This isn’t an assumption it is a fact.

The immoral social condition of America to a very great extent has sunk so low in its manifesting and partaking of every perverse and evil way that even if a candidate should some how get into office that would try to uphold moral values it would do absolutely nothing to lift the public, that has gone degenerate in mind and conscience, back to a moral base. That simply could not happen out side a mass true conversion to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Europe and America came to an enlightened moral, economic, and social condition because of the Protestant Reformation. That Reformation defeated popery, and Roman Catholicism and took mankind out of the dark ages of unspeakable wickedness, cruelty, and barbaric, beast like humanity. And it was all done by adhering to The Word of God, and the preaching of the Gospel as its foundation. That foundation is almost totally destroyed now, and we therefore see popery, and Roman Catholicism, with apostate Protestants once again rearing their ungodly, wicked, satanic head as a result.

      Proverbs 11:30

“The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.”

      • KY

David Kaus , you said, “…the fact that no vote today is meaningful because the system is set up to have you believe your vote counts and is meaningful while the reality is that every thing, and person presented to the public for a political office has to have to stamp of a political party that will never allow any one to come to power that is not in line with their new world order agenda. This isn’t an assumption it is a fact.”

I say, That is not a fact; that is an assumption because that is the perception. If that is the case JFK would have never been elected. That is not to say that people are not working behind the scenes to make it true. The people that don’t believe as we do think the system works just fine and the majority won out. (TRUE, they are deceived but that is a side issue.) My point is we just don’t know for sure. What if ALL Christians stayed home and did not vote because they all felt this way? We would surely hand the country over to evil without a fight. We do not know a mans heart, but God does. I agree with 99% of what you say, but with the exception of the promises of God, no one knows for sure if an election has been decided in advance or anything else. Making statements like that just helps perpetuate the lie that Christians are paranoid. I understand the evidence is very persuasive but when Christians make the leap from suspicion too, “that’s a fact Jack, they do our cause no good.

Mat 5:37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

        • David Kaus

          KY

You can say what ever you want but it isn’t going to take away from the fact that those running for political office have ties to Masonry, Skull and Bones, the Vatican, the mob, and new world order organizations like the CFR, Bilderburgers, Illuminate, Club of Rome, Opus Dei, Knights of Columbus, Knights Malta, etc. And we know this for a fact. Congress is saturated with Mason. All of this is fact and not a suspicion, as you so naively claim.

JFK got elected because he had mob ties, and had people like Richard Daley in Chicago stuffing the ballot boxes.

I’m not telling you not to vote nor any one else you made that statement. I’m telling you the reality of the electoral process, and I don’t think you get it.

What ever you are trying to say with your Scripture verse would apply more to your statements that are totally lacking in substance. Your just running on a lot of emotional hype.

          • KY

“Your just running on a lot of emotional hype.” No I’m not David. I understand the electoral process very well, I just refuse to be a “negative Nelly”. I know the politicians are connected to these sinister organizations you named. I know elections are crooked but they do not have them all sewed up as you want to believe. By your own admission JFK was elected, a Catholic of all people, with influence and corruption out of Chicago, but he was not supposed to win. That did not please the power brokers. Ultimately he was assassinated. By spreading your propaganda you become a tool to discourage people from voting. The very people who should be voting, if for no other reason than to try and hold back the tide of evil, stay home because some all knowing Christian pundit told them with convincing words that their vote would not make a difference. Those that refuse to vote own the results. I’m well aware that politics is a nasty game, it always has been. There will be string pullers in the background but that will be true of either candidate. I’m convinced that Trump is a lying liberal. I’m going to be stuck with one of them and I prefer to chose my poison, as opposed to letting the other guy choose for me. Now they may very well be reporting to the same handler but that is not a sure thing either. I will always vote for the lesser of two evils. Ultimately one of them is going to run the country and influence my life until Jesus gets here. If they are both bad guys, I would rather have a Conservative bad guy than a left leaning bad guy. Left leaning bad guys lean toward killing people. Donald Trump is a left leaning bad guy. The scripture I posted was meant to reinforce that we should be for or against, not muddy the waters for others by suggesting that they cannot affect the outcome by participating in the process. That is Christian sabotage.

It’s funny how conspiracy thought and religious fervor are not so strange bedfellows. I know how prevalent it is in the Muslim world, even my extremely moderate Turkish neighbor thinks 9/11 was a Jewish/U.S. conspiracy. From reading on this blog I see that the Muslims hold no monopoly. I predict science will someday prove the existence of a credulity gene.

  • David Kaus

    KY

I don’t think you’ll understand no matter what is presented to you because you simply don’t want to.

Facts are not propaganda. You’re mislabeling of everything is propaganda. You inability to understand a simple statement about the political process is evident.

You’re throwing around a lot of verbal nonsense with a lot of accusations of your own fantasy. It’s just more of the same emotional hype that lacks any substance.

If you’re discouraged by what I say then it’s your problem not ever one else. You want to vote for the lesser of two evils when you shouldn’t be promoting any evil. What hypocritical, self righteous nonsense. I gave you the answer to the problem this country is in but your carnality insist on putting your trust in man, and a failed system, and their is nothing Christian about what you are doing. Promoting the Gospel is Christian not promoting a trust in evil men.

    • KY

      David Kaus,
Apparently your ability to comprehend the written word is marginal. I told you quite plainly I understand all of what you said. I don’t agree with you completely, some yes, all no. Why is that so difficult for you to understand? I had hoped it would not come to this but I have seen your self righteous hypocritical attitude occasionally in other people. You think you are the keeper of all knowledge and if anyone sees it any differently you start to suggest they don’t want to understand, they’re carnal, they use scripture in error and on and on it goes. I’ve seen you do this with other posters on here as well. You start subtlety and ramp up until you become insulting. We are not discussing scripture, but conspiracies and organizations and elections. It is you opinion and nothing more. There is substance to much of it but there is no complete knowledge. That is why it is fodder for conspiracy theories. You revel in the idea of promoting things you cannot prove. How arrogant. To quote you, “You’re throwing around a lot of verbal nonsense with a lot of accusations of your own fantasy. It’s just more of the same emotional hype that lacks any substance.” Have you looked in the mirror today? What you are promoting is propaganda wrapped up in an exciting conspiracy theory that is unprofitable as well as not provable, but you relish it so much you just can’t stop talking about it. What you preach is all over the internet. You are not some political sage who has discovered something new. it is a common feeling about politics and the secret societies of powerful people. Why don’t you rip Geoffrey for awhile? He’s promoting more evil in one man than the rest of the candidates rolled up into one. Here is a scripture quite fitting, but I’m sure I used it in error because it describes you to a T.

Mat_7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Mat_7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Mat_7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

      • Edwitness

Since JFK’s assassination the conspiracists have had their way in our presidential and many congressional elections. For instance, when JFK was murdered we have had occasion to have the only man this century fill the office of VP and President without ever having been elected to either office. He just happened to be the go between for the CIA and the Warren Commission, which was tasked with the job of discovering who the assassins were that murdered Kennedy. This go between had a contact at the CIA that later became a Vice President and President as well. Elected of course. This man was Vice President under Ronald Raegan and close family friends with the parents of the would-be assassin of Ronald Raegan, Hinkley. His name is George Bush, who was with the CIA when the Warren Commission was assembled. The go between, if you have not guessed already, was Gerald Ford.

They shamed Goldwater into resigning as Vice President to Nixon with unsubstantiated claims that were later all proven to be false. But, by then it was too late. The damage had already been done. This moved Ford into the Vice Presidency. Then the press went to work on Nixon with evidence of his campaign spying on the democrats. Oh my! What Hillary did in Bengazi was child’s play by comparison, right? LOL. He also resigned in shame, making the way for Ford to take his promised place in the Oval Office, as payment for the work he did in keeping the real conspirators out of the spotlight.

We have had this cabal running the country ever since they got away with murdering Kennedy right in front of the American people. And now we see a Supreme Court Justice murdered in much the same way. Elections today are run by the conspirators and their bought and paid for media. The final tally of the votes are not even counted inside the country. How crazy is that?!

But, we have Jesus. He is in control and is not flummoxed by these jokers. In fact, He is using them to judge mankind. They will have their part in the lake which burns with fire.

Deception is the rule of the day. But, those who know their God will be safely kept by Him.

You aren’t fooling any one but yourself, so take a good look at yourself. This last response of yours falls into the same self righteous nonsense, and false accusations as all of your last post.

All of the things I’ve posted are well known to most everyone who has the least inkling of what is going on. The fact are the facts, and you have once again spouted off with more propaganda mixed with a lot of verbal garbage..

Evidently you have an axe to grind with Geoffrey as well as me and probably a lot of other people who post here. If you have some thing against Geoffrey then man up and post to him. But I don’t think he will give the time of day, and I don’t intend to either after this post. I haven’t seen him post anything evil on his site as you have so falsely accused him of. I suggest you stop reading his post if you don’t like them, and believe they are evil for that would be the logical thing to do for any one who has the ability to think logically.

You really have revealed yourself to be the accuser of the brethren.

Now let me leave you with this Scripture so you can take a good look at it for I wouldn’t want to leave you thinking that you are wise in your own conceit.

        Proverbs 26:5King James Version (KJV)

Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit.

        • KY

David Kaus, Everyone has an opinion. You have yours and I have mine. I have posted to Geoffrey and he has responded. He respects my right to disagree, unlike yourself. Americans understand that we don’t all agree but we are all Americans, unlike yourself. He has never suggested I stop reading his posts, unlike yourself. Proverbs is one of my favorite books in the Bible. Here are several verses for you to ponder.

Pro 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Pro 11:9 An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.
Pro 13:10 Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.
Pro 14:15 The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.
Pro_16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.
          See yourself yet?

In summary: I am not wrong because I disagree with your assessment of the political sphere and we are all entitled to our opinions. I, for my part regret this exchange turned out this way. If you decide not to converse with me any longer that is your decision. Just to be clear, I harbor no grudge against you and I wish you good, but you really would do well to be less judgmental toward other Christians. After all, it is the Christian thing to do.
1Co 13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
1Co 13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
1Co 13:3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
1Co 13:4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
          1Co 13:5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
          1Co 13:6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
1Co 13:7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
1Co 13:8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
1Co 13:9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
1Co 13:10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
1Co 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
1Co 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
1Co 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

    Edwitness,

Thank you for the back ground. You did a wonderful job of connecting the dots! I have never doubted that there were scurrilous things going on behind the scenes, they just don’t ALWAYS work out like they have it planned. There is still room for God to intervene. If that means God allows them to pull it off 9 out of 10 times, so be it. I believe God can and does tweak history to meet his perfect will, and that is all I was ever trying to say. There are many examples of this in the Old Testament. I believe we have to do our part and that includes vote. God never called for us to throw our hands in the air in despair, climb up on the roof and wait for the rapture. We are called to occupy until his return. To me that is living in this world as a good citizen while holding onto my faith in God but not participating in the sins of the world. Blessings back at you!

      Amen KY,
As Christians we are to work while in the day, because the night is almost upon us when no man can work. We will be going home soon! I vote as well. Always have. But, not unless I know the person thinks constitutionally.
And for me that means there is no one left in the Presidential race that will get my vote. Ron Paul was my guy last time and Rand was this time. That is why it is such a comfort to me to know that God is in complete and total control of all the things that matter.
Keep looking up! Jesus is coming soon!!
      Blessings:-}

        Thanks for the affirmation Edwitness.
If people are going to vote for a non Christian I believe the Constitution is of paramount importance. I (obviously) am in Kentucky, but I have always thought Ted Cruze had the best chance because I know his stance on the Constitution and he has works to back them up. Rand was my second pick, but like his father he was unable to get a viable portion of the population to support him. If Ted were elected, Rand would be my running mate for him. God is in complete and total control of all the things that matter. Looking forward to meeting you at the rapture… KY

  • Judie

Ridiculous! We’re voting for a PRESIDENT not a pastor and at the very least Cruz IS a true conservative, Trump is NOT. Goodness, this gets tiring. smh

  • David Kaus

    Proverbs 26:4

“Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.”

  • Hmmmm, let’s see now.

    It is claimed:
“Ted Cruz Believes He Is An ‘Anointed King’ To Bring About The “End Times Wealth Transfer””

Just where in this article does he actually make that claim? Where is the link to where he made this claim?

    It is claimed:
“Dominion theology is also known as Christian reconstructionism and theonomy. Dominion theology states that biblical Christianity will rule all areas of society, personal and corporate. Christian reconstructionism reasons that society will be reconstructed by the Law of God as preached in the gospel and the Great Commission. Theonomy is a post-millennial view believing that all of the moral laws contained in the Old Testament are yet binding today.”

This is only partially correct. If you really want to know what Christian Reconstructionism truly teaches, why not use their own sources instead of a site which quotes NO source for its claims? Also, having post-millennial views does NOT mean one is a Christian Reconstructionist or a Theonomist. This is just blatantly false, a lie?

    It is claimed:
“Ted Cruz must believe everything his dad is saying because there is no evidence that he ever refuted it. In fact, as this video shows you, these heretical preachers prayed over him and “anointed” him as an “end times king”. An anointing that Ted has fully and gratefully accepted.”

So, merely because there is no evidence that he has refuted it, it is a ‘fact’ he must believe everything his dad says? Let’s see, on the basis of an absence of fact, the conclusion is that something IS a fact. Seriously!

    Proverbs 18:17

    • KY

Nicely put Sam. Unfortunately Their mind is made up and the only facts they are interested in are the ones that support their candidate. I am pulling for Cruz but may God’s will be done.

  • Judie

Thank you, Sam! Nice to hear sound reasoning and logic once in awhile.

  • Excuse me, we will be voting for a President not the God of the ages. Christians stayed home because Romney is a Mormon. Look what we got, a Muslim who calls himself a Christian. The only book I’ve heard him read from is the Koran. Christians stayed home because Bob Dole was ok with abortion. What did we end up with?, a heathen. I doubt that Jesus the Christ will ever run for President of the United States!!!

    • Ewditness

      John Huntley,
Your vote is your stamp of approval. Enough said.
      Blessings:-}

    • Judie

Exactly! We need Ted Cruz for “such a time as this”. Believers’ need to pray, support and vote for Cruz who is the ONLY true conservative among the bunch.

Sir, I suggest humbly that the title of your article is misleading. The title would directly suggest that Senator Ted Cruz spoke these words from his own mouth. You even offer some of the words in quote fashion. Then the first line of the article attributes all those words to Rafael Cruz. Unless you can produce evidence directly attributing the headline quotation to Senator Ted Cruz, you should, for the sake clarity, intellectual honesty, and your personal testimony as a believer, make a clear differentiation and change the title of the article. The only evidence you offer is that the Senator must believe these things because he has not publically refuted it. That is simply innuendo and assumption on your part. It may be true. We do not know. As it is, the title of your article is libelous and really should be changed. Thank you.

  • Sam

Sir you are welcome to reject :Dominionism”, but you ought to at least attempt to be accurate in your recounting of it. You conflate two VERY different theologies. The Seven Mountain Dominionism is a world away from Theonomy or Reconstructionism. Anyone with a rudimentary ability to use Google can find that out without a tremendous amount of research. For Theonomy, look at the sources, Chalcedon.edu and http://americanvision.org/. Please try to keep the Ninth Commandment and stop bearing false witness.

  • SuzQ

I think maybe it would be a good idea to do your own research about Ted Cruz’s activities. Reading all these comments back and forth is not solving anything. I feel the article was written to inform, not written to persuade anyone to vote a certain way. There sre plenty of information on the internet that may shed light on this subject.

    • Yes, there is NO doubt any longer that Ted Cruz is a member of the Dominionist cult movement….

  • jeff bollbach

Here is something I found very interesting. I have been very distressed by the case of Salmaan Taseer, the Pakistani politician who was assasinated by his bodyguard because he came to the defence of a Christian women sentenced to death for blasphemy. So in following it I found myself on an Islamist blogsite where all the support was for the Islamist who perpetrated the murder. They were as committed to their religion and were espousing conspiracy just as much as NTEB. I tried trolling them and could get no rises to the fly at all. That was the same exact result as I got here. Curious, the parallels.

The guy that spelled your name wrong just made you make yourself look like an idiot!i was enjoying your articles til you jus acted like a spoiled kid !

  • He does? Or is that what his father says?

  • Tony Iveson

An ‘anointed king’ – sounds like the Anti-Christ to me. And ‘Rafael Cruz’ in English gematria adds up to 666. Well, isn’t that interesting!

If I were still a Christian I suspect I would believe Dominionism and the Prosperity gospel, together, might be the religion of the anti-Christ as described in Revelation. It is all about political power and money, a desire to establish a totalitarian regime using their god as the excuse and justification for their ugly self serving intentions. Ted Cruz in the oval office would be probably the very worst thing that could happen to the United States.

    • Edwitness

      Thomas,
These are some of the saddest words I have ever seen; “If I were still a Christian”.

      • Thomas McCay

Well, I think I understand that from a believer’s perspective but I believe it was one of the better decisions I have made in life. I won’t argue the point because that would do neither of us any good but even when I had cancer and was supposed to die, thought I probably would, I was never bothered with thoughts of religion, gods, or an thought of an afterlife. I officially died once, for just a few minutes. Nothing. Nothing at all, not even time existed.
I have every reason that after life will be just like before life. I was inconvenienced by that, in no way.

I’m in no hurry but death does not scare me.

    • Elaine

      Thomas McCay,

Your words, “If I were still a Christian” have been on my mind & heart through out the day. Please know that I have been praying for you. You brought this tape/message to my mind. It is 37 min. long, please play close attention to it @ about the 27 min. mark. I have been a Christian for many years and it made me weep. BTW, not that it matters, but I will be 75 years old in a few months.

ha, I’m an ancient fellow, as well. Just three years behind you. I quit believing in any god or religion almost thirty five years ago and I have seen tons of such videos.

So that it is clear, I did not quit believing because of the church or the preachers, or the people in the pews. I simply came to the conclusion that I was completely wrong about it.

I think the likelihood of the Christian beliefs being correct is so incredibly slim, I no longer give any thought to such things but rather to how I live my life and how I treat other people, strangers and friends.

Whether there is something we would call a god or not, is a fifty/fifty question. whether it is your god or any other human god ideas is an entirely different question. No where close to fifty/fifty. The chances would also be high that such an entity would have no resemblance to any ideas humans have had about gods. I do not believe that humans are on centre stage for the vast and very ancient universe. I fin it a bit funny that all three of the monotheistic religions have a very human god, including many of our absolutely worst ugliest attributes.

I understand that your intentions in this are very well meant. That is how I am accepting it but I will decline your offer in this regard. I have seen much of this sort of thing and the speaker looks familiar to me.

I’m not down on Christians per se. Some of the finest people I have known have been Christians. Some of the very worst and sadly more of the very worst have been, as well. When I was a believer, I never blamed god for the nature of the other people around me, figuring that was between them and god.

        Thanks

  • I had never heard of this until last week on Son Light Brodcasting Network. It’s a scary thing. I was going to vote for Ted Cruz but I would not vote for anyone that I even thought had anything to do with a cult. Especially one such as this. The Bible says to have no fellowship with the works of darkness and if this isn’t works of darkness I’ve never seen darkness. I’m not a Bible Scholar but I have read it enough to know better than this! Jesus is coming back after a people that are looking for Him. He WILL set up His Kingdom but He won’t be taking from one to give to another, talk about taking the Scripture out of context…Domionist are really good at it.It’s time for people to wake up!!Hasn’t the government taken enough away from us? I don’t want to be here during the tribulation I want to be with my Lord and King at the Supper of the Lamb! I truly believe we are nearing the Beginning of the End.You know only a fool would joke about it and people do! I love your page and your warnings I just pray the someone that doesn’t know the Lord would read it and Christ would deal with their heart and they would be saved! God Bless You and Your Ministry!

Sharon, I am pleased to see Christians becoming aware of the terrible reality of this dominionist stuff. It is very dangerous and given the chance would create an America that almost no one would want to live in. In places in the world, such as Iran, where there are religious theocracies, the moderates and other trends within the dominating religion will fill the prisons. In Iran, the prisons are full of people who are the “wrong” kind of Muslims, who are caught owning a book by a “wrong” kind of Muslim.

There is no reason to believe a Christian version of the same things would not operate the same way once it’s hold on power is secure.

I don’t share your beliefs but I understand how a normal Christian could believe they should support this monster.

I was still a Christian when I first learned of dominionism and saw it as a very un-Christian theology that was really all about political power, using god for an excuse and to justify terrible things done to people.

As you learn more about this political religion I hope you will be inspired to talk to your friends about it. I think it is important for American Christians to under stand this theological mistake. I find it not at all surprising that one of the dominionist currents is also tied into the so called “prosperity gospel” which about as un Christian as you can get. Praying for money. I read the bible and the Jesus I saw would not love this self obsessed self serving variety of ‘Christianity’. Might be right embarrassed at many of the people calling his name so loudly for their own purposes. Using the Lord’s name in vain on a daily basis. Jesus never told anyone to turn their brains off but rather to test the spirit.
Good on you for thinking about these things.
