The pink president
When you think about the opposite of manly, virile presidents like Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan, Barack Obama wearing a pink blazer springs immediately to mind. He is pro-gay, pro-baby killing, pro-Muslim, pro-Islam, pro-no Second Amendment. So whenever he tries to talk tough it invariably backfires on him. Such is the case with Syria. Obama said a little while back that if “chemical weapons were used in Syria”, that that would be a “red line” being crossed and the United States would (finally) step in and do something about the slaughter that’s been happening there since March 2012.
Well, Syria crossed Obama’s “red line”, and what is Obama doing about it? Nothing.
From Fox News: President Obama, who earlier said use of chemical weapons by Syria on its people would be a “red line” requiring action by the U.S., walked the stance back on Tuesday, saying he needs more information on the reported attacks before responding.
Administration officials recently said intelligence analysts had “varying degrees of confidence” the embattled government of Syrian President Bashar Assad has gassed civilians with sarin. However, Obama said the administration is using all its resources to determine the facts about a weapon that he has said would be a “game changer” for U.S. policy in the war.
“If we end up rushing to judgment without hard, effective evidence … we can find ourselves in a position where we can’t marshal the international community in support of what we do,” Obama said. “It’s important for us to do this in a prudent way.”
The administration long ago called for Assad to step down and pave the way for a new government. But Obama has resisted calls from some Republicans in Congress to send U.S. military aid to the rebels and perhaps commit U.S. military resources directly.
So far, the war, which began in March 2011, has claimed an estimated 75,000 lives. While the U.S. has backed the Syrian rebels with non-military aid, critics have said that the forces include Al Qaeda fighters and other insurgents unfriendly toward the U.S., leaving uncertainty surrounding Syria’s future under a post-Assad government.
Republican Sens. John McCain, Ariz., and Lindsey Graham, S.C., said the president must do more to end the conflict.
“It will not be long before Assad takes this delay as an invitation to use chemical weapons again on an even larger scale,” they said in a joint statement. “The president needs to lead. He needs to articulate exactly what outcome in Syria would best serve America’s national security interests.”
Obama made the remarks at a wide-ranging White House press conference in which he also answered questions about his signature health-care law, defended the FBI in its efforts to crack down on terrorism before the deadly Boston Marathon bombing and said he’d renew efforts to close the terrorist prison camp at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Four months into his second term, Obama said he remains open-minded about the immigration legislation being hammered out by congressional lawmakers and that he would not support a bill that excludes a pathway to citizenship – a sticking point for most Democrats and a divisive issue for Republicans. Reforming the nation’s immigration system has been one of the president’s top legislative priorities this term.
Asked about the FBI’s investigation into a possible terrorist threat posed in the past by Tamerlan Tsarnaev, a suspect in the April 15 Boston Marathon bombings who died in an escape attempt, the president said, “Based on what I’ve seen so far, the FBI performed its duties, the Department of Homeland Security did what it was supposed to be doing.”
Obama also said he’d renew efforts to close Guantanamo Bay. His first-term campaign promise to shut down the terrorist camp has been met with strong objection from lawmakers who don’t want the prisoners transferred to American soil.
Asked about a hunger strike by some detainees, he said, “I don’t want these individuals to die.” The president also said the Pentagon was doing what it could to manage the situation.
Obama also noted that several suspected terrorists have been tried and found guilty in U.S. federal courts, a response to congressional critics who say the detainees must be tried in special courts if the United States is to maximize its ability to prevent future attacks.
On another contentious issue, the president said a variety of Republicans were working to foil the final implementation of the health care law he pushed through Congress three years ago.
He said GOP lawmakers want to repeal the law and some Republican governors don’t want to have their states participate in establishing insurance pools where the uninsured can find coverage. In other cases, Republican legislatures object when governors are willing to go along.
“We will implement” the law, Obama said, though he conceded there will be glitches along the way. ”Despite all the hue and cry and sky-is-falling predictions about this stuff, if you’ve already got health insurance, then the part of ObamaCare that affects you is already in place,” he said. source – Fox News
In the footsteps of Antichrist
“And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” Revelation 13:7
I want you to close your eyes for a moment, and fully imagine and realize the sentence that comes after this one. Ready? Here it is:
In 2013 America, we have an occupying US President who gave a speech to a group that uses taxpayer money to carry on Hitler’s Holocaust, and they “cheered him wildly” as he bragged that the blood of babies would not stop flowing as long as he was president.
People, if that is not the spirit of Antichrist in our midst, then what is? God’s judgment is going to fall SO HARD on this nation that you cannot even begin to imagine it. The blood that Planned Parenthood and Obama are shedding will be required of them.
From The Examiner: During a speech this morning at the Planned Parenthood gala, President Obama vowed he would never allow Republicans to cut taxpayer funds for the abortion provider.
“If there’s one thing the past few years have shown is that Planned Parenthood isn’t going anywhere,” Obama said as the crowd cheered. “It’s not going anywhere today, it’s not going anywhere tomorrow.”
Obama was wildly received by the audience when he entered the room – the first sitting president to address the nation’s largest abortion provider.
“Everybody sit down,” Obama said sheepishly. “You’re making me blush.”
Obama criticized 42 states had introduced laws to restrict abortion, singling out on the new law passed in North Dakota to ban abortions as early as six weeks.

New born babies screaming for their lives
The trial details are nothing short of sensational: A doctor accused of killing seven newborns and a young woman at a filthy Philadelphia clinic strewn with body parts and described as a “slaughterhouse.”
It’s big news in Philadelphia, but nationally, not so much. The lack of coverage is a problem for a growing chorus of conservative and media critics, who allege that the scant national media attention can be attributed not to the courtroom drama but the politics of abortion.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell was an abortionist, meaning that any coverage of the trial risks painting the pro-choice movement in an unflattering light. In a statement issued last week, 20 conservative leaders called for an end to what they described as a “media blackout” and “censoring” of the trial for political reasons.
“The horrific excesses of the abortion industry exemplified by Gosnell and Planned Parenthood are major, national news stories any way you look at them. But the pro-abortion liberal media are determined to hide them from the public,” said the April 4 statement led by the conservative Media Research Center and signed by former Republican presidential candidate Gary Bauer, columnist Kellyanne Conway and Family Research Council President Tony Perkins.
“The media have a solemn duty to the American people to report the news, not just news that helps the positions they support. It’s unprofessional, it’s disgusting, and it’s inhuman,” the statement said.
“It’s unbelievable that Dr. Gosnell’s trial for his actions inside his ‘house of horrors’ haven’t drawn one network story,” said Media Research Center President Brent Bozell in a March 26 column decrying the lack of coverage.
Forbes columnist Mike Ozanian said that the controversy surrounding Rutgers University basketball coach Mike Rice, who was shown on video abusing players and using vulgar language during practice, had received far more national attention than the Gosnell trial.
Assistants said the babies were effectively decapitated after the doctor snipped their spines with scissors. One assistant said a newly delivered baby was “big enough to walk around with me or walk around to the bus stop.” Another employee said she heard a baby “screaming” after it was born alive after a botched abortion attempt.
“The mainstream media has been studiously avoiding the trial of abortion butcher Kermit Gosnell, despite the kind of stomach-churning testimony that would normally attract headline coverage,” John Hayward said in a column Monday in Human Events.
Critics also say there is a glaring double standard involved in the treatment of the Gosnell trial. Stories that place the pro-life movement in a negative light are much more likely to receive coverage, such as an NBC News report in November about a woman who died in Ireland after being refused an abortion in a Catholic hospital, said Mr. Bozell. Pro-lifers also note full coverage on the several occasions when abortionists have been killed.
The trial is being covered by The Associated Press, and AP wire stories have appeared on network websites. The proceedings also are receiving heavy coverage on pro-life and religious websites such as LifeNews, as well as newspapers and television in the Philadelphia and Delaware markets.
The Media Reseach Center has received no reaction from the networks about the statement, said Dan Gainor, vice-president for business and culture. source – Washington Times
Post-birth abortion is murder
“And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.” Leviticus 18:21
This is nothing different from what Hitler started in the 1930′s – the organized murder of a group of people deemed as “undesirable”. Remember that.
From Weekly Standard: Florida legislators considering a bill to require abortionists to provide medical care to an infant who survives an abortion were shocked during a committee hearing this week when a Planned Parenthood official endorsed a right to post-birth abortion.
Alisa LaPolt Snow, the lobbyist representing the Florida Alliance of Planned Parenthood Affiliates, testified that her organization believes the decision to kill an infant who survives a failed abortion should be left up to the woman seeking an abortion and her abortion doctor.
“So, um, it is just really hard for me to even ask you this question because I’m almost in disbelief,” said Rep. Jim Boyd. “If a baby is born on a table as a result of a botched abortion, what would Planned Parenthood want to have happen to that child that is struggling for life?”
“We believe that any decision that’s made should be left up to the woman, her family, and the physician,” said Planned Parenthood lobbyist Snow.

Rep. Daniel Davis then asked Snow, “What happens in a situation where a baby is alive, breathing on a table, moving. What do your physicians do at that point?”
“I do not have that information,” Snow replied. “I am not a physician, I am not an abortion provider. So I do not have that information.”
Rep. Jose Oliva followed up, asking the Planned Parenthood official, “You stated that a baby born alive on a table as a result of a botched abortion that that decision should be left to the doctor and the family. Is that what you’re saying?”
Again, Snow replied, “That decision should be between the patient and the health care provider.” source – Weekly Standard

Only four doctors in the U.S. offer third-trimester abortions, knowing they risk their own lives every day to carry out such controversial procedures. These doctors are the subject of a documentary screened at the Sundance film festival last weekend, forty years after the legalization of abortion in the U.S. and four years after Dr Tiller.
Physician George Tiller was a prominent practitioner of late-term abortions shot dead by an extremist in 2009.
The documentary After Tiller is named for him and focuses on the few remaining doctors who perform abortions in the third trimester of a pregnancy. The Supreme Court granted states the right to limit abortions in the final three months of a pregnancy.
It shows Drs Robinson and Sella in Albuquerque, Dr Warren Hern in Boulder, Colorado, and it shows Germantown, Maryland, where LeRoy Carhart recently set up a practice.
Although late-term procedures make up just one per cent of all abortions in the United States, they are the most controversial, facing particularly virulent protests by abortion opponents.
Aside from death threats, such doctors face ‘institutional barriers,’ Dr Susan Robinson, a former colleague of Tiller who still performs such procedures, told AFP following a screening of the documentary at Sundance.
‘If you do abortions, it is very hard to get the privilege to work in a hospital, because they don’t like abortion providers. ‘They are almost all done in outpatient clinics, free-standing clinics, in this country,’ she says.
‘Being an abortion provider is very stigmatized. Other doctors look down on you and think of you as like the lowest of the low.’
Working out of a clinic in Albuquerque, Dr Robinson told ABC of her time working under Tiller: ‘We learned at his knee. Kindness, courtesy, justice, love and respect are the hallmarks of a good doctor-patient relationship.

‘People tell me every single day, “Dr Robinson, you’ve given me my life back”. For these women it is life or death. Many women try to self-abort. The less available it is, the poor will have the hardest time.’
New Mexico law grants doctors full discretion over whether to carry out abortions – most often requested in cases in which the fetus is severely malformed – but Robinson says she relies on the judgment of the women themselves.
‘If a woman comes to me, particularly if she struggles to get there, she’s come from Canada or California, Louisiana or France, because she feels so strongly that she needs an abortion,’ she said.
‘This woman has struggled with this decision, herself. She’s not coming because she saw the clinic while she was on her way to the grocery store.
‘Underlying all of what I do is the belief that women are capable of having ethical struggles, working on ethical questions and arriving at the best decisions for themselves.’
Abortion has, and probably always will be, a controversial topic and late abortions are particularly controversial and sensitive. Two years ago, Philadelphia doctor Kermit Gosnell was arrested and accused of killing a woman with a lethal dose of Demerol.
After police searched his office, they found bags and bottles stuffed with aborted fetuses which had been delivered alive and then killed with scissors. They referred to it as a ‘house of horrors’.
Even supporters of abortion do not approve of third-trimester procedures.
A 2011 Gallup poll showed that making abortion illegal in the last trimester got strong support from both pro-choice 79 per cent and pro-life advocates 94 per cent. source – Daily Mail UK

In its latest annual report for fiscal year 2011 to 2012, Planned Parenthood reveals that it performed 333,964 abortions in 2011 – a record year for the organization.
According to annual reports, the organization performed 332,278 abortions in 2009, 329,445 in 2010, making the total number of abortions in three years to 995,687.
Planned Parenthood reported receiving a record $542 million in taxpayer funding, according to a Susan B. Anthony List analysis of the report, in the form of government grants, contracts, and Medicaid reimbursements.
The amount is 45 percent of Planned Parenthood’s annual revenue.
“While government subsidies to Planned Parenthood have reached an all time high, so too has the number of lives ended by this profit-driven abortion business,” SBA List’s President Marjorie Dannenfelser said in a statement.
“Destroying nearly one million children in three years is not health care and does not reflect a concern for vulnerable women and girls.”

Obama’s biggest lie ever: No taxpayer-funded abortions
The following article from the Daily Caller, in October of this year, showed how vital is was to defeat Obamacare. As you know, Obama won the election, and Obamacare is now the law of the land. But you also need to know that Obamacare, like everything else that has been hatched in his administration, is nothing but an endless web of lies, deceit and half-truths.
Thats why we present this video for your consideration of Obama promising full and complete taxpayer-funded abortion services to liberals, and then you get to watch his awkward attempts to lie during the presidential debates.
You will notice that during the debates when pressed on the issue of taxpayer-funded abortions, he is unable to look either into the camera or his audience for very long.
From Daily Caller Archives: On March 21, 2010, Congressman Bart Stupak led a small band of pro-life Democrats as the last holdouts on the Obamacare bill. They were taking a principled stand against a provision that allocated federal dollars to subsidize abortions. That clause was supposed to be written out of the bill in a joint committee with the Senate, but Scott Brown’s election in Massachusetts prevented any revision.
Obama vs. Obamacare Funding Abortion
The stakes were huge. If the flawed bill didn’t pass, Obamacare would have to go back to the drawing board, and the president would have nothing to show for more than a year’s worth of effort and political capital.
To win the votes of Stupak’s crew, President Obama issued an executive order which stated that no public funds would be used to pay for abortions. Of course, the executive order was as meaningless then as it is today, but at the time, people believed him. Just 22 months later HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius made the betrayal official when she announced that abortion would be funded by Obamacare, and that members of religious institutions would be forced by law to act against their consciences.
Half of America believes that abortion is immoral. If Obamacare isn’t repealed by a Romney administration, every American taxpayer will be directly funding abortion in 2014.
Obamacare was passed on a lie, both to Bart Stupak and to the American people. The most recent cost estimate for Obamacare’s first decade is $2.6 trillion. That makes Barack Obama’s lie the costliest in American history. source – Daily Caller
