Look at any dictator of the 20th century, they were all obsessed with population control and reproductive issues. Adolf Hitler wanted to create a master race of pure blooded Aryans, even though he himself was not even German with Jewish blood on his mother's side. Oops. Remember Communist China's murderous 'One Child Policy' that only allowed you to have one child if it was a male? Female babies were left on the windowsill to die, they were not part of the agenda.
