Six days after they were captured while covering the conflict between government and rebel forces in the eastern city of Ajdabiya. They were released into the custody of Turkish diplomats and crossed safely into Tunisia in the late afternoon, from where they provided a harrowing account of their captivity. They entered Lybia through the eastern region of over the Egyptian border. None had visas to cover the insurrection. They were detained in Ajdabiya by forces loyal to Qaddafi.

Miss Addario, seen far left, sprints for cover with fellow journalists, including New York Times photographer Tyler Hicks (right in glasses), during another blast.
The journalists; Anthony Shadid, The Times’s Beirut bureau chief, a Pulitzer Prize winner for international reporting; two photographers, Tyler Hicks and Lynsey Addario, and a reporter and videographer, Stephen Farrell, who in 2009 was captured by the Taliban in Afghanistan and was rescued by British commandos. This was an experienced crew, but nothing could prepare them for being in the clutches of the enemies hand.
The four had been covering the insurrection near Ajdabiya last Tuesday when they decided that it was getting too dangerous for them to continue. Their driver, inadvertently had driven into a checkpoint manned by forces loyal to Colonel Qaddafi. By the time they knew they were in trouble, it was too late.
“I was yelling to the driver, ‘Keep driving! Don’t stop! Don’t stop!’ ” Mr. Hicks recalled. “I knew that the consequences of being stopped would be very bad.”
The driver, Mohamed Shaglouf, is still missing. Hind sight is 20/20. If the driver had tried to drive straight through, Mr. Hicks said, ” the vehicle certainly would have been fired on. ” The soldiers flung the doors to their sedan wide open so quickly that they had little if any chance to get away. As they were being pulled from the car, rebels fired on the checkpoint, sending the four running for their lives. “You could see the bullets hitting the dirt,” Mr. Shadid said.
All four made it safely behind a small, one-room building, where they tried to take cover. They told all four to empty their pockets and ordered them on the ground. And that is when they thought they were seconds from death.
“I heard in Arabic, ‘Shoot them,’ ” Mr. Shadid said. “And we all thought it was over.”
Then another soldier spoke up. “One of the others said: ‘No, they’re American. We can’t shoot them,’ ” Said Mr. Hicks
The soldiers grabbed whatever they could get their hands on to tie up their prisoners: wire, an electrical cord from a home appliance, a scarf. One removed Ms. Addario’s shoes, pulled out the laces and used them to bind her ankles. Then one punched her in the face and laughed.
“Then I started crying,” she recalled. “And he was laughing more.” One man grabbed her breasts, the beginning of a pattern of humiliating behavior she would experience from her captors over the next 48 hours.
“There was a lot of groping,” she said. “Every man who came in contact with us basically felt every inch of my body short of what was under my clothes.”
Their captors held them in Ajdabiya until the fighting with the rebels died down. Soldiers put the four in a vehicle and drove them out of the city around 2 a.m. One threatened to decapitate Mr. Hicks. Another stroked Ms. Addario’s head and told her repeatedly she was going to die.
“He was caressing my head in this sick way, this tender way, saying: ‘You’re going to die tonight. You’re going to die tonight,’ ” she said
Their vehicle stopped repeatedly at checkpoints, each time allowing for a new group of soldiers to land a fresh punch or a rifle butt in their backs. The first night they spent in the back of a vehicle. The second night they spent in a jail cell with dirty mattresses on the ground, a bottle to urinate in and a jug of water to drink.
On the third day they were on the move again, this time to an airfield. Mr. Shadid, who speaks Arabic, had overheard one of the soldiers saying something about a plane, and the four assumed they would be flown somewhere. As they were loaded on the plane they were blindfolded and their hands were bound tightly with plastic handcuffs.
They landed on Thursday in Tripoli, where they were handed over to Libyan defense officials. They were transferred to a safe house, where they said they were treated well. They were each allowed a brief phone call.
That was the first time since their capture two and a half days earlier that their whereabouts became known to their families and colleagues at The Times.
Their disappearance had kicked off an intensive search effort. The Times canvassed hospitals and morgues, beginning a grim process-of-elimination search. The paper also turned to a variety of people on the ground who might have heard or seen something, security contractors for Western businesses, workers for nongovernmental organizations. It also notified American diplomats.
The State Department got word by phone to Jeffrey D. Feltman, the assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs on Thursday afternoon that the journalists were safe , this information came from an aide to Abdullah al-Senussi, the head of Libyan military intelligence and the brother-in-law of Colonel Qaddafi, Mr. Feltman said. The arrival of the four journalists in Tripoli was just the beginning of three days of frustrating, and tense negotiations conducted by a State Department consular officer, Yael Lempert. Libyan officials kept changing their demands for the conditions of the journalists’ release, and an allied coalition, including the United States, began bombing Tripoli to enforce a no-fly zone. Several Libyan agencies were involved in the negotiation, which added to the confusion.
First the Libyan government demanded that an American diplomat come to Tripoli to take the journalists, State Department officials said. The United States, which closed its embassy in Libya last month, refused. After initially resisting, the Libyans agreed to allow the Turkish Embassy to act as an intermediary.
The release was scheduled for Sunday but was delayed until Monday because of the bombing. The four were turned over to Turkish diplomats Monday afternoon, and were driven to the border with Tunisia.
While Monday was a day for celebration and relief at The Times, other news organizations covering the conflicts in Libya and elsewhere in the Arab world have not been so lucky. According to the Committee to Protect Journalists, 13 journalists are either missing or in government custody. The missing include four from Al Jazeera, two from Agence France-Presse and one from Getty Images. In addition, six Libyan journalists are unaccounted for, the group said.
Others have died. A Libyan broadcaster was killed Saturday while covering a battle near Benghazi. A cameraman for Al Jazeera was killed in the same area on March 12, the first death of a journalist in Libya during the current conflict. Now that the four are safe Bill Keller the Executive Editor of the NY Times said “We’re particularly indebted to the government of Turkey, which intervened on our behalf to oversee the release of our journalists and bring them to Tunisia,” Assitance was also granted throughout the week by diplomats from the United States and United Kingdom.

The Sierra Conservation Correction Center In California Just Sent Bibles Behind Bars One Of The Most Unique Requests We’ve Ever Received
The Sierra Conservation Correction Center In California has reached out in need of King James Authorized Version Holy Bibles
The email I got from Chaplain Dean at the Sierra Conservation Correction Center In California yesterday, from the opening few words, was different from any other email request I can recall in recent memory. Not only was it so unique, it is a knockout powerful reminder of the importance of the Bibles Behind Bars program. Nothing like it anywhere, as you’ll soon see.
“To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.” Isaiah 42:7 (KJB)
Chaplain Dean writes “Although officially the Catholic Chaplain, I’m one of only two chaplains serving our extensive inmate community. The other chaplain is Muslim. We have several requests for the King James Version, a few for the NKJV, and a growing interest in Bibles. As a Catholic, I bring my Revised Standard Version and have explained to our IP’s (Incarcerated Persons, as the system now refers to inmates) about the evolution of the ESV. All this to explain that whatever Bibles we receive are distributed quickly among our diverse population. So… please let me know what would be possible. Since it’s easy to obtain copies of the NIV and NLT translations, I’m contacting you to request the more faithful and precise versions which you and a few other ministries make available.” So that blew my mind, a Catholic chaplain serving alongside a Muslim chaplain, and requesting King James Bibles specifically. Wow. So I wrote back right away, told him we could help, and asked him a few questions. When 12 hours had elapsed without receiving a reply, I wrote a second time, and his reply blew my mind, for a second time.
He said “Bro. Geoffrey, Wow. You truly are amazing. I’ve contacted several suppliers of Bibles over the past four weeks, and not only are you the first to respond, but you’ve written twice, and immediately following my inquiry. This testifies to your sense of urgency that our inmates receive high-quality translations of the Word.” Let that sink in for just a moment. Waiting a month for replies from ministries offering King James Bibles, a month, and the only answer he gets is from us. That’s it, right there, we have a sense of end times, last days urgency to get something done for the Lord Jesus Christ. Cut. Print. Wrap. That’s it. Praise the Lord!! Will you come help us?
When we send Bibles to jails and prisons, we’re not just ‘sending a book’, we are sending the preserved words of God, and flooding their cells with a Light above that of a thousand suns. We are Hope dealers to people society has cast off and rejected, precious souls who desperately need this live-changing gift of a Bible. Come help us to keep doing this vital end times work, we need you!

UN Security Council Unanimously Votes To Approve Donald Trump’s ‘Board Of Peace’ Plan With A Mandate For Him To Part The Land Of Gaza And Take Control
The UN Security Council today voted unanimously in favor of the Trump-backed ‘Board of Peace’ 20-point peace plan to divide the land of Gaza, land that God gave to Israel
The UN Security Council today by unanimous vote approved the creation of the ‘Board Of Peace’ 20-point peace plan proposed by US President Donald Trump, effectively giving control of all of the land of Gaza to the United States. The ‘Board Of Peace’, first proposed by Trump with himself as the head of it, has just been given a mandate by the United Nations to divide the land of Gaza as they see fit. Only one little problem. The ‘land of Gaza’ falls squarely within the original land grant God gave to Abraham, Gaza belongs to Israel and Trump has just taken control of it.
“I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.” Joel 3:2 (KJB)
A U.S.-drafted U.N. resolution endorsing President Donald Trump’s Gaza peace plan passed overwhelmingly in the Security Council on Monday, a major victory for administration diplomacy as it struggles to implement its blueprint for what Trump has said would be “a new dawn” for the Middle East. The resolution provides a legal mandate for key parts of the plan, including persuading other countries to provide troops for an International Security Force that will take over security in the half of Gaza from which Israel has withdrawn.
In a statement after the vote, U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Michael Waltz expressed thanks to the members “for joining us in charting a new course in the Middle East for the Israelis and Palestinians and all the people in the region.” It demonstrates, he said, “the overwhelming support for the president’s vision.” source
Houston, we have a problem. It looks like Donald Trump was just given power and permission by the United Nations Security Council to part the land that belongs to Israel, the land of Gaza. But wait a minute!, you say. Doesn’t Gaza belong to the Palestinians? As you shall soon see, Gaza belongs to Israel and is included in God’s original land grant to Abraham. Did you also know that the Bible prophesied the forming of the United Nations General Assembly in the last days? Read it for yourself:
“Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.” Zephaniah 3:8 (KJB)
1. Gaza Was Part of the Land God Promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
When God gave Abraham the land covenant, He defined its southern border as the region that includes Gaza.
“In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites, And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims, And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites. ” Genesis 15:18-21 (KJB)
“And as for the western border, ye shall even have the great sea for a border: this shall be your west border.” Numbers 34:6 (KJB)
The “great sea” is the Mediterranean. The “river of Egypt” is the border area near modern Gaza. Therefore, the Gaza coastline falls squarely inside the God-given land grant.
2. Gaza Is Specifically Named as One of the Philistine Cities Inside Israel’s Territory
The Philistines lived in Israel’s land, not outside it. Gaza is repeatedly listed as a Philistine stronghold inside Israel’s inheritance.
“For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation: they shall drive out Ashdod at the noon day, and Ekron shall be rooted up.” Zephaniah 2:4 (KJB)
“And all the mingled people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, and all the kings of the land of the Philistines, and Ashkelon, and Azzah, and Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod,” Jeremiah 25:20 (KJB)
The Philistines occupied Gaza, but they did not own it. They were squatters on Israel’s land.
3. Joshua Assigned the Land of Gaza to the Tribe of Judah
This is the clearest proof:
“This then was the lot of the tribe of the children of Judah by their families; even to the border of Edom the wilderness of Zin southward was the uttermost part of the south coast. And their south border was from the shore of the salt sea, from the bay that looketh southward: And it went out to the south side to Maalehacrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and ascended up on the south side unto Kadeshbarnea, and passed along to Hezron, and went up to Adar, and fetched a compass to Karkaa: From thence it passed toward Azmon, and went out unto the river of Egypt; and the goings out of that coast were at the sea: this shall be your south coast.” Joshua 15:1-4 (KJB)
Judah’s inheritance ran to the southern Mediterranean coast — exactly where Gaza is located.
This means:
✔ Gaza = Judah’s land
✔ Judah’s land = Israel’s land
✔ Therefore Gaza = biblical Israel
4. Samson’s Ministry Took Place in Gaza (Inside Israel’s Borders)
Samson was a judge of Israel, yet his battles took place in Gaza:
“Then went Samson to Gaza, and saw there an harlot, and went in unto her.” Judges 16:1 (KJB)
Samson was not traveling into foreign territory — he was confronting invaders living inside Israel’s land.
5. The Prophets Treat Gaza as Territory God Will Judge for Its Treatment of Israel
God’s judgment on Gaza is always tied to its hostility toward Israel — never as an independent, sovereign land.
“Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:” Amos 1:6 (KJB)
The reason Gaza is judged is because of how it treated God’s people in God’s land.
6. In the Kingdom Age, Gaza Becomes Part of Israel Again
During the future Millennial Kingdom, Gaza is restored under Israel’s control.
“But they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines toward the west; they shall spoil them of the east together: they shall lay their hand upon Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them.” Isaiah 11:14 (KJB)
“Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the LORD of hosts: and all they that sacrifice shall come and take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts.” Zechariah 14:21 (KJB)
This is during Christ’s rule from Jerusalem — and it ends the Philistine occupation permanently. All the Canaanites driven out when King Jesus rules from Jerusalem and all the land from the original land grant is finally restored.
In conclusion this is what we see. Donald Trump was just given power by the United Nations to seize land that God gave to Israel, and to divide it up as he sees fit. Whether or not this is the fulfillment of what the prophet Joel saw, time will tell. But we know for sure that Donald Trump is messing with “holy ground” that’s a very ‘deadly piece of dirt’, and he better watch his step.

THE COMING PRINCE: President Trump Set To Welcome Antichrist Candidate Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman To The White House On Tuesday
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has come to the White House to do a little end times shopping, and President Trump is more than happy to fill up his cart
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will be at the White House on Tuesday to meet with President Trump, with major deals on defense, global commerce, Artificial Intelligence and Middle East realignment on the table. Make no mistake about it, when you get past the warm smiles and ceremonial pomp, MBS is coming in hot and loaded for bear. That’s the memo.
“Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.” Daniel 8:11 (KJB)
In the same way that he was so all-out for Israel in his first term, Donald Trump here in his second term is all-out for his Muslim friends in the Middle East, and that’s a troubling thing. People like Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman are dangling deals in his face to the tune of trillions of dollars, and like catnip to a kitten, large piles of money is something he cannot resist. The world is shifting from regional to global structures. Saudi Arabia is not just a Middle East actor—it’s becoming a global player, with technology, capital, defense. This meeting may serve as a pivot point when the “old order” of Middle East invisible power blocs gives way to a new configuration: Saudi + U.S. + Israel or Saudi as bridge between the East and the West. That is exactly the kind of repositioning the end times Scripture outlines. The Abraham Accords will be heavily discussed, with the price of normalization still being the creation of a state of Palestine. NTEB will bring you all the breaking news as it happens…TO THE FIGHT!!!
Saudi crown prince visits US with security, AI and nuclear on the agenda
FROM THE NY POST: A visit by Saudi Arabia’s de facto ruler to the White House for talks on Tuesday with U.S. President Donald Trump aims to deepen decades-old cooperation on oil and security while broadening ties in commerce, technology and potentially even nuclear energy. It will be the first trip by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to the U.S. since the 2018 killing of Saudi critic Jamal Khashoggi by Saudi agents in Istanbul, which caused a global uproar. U.S. intelligence concluded that MBS approved the capture or killing of Khashoggi, a prominent critic.
The crown prince, widely known by his initials MBS, denied ordering the operation but acknowledged responsibility as the kingdom’s de facto ruler. More than seven years later, the world’s largest economy and the world’s top oil producer want to move forward. Trump is seeking to cash in on a $600 billion Saudi investment pledge made during Trump’s visit to the kingdom in May. He steered clear of mentioning human rights concerns during that trip and is expected to do so again.
The Saudi leader is seeking security guarantees amid regional turmoil and wants access to artificial intelligence technology and progress toward a deal on a civilian nuclear program.
“There is a page that has been turned” on Khashoggi’s killing, said Aziz Alghashian, Saudi-based lecturer of international relations at Naif Arab University for Security Sciences.
The United States and Saudi Arabia have long had an arrangement for the kingdom to sell oil at favorable prices and for the superpower to provide security in exchange. That equation was shaken by Washington’s failure to act when Iran struck oil installations in the kingdom in 2019. Concerns resurfaced in September, when Israel struck Doha, Qatar, in an attack it said targeted members of Palestinian militant group Hamas.
In the aftermath, Trump signed a defense pact with Qatar via executive order. Many analysts, diplomats and regional officials believe the Saudis will get something similar. Saudi Arabia has sought a defense pact ratified by the U.S. Congress in recent negotiations. But Washington has made that contingent on the kingdom normalizing ties with Israel.
Riyadh has in turn linked that to a commitment from Israel’s government, the most right-wing in its history, to Palestinian statehood. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who agreed to a Trump-brokered ceasefire with Hamas in Gaza last month after two years of war, on Sunday reaffirmed his staunch opposition to Palestinian independence.
A Trump executive order on defense similar to the pact with Qatar would fall short of the defense agreement the Saudis have sought. But Alghashian said it would “be a step on the way, part of the process, not the end of the process.” A Western diplomat based in the Gulf summed up the dynamic: “Trump wants normalization and Saudi wants a full defense pact, but the circumstances don’t allow. In the end, both sides will likely get less than they want. That’s diplomacy.” READ MORE
