THE GATHERING STORM: Israel On High Alert As President Trump Formally Pulls The United States Out Of Obama’s Phony Iranian Nuclear Treaty

Speaking in the Diplomatic Room of the White House, Trump said: “I am announcing today the United States will withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal.” Trump’s announcement will start a 90-day countdown to the restoration of sanctions. Once sanctions are re-imposed, the U.S. effectively would be out of the deal.

President Trump on Tuesday announced plans to pull out of the Iran nuclear deal, saying it has failed to halt the country’s nuclear ambitions. Speaking in the Diplomatic Room of the White House, Trump said: “I am announcing today the United States will withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal.”

EDITOR’S NOTE: Proving once again that his campaign promises were not simply empty talk, President Trump in one fell swoop cut the cord on Obama’s treasonous Iran Nuclear Treaty and officially announced that the United States would immediately withdraw from this phony treaty. Not only that, President Trump has also said that hard-hitting sanctions would be instituted as soon as possible. And the crazy, end times events we have telling you since 2016 would take place during the 70th anniversary week of Israel’s regathering continue to unfold right on target. Trump’s announcement will start a 90-day countdown to the restoration of sanctions. Once sanctions are re-imposed, the U.S. effectively would be out of the deal.

It’s not clear which sanctions lifted under the deal Trump plans to immediately re-impose. He has several options. A more limited move could leave Trump more room to potentially stay in the deal if other members agree to toughen it.

If he follows through on a sweeping imposition of sanctions, the move threatens to topple the Iran nuclear agreement as a whole – and with it, his predecessor’s signature foreign policy achievement.

The president began briefing foreign and congressional leaders on his decision ahead of his 2 p.m. announcement. And he started the day by warning former Secretary of State John Kerry not to meddle in the negotiations.

“John Kerry can’t get over the fact that he had his chance and blew it! Stay away from negotiations John, you are hurting your country!” Trump tweeted early Tuesday.

This was a reference to reports that Kerry was meeting with foreign officials in a bid to salvage the pact. Speaking at a summit Tuesday in Italy, Kerry did not back down, saying the Middle East is “safer with this agreement” and framing this juncture as a choice between peace and war.

Trump’s announcement comes ahead of a May 12 deadline to make a decision on sanctions.

It follows efforts by European allies to convince Trump to keep the deal, even with changes. But Trump reportedly was unconvinced. Since the 2016 presidential campaign, he has railed against the agreement and its Obama administration negotiators.

The 2015 pact lifted most U.S. and international sanctions against the country, in exchange for Iran agreeing to restrictions on its nuclear program making it impossible to produce a bomb, along with rigorous inspections – terms generally set for 10-15 years.

But Israel, Gulf Arab states and many congressional Republicans said the deal was a giveaway to Tehran that ultimately paves the path to a nuclear-armed Iran several years in the future.

“Perhaps the nuclear deal’s most unforgivable flaw is that its original architects chose to stand with and empower Iran’s mullahs over the Iranian people, whose opposition to their corrupt and criminal government continues to grow,” Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., wrote in a Fox News op-ed urging Trump to abandon the pact and ratchet up sanctions.

But Trump’s decision could lead to retaliation from Iran in the near-term. If the deal collapses, Iran could resume prohibited enrichment activities, while businesses and banks doing business with Iran would have to scramble to extricate themselves or run afoul of the U.S.

While Trump himself was tight-lipped about his decision in the run-up to the announcement, Iranian officials also were left guessing.

In Tehran, President Hassan Rouhani sought to calm nerves. “It is possible that we will face some problems for two or three months, but we will pass through this,” Rouhani said. Rouhani earlier warned of “grave” consequences if Trump pulled back on the agreement.

Obama foreign policy adviser Ben Rhodes, who played a key role in the deal, also tweeted that “Trump is blowing that up with no understanding of what’s actually in the Deal, no plan for what comes next, and no support from our closest European allies, Russia or China.”

A factor leading to Tuesday’s decision may have been Israel’s public lobbying. A week ago, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appealed to the U.S. president by making explosive allegations that new evidence proved Tehran had lied about its nuclear program and adherence to the pact.

But even Trump’s secretary of state and the U.N. agency that monitors nuclear compliance have agreed that Iran, so far, has lived up to its side of the deal. source

Israel declares high alert over Iranian actions in Syria

Israel has instructed local authorities in the Israeli-held Golan Heights to “unlock and ready (bomb) shelters” after identifying what the military described as “irregular activity of Iranian forces in Syria”.

The military statement further said that its defense systems had been deployed “and IDF (Israel Defence Force) troops are on high alert for an attack”. source

Donald Trump doubles down by promoting ‘Wartime Consigliere’ Stephen Miller to Chief of Staff putting America on a wartime footing to at least 2028

At the end of WWII, Hitler’s answer to Germany’s impending defeat was to issue the ‘Nero Decree’ to burn Berlin down to the ground. Donald Trump’s answer to a Republican election disaster is to hand more power to Stephen Miller as his new Chief of Staff, that’s doubling down with a vengeance. After Americans elected a Democratic Congress, Trump elevated one of the principal architects of the aggressive immigration policies that helped drive the backlash. Roughly six in ten midterm voters said the administration’s immigration enforcement had gone too far. Trump’s response was to promote the man who helped take it there. Roger Stone calls Miller his “wartime consigliere,” and that description ought to make Americans pay very close attention to whom this White House actually intends to fight. Civil war, anyone?

Miller publicly pushed a minimum of 3,000 ICE arrests every single day, with the number supposed to keep climbing. Reuters reported that he urged officials to pursue immigration offenders broadly and suggested Home Depot and 7-Eleven locations where workers gather. Think about the machinery that creates. Washington demands numbers, officials feel pressure to deliver, and the people easiest to grab become the easiest way to satisfy the demand. Every person swept into that machinery has a name, a family and circumstances that deserve examination. An arrest tally tells Americans nothing about whether justice was served. A government can fill detention facilities while at the same time still fail the very people it claims to protect.

ProPublica documented immigration agents smashing vehicle windows with children or pregnant women inside, injuries during arrests, and force used against people without known criminal records. Miller then publicly assured ICE officers that they had federal immunity in conducting their duties—an assurance that overstated their protection against prosecution for unlawful conduct. Demand more arrests, push enforcement into everyday life, and tell the officers they are protected: that combination should alarm anyone who believes government power requires restraint. Stephen Miller’s promotion rewards the direction he helped establish, and that’s not good at all.

Now his ‘wartime consigliere’ as Chief of Staff will help run the White House as an opposition Congress prepares to investigate Trump’s misdeeds. Congress has every right to demand records, question officials and expose misconduct. An election does not become illegitimate simply because the president dislikes the consequences. Oversight does not become persecution because it reaches his friends. The American government belongs to the American people, and Donald Trump’s personal grievances carry no authority to override that ownership. Christians who voted for him owe him the truth, including the truth about failure, broken promises and abuses committed under his administration. We can demand secure borders and demand humane treatment. We can insist on enforcing the law and insist that the people enforcing it obey it. Trump has chosen escalation after defeat. He owns that choice—and every American has the right to hold him accountable for what follows. One thing’s for sure. From now to at least 2028, you can expect America to be on a wartime footing.

Back in 2009, on the very day that NTEB was first launched, we warned you about the coming betrayal of America at the hands of our leaders. That betrayal was present and building during the 8 years of the Bush administration, it began to rapidly advance during the 8 years of Barack Hussein Obama, the open mockery of the 4 years of pretend president Joe Biden, finally reaching its stunning climax on Tuesday night. Donald Trump and the MAGA Movement has ushered in our most radical, most godless, the most idolatrous government ever.

We voted for Donald Trump in 2024 because we wanted him to keep his promises. We understood the man’s flaws, but we were hiring a president to deliver the specific agenda he promised us: no new wars, a prosperous economy, $2.00 gasoline, secure borders, and an America respected abroad. Then came the Iran war, a massive betrayal of his promise. Then came the tariffs and the kinetic economic disruption. Americans who voted for stability watched their president making decisions that were ushering in chaos and confusion. The consequences reached the gas pump, the grocery bill, with Republican candidates struggling to explain why voters should give their party more time. Trump owned those decisions. It was his name, his authority, his policies—and now his responsibility. You cannot campaign as the man who will fix everything and then demand immunity from blowback when your own decisions fail spectacularly.

And while Americans begged for relief, Trump only wanted to talk about war, golden statues, Reflecting Pools, bunker ballrooms, and lavish cavier and drag parties at Mar-a-Logo. What an extraordinary picture of misplaced priorities: a president celebrating the grandeur of his surroundings while the people who elected him worried about the cost of living. Republican advisers were hearing that frustration directly from voters, yet the renovation spectacle continued. Americans hired a president to improve their country, we did not hand him the country as a personal renovation project. Then came the reckoning.

This Democrat ‘blue trusnami’ only happened because Republicans, like me and my house, stayed home in record numbers. Why? Because someone had to stand up to Donald Trump, and call out his endless lies and distortions of the truth for what it really is. If you promise people no new wars, $2.00 gas and a Golden Age, you had better not deliver them war with Iran, $5.00 gas and a crushing economy. But stay with me, it goes a whole lot deeper than that as you’ll soon see. We’ve long told you that Donald Trump is God’s judgment upon America, unpopular yes, but here we are.

Donald Trump promised Americans peace abroad and financial relief at home. Instead, his administration entered a prolonged war with Iran while American households continued absorbing higher prices. By September, gasoline prices were 34.2% higher than a year earlier, and overall consumer prices were still climbing. His tariffs added costs for American businesses dependent on imported equipment and materials, prompting exemptions after farmers and producers complained about the damage. These decisions reach directly into people’s lives: the cost of driving to work, buying groceries, heating a home, and keeping a business operating. Families were entitled to expect the administration to explain those consequences and deliver relief. Telling people how successful the economy is becomes an insult when they are struggling to afford the necessities. Last night’s Democratic capture of Congress delivered a devastating political verdict on Republican governance. Donald Trump instructed people to “pretend I’m on the ballot”, they did, and last night’s stunning defeat is the result.
