President Donald Trump has vowed to hold Iran ‘fully responsible’ for an attack on the US embassy in Baghdad today, where hundreds of pro-Iran militia members stormed the compound in retaliation for American air strikes.
We have been telling you that 2020 is going to be a crazy, off-the-charts and explosive type of year, and as we sit here on the precipice of the new year, Iran is giving us an excellent preview of what we can expect in the coming months. Hundreds of pro-Iranian militia in Iraq today stormed the US Embassy in Baghdad as revenge for the recent US airstrikes after pro-Iranian militants killed an American contractor. Iran has been quietly ramping up their military, with help from Russia and China, and by all estimations war is predicted in the Middle East in 2020.
“And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.” Mark 13:7,8 (KJV)
I find it quite interesting that one day after historic war games between China, Russia and Iran conclude, that the US Embassy in Iraq is attacked and set on fire by Iran. So buckle up, people, make sure you’re prayed up and ready to fly, because 2020 is fixing to be a breakout year.
Donald Trump vows to hold Iran ‘fully responsible’ for attack on US embassy in Baghdad
FROM THE DAILY MAIL UK: American soldiers inside the embassy have fired tear gas, stun grenades and warning shots, wounding 20 of the hundreds of fighters who broke down the gate and set fires within the complex in the Iraqi capital.
The ambassador was on leave at the time of the attack and embassy staff had already been evacuated before the US marine guard became besieged behind the bullet-proof glass and on the rooftops.

President Trump has vowed to hold Tehran accountable for the embassy attack, which is in retaliation for US air strikes on the Iran-backed Kataeb Hezbollah on Sunday night. Those strikes a retaliation for last week’s killing of an American contractor at a US base in Kirkuk.
‘Iran killed an American contractor, wounding many. We strongly responded, and always will.’ Trump tweeted on Tuesday morning. ‘Now Iran is orchestrating an attack on the U.S. Embassy in Iraq. They will be held fully responsible. In addition, we expect Iraq to use its forces to protect the Embassy, and so notified!’
This morning, thousands had attended funerals for the fighters of the Iran-backed Kataeb Hezbollah before rushing through the heavily fortified Green Zone, burning US flags and heading towards the consulate.
US fighter jets bombarded three locations in Iraq on Sunday night, in retaliation for last week’s 36-rocket attack which killed an American contractor and injured several others at a base in Kirkuk, 170 miles north of Baghdad.
The US attack – the largest targeting an Iraqi state-sanctioned militia in recent years – and the calls for retaliation represent a new escalation in the proxy war between the US and Iran playing out in Iraq. READ MORE

When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. Even all the way to South Africa. We even restarted our weekly radio Bible study on Sunday nights again, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.
But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. If every one of the 13,131 people on our daily mailing list gave $4.50, we would reach our goal immediately. If every one of our 151,781 followers on Facebook gave $1.00 each, we would reach 300% of our goal. The same goes for our 14,500 followers on Twitter. But sadly, many will not give, so we need the ones who can and who will give to be generous. As generous as possible.
