Elon Musk has created a new company dedicated to artificial intelligence — and it’s called X.AI, as first reported by The Wall Street Journal.

Elon Musk for years has warned against the rise of AI, even going so far as to say that because of our dependence on mobile devices, we have already become transhuman. He famously said in an interview that AI was ‘releasing the demon’, and on many levels we say that to be largely true. Now Elon Musk throws his hat into the ring with the launch of X.AI, which no doubt will be tied to his implantable brain chip company Neuralink. One does wonder, however, if any of this or indeed all of this has any connection to his Baphomet Halloween costume with the upside-down Christian cross? Hmm, I wonder.

Back at the dawn of the 20th century, the world seemed to be filled with inventors creating things like the light bulb, the telephone, the automobile and the skyscraper, all things that made life better, faster, easier and more prosperous. But here in the opening quarter of the 21st century, everything is dark, mysterious and foreboding, ever wonder why that is? Tech company Apple makes, on a good day, one billion dollars give or take a few hundred thousand. One billion dollars per day! I am quite confident that Elon Musk and his X.AI company will be used to advance the end times timeline, and as he has said, to usher in the ‘release of the demons’.

Elon Musk founds new artificial intelligence company called X.AI

FROM THE VERGE: The company, which a Nevada filing indicates was incorporated last month, currently has Musk as its director and Jared Birchall, the director of Musk’s family office, listed as its secretary. The filing, which The Verge has also obtained, indicates that Musk incorporated the business on March 9th, 2023.

Rumors about Musk starting up an AI company have been floating around for days, with a report from Business Insider revealing that Musk had purchased thousands of graphic processing units (GPUs) to power an upcoming generative AI product. The Financial Times similarly reported that Musk planned to create an AI firm to compete with the Microsoft-backed OpenAI. Musk even reportedly sought funding from SpaceX and Tesla investors to get the company started.

During an interview on Twitter Spaces, when Musk was asked about all the GPUs he purchased, the billionaire made no mention of his plans to build an AI company, stating “it seems like everyone and their dog is buying GPUs at this point.” The purported X.AI name matches the branding of the X Corp. name he has since assigned to Twitter, along with the “X” label he’s applied to his vision of an “everything app.”

Musk has been openly opposed to OpenAI, the AI organization that he co-founded in 2015 but walked away from in 2018, and recently signed a letter calling for a pause on “giant AI experiments.” In recent months, OpenAI has become a hugely recognizable name on the backs of technology like ChatGPT and GPT-4 and is partially responsible for kicking off Microsoft and Google’s current push to integrate AI tools more deeply into many of its products. Elon Musk went full Satan this Halloween by wearing ‘The Devil’s Champion’ costume which featured an upside-down cross inside the head of Baphomet

Just in case you’re wondering whose side that Twitter owner Elon Musk is playing for, God or the Devil, he was considerate enough yesterday to clear up that burning issue. How did he do that? By donning a $7,500.00 Halloween costume called ‘The Devil’s Champion’ that features a satanic, upside-down Christian cross located in the head of Baphomet in the center of the breastplate.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that Elon Musk is a Satanist per se, but when you add it up, it sure does get close. I wonder if he will be wearing his ‘Devil’s Champion’ costume on the day his company Neuralink starts implanting microchips into people’s brains? Oh yeah, man, that’s what’s coming.

Elon Musk Turns into a Satanist For Halloween. Twitter is Not Happy

FROM NEWS18: Celebs took over social media platforms with their Halloween fits. The new CEO and owner of Twitter was not behind on the trend. Elon Musk shared two snaps of himself on Twitter. He went for a Satanist outfit this year. Tweeting a photo of himself with his mom Maye, the billionaire wrote, “Halloween with my Mom.” Elon is seen dressed in what looks like a superhero costume. But it has satanic symbols on his chest and arm bands.

Social media users took wild guesses at Elon Musk’s outfit. They thought it was a result of inspiration from both Marvel and DC Comic characters. But none seems to fit the bill. While they wait for the Tesla founder to quench their curiosity, some Twitter users quickly observed the Devil’s head on his costume.

Twitter’s board has accepted an offer from billionaire Elon Musk to buy the social media company and take it private, the company announced Monday.

Elon Musk is becoming something of a modern-day folk hero, what between flying rockets into space better than NASA, and launching cyber satellites more effectively than the Pentagon, to now buying Twitter because he wants “free speech ” for the world, you might be tempted to think he’s the best thing since sliced bread. As the old infomercials from the 1970’s used to say, “but wait…there’s more!”

How much more? Just remember that Elon Musk is also the same guy who wants to put a microchip into everyone’s brain with his company Neuralink. Everything that Elon Musk is touching right now is turning to rock, solid gold, but ask yourself this question. Since Musk is, by his own admission, not a born again Christian, who might it be that is blessing him with this astonishing level of wealth, power and influence? My guess would be it’s the one to whom the kingdoms of this world have been given. Now get ready for your Neuralink microchip brain implant, don’t worry, you’ll love it. No, not me, you. I choose Jesus.

Twitter accepts Elon Musk’s buyout deal

FROM CNBC: “Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated,” Musk said in a statement included in the press release announcing the $44 billion deal. “I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spam bots, and authenticating all humans. Twitter has tremendous potential – I look forward to working with the company and the community of users to unlock it.”

The cash deal at $54.20 per share is valued at around $44 billion, according to the press release. Twitter will become a private company once the deal is complete.

The announcement ends a weeks-long saga Musk kicked off when he disclosed a large stake in the company. Soon after, the company said he would join the board, only for Musk to reverse course on that plan several days later. Then, he offered to buy the company at $54.20 per share, his “best and final.” That offer valued Twitter at about $43 billion.

Assuming the deal closes and Musk takes ownership of Twitter, the company will be controlled by the world’s richest person and someone who’s been a heavy critic of the platform while using it in legally contentious ways, mostly through sensitive posts about his car manufacturer, Tesla. Though Musk has indicated that his primary interest in Twitter has to do with what he views as the company’s censorship of free speech, Musk critics are justifiably concerned that the billionaire’s control over the platform will result in the silencing of their voices and others with whom he may disagree.

Twitter’s board sought to fend off a hostile takeover by adopting a so-called poison pill, or shareholder rights agreement, that would allow other shareholders to buy the stock at a discount should Musk or another person or group acquire more than 15% of outstanding common stock. The plan would dilute that person’s holdings in a strategy commonly employed to prevent unwanted acquisitions. READ MORE
