Texas Student EXPELLED For Refusing To Wear RFID Chip Tracking ID Badge

RFID Chip Tracking Now Becoming Mandatory In Schools Across US

RELATED STORY: See how the MARK OF THE BEAST is a part of our everyday life…

After months of protesting a policy requiring high school students to wear an RFID-enabled ID badge around their necks at all times, Andrea Hernandez is being involuntarily withdrawn from John Jay High School in San Antonio effective November 26th, according to a letter sent by the district that has now been made public.

The letter, sent on November 13, informs her father that the Smart ID program, which was phased in with the new school year, is now in “full implementation” and requires all students to comply by wearing the location-tracking badges.

Since Andrea Hernandez has refused to wear the badge, she is being withdrawn from the magnet school and her program at the Science and Engineering Academy, and instead will have to attend William Howard Taft HS, which is not currently involved in the ID scheme, unless she changes her position.

Civil liberties lawyers at the Rutherford Institute told said that they are in the process of filing a temporary restraining order petition to prevent the school from kicking Hernandez out until further appeals can be made to resolve the matter. Representatives for John Jay did not return calls for comment by the time of publishing.

Andrea, backed by her family, has claimed the policy violates her religious beliefs and unduly infringes on her privacy. The controversial ID badge includes the photo and name of each student, a bar code tied to the student’s social security number, as well as an RFID chip which pinpoints the exact location of the individual student, including after hours and when the student leaves campus.

The battle over the IDs has been an ongoing saga. The Hernandez family has previously attended several school board meetings, organized protests and filed formal grievances with the district over the matter, and has been backed by numerous civil rights advocates.

In response to public outcry and pressure from rights groups, the school has offered to remove the battery and chip, but wouldn’t budge on mandating the ID. Their offer would also require the Hernandez family to end their criticism and agree to comply with and even tout the policy, something Andrea’s father Steve Hernandez finds unacceptable.

Steve Hernandez stated, “[A]s part of the accommodation my daughter and I would have to agree to stop criticizing the program and publicly support … it. I told [the Deputy Superintendent] that was unacceptable because it would imply an endorsement of the district’s policy and my daughter and I should not have to give up our constitutional rights to speak out against a program that we feel is wrong.”

Andrea has instead agreed to carry her original ID card, which was issued when she began at the school, and was told would be valid for her entire four years there.

But she has already been effectively punished for her non-compliance. She was not allowed to vote for Homecoming King & Queen because she didn’t have the proper identification, and has also been barred from some school functions. The school originally threatened to suspend, fine, or involuntarily transfer students who wouldn’t wear the ID once the program was fully instituted.

Deputy Superintendent Ray Galindo vowed in October that the consequences would be worse if Andrea did not change her mind: “I urge you to accept this solution so that your child’s instructional program will not be affected. As we discussed, there will be consequences for refusal to wear an ID card as we begin to move forward with full implementation,” Galindo wrote.

Hernandez’ case first made news back in August, when the school tried to impose the new technology at the start of the school year. John Jay HS, along with other participating schools, stands to receive $2 million dollars in state funding for a program supposedly instituted to reduce tardiness and truancy. However, Hernandez and other students only qualified for the magnet school by having good attendance, grades and test scores in the first place. source – InfoWars

It does seem a fair offer that she only wear the card with the battery and chip removed. I’ve homeschooled my guys up to high school, where they are now dual enrolled. Unfortunately, we live in a time where being quickly able to identify who is a student or not is a necessity. So, I do see the logic behind an id (similar to drivers license).( I also believe we should that we should have to produce them to vote! That’s another issue…) If the parents want to remove her that’s completely within their rights, maybe she’d even be better off in the long run. But, the removal of tracking systems does seem like a fair compromise.

    Land of the Free,
    What happened to thee,
    Did you go to Sea,
    Or just go pee??

    People talking, at the top,
Say, all this freedom has to stop,
Cause, if it don’t they’ll call a cop,
Jail the criminal, and feed them slop.

Forcing a person to be subjugated,
    Is Slavery, however it’s stated,
Safety in the ‘chip,’ is over-rated,
No one wants to be, easily castigated.

  3. TJ2000 says:

At least the school offered to remove the chip and battery. It would be no different than having an I.D badge.
As a parent I would have my child leave the stupid badge in their locker when they come home.
I don’t agree or really disagree but I will bet you if the daughter has a cell phone someone is watching her movements.

    Just my $.002

I live in San Antonio and just last week I saw a school district police officer give a ticket to a youth for not wearing his ID while walking to school so I doubt leaving it in a locker would work. It was a great teaching moment for my kids (who I home school) about the restrictions governments impose on their citizens. I didn’t realize at the time that they had RFID chips in the ID. If you buy a cell phone you are agreeing to be monitored but a government forcing you to carry a monitoring device is something altogether different.

What kind of education do you really receive in a place that is this resistant to individual thought? I agree with the student and her father completely. It is completely wrong to bully people the way schools do. After wearing a “harmless” RFID badge, how likely would it be that you would accept the “convenience” of having it implanted and recommending others do the same? Isn’t it rich irony that they can get away with this but can’t demand ID be shown in order to vote?

  6. Jimmy says:

It’s not the mark if the beast. Just a type picture
It also means that it’s almost time to fly!!

    • Arley says:

Jimmy, it is not us, I’m concerned about, but those ‘Left Behind.’ If they are not warned about what the chip possibilities are, in regards to their eternity, many might be lost to God, simply because they didn’t know.
Conning a person into condemnation is so easy, once they’ve opened the door of acceptability, so the mind doesn’t, later, reject implantation …. etc…
      Today’s mosquito-bite may be tomorrow’s Malaria.

  7. Jason says:

The real problem is the bigger picture. This RFID chip will become more and more common. They start using it on kids, so they become more used to it as they get older. If you haven’t heard, certain people in the U.S. gov’t have been trying to get it passed as law where every citizen in the united stated will have a chip put on them. As in under their skin. This is not a rumor, it is a fact. They actually tried to get it put into Obamacare, but Obama shot it down. It was also tried before, I think in Reagan’s years, but was shot down then too.

  8. San Antonio and Texas in general are becoming more socialist everyday. What happened to the Republic of Texas that was independant and God fearing! I hate what this state has become…..never thought it would fall in line with The United Socialis of Amerika.

  9. Deanna says:

This badge, battery in it or not- what happens if it gets lost or stolen- your info is then in someone elses hands- thus have an embedded chip, can’t get lost if on your hand – unless you loose that hand and etc., and etc! What ever happened to ones privacy and rights?

  10. Rob says:

I’m sure as soon as one child comes up missing because they weren’t wearing the ID badge all will complain. You can’t have it both ways. Wear the badge or go to a school that doesn’t require it.

  11. Nathan's. says:

this is also a security feature. it help prevent random people from walking into the school and shooting students. look at platte canyon high school in Bailey co. some drifted walked in to the school and killed a girl. a system like this would have stopped him. you don’t want tracked outside of school wrap it in copper mesh or leave it at home.

  12. Gail Webster says:

COME LORD JESUS COME, SHALOM .WARRIORS.

  13. Gail Webster says:

IF SOME-ONE WANTS TO KILL SOME-ONE THEY WILL FIND AWAY TO DO IT, TRAKING SYSTEM IS ONE STEP CLOSER TO- REV CH 13- THIS WORLD SYSTEM IS TO CONTROL ALL PEOPLE. IN EVERY DAY LIFE. BUT THEY ALWAYS GIVE A GOOD REASON WAY THEY DO IT, ITS IS TOO CONTROL PEOPLE. (FULL STOP) AND SOME OF THE REASONS THEY GIVE IS A LOT OF BULL. WE ARE IN A WORLD SYSTEM, WHERE PEOPLE ARE IN CONTROL OF OUR LIVES. IT IS TO CONTROL THE CHRISTIAN. SHALOM. READ THE BOOK OF DANIEL.

  14. Gail Webster says:

P.S. ALL PRIVACY IS GONE. SHALOM.

  15. The world government has started the chip inplant in the poorest of the poor in Indian villages, the promotion is “receive the id chip and you rill receive free medical and food”. Hundreds upon hundreds rushed to receive the chip becuase of the free medical and free food. Soon this part of the world, without the id chip we won’t have health care, no job, no income and many will rush to receive. Therefore it is TIME to teach Christian and/or anyone who will listen NOT TO RECEIVE, otherwise those who received will be forever room-mate with the evil one, “half crakced head”.

  16. Tech Dude says:

    THIS ARTICLE IS LYING!

RFID can’t be tracked without a reader and as such it is IMPOSSIBLE for the school to track students outside of school grounds!

Anybody with an ounce of tech knowledge would know this.

  17. cheree says:

Yes (in my opinion) the RFID is the mark, and yes we will be punished if we say no to it, that’s the reality.

  18. Lynda says:

It is so easy to JUSTIFY why this is GOOD you have been CONDITIONED to except the LOSS OF YOUR RIGHTS as GOOD!!! GOOD SHEEPLE stand before the fire squad now…….I have NO PROLBEM with the ID card I have a problem with the TRACKING device!! The school has NO RIGHTS to track our children!!! But you start with the children. Condition them young so as adults they won’t question what you do to them…. ASK HITLER how well this worked for him!!!! They are NOT teaching our kids they are Indoctrinating our kids to the Socialist mentality!!! WAKE UP Because they are stealing our rights little by little and Oh Its ok that sounds good…. That makes sense… Then one morning we wake up and guess what!!! FREEDOM IS GONE Our way of life GONE!!! Wake up and fight for what is RIGHT not what they SAY IS RIGHT or what they tell you next may very well be TAKE A DEEP breath, (it will Kill you quicker) Cause if you don’t think as they think, you are the problem and they are the solution!!!

  19. david says:

Since the knowledge of superluminal transportation was passed on to those of evil intent, they have now used their stolen resources to develope and use hyperspace communications along with it.. You certainly don’t need any head gear, that’s long out of date. By hyperspace I mean now, if you want to know the last words spoken by Julius Ceasar, you can find out. They can also read your thoughts. Think something they don’t like ? Then to deterr this you can find yourself being the reveiver of molecular spin resonance effecting your emotional state. Think they need to chip you to know where you are? not exactly. Ever heard of “smart dust” ? mixed in with the multitude of cancer causing fungus in the chemtrails, are billions of tiny nano computers to provide complete situtational awareness. Although more expensive, you can be watched from satelites too. They can read what time your watch says from space. The chip is used to prevent you from doing any business in buying or selling. It also means you will end up in oblivion after judgement. There is no forgiveness for taking the mark.

  20. Chris says:

I wonder how the school teaches the holocaust, or if they read 1984. The RIFD doesn’t need to be tracked out side of school, because they are trying to get kids used to the idea of being watched, until it is time to release to the world the mark of the beast. I am proud she is standing up for her beliefs.

  21. Msgtdubb says:

I went to HS, during the 50′s and we were all issued student body id cards which had to be shown when asked to do so by faculty. The cards were kept in our wallets or purses, which is the right thing to do. If the people in the affected school district are unhappy with the demands of the school board, simply recall them and fire them, assuming they are elected positions.
