Since it is the oxidized form of LDL cholesterol that initiates damage to blood vessel walls, reducing levels of oxidizing free radicals in the bloodstream can have a profound effect on preventing cardiovascular disease. Garlic’s vitamin B6 helps prevent heart disease via another mechanism: lowering levels of homocysteine. An intermediate product of an important cellular biochemical process called the methylation cycle, homocysteine can directly damage blood vessel walls. The selenium in garlic can become an important part of our body’s antioxidant system. A cofactor of glutathione peroxidase(one of the body’s most important internally produced antioxidant enzymes), selenium also works with vitamin E in a number of vital antioxidant systems. Garlic is rich not only in selenium, but also in another trace mineral, manganese, which also functions as a cofactor in a number of other important antioxidant defense enzymes, for example, superoxide dismutase. Studies have found that in adults deficient in manganese, the level of HDL (the “good form” of cholesterol) is decreased.
- Anti-Inflammatory Benefits: Our cardiovascular system is not the only body system that may be able to benefit from garlic’s anti-inflammatory properties. There’s preliminary evidence (mostly from animal studies, and mostly based on garlic extracts rather than whole food garlic) that our our musculoskeletal system and respiratory system can also benefit from anti-inflammatory compounds in garlic. Both the diallyl sulfide (DAS) and thiacremonone in garlic have been shown to have anti-arthritic properties. And in the case of allergic airway inflammation, aged garlic extract has been show to improve inflammatory conditions (once again in animal studies).
- Cholesterol Levels: Most of the research on garlic and our cardiovascular system has been conducted on garlic powder, garlic oil, or aged garlic extracts rather than garlic in food form. But despite this research limitation, food studies on garlic show this allium vegetable to have important cardioprotective properties. Garlic is clearly able to lower our blood triglycerides and total cholesterol, even though this reduction can be moderate (5-15%). In addition to the ability of garlic to help prevent our blood vessels from becoming blocked, this allium vegetable may also be able to help prevent clots from forming inside of our blood vessels. This cardiovascular protection has been linked to one particular disulfide in garlic called ajoene. Ajoene has repeatedly been shown to have anti-clotting properties. It can help prevent certain cells in our blood (called platelets) from becoming too sticky, and by keeping this stickiness in check, it lowers the risk of our platelets clumping together and forming a clot.
- Antibacterial and Antiviral Benefits: From a medical history standpoint, the antibacterial and antiviral properties of garlic are perhaps its most legendary feature. This allium vegetable and its constituents have been studied not only for their benefits in controlling infection by bacteria and viruses, but also infection from other microbes including yeasts/fungi and worms. (One particular disulfide in garlic, called ajoene, has been successfully used to help prevent infections with the yeast Candida albicans.) Very recent research has shown the ability of crushed fresh garlic to help prevent infection by the bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa in burn patients. Also of special interest has been the ability of garlic to help in the treatment of bacterial infections that are difficult to treat due to the presence of bacteria that have become resistant to prescription antibiotics. However, most of the research on garlic as an antibiotic has involved fresh garlic extracts or powdered garlic products rather than fresh garlic in whole food form.Overgrowth of the bacterium Helicobacter pylori in the stomach—a key risk factor for stomach ulcer—has been another key area of interest for researchers wanting to explore garlic’s antibacterial benefits. Results in this area, however, have been mixed and inconclusive. While garlic may not be able to alter the course of infection itself, there may still be health benefits from garlic in helping to regulate the body’s response to that infection.
- Cancer Prevention:A high intake of garlic (roughly translated as daily intake of this food) has been found to lower risk of virtually all cancer types except cancer of the prostate and breast cancer. However, moderate intake of garlic (roughly translated as several times per week) has been repeatedly found to lower risk of only two cancer types—colorectal and renal cancer. This difference between “high” versus “moderate” garlic intake may be a real difference that suggests we all need to eat more garlic if we want to maximize its cancer-related benefits. Or it may be a difference that is more related to research complications involving the options given to research participants when reporting their food intake. Today we bring you the story of Amanda McCurry, a beloved third grade teacher, who dutifully did as her government demanded, and paid for it with her life. She died suddenly.

Back in 2021, Fox News 54 reported that “Decatur City Schools is mourning the loss of a beloved teacher. Amanda McCurry was a longtime third-grade teacher at Oak Park Elementary School, as well as an AHSAA volleyball official. Mrs. McCurry was honored by WZDX as a Valley’s Top Teacher in 2019. Staff and students had nothing but nice things to say about her” She was loved by students and her peers alike, and put everything she had in to the job she had as a school teacher.

But Amanda was an early adopter of the COVID vaccine, as we see by her Facebook timeline which is still up. Let’s take a walk through her timeline to see if we can put the pieces together.
- March 23rd: Mrs. McCurry posted a link to a promotion offered by Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for a FREE glazed doughnut after you show them your COVID vaccination card. She had just gotten hers.
- July 30th: she posted this: ” I have been having some heart issues since April. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure because my ejection fraction (pumping) of my heart was found to be 25%, it’s supposed to be between 55-60%. I had no blockages when they did the heart cath.” She went from no health issues to a 25% heart pumping percentage in mere weeks after receiving the government COVID injection. Coincidence? You tell me.
- September 3rd: she posted “Bring on the vaccine mandates, support America!!”
- September 8th: Amanda posted a link to an article regarding mandatory COVID vaccine requirements that said in part “There will be new components that sure, will of course impact people across the country, but we’re also all working together to get the virus under control, to return to our normal lives,” she added. When asked if the new steps will affect Americans’ lives, Psaki said, “it depends on if you’re vaccinated or not.”
- September 17th: beloved teacher and COVID vaccine advocate would be dead.
I personally know people who died this way, and people who didn’t die but became seriously injured by the vaccine. Our hearts go out to the McCurry family, and we hope this article serves as a warning that you cannot trust your government when they tell you a hastily-produced ‘vaccine’ that’s rushed through with hardly any concern or consideration for safety is the only thing that will save you. This was the greatest hoax in modern-day history, it was done purposefully and with malice aforethought. Just be ready when they try it again, because they absolutely will.

Anti-Israel protesters armed with flares marched toward NYPD headquarters late Monday night after the number of students arrested at NYU reportedly rose to over 150.

Lest you think I am using hyperbole, last night in New York City, hundreds of rioters chanting “Gaza, Gaza!!” and “Zionists Must Go!!” as they stormed the local universities as well as New York Police Headquarters, demanding the end of Israel and the extermination of the Jews from the Middle East. Suddenly, it’s 1933 all over again. Time to pick a side, Christian. I stand with the Zionists.

Anti-Israel protesters carry flares to march on NYPD HQ after over 150 arrested at NYU
FROM THE NY POST: Videos of Monday night’s protests show demonstrators holding bright flares over their heads while marching toward One Police Plaza while others waved flags, banged drums and chanted “Gaza.”
Other clips show NYPD officers in riot gear monitoring protesters who chant “We will free Palestine, within our lifetime.”
By late Monday, more than 150 protesters had been arrested as the NYU camp was broken up, sources told PIX 11. The NYPD could not confirm that number early Tuesday. A spokesperson for NYU said “disorderly, disruptive and antagonizing” protesters packed Gould Plaza, prompting the university to send the NYPD a written request for them to intervene. Protesters were demanding NYU divest from weapons manufacturers and end the school’s relationship with Tel Aviv University. Some staff at the downtown university were also seen joining the rally.

Videos shared online allegedly show dozens of NYU faculty members linking arms to try and prevent the NYPD from moving in on the student’s encampment. On Sunday, a prominent rabbi at the school urged Columbia and Barnard students to stay home — and university officials told them they could take classes online.

Social Media Erupts With Stories Of A Red Heifer Being Sacrificed In Israel For Passover, Will It Actually Happen? No, And Here’s Why It Won’t.
Christians all across social media are buzzing about the possibility of a red heifer being sacrificed in Jerusalem for Passover, sorry to disappoint them
There is a group in Christianity today, I will call them a fringe group from a doctrinal perspective, and they are advocating for the building of a Third Temple in Israel, on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Not only that, but they seem intent on the sacrifice of a red heifer to kickstart the whole process. There are many problems associated with all this, and we will briefly touch on each one of them.
“And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke:” Numbers 19:1,2 (KJB)
First of all, there is no Temple in Israel, and not only that, there is no commandment for the Jews to build one right now. In order for that to take place, God would have to be speaking afresh through one of His prophets, giving instruction on exactly what to do and how to do it. In the Old Testament, we see God speaking to people like Moses, David, Solomon, Daniel and Ezekiel about the creation of a Temple of some kind. We clearly see when the first one is built, when that one is rebuilt, how it falls into Roman hands under Herod, and then disappears altogether in 70 AD..
“Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 (KJB)
Will there be a rebuilt Temple in the time of Jacob’s trouble? Yes, and it will be the Temple of and for Antichrist. It is called the “temple of God” but only because Antichrist is pretending to be God and is received as such by the Jews in that time period after the Rapture of the Church takes place. So that takes care of the Temple problem, now the red heifer.
You can sacrifice a red heifer all you like, and nothing will happen, even if you somehow are able to to it on the Temple Mount. Why? Because there is no commandment from God to do that in the Church Age. Zero. The best you could do would be a tragic cartoonish recreation, like when the Charismatics pretend they have the apostolic signs and go around claiming they’re performing miracles when they clearly are not. Now, sacrificing a red heifer on the Temple Mount might start a war between the Jews and the Palestinians, but it won’t advance the prophetic timeline one second. Today, police arrested 21 worshippers on the suspicion of planning to sacrifice a Passover offering in the Jerusalem area. The legal center of the Honenu organization was notified of eight arrests since Monday morning on suspicion of planning to sacrifice a Passover offering. Like I said, it’s not going to happen.

As Christians, we are not waiting for a Temple to be built, we already have one. As Christians, we have no need to sacrifice any animal as we have a better High Priest with a better sacrifice. Himself. The Jewish people will be the focus after we leave, but for now, for Passover 2024, it is still the Church Age and salvation is only in Jesus Christ. The Bible is very specific about conditions that need to be met in order for things like the building of a Temple and the sacrificing of a red heifer to take place, and those conditions do not exist at the moment. The only thing that sacrificing a red heifer now would do would be to get you arrested and put in jail. It won’t usher in the end times because doctrine matters.
