Dr. Chuck Baldwin
Chuck Baldwin is Founder-Pastor of the Crossroads Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida. In 1985, the church was recognized by President Ronald Reagan for its unusual growth and influence.
Dr. Baldwin is the host of a lively, hard-hitting radio talk show called, "Chuck Baldwin Live." This is a daily, one hour long call-in show in which Dr. Baldwin addresses current event topics from a conservative Christian point of view. This program, which has been on the air for nearly seven years now, has been highly successful in helping to elect conservatives to local, state and national offices. "Chuck Baldwin Live" is regarded as perhaps the most influential voice in the Florida Panhandle for conservative, Christian principles.
Thousands of concerned citizens are being informed and inspired to social and political activism as a direct result of this radio talk show. Chuck's guest list reads like a "Who's Who" from both the local and national scene.
The program made its national debut in early May
2001 on the Genesis Communications Network.

¶ America's Bread And Circus Society
By Chuck Baldwin • June 8, 2010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Roman poet Juvenal (circa 100 A.D.) wrote regarding the way latter-day Roman emperors retained power and control over the masses that were seemingly more than happy to obsess themselves with trivialities and self-indulgences while their once-great-and-powerful empire collapsed before their very eyes. He wrote:
"Already long ago, from when we sold our vote to no man, the People have abdicated our duties; for the People who once upon a time handed out military command, high civil office, legions--everything, now restrains itself and anxiously hopes for just two things: bread and circuses." ¶ A Nation Of Truth-Rejecters
By Chuck Baldwin • January 6, 2011
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A bedrock principle of Natural Law (the Law upon which Western Civilization rests) is the primacy of truth. Without a desire for, and appreciation of, truth, society cannot sustain itself. Lies, deceit, duplicity, etc., are more than moral evils; they are the bane of freedom and liberty. Take away truth, and one is left without honor, justice, or decency. Truth is the cement that holds the bricks and stones of a sane and civilized society together. Remove the former and the latter will crumble. Click here to read article.... |

¶ America Is In A Societal Meltdown
By Chuck Baldwin • July 9, 2010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." So said Founding Father and America's second President John Adams. And he was absolutely right. And that is what is absolutely wrong with our country today: America is
in a complete moral, societal, and cultural meltdown. Click here to read article.... |

¶ The Birth Of Christ And The Birth Of America Are Linked
By Chuck Baldwin • December 25, 2010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As we approach the celebration of Christ's birth,I am reminded of the words of John Quincy Adams. On July 4, 1837, he spoke these words: "Why is it that, next to the birthday of the Savior of the world, your most joyous and most venerated festival returns on this day?... Is it not that, in the chain of human events, the birthday of the nation is indissolubly linked with the birthday of the Savior? That it forms a leading event in the progress of the Gospel dispensation? Click here to read article.... |

¶ Breakup Of United States Is Now Inevitable
By Chuck Baldwin • May 19, 2010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
People all over America are discussing freedom's future. In short, they are worried. In fact, many are actually talking about State secession. In coffee shops and cafes, and around dining room tables, millions of people are speaking favorably of states breaking away from the union. Not since the turn of the twentieth century have this many people thought (and spoken) this favorably about the prospect of a State (or group
of states) exiting the union. Click here to read article.... |

¶ An Imperial Presidency In The Making?
By Chuck Baldwin • April 1, 2010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yesterday, The Wall Street Journal carried a story entitled "Obama Steps Up Confrontation." It said in part, "On Thursday, the president challenged Republicans who planned to campaign on repealing his health-care bill with, 'Go for it.' Two days later, he made 15 senior appointments without Senate consent, including a union lawyer whose nomination had been blocked by a filibuster. Click here to read article....

¶ It's A Madhouse Out There!
By Chuck Baldwin • January 12, 2010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think we need to face it: 2010 is more than a new year; it is also part of a new era in which all vestiges of normalcy and common sense have been left behind. In other words, it is a madhouse out there. Let me give you some examples of what I'm talking about. Click here to read article....

¶ Is Obama Really Preparing for Civil War?
By Chuck Baldwin • January 5, 2010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
According to an obscure report in the European Union Times, "Russian Military Analysts are reporting to Prime Minister Putin that US President Barack Obama has issued an order to his Northern Command's (USNORTHCOM) top leader, US Air Force General Gene Renuart, to 'begin immediately' increasing his military forces to 1 million troops by January 30, 2010, in what these reports warn is an expected outbreak of civil war within the United States before the end of winter. ¶ A Rudderless Ship Of State
By Chuck Baldwin • January 29, 2010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In Patrick Henry's immortal "Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death" speech, he said, "[I]t is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth." Never have Henry's words been truer than they are today. For too long, good men have turned a blind eye to the obvious reality that America's Ship of State has swerved significantly off course. ¶ Will Liberty Continue To Have A Home In America?
By Chuck Baldwin • September 22, 2010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Only the most willingly ignorant people (most of whom are educated beyond their intelligence, as my dad used to say) would argue with the fact that the generation who founded this great country believed that God had providentially established and protected what became known as the United States of America. The public sentiments in this regard are irrefutable. Click here to read article.... |
