If we ever forget what happened on 9/11, we deserve to be attacked again
How well I remember where I was on the
day that we were attacked by Muslim
terrorists. I was working as Creative
Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb in NJ.
The news came over the radio that the
second tower was hit, and it was like
death itself had settled on the building.
I didn't know where I was going, but I
knew I had to get in my car and go some
where...do some thing. I walked down
the hall to the steps, when the elevator
I looked and saw a high-ranking BMS
executive slumped on the floor, unaware
that anyone was watching her. And she
softly mumbled, over and over "the
first tower just fell." Her words were like
a slap to my senses, I was unable to
completely take in what she had just said. How could that be, I wondered,
they just completely collapsed?
But that was indeed the case. First one
tower fell, then the other. How well I
can recall the righteous collective searing
outrage that all Americans had that day
and for a long time after. This was Pearl
Harbor for our generation. True, we
were not attacked by a country, but
rather an ideology. Islamic, Muslim, hate-
filled terrorists had attacked and killed
on US soil, in the name of their god, and
in the name of their religion. Islam.
So how can it be, that not even a decade
later the Jewish mayor of New York City
would allow a shirne erected on the very ground of the attacks, that pays homage to the religion that inspired the attacks?
It proves that having the ability to make
billions of dollars doesn't guarantee that you have a heart, soul or conscience. Mayor Bloomberg, you should be ashamed for allowing this travesty.

Ground Zero Mosque Builders Apply For $5MIL Grant From 9/11 Fund Creeping Sharia Is Getting Worse
The so-called Ground Zero mosque recently applied for a $5 million federal grant from a fund designed to rebuild lower Manhattan after 9/11. Developers of the controversial Park51 Islamic community center and mosque located two blocks from Ground Zero earlier this month applied for roughly $5 million in federal grant money set aside for the redevelopment of lower Manhattan after the attacks of September 11th, according to two sources with direct knowledge of the matter. The audacious move stands to reignite the embers of a divisive debate that dominated headlines surrounding the ninth anniversary of the attacks this fall, say people vested in the issue. The application was submitted under a "community and cultural enhancement" grant program administered by the Lower Manhattan Redevelopment Corporation (LMDC), which oversaw the $20 billion in federal aid allocated in the wake of 9/11 and is currently doling out millions in remaining taxpayer funds for community development. The redevelopment board declined to comment on the application (as did officials from Park51), citing the still ongoing and confidential process of determining the grant winners. While news of the application has not previously been made public, developer Sharif El-Gamal outlined it in closed-door meetings, according to two individuals he spoke with directly. The thirtysomething, Brooklyn-born El-Gamal is motivated more by real estate ambition--one of these sources describes him as aspiring to be the next Donald Trump--than Islamic theology or ideology." source - Daily Beast
On foreign soil. LAS VEGAS - U.S. Senate candidate Sharron Angle told a crowd of supporters that the country needs to address a "militant terrorist situation" that has allowed Islamic religious law to take hold in some American cities. "My thoughts are these, first of all, Dearborn, Michigan, and Frankford, Texas are on American soil, and under constitutional law. Not Sharia law. And I don't know how that happened in the United States," she said. "It seems to me there is something fundamentally wrong with allowing a foreign system of law to even take hold in any municipality or government situation in our United States." source - Yahoo News
The ultimate insult. Could there be anything more insulting to the memories of the lives lost at Ground Zero than to put a mosque over the site where they were murdered? Well, as it turns out, yes, there is something more insulting than that...something far more insulting. How about having the families of the victims, and thousands more pay for the mosque at Ground Zero?
"(Reuters) - The Muslim center planned near the site of the World Trade Center attack could qualify for tax-free financing, a spokesman for City Comptroller John Liu said on Friday, and Liu is willing to consider approving the public subsidy. The Democratic comptroller's spokesman, Scott Sieber, said Liu supported the project. The center has sparked an intense debate over U.S. religious freedoms and the sanctity of the Trade Center site, where nearly 3,000 perished in the September 11, 2001 attack. "If it turns out to be financially feasible and if they can demonstrate an ability to pay off the bonds and comply with the laws concerning tax-exempt financing, we'd certainly consider it," Sieber told Reuters. Daisy Khan spits in face of 9/11 victims families. "The defiant wife of the cleric behind the planned mosque near Ground Zero vowed yesterday to go ahead with the project - calling it a "history-making moment" in the fight against "Islamophobia." Daisy Khan, who founded the project along with her husband, Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, said the increasing opposition - which she blamed on Republicans - has only caused organizers to become more committed.
Daisy Kahn sees this as a "defining moment" for Islam, and on that point she is quite correct
"There is too much at stake, constitutional rights, the development of the Muslims here, how the world is watching the United States. We tell people America upholds religious freedom. We should not compromise those values," she said in an interview with The Washington Post. The furor surrounding the planned mosque and Islamic cultural center two blocks from Ground Zero has "only strengthened our supporters. None of them have caved. They are circling the wagons around us. They know they could be next." "We have too important a moment to back down. Franklin Graham boldly speaks the truth. "It's hypocrisy. It's mockery. It's mocking the 3,000 Americans who died just around the corner, who were killed by Islamists in the name of Islam. There was not one Islamic cleric who oversees outside the U.S. who condemned [the 9/11 attacks]. If this had been a Catholic saying his Hail Mary's flying into the World Trade Center, the Pope would have been on television that night denouncing it.
The lack of universal condemnation by the Islamic world, their silence, shows their support of this. President Bush and President Obama made great mistakes when they said that Islam is a peaceful religion. It is not. There is no evidence in its history. It's a religion of hatred. It's a religion of war." source - Time

As-Salamu Alaykum. President Obama's support for the American people Muslims grows with each passing day, Islam has found it's champion. As our President celebrated Ramadan in the White House, he found time to issue his demand that the mosque at Ground Zero be built. But the families of the 9/11 victims are not taking it well. In fact, they freaked out.
Signs of the times telling the truth about the real nature and intent of Islam.
"President Barack Obama on Saturday sought to defuse the controversy over his remarks on plans to build a mosque near Ground Zero, insisting that he wasn't endorsing the specific project but making a general plea for religious tolerance toward all. 'In this country we treat everybody equally and in accordance with the law, regardless of race, regardless of religion,' Obama told reporters Saturday when asked about his remarks at a White House dinner marking the start of Ramadan.
His comments Friday night were widely interpreted as an endorsement of plans to build a mosque a few blocks away from where nearly 3,000 Americans perished at the hands of Islamic terrorists on 9/11 - an interpretation the White House hadn't disputed, up until Obama's comments in Florida. Already, though, Obama's comments on the Ground Zero mosque have transformed an emotion-laden local dispute in New York into a nationwide debate overnight, setting nervous Democrats on edge and creating potentially dramatic political implications in the upcoming midterm elections.
How close is the proposed mosque? Look at Ground Zero and then look at the red square to the right. That's how close it
is in this aerial photo taken in August 2010
John Boehner (R-Ohio) issued a statement, saying, "The decision to build this mosque so close to the site of Ground Zero is deeply troubling, as is the president's decision to endorse it,' Boehner said. "The American people certainly don't support it. We can never forget that terrible day, and the heroes who lost their lives - often in the hope that others might live. We honor their memory and their sacrifice, always." source - Politico
Obama backtracks over Ground Zero mosque after furious 9/11 families label him 'insensitive and uncaring'
Barack Obama has backtracked over his support for plans to build a mosque near Ground Zero. The U.S. President was hit by a furious backlash from victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks after he backed the highly controversial plans in a speech on Friday. The proposed site for the 13-storey building is close to where almost 3,000 people died nine years ago after Muslim hijackers flew two jet airliners into the World Trade Center.
Mr Obama expressed his support for the mosque, which will replace a building damaged by the attacks, at a White House meal celebrating Ramadan. In his speech on Friday, Mr Obama said: 'Let me be clear: As a citizen and as President I believe that Muslims have the same right to practise their religion as everyone else in this country. 'That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community centre on private property in Lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances. This is America, and our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakable.' But the next day he insisted he had not been commenting on the 'wisdom' of placing a mosque in such a symbolic place. Challenged about his comments during a family trip to Florida at the weekend, the President said: 'I was not commenting and I will not comment on the wisdom of making a decision to put a mosque there." source- Daily Mail UK
Go Sarah! The comments made above by Obama ring out in stark contrast to those made by Sarah Palin a few weeks ago at Ground Zero. Sarah Palin plunged into the raging debate over a proposed Islamic community center and mosque two blocks from Ground Zero in lower Manhattan, saying in series of posts on Twitter that the project should not be built. "Peace-seeking Muslims, pls understand. Ground Zero mosque is UNNECESSARY provocation; it stabs hearts. Pls reject it in the interest of healing," the former Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential candidate tweeted on Sunday. In another message, she wrote, "Peaceful New Yorkers, pls refute the Ground Zero mosque plan if you believe catastrophic pain caused @ Twin Towers site is too raw, too real." source - ABC News
Sarah Palin has more guts, more honesty, than any 10 politicians in Washington combined.
I first saw this story on Atlas Shrugs.com, and I was almost unable to process it as I read and then read the headline. Can this be...how can this be...? In my mind I began to have flashbacks of the two planes slamming into the towers, and huge fireballs of explosions arching skyward. A mosque at Ground Zero would be like putting a Nazi banner up at the National Holocaust Museum. Have we as a nation, just 8 short years removed from the greatest attack on American soil, in such politically-correct denial that we have lost our collective minds?
Did I miss all the stories about Muslims showing an outpouring of regret for what happened on 9/11? Did it somehow miss my notice all the weeping and tears that were shed by leaders of Islamic nations, begging for forgiveness for what had happened? I guess I did, but I have no memory or recollection of that happening.
However, I did see this in the aftermath of 9/11...
Palestinians dancing in the street, celebrating the attacks on 9/11
That's what I saw after we were attacked, the jubilant expressions on the faces of Muslims all over the world. The cowards that planned and carried out the attacks, Muslim terrorists, did what they did in the name of their "god", and in the name of Islam. And now the Jewish mayor of New York City is allowing this to happen? There can only be one logical, rational, acceptable answer for how on earth this could be - money.
Mayor Bloomberg, you betray Americans and you especially betray Jews by allowing this sacrilege to take place at the spot where Muslims killed Americans in the name of Islam. The Muslims are gearing up for another attack, but this time it will be many times more deadly than 9/11, because we will
have allowed them to build and establish strongholds deep within the very fabric of our society.
Email Mayor Bloomberg and let him know how you feel about a mosque at Ground Zero!
Send and email to Mayor Bloomberg by clicking here and let him know how you feel about a Muslim
shrine at the site of Ground Zero. The Mayor recently sent this response back:
"Dear Friend: Thank you for writing to share your thoughts and concerns about the proposed mosque and Islamic cultural center to be built at Park Place and Broadway in Lower Manhattan, several blocks north of the World Trade Center site. Our Administration strongly supports the right of faith groups to open houses of worship, or community centers, in whatever location they choose, provided it complies with all applicable laws.
It will be called the Cordoba House Mosque, built right next to Ground Zero, and will open on September 11, 2011
New York has long been America's most tolerant and diverse City, welcoming the best, brightest, and hardest-working individuals from around the world -- no matter their identity or beliefs. As a City, we win by choosing to uphold the principles of freedom and respect that lie at the foundation of this tradition -- and that the terrorists attacked on September 11, 2001. Winning the war on terrorism requires us not only to defeat our enemies, at home and abroad, but also to continue upholding the values that make America great. Last month, the local community board voted by an overwhelming margin (29-1) to endorse the project. Of course, the approval process has many steps yet before it is finalized, and many questions remain unanswered.
I understand that this is a particularly sensitive issue, and I am hopeful that more dialogue about the center will increase the understanding and cooperation that is so integral to the vitality of New York City. Thank you again for writing to share your opinions on this matter.
Sincerely, Michael R. Bloomberg
9/11 was not the only Muslim terror attack
But 9/11 is not the only Muslim terrorist attacked on American soil. It happened just last year at Fort Hood when Major Malik Nidal Hasan, under the direct orders of Anwar Al-Awlaki who ran the Dar al-Hijrah mosque in Falls Church, Virginia. source - Washington Post
People, if you haven't figured it our by now, mosques are training camps for Islamic terror. There,
I said it. And I will say it again - the whole purpose of a mosque is to provide a means to train
Muslim terrorists to carry out attacks in the region that the mosque is built in. America has been
attacked 3 times by Muslim terrorist since 9/11, and they are as follows:
US Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan - November 5, 2009 - 13 dead and 30 wounded.
Despite his obvious hatred for the country he served, Hasan was allowed to continue in his command even after showing overt support for Al Qaeda. Major Hasan received his orders to kill from Imam Anwar al-Awlaki. "His presentations for school were often laced with extremist Muslim views, one source said. "Is your allegiance to Sharia [Islamic] law or the United States?" students once
challenged Hasan, the source said. "Sharia law," the source says Hasan responded."

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab- December 25, 2009 - bomb failed to detonate.
Otherwise known as the "Christmas Day Ball Bomber", he was able to board a plane bound for Detroit with no luggage, no passport, armed with a bomb in his pants, and set it off in flight. The only thing which prevented the death of every person on board the Nortwest Airlines flight 253 was the fact that his bomb failed to detonate. Every security precaution in place failed to stop him.

Faisal Shahzad - May 2, 2010 - bomb failed to detonate.
Now to be known as the "NYC Times Square" bomber, Shahzad attended a terror training camp in Pakistan but somehow managed to evade being put on the No-fly List. "Sources told CBS 2 on Tuesday morning that Shahzad should have been on the United States "No Fly" terror watch list, and that because he wasn't, he was able to board the plane. Deputy FBI director John Pistole later said, however, that he was in fact placed on the No Fly list Monday, except it was done hours before he was arrested. Still, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano declined to say how Shahzad was able to board the flight if he was on the No Fly list." source - CBS New.com
We have to stop this mosque from being built, by any means necessary
Part of the Muslim Islamic plan is, when they have attacked, is to build a mosque as close to the site
as possible. By this they mean to 'claim it' for Allah. America, you have been sold a bill of goods that
Islam is a 'religion of peace'. Islam is not a religion, it is a terrorist ideology that hides behind the
razor-thin veneer of religion, so that it can be promoted in every country around the globe under
the banner of tolerance and diversity. If we did not learn our lesson from 9/11, then I have to ask
WHEN will we learn? Time is slipping away, and the Muslims gain more of a foothold here in this
country every day because we allow it. Mosque at Ground Zero? Only over the dead body of each
and every American who calls themselves a Patriot.

Stop the Mosque at Ground Zero Rally
"We are threatened right here in America by mosques that are issuing fatwas against us...I understand the symbolism of a mosque...they've been built historically on the sites of Jewish temples, churches, Hindu temples -- it's a sign of being conquered. After they conquer a country, every church, every temple, must be converted to a mosque. You know the people who come here and ask for sensitivity training: where are the churches in Saudi Arabia? Even in Egypt, the churches have been burn...Do we need an area of pilgrimage for muslims in New York? Our 3,000 fellow Americans who were killed on 9/11 are looking down on us, and they are saying we don't want to hear "Allahhu Akbar" any more." - Noni Darwish
Thousands of additional participants filled the treed area of Zuccotti Park.
Crowd estimates ranged from 5,000 (NYPD) to 10,000. The crowd overflowed the police barrier enclosures that ran the full length of two city blocks. This photo shows the enclosure in front of the stage at the intersection of Liberty and Church Streets. The second enclosure ran the length of the next block and can be seen on the other side of the traffic lights. source - Looking At The Left
