Rahm Emanuel wrote a book called "The Plan", and one of the highlights in his book is his plan for enforced, mandatory, national service...whether you want to participate or not.

Evidentally this was such a great idea that it has now become H.R. 5741, and Congress is now in the process of making this the latest 'law of the land'. Here is Rahm in his own words from the book:

"It's time for a real Patriot Act that brings out the patriot in all of us. We propose universal civilian service for every young American. Under this plan, All Americans between the ages of eighteen and twenty-five will be asked to serve their country by going through three months of basic training, civil defense preparation and community service. ...



Here's how it would work. Young people will know that between the ages of eighteen and twenty-five, the nation will enlist them for three months of civilian service.

They'll be asked to report for three months of basic civil defense training in their state or community, where they will learn what to do in the event of biochemical, nuclear or conventional attack; how to assist others in an evacuation; how to respond when a levee breaks or we're hit by a natural disaster.

These young people will be available to address their communities' most pressing needs." source - Examiner

America, your enslavement awaits. Congress is working on passing a bill, H.R. 5741, which will
make mandatory that each and every living American between the ages of 18 - 42 is to perform
"national service", either as a member of civilian or uniformed military service. Get it? If this bill passes
they will MAKE YOU DO IT. Or else.

Obama's people have been pushing this since Obama was elected. Listen to Rahm Emanuel lay out
this vision for national enslavement from back in 2009 (yes, they have been working on this for
quite awhile it would seem). Play close attention to the end of this video where it shows a clip
from Obama's campaign where he promises to create a "civilian military force' larger and more funded
than our actual military. Seems this is one of his campaign promises he is actually keeping!



In the light of this new bill, perhaps it's time for a refresher course in what new powers that the
ObamaCare law gives our president. Also, please note that the 'private army' that ObamaCare will
create, and the description of the Universal National Serivce Bill seem to go hand in hand perfectly.
Almost like it was planned that way, hmmmm.......(didn't we WARN YOU this was coming??)

Flashback: Obama's vision becomes the law of the land

On March 23rd, 2010, the 77th anniversary of Adolf Hitler's Enabling Act bill, Obama signed into
law H.R. 3590 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as ObamaCare. It's
a big bill to say the least. The copy that I read at frwebgate.access.gpo.gov is filled with legal
mumbo-jumbo right up until you get to section 5210. In that section there is hidden a little gem
called "ESTABLISHING A READY RESERVE CORPS".

Here is how Section 5210 from the ObamaCare bill starts:

H. R. 3590-496 (Page 496) SEC. 5210. ESTABLISHING A READY RESERVE CORPS.
Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 204) is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 203. COMMISSIONED CORPS AND READY RESERVE CORPS. "(a) ESTABLISHMENT.-
"(1) IN GENERAL.-There shall be in the Service a commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency.
"(2) REQUIREMENT.-All commissioned officers shall be citizens of the United States and shall be appointed without regard to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to the Classification Act of 1923, as amended.
"(3) APPOINTMENT.-Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with
the advice and consent of the Senate.
"(4) ACTIVE DUTY.-Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall at all times be subject
to call to active duty by the Surgeon General, including active duty for the purpose of training.

Now, I ask you...currently we have the regular Army, the Marines, The Navy, the Air Force, the
National Guard, state and local police, state troopers, first responders, firefighters, EMT, rescue workers of all kinds and in all locations, plus we have the Federal Emergency Management Agency, otherwise known as FEMA. So what exactly does Mr. Obama need a private "ready reserve corps"
who are hand-picked by him and report directly to him for? Let's go on with Section 5210 -

"(c) PURPOSE AND USE OF READY RESEARCH.-
"(1) PURPOSE.-The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service's reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions.
"(2) USES.-The Ready Reserve Corps shall-
"(A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned
Corps;
"(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies
and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel;
"(C) be available for backfilling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and
"(D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 799B) to improve access to health services.

To boil it all down, President Obama with the stroke of his pen, signed into law a bill that gives him
the power to create a standing army of soldiers to carry out his direct orders without consulting anyone. He is going to staff his private army with the people forced into mandatory national service.

What if I don't wish to participate in the Universal National Service Act?

What do you think will happen to you? Did you not fully grasp the part where it says that your
participation in this will be mandatory? This is not John F. Kennedy's Peace Corps where you can

Now, do the math with me - Add "HR 5741, Mandatory National Service Bill" to the already-existing
ObamaCare "Private Army Bill", and what do you get? Answer - forced, conscripted labor in Obama's
private civilian police army. People, this has been his goal the entire time, and you are watching it
come to life before your very eyes. And what will the FEMA camps be for? To house all the people
who decline to join in the Universal National Service Act.
