Simply stated, food that is Halal Certified is food that has been prepared in accordance with Muslim Sharia law. Note the following information we got from HalalChoices.com website:

Butterball turkeys are, by their own admission, certified for consumption under strict Sharia Law guidelines. This means that the animals must be facing Mecca when they are killed, and that they are killed in the name of Allah. A fee is paid for this certification by Butterball to Sharia-based certifying organizations who in turn send the money to support Islamic programs, including Jihad, all over the world. If you buy a Butterball turkey, a percentage from that sale is sent directly to Islamic programs.

Libya’s new ‘leader’ says Sharia law will be used as basis to guide country after fall of Gaddafi regime
Libya’s interim leader has said Sharia law will be used as the basis for new legislation as the country removes all traces of the Gaddafi regime.

The National Transitional Council chairman said: ‘We seek a state of law, prosperity and one where sharia is the main source for legislation, and this requires many things and conditions.’ Pro-Gaddafi fighters yesterday killed 15 guards at an oil refinery in an attempt to disrupt the NTC’s bid to revive the oil-based Libyan economy.
And a Syrian-based television station claimed it had received a new message from the fugitive Libyan leader, who has issued regular battle calls to his followers in the three weeks since Tripoli was overrun.
It quoted Colonel Gaddafi, who it said was still in Libya, as saying: ‘We cannot give up Libya to colonisation one more time… there is nothing more to do except fight till victory.’ The interim council is struggling to assert its control over the entire country and capture a handful of stubbornly defended pro-Gaddafi towns. Republicans: Do NOT nominate Tim ‘Sharia’ Pawlenty

The 2012 Presidential speculation has officially begun. Yesterday in Iowa at the Faith and Freedom Coalition event, some of the top Republican potential Presidential candidates spoke. Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain, Rick Santorum and Tim Pawlenty all gave America a sneak peak. Obviously there exist not one infallible candidate but pundits have already found something wrong with each potential nominee. Newt might have to answer for his infidelity, no one really knows who Herman Cain is, Santorum doesn’t have the “it” factor and Pawlenty? I haven’t actually heard too many negatives about Pawlenty. There are actually some great things about him; he is for protecting traditional marriage, he is pro-life and fiscally conservative. However, there is one major red flag that is blowing pretty hard in the wind but no one can hear it because it has rarely been discussed. It revolves around the threat that is taking America down little by little. It is the reason why Republicans must not elect former Governor of Minnesota Tim Pawlenty as our nominee for 2012. Although Pawlenty hasn’t officially announced his bid for the Oval Office yet, this problem serves as a clear example as to why we must elect a candidate with discernment. Currently, all signs are pointing straight ahead for the former Governor to run. It’s time Americans see the caution sign before taking a possible blind ride down a wrong way street.

Unless you have been hanging with Eric Holder or Janet Napolitano, most Americans understand the threat of radical Islam. We understand that on 9-11 virgin loving Muslims ran planes into towers murdering thousands of Americans in the name of Allah. We understand that two American airmen lost their lives last week in Germany when a radical Muslim brutally shot them (even though the politically correct Commander-in-Chief has yet to admit it was indeed a terrorist attack as usual). The violent aspect of radical Islam is pretty clear to most of us. Unfortunately, too many Americans still fail to see the non-violent means by which radicals will infiltrate the United States in order to usher in Islamic rule. What’s worse is when elected officials who take the oath to protect and defend America from such threats as Sharia, don’t even see the yellow lights blinking.
In August of 2008, under then Governor Tim Pawlenty, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency along with the African Development Center created a special program so Muslims wouldn’t have to violate Sharia Law in purchasing a home. Sharia Law disallows Muslims from paying interest. So what the MHFA did was create a special program for the Muslims in order to accommodate their religious law. Gee, I could really see states doing this for Christians or Jews! In a nutshell, the state would buy the home at a higher price. They would then turn around and sell it to the Sharia compliant Muslim buyer with the monthly payments being agreed to at the current mortgage rates. There is no additional interest because the home was bought at a higher price thus it factors in what payments would have been with a traditional mortgage. The Muslims said they just couldn’t go against their Muslim beliefs. Then don’t buy in America. So as Christians, can we now say that we don’t want to pay our taxes because we don’t want our tax dollars going to Planned Parenthood which funds killing babies? That’s against my beliefs! I highly doubt the government would accommodate us in that regard!
Eighteen months after the implementation of the program and a few happy Muslim home buyers later, it shut down. No, not because the Sharia light bulb went off in the heads of those in the MHFA but because American citizens were outraged! Once again, Americans stepped up to the plate when government failed the people. ACT! For America (a Jihad watchdog group) went to the ends of the earth to bring this to the attention of radio shows and blogs. It worked. The problem is what if Americans didn’t show their outrage? What if it was never known that Minnesota was creating an entirely new program to accommodate Muslims? It would still be going on today. I know that many will say that Pawlenty had nothing to do with it. The argument has already been made that it was done by the housing agency. Ok, so what does that tell you about Pawlenty’s ability to know what is going on in his own state and under his own housing agency? If he can’t stop Sharia compliancy in his own state and is oblivious to their sneaky ways, how is he going to protect the United States? Don’t take the risk America. When it comes to Islamic law having any part in America, its one strike and you’re out with me!
I can live with a candidate that may have made some bad marital choices, I am fine with someone who maybe hasn’t been on center stage, I can deal with a former Senator who may not have the ‘’it’’ factor. What I can’t accept is a former Governor whose state bent over backwards for Muslims as they usher in Sharia Law and he had no clue as to what was going on. Regardless of the fact the program was done away with after eighteen months, that is eighteen months way too long! Sharia Law isn’t something you just say ‘’oops’’ about overlooking.
The danger of Sharia Law billowing over America’s Constitution has become more and more evident. Not all radical Muslims are going to initiate Umma (one world under Islam) by violence. They are going to do it by getting into government, the banking system (uh hum! Pawlenty) schools and businesses. It will creep in little by little just as it has in Europe. The fact is Sharia isn’t just a law regarding interest payments or banking regulations. It is a brutal, barbaric and violent law. How on earth could any American be passive about this tyrannical law being implemented in America? I’m just wondering, where are all the Liberals admonishing the uprising of Sharia Law compliancy in America? Aren’t they supposed to be the cheerleaders of the non-existent ‘’separation of church and state” clause? Where are all the secular Liberals denouncing Islamic law from partaking in American government? Where is the ACLU on this one? I suppose since it’s a crescent moon and not a cross that meshing religion and government is now okay right?
I have always stressed the importance that America must have a leader with discernment. It’s either there or it’s not. We must have a leader that recognizes the threat of radical Islam; violent and non-violent. We must have a leader who sees special laws being enacted for Muslims as a major danger for America. The worst thing Americans can do is repeat what happened in 2008 by electing another President who bows to Islam under the tolerance veil at the expense of American freedom.
Muslim Cleric Demands US Islamic State

Are you ready for Sharia in America? Open calls for Sharia to rule in America are becoming louder and more frequent, something that quite frankly, many Americans never thought they would witness in their lifetime.
Take for example the Hizb ut-Tahrir group that held a conference in Chicago in 2009 called “Fall of Capitalism & Rise of Islam.” And now, a Muslim Cleric has planned a DC rally that is ‘a call for the Sharia, a call for the Muslims to rise up and establish the Islamic state in America.’
A British Muslim Cleric named Anjem Choudary made waves earlier this month when he appeared on Sean Hannity’s program addressing Islamic extremism. He believes that Americans are the biggest criminals in the world today, and he’s working with the New York based Islamic Thinkers society to organize a rally outside the White House on March 3. They expect to have thousands show up in support.
Two other British extremists, Abu Izzadeen and Sayful Islam, have also been asked to speak at the demonstration, but it remains to be seen if any of the men will be allowed to receive visas to enter into the United States due to their extremism and ties to terrorists. source: UK Daily Mail
When Sean Hannity asked Choudary if he would be killed because he is an infidel, the cleric explained that he would not, as long as lived under Sharia rule. Listen to Choudary’s own words:
“I do believe that the whole world will one day be governed by the Sharia. That is a promise of the best man who walked the earth, the messenger Mohammed.”
Choudary has been working in the UK to push his extremist views and has called for Sharia rule there for years.
“Choudary, who has no formal Islamic qualifications or right to call himself a “sharia judge” as he does, first came to public attention 10 years ago when he was linked to the recruitment of Muslim trainees leaving Britain to fight abroad, training that involved “guns and live ammunition”, he said at the time. He has since organised more camps, protests and marches, [and] shared platforms with terrorist fundraisers.” source: Times Online
‘Every woman, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, would have to wear a traditional burka,’ he said. ‘Anyone who becomes intoxicated by alcohol would be given 40 lashes in public, and people who commit adultery would be stoned to death.’
Choudary is a Hypocrite
The UK Daily Mail recently did an exposé on Choudary’s past, revealing that he was a big time partier, involved in drinking, smoking marijuana, sexual relations with a number of women, LSD and pornography.
One former friend said: ‘I can’t keep a straight face when I see “fundamentalist Muslim Anjem Choudary” in the papers attacking the British for drinking or having girlfriends.
‘When I knew him, he liked to be called Andy, would often smoke cannabis spliffs all day, and was proud of his ability to down a pint of cider in a couple of seconds.” source: UK Daily Mail
Choudary and those like him are quite serious about their aim to bring Sharia to the whole world and there are already glimpses within the United States thanks to what is called “creeping Sharia.”
Hypocrite or not, Choudary is a leading voice in the movement to bring Sharia to America and the time is now to wake up to this very real threat before it’s too late.

Egypt Seeks Out Muslim Brotherhood for Talks

Patience pays off. The Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928 and has been very patiently working toward greater influence throughout the Muslim world. The Brotherhood’s perseverance is finally paying off in Egypt as the government has directly sought out the organization for talks regarding the future of Egyptian government. The group claims that they are interested in a democratic process, and that Egypt merely have an Islamic identity, but a little digging reveals the groups intentions of establishing Sharia law across the globe.
“The Muslim Brotherhood are interested in the government, in the law that protects human dignity, freedom, equal opportunities, that stops corruption, and in favour of development. . . We are not rallying actively for Sharia Law, but it the majority wants it, then why not?” said Dr Kamal El Helbawy, Member, Muslim Brotherhood. NDTV
“US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton cautiously welcomed Sunday the Muslim Brotherhood’s involvement in political dialogue in Egypt, saying Washington would “wait and see” how talks develop.
“Today we learned the Muslim Brotherhood decided to participate, which suggests they at least are now involved in the dialogue that we have encouraged,” Clinton told National Public Radio (NPR) from Germany.
Some Western observers have expressed concern the Brotherhood could sweep to power and institute an Islamist regime that would be no more democratic and might break Egypt’s close alliance with Washington.” source: Breitbart
Egypt’s courts have repeatedly rebuffed the Brotherhood’s requests for recognition as a party on the grounds that the constitution bans parties based on religion. Now the world could not look more different to the past three decades when Brotherhood members were repressed, arrested, tried in military courts and shunned by the Egyptian government. After the last tumultuous days of popular revolt against Mubarak, it is now the government that is seeking out the Muslim Brotherhood to discuss Egypt’ future.
Mubarak’s Vice President Omar Suleiman met opposition groups on Sunday in talks joined for the first time by the Brotherhood. The once outlawed group is finally well-placed to play a prominent role as Mubarak’s government struggles to survive after 30 years in power. The government’s willingness to talk to the Brotherhood is a political shift with historic proportions and testimony to the perseverance of a movement seen by analysts as playing a long waiting-game. source: Reuters
