Is Obama Building A Bunker Under The White House?

| October 19, 2011

Is this Obama’s bunker for the coming war?

It is a huge hole in one of the world’s most famous gardens – but nobody knows what it is for. Workmen have torn up an enormous section of the lawn in front of the White House for a mysterious, top secret project.

Under construction: Work at the start of the project at the front yard at 1600 Pennsylvania

The hole by the West Wing is roughly 100ft by 100ft in size and has for the first time in living memory left the ground and pipes beneath the Oval office exposed to the elements. Official explanations have ranged from an update of the air conditioning system to something ‘security’ related.

Others have guessed it could be an expansion of the presidential bunker, which was originally built in the time of Franklin D Roosevelt. What is known is that every day for the past 17 months workmen have come and gone with nobody revealing what the project it.

The funds were allocated after 9/11 and apparently it will eventually link up with the Presidential Operations Centre.  A White House official quote by by the New York Times could only say that the general idea was an expansion of the emergency base of operations.

‘It is security-related construction. Even we don’t know exactly what,’ he said. source – Daily Mail UK

The bunker should be built much larger so that the Occupy-The-White-House protestors can visit him for beer and pretzels.

  2. Brian C says:

It’s where they’ll be storing all their food and guns for when the economy collapses. But, they’re not extremists, they’re just being well prepared. But, if you or I do it. WE’RE extremists. At least we know they are listening to Glenn Beck. LOL

  3. Ish says:

I think they are getting ready for 2012. LOL!

  4. jeftex says:

Considering the amount of crap that has come from this administration, I’m surprised it’s taken this long before they had to install a larger septic tank.

to jeftex–You are awesome!!!!!!!This is by far the best comment on the White House construction. Laughter is the best medicine. This should be plastered on every US newspaper to make everyone feel good.

  5. Lliam says:

I agree with the newer, larger septic system for all the bull coming out of White House.

Keep in mind we have know of a underground section back during The Kennedy administration…

The massive underground bunker that we should be looking at is Mount Weather in Virgina built around 1959 its 48 miles from the capital a mire 10 to 20 mins by chopper pending air support.
    BUT…
There is probably a underground rail system to it to cut the time and visibility down…

Please folks when do you remember the government doing anything secret in public, unless they are caught doing it.

And this is way public, like they want us to be looking there…

Stroll out the cute, scanty dressed assistant to the left while in the shadows the illusionist walks out the 2 ton elephant on the right and everyone says…How did he do that?

It sounds like, more wag the dog from the DC comics.
