After looking over the articla a little further I need to state this oil veteran is wron about conventional oil becoming more scarce. This has been a lie since it was first introduced in the early years of the oil industry. Oil is not a fossil fuel. Oil is abiotic, quite replenishable over time. The earth has oil all ovcer it…..Conventional pools, and plenty of it too. There is so much oil in the earth the world would never run out. Anyone who claims otherwise got their education from the wrong teachers who were also lied too, and they should get their money back. Today of course, there is a shortage of energy by deliberate design, and there has never been any shortage of energy, any more than there has been a shortage of anything else, and the gas line ups in the 70′s were a complete scam, just like time magazine saying we’re running out of just about everything, and it has never been true. If you believe otherwise, then you may also believe industrial scale wind & solar need to be subsidised too. These means of energy are as big a scam as saying co2 is bad for the environment and needs to be sequestered. So bad it needs a green tax on it to rid us of all the carbon. Sorry folks…the greed of the green agenda 21 will only go over big time, once the US has a lot of engineered catastrophy’s that are on their way, brought to you by the same folks that brought you the gulf disaster made worse by still using corexit as this is being written. It would take a pound of paper to describe the disasterous fallout of that one.

Of course, a vote for Romney or Obama is a vote for the same outcome. Good for Israel! They’ll develop their oil and be completely energy independent of the Arab countries. A note: PLEASE do not refer to Canada’s major oild deposits as “Tar sands”. That term is perjorative, demeaning, and meant to be. It was coined by the leftard Hoolywood-type ecofreaks who don’t have a clue what they’re talking about when they scream and rant about the pollution they say is being created. I live near the OIL SANDS, where the water is sparkling clean, the air is so fresh, the forests are full of wildlife and delicious berries, and people flock to the mountains for the majestic views and the fabulous outdoor life. The oil, and other resources, provides us with a great life with a high standard of living. There are many Americans here because jobs are plentiful, like they can be at home when Romney is president. Israel will have a robust economy like this, too, when their ethical oil industry is booming. They will need skilled workers from all over the world.
