It didn’t take too long for my home state of Arizona to be back in the news and it just makes me love this place more and more. This time it’s not even regarding our fight against the major influx of illegal immigration or border killings. This time it’s because some secular group is launching a lawsuit against Governor Brewer for proclaiming an Arizona Day of Prayer. The mini-me wannabe version of the ACLU called the Freedom from Religion Foundation is suing the state regarding the proclamation issued by the Governor on May 6, 2010. They are asking that the declaration be overturned and that Governor Brewer is banned from issuing another one this year.
Obviously this a major attack on the first amendment and I know the left will use the non-existent ‘separation of church and state’ clause to back up this lawsuit. The secular group’s own website clings onto this non-existent clause the same way us right wingers cling to our guns and religion. Their website’s mission statement reads “protecting the Constitutional principle of the separation of church and state.” Okay, they just admitted that ‘separation of church and state’ is a principle, not an actual part of the constitution!
Let’s just cut to the truth here okay? This is not about the Constitution. If anything, the Constitution protects our right to faith. This isn’t a means to silence Hinduism or Islam. It is a means to silence Christians. Even though Barack Hussein won’t admit it, the majority of Americans still claim to be Christian and we were founded upon Judeo-Christian beliefs. I know that may be hard for him to conceive having spent his ‘’developing” years in Indonesia; the most heavily populated Muslim nation in the world. Let’s just stick to the facts here. The truth is our Founding Fathers didn’t quote the Koran or any other so-called ‘’religious’’ book. They quoted the Bible. They didn’t talk about Allah or Buddha. They talked about Jesus Christ. I know many will refute this to imply this lawsuit is a silencer on all religions. No it’s not. It’s a typical atheistic bullet to the heart of Christianity.
Let’s flip it for a second here. I have a few questions. What if Christians went around launching lawsuits against those who didn’t follow Jesus? What if we went around and forced people to pray? What if Christians went around tying states up in lawsuits because they didn’t adhere to our beliefs? That wouldn’t be considered Constitutional now would it? In essence that would be striking a big line through the first amendment. So what is the difference when some atheists come in and force their non-belief upon us? A ‘’non-belief’’ in essence is a “belief.” They are forcing their ‘’non-belief” on us! What’s the difference? Even though they aren’t forcing any particular religion upon us, they are still enforcing their non-religion on us! That Americans, is unconstitutional. Furthermore, if atheists don’t believe then why do they feel so threatened by something they truly believe doesn’t exist? I don’t believe in hobbits, but I don’t spend my time attacking those who believe Lord of the Rings is a true story.
Christians know that we are going to suffer increasing attacks. We were warned about this and we are seeing those warnings come to fruition. Unfortunately, I also see too many Christians shrink back in the attacks instead of standing up to them. The longer we allow our mouths to be muzzled by atheists and unfounded rulings, the harder it will be to remove it. If Christians are going to be lackadaisical and refrain from speaking up, then we must beat this secular movement in the voting booth. Vote your faith. Vote for those who will protect your first amendment, and not silence your lips with secular sutures. The secular movement is only going to grow if we aren’t bold. Be bold America. For every step they take we must take two more. Stay ahead and be prepared for it to get much worse. The atheists are hell bent on removing God from America. The atheists are united, are we?
We are at a time in our nation right now more than ever when we need to turn back to God. We have drifted so far from Him. We are slipping mighty fast. His hand is stretched out to us but we refuse to hold it. Will we wake up? Or will we think we can continue walking on water before the tsunami of truth comes crashing over us?
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you – Matthew 5:10
If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you – John 15:18-19

Feds deploy more radiation monitors in western US
SAN FRANCISCO – More radiation monitors are being deployed in the western United States and Pacific territories, as officials seek to mollify public concern over exposure from damaged nuclear plants in Japan, federal environmental regulators said. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency already monitors radiation throughout the area as part of its RadNet system, which measures levels in air, drinking water, milk and rain.
The additional monitors are being deployed in response to the ongoing nuclear crisis in Japan, where emergency workers are attempting to cool overheated reactors damaged by last week’s magnitude-9.0 earthquake and tsunami. Officials with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission said they do not expect harmful radiation levels to reach the U.S. from Japan.
“The agency decided out of an abundance of caution to send these deployable monitors in order to get some monitors on the ground closer to Japan,” said Jonathan Edwards, director of EPA’s radiation protection division. California already has 12 monitoring stations scattered throughout the state that test the air for radiation levels. EPA also has 40 so-called “deployable” monitors that can be moved around in cases of emergency.EPA told The Associated Press it is adding two more stations in Hawaii and two in Guam. In Alaska, officials are setting up three new monitors in Dutch Harbor, Nome and Juneau.” source – Yahoo News
U.S. Debt Jumped $72 Billion Same Day U.S. House Voted to Cut Spending $6 Billion
(CNSNews.com) – The national debt jumped by $72 billion on Tuesday even as the Republican-led U.S. House of Representatives passed a continuing resolution to fund the government for just three weeks that will cut $6 billion from government spending. If Congress were to cut $6 billion every three weeks for the next 36 weeks, it would manage to save between now and late November as much money as the Treasury added to the nation’s net debt during just the business hours of Tuesday, March 15.
At the close of business on Monday, according to the Treasury Department’s Bureau of the Public Debt, the total national debt stood at $14.166 trillion ($14,166,030,787,779.80). At the close of business Tuesday, the debt stood at $14.237 trillion ($14,237,952,276,898.69), an increase of $71.9 billion ($71,921,489,118.89). Since the beginning of fiscal year 2011–which began on Oct. 1, 2010–the national debt has climbed from $13.5616 trillion ($13,561,623,030,891.79) to $14.2379 trillion ($14,237,952,276,898.69) an increase of $676.3 billion ($676,329,246,006.90).” source – CNS News
There is a little thirteen month old Canadian baby, whose family would be in mourning right now planning his funeral, instead thanks to America and the group Priests for Life, his parents can hold on to him a little longer as they yearned to do. Just hours before the government-run Canadian health care system was to take baby Joseph off life support, America came to his rescue. Baby Joseph was transferred last night to SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri to undergo a tracheotomy.
I wrote last week on the fact that nations continually come against America for stepping in, being war mongers or invaders while ignoring all the good we do. However, its stories like these that are rarely talked about that exemplify the heart of many Americans. Its stories like these that exemplify what makes America unique from other nations.
The Canadian health care system chose to deny these parents a few more moments whether it be weeks or months with their son. The Canadian doctors said due to the fact that baby Joseph suffers from a progressive neurological disease which ultimately leaves him in a vegetative state that he’s beyond recovery. So that means that the parents’ wishes aren’t recognized? Does that mean we just pull the plug with no regard for the wants of the family to have a little more time and to make a few more memories with their son? Does that give the doctors the right to make the decision of the family? Come on “pro-choicers” where’s the choice in this? Look ahead America because that is what Obamacare is all about; rationing and the government playing the role of Doctor. Take this as a major warning sign. If America turns into another government-run, Socialist system (which is well on its way thanks to the Doc-In-Chief) where will cases like those of baby Joseph go?
Thanks to the hearts of some, the parents of Joseph will have a little more time with him. They will have a little more time to hold his small hand, kiss his cheeks and maybe get a few more smiles until its God’s time, not the governments’ to take him home.
NEW YORK — Weak economic news from China, the U.S. and Spain combined with a slump in oil companies to drag stocks sharply lower Thursday. News that forces loyal to Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi were poised to recapture the strategic oil port of Ras Lanouf from opposition forces sent oil prices down nearly 3 percent to $101 a barrel, well below the high of nearly $107 a barrel it reached on Monday. Prices rose later in the day on reports that Saudi police opened fire at a rally in the eastern part of the country.
Stocks fell broadly, but energy companies were hit the hardest. Exxon Mobil Corp., the largest company in the world by market value, fell 3.1 percent. Chevron Corp. fell 2.8 percent. Oil has been surging over the past few weeks because of fighting in Libya, a country that produces less than 2 percent of the world’s oil supply. Investors are mainly worried that unrest in the Middle East and North Africa will spread to major oil-producing countries like Saudi Arabia and threaten oil supplies.
Apart from several sharp swings in the last month, stocks have been rising nearly continuously since last August, when the Federal Reserve said it would take steps to stimulate the economy. Wednesday marked two years since stocks bottomed out at 12-year lows. According to preliminary calculations, the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down 228.48, or 1.87 percent, to 11,984.61. The S&P 500 was down 24.91, or 1.89 percent, to 1,295.11. The Nasdaq was off 50.70, or 1.84 percent, to 2,701.02.” source – MSNBC
Socialism dealt serious blow by Republican Gov
The radical tactics of societal breakdown urged by the Obama ‘Organizing For America’ advance team have, thankfully, failed to accomplish their intended mission of ‘change’. Instead, the Wisconsin legislature is about to deal what could be the death-blow to political unions in that state as well as across the country.
“MADISON, Wis. — The standoff over union rights that rocked Wisconsin and the nation for weeks headed for a quick end Thursday, as Republican lawmakers were set to strip nearly all collective bargaining rights from the state’s public workers and deliver one of the strongest blows to the power of unions in years.
Wisconsin Senate Republicans outmaneuvered their missing Democratic colleagues late Wednesday, using an unexpected but surprisingly simple procedural move to remove all spending measures from Gov. Scott Walker’s collective bargaining legislation and allow them to vote without Democrats present.
Walker says he’ll sign the legislation “as quickly as I can legally.”
Walker spoke during a Thursday news conference in Milwaukee shortly before the state Assembly was scheduled to take up the measure. It’s expected to be quickly approved.” source – MSNBC
The 2012 Presidential speculation has officially begun. Yesterday in Iowa at the Faith and Freedom Coalition event, some of the top Republican potential Presidential candidates spoke. Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain, Rick Santorum and Tim Pawlenty all gave America a sneak peak. Obviously there exist not one infallible candidate but pundits have already found something wrong with each potential nominee. Newt might have to answer for his infidelity, no one really knows who Herman Cain is, Santorum doesn’t have the “it” factor and Pawlenty? I haven’t actually heard too many negatives about Pawlenty. There are actually some great things about him; he is for protecting traditional marriage, he is pro-life and fiscally conservative. However, there is one major red flag that is blowing pretty hard in the wind but no one can hear it because it has rarely been discussed. It revolves around the threat that is taking America down little by little. It is the reason why Republicans must not elect former Governor of Minnesota Tim Pawlenty as our nominee for 2012. Although Pawlenty hasn’t officially announced his bid for the Oval Office yet, this problem serves as a clear example as to why we must elect a candidate with discernment. Currently, all signs are pointing straight ahead for the former Governor to run. It’s time Americans see the caution sign before taking a possible blind ride down a wrong way street.
Unless you have been hanging with Eric Holder or Janet Napolitano, most Americans understand the threat of radical Islam. We understand that on 9-11 virgin loving Muslims ran planes into towers murdering thousands of Americans in the name of Allah. We understand that two American airmen lost their lives last week in Germany when a radical Muslim brutally shot them (even though the politically correct Commander-in-Chief has yet to admit it was indeed a terrorist attack as usual). The violent aspect of radical Islam is pretty clear to most of us. Unfortunately, too many Americans still fail to see the non-violent means by which radicals will infiltrate the United States in order to usher in Islamic rule. What’s worse is when elected officials who take the oath to protect and defend America from such threats as Sharia, don’t even see the yellow lights blinking.
In August of 2008, under then Governor Tim Pawlenty, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency along with the African Development Center created a special program so Muslims wouldn’t have to violate Sharia Law in purchasing a home. Sharia Law disallows Muslims from paying interest. So what the MHFA did was create a special program for the Muslims in order to accommodate their religious law. Gee, I could really see states doing this for Christians or Jews! In a nutshell, the state would buy the home at a higher price. They would then turn around and sell it to the Sharia compliant Muslim buyer with the monthly payments being agreed to at the current mortgage rates. There is no additional interest because the home was bought at a higher price thus it factors in what payments would have been with a traditional mortgage. The Muslims said they just couldn’t go against their Muslim beliefs. Then don’t buy in America. So as Christians, can we now say that we don’t want to pay our taxes because we don’t want our tax dollars going to Planned Parenthood which funds killing babies? That’s against my beliefs! I highly doubt the government would accommodate us in that regard!
Eighteen months after the implementation of the program and a few happy Muslim home buyers later, it shut down. No, not because the Sharia light bulb went off in the heads of those in the MHFA but because American citizens were outraged! Once again, Americans stepped up to the plate when government failed the people. ACT! For America (a Jihad watchdog group) went to the ends of the earth to bring this to the attention of radio shows and blogs. It worked. The problem is what if Americans didn’t show their outrage? What if it was never known that Minnesota was creating an entirely new program to accommodate Muslims? It would still be going on today. I know that many will say that Pawlenty had nothing to do with it. The argument has already been made that it was done by the housing agency. Ok, so what does that tell you about Pawlenty’s ability to know what is going on in his own state and under his own housing agency? If he can’t stop Sharia compliancy in his own state and is oblivious to their sneaky ways, how is he going to protect the United States? Don’t take the risk America. When it comes to Islamic law having any part in America, its one strike and you’re out with me!
I can live with a candidate that may have made some bad marital choices, I am fine with someone who maybe hasn’t been on center stage, I can deal with a former Senator who may not have the ‘’it’’ factor. What I can’t accept is a former Governor whose state bent over backwards for Muslims as they usher in Sharia Law and he had no clue as to what was going on. Regardless of the fact the program was done away with after eighteen months, that is eighteen months way too long! Sharia Law isn’t something you just say ‘’oops’’ about overlooking.
The danger of Sharia Law billowing over America’s Constitution has become more and more evident. Not all radical Muslims are going to initiate Umma (one world under Islam) by violence. They are going to do it by getting into government, the banking system (uh hum! Pawlenty) schools and businesses. It will creep in little by little just as it has in Europe. The fact is Sharia isn’t just a law regarding interest payments or banking regulations. It is a brutal, barbaric and violent law. How on earth could any American be passive about this tyrannical law being implemented in America? I’m just wondering, where are all the Liberals admonishing the uprising of Sharia Law compliancy in America? Aren’t they supposed to be the cheerleaders of the non-existent ‘’separation of church and state” clause? Where are all the secular Liberals denouncing Islamic law from partaking in American government? Where is the ACLU on this one? I suppose since it’s a crescent moon and not a cross that meshing religion and government is now okay right?
I have always stressed the importance that America must have a leader with discernment. It’s either there or it’s not. We must have a leader that recognizes the threat of radical Islam; violent and non-violent. We must have a leader who sees special laws being enacted for Muslims as a major danger for America. The worst thing Americans can do is repeat what happened in 2008 by electing another President who bows to Islam under the tolerance veil at the expense of American freedom.
Superpower with less than super bank account
One of the cornerstone doctrines in Saul Alinsky’s Rules For Radicals is this – after you manage to elect the usurper who will start to wean the country off the Constitution, you need to deplete it’s massive cash reserves. Mission accomplished.
“The U.S. Treasury is depleting its cash at an accelerating pace, drawing down its cash balance by $81.6 billion in the just the first four days of March, leaving the federal government with only $108.9 billion on hand, according to the Daily Treasury Statement released Monday afternoon.
At the beginning of February, the Treasury had $349.1 billion in cash on hand, but spent that down by $158.5 billion during the month, ending February with only $190.6 billion on hand.
Were the government to continue to draw down its cash balance at the $20.4 billion-per-day rate that prevailed in the first four days of March, it would spend its way through its final $108.9 billion in little more than five days. Under current law, the U.S. Treasury may only run the national debt up to $14.294 trillion. At the end of February, according to the Treasury’s Monthly Statement of the Public Debt, the total debt subject to this legal limit was $14.142331 trillion—just $151.669 billion short of the limit.
Had the Treasury not spent down the $81.6 billion in its cash balance in the first four days of this month and borrowed that money instead, it would have significantly reduced its remaining legal borrowing authority. For the Treasury to borrow more than the current $14,294 limit, Congress and President Barack Obama will need to enact new legislation authorizing the Treasury to increase the national debt up to whatever new limit they find agreeable.” source – CNS News
